Self-adjustment is an important aspect for new students in dealing with changes in the lecture environment. This study aims to examine the relationship between parental social support and students' self-adjustment ability. Specifically, this study plans to investigate the extent to which parental social support affects the self-adjustment ability of new students of the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Nasional Karangturi Semarang. This study employed a quantitative survey approach involving 75 students as respondents. The research instruments consisted of a parental social support scale and a self-adjustment scale, which each had a reliability coefficient of ? =0.774 and ? =0.902. The data were analysed using the Pearson correlation test with the assistance of the SPSS software version 26. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between parental social support and self-adjustment of new students (r=0.261, p=0.023). These results indicate that the higher the parental social support received by students, the better their ability to adjust in the academic environment. This finding confirms the important role of parental support in helping new students adapt during the transition to university life.

This article looks at developments in learning to understand Arabic. The main aim of this article is to find out how effective learning tools are that focus on mastering knowledge first rather than improving other language skills. Vocabulary is very important to master Arabic. The problem raised is how effective media is in increasing mastery of Arabic vocabulary. The results of research and discussions show that this learning tool is very effective in improving Arabic language comprehension.

The rapid evolution of Industry 4.0 has positioned Internet of Things (IoT) technologies as key enablers for smarter industrial operations, particularly in predictive maintenance and machine monitoring. This research proposes an innovative IoT-driven vibration monitoring system that addresses limitations in traditional approaches such as high costs, limited scalability, and insufficient real-time capabilities. Employing low-cost sensors, edge computing, and LoRaWAN-based communication, the framework enables efficient fault detection and operational analysis. Data from industrial machinery was collected over two months and analyzed using advanced signal processing and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights. The system demonstrated an accuracy rate of 92%, a detection latency of 150 milliseconds, and extended sensor life to 12 months, marking significant improvements over conventional methods. Furthermore, scalability tests showed stable performance across setups involving up to 500 sensors, even in challenging industrial conditions. This study also highlights cost reductions of 30% and a 25% decline in machine downtime, reinforcing its practical value for industrial applications. By delivering an adaptable, energy-efficient, and secure solution, this research advances the integration of IoT into industrial systems. It lays the groundwork for future enhancements, including real-world testing and multimodal data integration

This research aims to determine the effect of the human development index and economic growth on unemployment and poverty in Aceh. This research uses secondary data with a time series of 2013-2022 with the scope of Jogjakarta province. This research model uses a path analysis model using the Eviews application. The results of this research show that the number of labor force directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty. The human development index directly has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level The number of labor force directly has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate. The human development index directly has a positive and significant effect on unemployment. The poverty level directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate. Indirectly, the number of labor force has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty. Indirectly, the human development index has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty.

Education requires leaders who not only have academic knowledge, but also strong leadership skills to manage, direct, and motivate teams in achieving increasingly complex educational goals. In the midst of changing needs of educational organizations, leadership training programs, such as Training of Leadership in Educational Management or TRAILER for short, have become essential to equip educational leaders with relevant skills. However, the implementation of this training program requires proper evaluation so that its success can be measured objectively and purposefully. The evaluation model that is suitable for this program is Kirkpatrick. The aim of this research is to analyze participant satisfaction with training methods and materials, analyze increased knowledge and organizational skills, analyze the application of skills in the campus environment and analyze the impact on organizational performance results. This research was conducted using a quantitative method approach and a qualitative method. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher was a questionnaire. The research results show that the TRAILER program has succeeded in creating an interactive training environment and supporting the development of student leadership skills.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam. Therefore, zakat is an obligation for Muslims. And in the Islamic economic system, zakat is an important factor in improving people's welfare in the economic field. However, the idea arises that the economic system in Muslim society, in this case zakat, is considered incompatible with modern life because it can slow down the pace of the economy. The research method used is library research which is based on qualitative descriptive data. So a comprehensive explanation is needed regarding zakat in the Islamic economic system which has an important role in improving the Islamic economy in society.

In the online buying and selling process, the seller becomes the name of the store and the buyer does not know the identity of the seller such as name, address, and even age. Buyers will only know from the name of the store selling the item. The concept of online buying and selling is that you only have information about the name and address of the store, but do not know who the owner of the store is. In the buying and selling process, the buyer chooses the product available in the store and if there are any questions about the product, they can ask the seller via chat. The seller then uses a robotic or human system to answer the buyer's questions. The second pillar and condition is ma'qud 'alaih or a medium of exchange and goods sold. The medium of exchange used in the buying and selling process, both online and offline, still uses the same tool, namely money. The purchase or payment process for online buying and selling can be done through bank transfer through the payment code number that has been ordered. The majority of online stores also offer a wider selection of different types of goods.

Listrik merupakan kebutuhan vital bagi kehidupan sehari-hari. Saat ini, sumber listrik utama berasal dari PLN. Namun, seringkali terjadi pemadaman sehingga mengganggu aktivitas khususnya pada rumah tinggal. Untuk mengatasinya, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengalihkan sumber listrik secara otomatis ke sumber alternatif lainnya. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) adalah solusi untuk menjaga kontinuitas aliran listrik. ATS akan mengalihkan sumber listrik dari PLN ke sumber alternatif aki yang merupakan hasil dari sistem PLTS ketika terjadi pemadaman. Teknologi ATS terus berkembang, salah satu penyempurnaannya adalah penggunaan Zelio sebagai unit kontrol. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan keandalan pasokan listrik, tim pengusul mencoba meminimalisir delay yang dibutuhkan dalam pergantian sumber listrik tersebut dengan pengaturan settingan sistem software dan meminimalisir lonjakan tegangan menggunakan Stabilizer. Dengan demikian memungkinkan waktu reaksi yang dibutuhkan dalam transfer energi menjadi lebih cepat.

Keluarga menjadi fondasi utama dalam pendidikan karakter anak guna membentuk individu yang bermoral, tanggung jawab, dan berintegritas. Di tengah tantangan globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, metode amtsal yang menggunakan cerita atau perumpamaan menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moral kepada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis literatur untuk menganalisis relevansi dan keunggulan metode amtsal dalam pendidikan karakter anak. Pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode amtsal memudahkan pemahaman konsep abstrak, membangun koneksi emosional, dan memotivasi tindakan positif terhadap anak. Meskipun demikian, penerapan metode amtsal menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapannya seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan orang tua, kurangnya waktu, dan pengaruh teknologi modern. Namun, metode amtsal menawarkan solusi dalam penerapannya seperti memperkuat pemahaman orang tua terhadap metode amtsal, pemanfaatan media digital, serta kolaborasi antara keluarga dan sekolah. Dengan pendekatan ini, metode amtsal tidak hanya membantu membentuk karakter anak. Akan tetapi memperkuat hubungan emosional dalam keluarga, menjadikannya strategi pendidikan karakter yang relevan di era modern.

Many countries are transitioning from conventional energy to renewable energy sources. This transformation requires support through socialization and training activities targeting all sectors of society, including educators in schools. The Al-Hidayah Waqaf Foundation in Thailand is an educational institution with educators who have limited knowledge regarding the implementation of renewable energy as part of energy diversification efforts. Collaborative activities were conducted with the Al-Hidayah Waqaf Foundation in Thailand through socialization and training on renewable energy. The outcomes of these activities provided educators with increased knowledge, information, and perspectives on renewable energy.
