Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu kegiatan yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap perekonomian suatu negara. Para pelaku UMKM diharuskan memiliki strategi yang tepat agar dapat meningkatkan daya saing dengan UMKM serupa. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh UMKM. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa UMKM Omah Branded menerapkan strategi pemasaran Marketing Mix , yaitu menggunakan strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi tempat dan strategi promosi.

Corporate strategy is a comprehensive or integrated strategy established based on the coordination of all areas within a company. The purpose of forming an organization is to achieve goals, whether for public or private organizations. This study aims to determine the corporate strategy of the state-owned enterprise Injourney (PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia) Persero. Indonesian Journey or Injourney is a state-owned holding company in the aviation and tourism industry in Indonesia under the auspices of PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero). The company's function is to conduct business activities as a holding company in the tourism and supporting industries. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature analysis approach. The results of this study show that Injourney's corporate strategy in the tourism industry focuses on developing unique products and services, where market research can be conducted to understand the needs and references of consumers in tourism products and services, strengthening business networks to ensure high-quality products and services offered to consumers, strengthening the company's branding in the market by building a strong brand image, building good relationships with consumers, and developing innovation in tourism products and services.

<p><em>The reliability of an electric power distribution network system is very important to ensure a good quality of service for consumers. The focus of this study is to find the optimal protection coordination design, topology and operating scheme for RDT03 refiners in the Tambak Aji Industrial Estate. To show the level of reliability and continuity of the electric power distribution network, the SAIFI index (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and the SAIDI index (System Average Interruption Duration Index) are used. The existing recloser located in section 25 resulted in a SAIFI value of 0.8933 and a SAIDI of 2.407. Using the PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) optimization method, the results were obtained that the Best Fitness for the most optimal recloser placement was in section 29 with a SAIFI value of 0.32575 and a SAIDI value of 1.0558. This change in recloser placement resulted in a decrease in SAIFI by 36% or by 0.5675 times / year / customer and a decrease in the value of SAIDI by 43.61% or by 1.3649 hours / year / customer. Thus, there is an increase in network reliability if the recloser at the RDT03 feeder is relocated to the location of section 29.</em><em></em></p><p> </p><p class="IndexTerms"><strong>Keywords:</strong> Reliability, Recloser, SAIFI, SAIDI, Particle Swarm Optimization</p><p> </p><p class="Abstract" align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Keandalan suatu sistem jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk menjamin mutu pelayanan yang baik bagi konsumen. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari desain koordinasi proteksi, topologi dan skema operasi yang optimal untuk penyulang RDT03 di Kawasan Industri Tambak Aji. Untuk menunjukkan tingkat keandalan dan kontinuitas jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik digunakan indeks SAIFI (<em>System Average Interruption Frequency Index</em>) dan indeks SAIDI (<em>System Average Interruption Duration Index</em>). Hasil optimalisasi menggunakan PSO (<em>Particle Swarm Optimization</em>), didapatkan hasil bahwa <em>Best Fitness</em> untuk penempatan <em>recloser</em> yang paling optimal adalah pada <em>section</em> 29 dengan nilai SAIFI sebesar 0.32575 dan nilai SAIDI sebesar 1.0558. Dengan menggunakan PSO, diperoleh lokasi letak <em>recloser</em> yang baru dengan nilai SAIFI yang lebih optimal dengan penurunan sebesar 36% atau sebesar 0,5675 kali/tahun/pelanggan dan penurunan nilai SAIDI sebesar 43,61% atau sebesar 1,3649 jam/tahun/pelanggan. Jika dibandingkan dengan letak <em>recloser exsisting, recloser existing</em> terletak pada <em>section</em> 25 dengan nilai SAIFI sebesar 0,8933 dan SAIDI sebesar 2,407. Dengan demikian terdapat peningkatan keandalan jaringan jika recloser pada penyulang RDT03 direlokasi menuju lokasi <em>section</em> 29.</p>

losses. The auction system is made so that the result of selling fish are maximized. Waterfall was chosen to
build an auction system to facilitate the fish aucyion process and also to increase the interest of bidders
because this system is easy to use on all platform. This system has been tested through the black box test
which states all the system functions run well and efficiently. External and internal validators also agreed
to use the system by 89,87% and 94%. The practicality of the system was also agreed by respondents ay
86,07%.

Community Service is an obligation for lecturers to carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education. The activity was carried out on June 18, 2022 in Jelamung RT 05 RW 02, Kemujan Karimujawa which was attended by 12 participants. The purpose of this service is to know how to maintain fishing boat outboard engines in general, which is used to change the engine oil, cleaning the air filter and fuel filter, testing the injectors and adjusting the valves, in addition it is to know the reason why the engine cannot start. Therefore, someone should check the fuel flow, opening the fuel filter and cleaning it. The implementation of this program is for fishermen’s beneficial, hance they can maintain and overcome engine damage for the sake of progress and increase the income.

Tidak sedikit mahasiswa yang salah mengambil jurusan karena kaget dengan pekerjaan yang terlalu berat, materi yang kurang cocok serta tugas yang menumpuk. Simulasi ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan jurusan untuk siswa yang ingin berkuliah atau membantu guru Bimbingan konseling (BK) dalam mengarahkan para siswanya sehingga siswa semakin yakin dengan pilihan jurusannya. Metode Simple Additive Weight merupakan salah satu algoritma pengambilan keputusan dengan memberikan bobot pada setiap pertanyaan yang diberikan. Metode ini dapat membantu memprediksi jurusan untuk siswa yang ingin berkuliah khususnya anak SMA kelas 12 tanpa membebankan anak untuk mendapatkan nilai dari yang dia dapat tetapi dari minat dan bakat yang sangat di sukai anak tersebut.

Evaluasi merupakan kegiatan yang mutlak diperlukan dalam pembangunan daerah. Berbagai peraturan perundangan menyatakan bahwa kegiatan evaluasi merupakan kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan oleh setiap daerah, misalnya evaluasi pelaksanaan RKPD atau RPJMD. Selian itu, evaluasi juga dapat dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan tujuan tertentu.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi bahwa jemaat pemula perlu bertumbuh dan berbuah, berkenaan dengan hal itu kelahiran baru adalah penyatuan antara manusia dengan Kristus. Di dalam kehidupan yang baru, orang yang telah dilahir barukan itu memiliki persekutuan yang intim bersama Kristus, mereka dikenal dan dikasihi Allah. Sehingga warga gereja pemula akan mampu melayani dengan baik jika mereka dibina dengan baik pula. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini studi kualitatif deskriptif kepustakaan dengan menelaah berbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan pokok masalah yang di bahas. Melalui kajian dan analisis yang mendalam diharapkan memberikan langkah-langkah strategi yang konkrit bagi Pembina dalam merencanakan dan melakukan pembinaan warga gereja pemula dengan efektif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan langkah-langkah strategi dan model pembinaan rohani yang akurat dan terukur yaitu melalui pengajaran firman Tuhan, pelayanan khusus, pemuridan, kelompok kecil, dan melalui keterampilan hidup.

The availability of information related to disasters is one of the efforts so that the public better understands the actions that must be taken to minimize the risks that occur. However, the availability of this information, especially in the Majene Regency area, is currently still quite minimal. In fact, Majene is one of the areas with a fairly high Disaster Risk Index. This activity embraces the Voluntary Corps (KSR) PMI Majene Headquarters Unit as a partner considering that KSR is one of the organizations engaged in the humanitarian field and actively participates in disaster management. The activities carried out include the use of a disaster education information system by providing training to KSR members in managing the system and creating disaster education content. The results of the activities obtained show an increase in the ability of KSR members in terms of management and content creation using Canva and hopes that the disaster education information system that has been built can continue to be used for the dissemination of disaster information.

The development of the network has changed, which used to use cables, now many wireless networks are built or commonly called Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN). The use of the internet is increasingly widespread, starting from government agencies, companies, schools and others. WLAN network currently has a very important role as various information that we are looking for we can easily get on the internet. As well as used to make it easier to do our work such as exchanging and storing data. The internet has benefits if Users use it properly. The internet can also have an impact if it is used improperly, namely students at SMP Negeri 1 Dolok Merawan accessing the website during class hours which can disrupt teaching and learning activities. Then it is necessary to apply the Firewall Filtering method using a proxy router to block and limit websites at certain hours to support better and more comfortable teaching and learning activities.
