Didalam penulisan artikel ini Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan Yuridis Normatif dengan data kualitatif berupa analisis diskriptif inferensial yang bersumber dari dokumen-dokumen, buku, dan Undang-Undang. Dalam putusan Nomor 70/PUU-XXII/2024 amar putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi mengadili diantaranya menolak permohonan provisi para pemohon dijelaskan sebagaimana dalam pokok permohonan berupa menolak permohonan pemohon secara keseluruhan. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi bersifat final dan konstitusional. Oleh karenanya didalam analisis ini sekurang-kurangnya peneliti menganalisis putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi terebut. Sebagaimana yang kita ketahui sifat konstitusi ialah die geschriben verfassung secara tertulis dan pada hakikatnya ialah rechtsverfassung sebagai grundgesetz.

Damage that occurs to manufactured goods can occur due to several things, such as in the manufacturing process, in the packaging process or during the delivery process. To find out where when the goods were damaged and the factors causing the damage to the goods as well as the efforts made to reduce the damage to the goods, an investigation was carried out at the time of unloading the goods, to find out where the damage to the goods occurred so as not to harm the recipient of the goods if they received the goods in damage condition.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 3.133 + 0.044 X1, + 0.402 X2 + 0.299 X3 + . Partial test results of machine (X1), material (X2), man power (X3) have a positive and significant effect on damage goods. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the machine variable t count (0.413) < t table (1.98609), material variable t count (3.142) > t table (1.98609), variable man power t count (2.990) > t table (1.98609). The R2 test of machines, materials and man power gave a significant effect on damage goods by 43.6%, while the remaining 56.4% was explained by other causes outside the model variables that were not examined.

Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship given by the government to high school graduates and equivalent who excel but have economic limitations to continue their studies at university level, both at state and private universities. The Indonesian government has issued the KIP-K since 2020 as a form of educational assistance. In North Maluku Province, especially on Sula Island, there is still minimal information regarding KIP-K. This service activity aims to share information regarding the benefits of higher education and how to obtain a KIP-K scholarship for students who have financial limitations. This community service is carried out at SMAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, MAN 1 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 7 Kepulauan Sula, SMAN 9 Kepulauan Sula and SMAN 11 Kepulauan Sula. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely socialization and mentoring. The implementation of this activity went well, smoothly and was full of enthusiasm from the participants, especially students who wanted to continue their studies at university level. The final result of this socialization and mentoring is that the participants have succeeded in creating their own accounts, filling in data and registering for KIP-K.

As technology develops, technology also has an impact on every aspect of life, including the psychology of every human being. The imbalance created by excessive social media use is of great concern to parents, researchers, and society regarding the mental health of individuals experiencing anxiety. Social media is ubiquitous among teens, who are also at high risk for anxiety disorders. This research aims to conclude that social media has an effect on anxiety disorders. This research uses a systematic review and meta-analysis using PICO. Population: teenagers. Intervention: social media. Comparison: not social media. Outcome: anxiety. The articles used in this research come from 1 database, namely Google Scholar. The keywords of the article are “teenager” AND “social media” AND “anxiety” AND “multivariate”. The articles included in this research are full paper articles, cross-sectional study design, publication year range 2017-2024 and the magnitude of the Adjusted Odds Ratio relationship. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.4 application. Five cross-sectional studies showed that social media can increase the risk of anxiety disorders by 1 times greater than not using social media, and the results were statistically (aOR=1.00; 95% CI= 0.63 to 1.57; p= 0.01). Teenagers who use social media increase anxiety disorders.

Health services are undergoing changes in terms of digitalization. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is one form of change in the impact of digitalization in the health service sector. It is hoped that the existence of EMR in the health services sector can improve the performance of health workers in providing services to patients so that it can improve the level of public health. However, with EMR there are still problems in its use. Many health service institutions apply several methods to adapt to changes or novelties in the field of EMR, one of which is by providing training on the use of EMR to health workers. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of EMR training on the readiness of health workers in using EMR in health services. This research uses meta analysis and systematic review methods with the PICO model (P = EMR users, I = EMR training, C = Non EMR training, O = readiness to use EMR). Articles were obtained through searching articles in the PubMed database. The articles used are full-text articles from 2019 to 2024. Articles were selected using the PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 application. A total of 5 articles analyzed came from Ethiopia. The study results show that EMR training can increase the readiness of health workers to use EMR to support health services (aOR = 1.87; CI 95% = 0.92 – 3.79; p = 0.08). Health workers who receive EMR training will be 1.87 times better prepared to use EMR in health services than health workers who do not receive previous EMR training.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a disease characterized by increased blood glucose levels and is a disease that needs attention. Diabetes mellitus cannot be cured, but it can be controlled by controlling blood sugar levels to prevent complications from occurring. These complications can be minimized with self-care management . This research aims to find out description self - care management on patient diabetes mellitus in the Kendalsari Community Health Center area, Malang City.This type of research is descriptive with an approach. The research was conducted in the Kendalsari Public Health Center area, Malang City on March 2023 with a sample size of 44 people. How to take samples is non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling. Tool measure that used is questionnaire Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities (SDSCA). Data collection is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Based on results self-care research patient management almost half of diabetes is in the good category amount 17 people (38.63%), the majority on enough category amount 27 people (61.37). DM patients are expected to improve self-care management behavior to improve health status and prevent further complications.

Stunting indicates a high prevalence of nutritional deficiencies that have not yet reached reduction targets, as seen in Geneng District, Ngawi Regency. Maternal knowledge and attitudes are crucial factors in preventing stunting and can influence mothers' behaviors in ensuring nutrition for toddlers. Manajemen Nutrisi Balita Stunting (MNBS) is an innovative intervention designed to address specific nutritional needs. It was developed into a smartphone application that serves as an educational tool to prevent stunting issues. This study aims to analyze the impact of MNBS on maternal knowledge and attitudes towards stunting prevention. This study used a one-group pretest-post-test design approach. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling involving 30 respondents. Inclusion criteria for this research included mothers with toddlers experiencing malnutrition, owning a smartphone, and being willing to participate in the study until completion. The research results indicate that maternal knowledge and attitudes towards preventing stunting improved after receiving education through Manajemen Nutrisi Balita Stunting (MNBS) smartphone application. The inaccuracy of the disease diagnosis code is one of the problem affecting the quality of health services. Based on the preliminary result, 89 outpatient diagnosis codes in a medical record found 30 inaccuracies data from SIMPUS result of general poly at Purwoharjo Health Center. The impact of this inaccuracy has been influenced by the accuracy of disease data that resulted from making report data. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inaccuracy of disease diagnosis codes for outpatient medical records with SIMPUS at Purwoharjo Public Health Center. It was a descriptive study with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection. The object of this study was 95 outpatient medical records with simple random sampling. The result of this research was found 42% inaccuracy code of outpatient medical records with SIMPUS. The cause of these problems was the coder less careful in enforcing the disease diagnosis code because of the high workload of the coder and there’s no job description in SOP, so the advice that can be given to Purwoharo Health Center is to hold a division of tasks evenly and can be written in the SOP job description.

An interest in entrepreneurship often comes to a person just like that. However, this interest can be influenced by several factors, both external and internal factors. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, e-commerce, and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research method used is quantitative with a comparative causal nature. The research population used in this research were students of the Nusantara University PGRI Kediri Accounting study program class 2018-2023 using the sampling method, namely using the Slovin formula. The sample size in this study was 122 respondents and was collected through a questionnaire. Data obtained Data was collected through questionnaires and includes primary and secondary data. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis test are used in data analysis. The results of this study show that entrepreneurial knowledge (X1) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation (X2) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, e-commerce (X3) has no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, and family environment (X4) has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, the suggestions that the author can convey are as follows: for future researchers, this can be used as a guide to determine the influence of interest in entrepreneurship and try to use other variables besides the variables used in this research, especially variables that are similar to e-commerce variables.
