This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 2 Kalikebo. This study uses the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model in the mathematics subject of fraction multiplication material. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) uses the Kemmis and Taggart model. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kalikebo, totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques through evaluation tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) students become more active in learning activities. (2) there was an increase in math learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kalikebo. The percentage of completeness of learning outcomes during the pre-cycle was 5 students or 25% of 20 students, then cycle I there were 10 students or 50%, and in cycle II there were 16 students or 80% who reached KKTP ?70.

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal using the Discovery Learning learning model in the Pancasila Education subject. This research is divided into two images, where each cycle consists of four research stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. This research was conducted over a period of 3 months starting from February to April 2024. In this research the researcher acted as an observer by involving the class I Pancasila Education maple teacher as a colleague/collaborator. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) uses the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. This research was carried out in two cycles where each cycle was held in one meeting. The subjects of this research were 18 grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal. Data collection techniques through evaluation tests, observation and documentation. The research results show that: (1) students become more active in learning activities. (2) there was an increase in Pancasila Education learning outcomes for grade 1 students at SD Negeri 2 Brangkal. This increase was proven by the results of the pre-cycle test, the average class score was 66.22, then it increased in cycle I to 82.5 and increased again in cycle II to 90.5. The percentage of completeness of learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 40%, in cycle I was 75%, and in cycle II was 94% which achieved a KKTP ? 75. From the results of the above research it can be concluded that by implementing the Discovery Learning learning model it can improve learning outcomes in students. This research aims to determine PT Textile Boyolali work effectiveness: analysis of work environment, organizational culture and motivation. The variables used in this research are work environment and organizational culture as independent variables, work effectiveness as the dependent variable and motivation as the intervening variable. The data used in this research is primary data with the data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research uses smart (PLS) Partial Least Square. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, motivation has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness through motivation.
 

Empowerment and export cooperation of agave and sansevieria farmers through CV Botani Flora Indonesia aims to determine the value of exports, the main purpose of exports, the obstacles faced, and strategies for increasing agave and sansevieria exports from Indonesia. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the collaboration between CV Botani Flora Indonesia and Agave and Sansevieria farmers has increased their export results.

This study examines microeconomic activities in the form of part-time plywood manufacturing in Jerukgiling Village, Kendal Regency, which has been running for two years and involves ten workers. Plywood production is carried out by housewives as an additional job after completing household chores and activities in the rice fields. With a price of Rp1,200 per sheet, plywood production provides additional income for families in the village. The raw materials for making plywood come from sengon and jagon wood, provided by Mr. Gunawan, a boss from Brayu Hamlet, Kertosari Village, Singorojo Subdistrict, Kendal District. The production process is carried out in a special place that is now available, unlike before when it was done in each house. Plywood is collected every day with a production quantity of 200-300 pieces, although payment is made at a later date. The study also found that working hours are flexible, with production activities extending into the evening. The health center routinely checks the health of the workers every month to ensure that their health conditions are maintained. The analysis concludes that this plywood-making business not only provides economic benefits, but also provides flexibility for housewives in carrying out their dual roles. The main resource person for this research was Mrs. Karomah, one of the workers, who provided a detailed description of the dynamics and challenges faced in running a plywood-making business while taking care of their children

Anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is response of the body such as feelings of pressure, fear, stress due to activity in memorizing the Surah of Qur'an which is characterized by certain feelings and symptoms that arise. As a result, students have difficulty in memorizing practices, resulting in suboptimal memorization. One solution to overcome this problem is have confidence in yourself be able organize and carry out all actions in order to achieve certain academic goals or called self-efficacy. This study aims determine the relationship between self efficacy and anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an. This study is a correlational quantitative study with the student population of State Madrasah Aliyah X amounting 940 students. Sampling using simple random samplingtechniques was obtained by 269 students. The data collection method uses self-efficacy scale made by researchers and academic anxiety scale of memorizing the results of adaptation (Lailatul Fiqriyah, 2020). Data analysis uses correlational person product moment correlation techniques to test the relationship between two variables. The results showed value (r) of -0.706 with p = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship betwen self efficacy and anxiety of practice of memorizing the Qur'an surah in MAN students in qur'an and hadith lessons. The level anxiety of practice of memorization and self efficacy is in the moderate category. It is recommended for MAN students, one solution to be able reduce anxiety in practice of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is to increase self-efficacy possessed.

Rockwool, flannel cloth, plastic cups, nutrients, and a pH or TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) measuring device are among the equipment and supplies utilized. Changes in technological advances and increased Internet penetration have led to changes in consumer purchases. The study aims to analyze “The impact of 4D marketing mix on GoFood consumer purchasing decisions in Surakarta”. The population in this study is the entire consumer in Surakarta City who has used the service of messaging between GoFood and has made a purchase. The study uses purposive sampling as a sample determination technique and the number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. Variables In this study there are 5 variables to be studied, namely the independent variables consisting of Disruption (X1), Digitalization (X2), De-Siloage (X3), and Diffusion (X4), as well as Purchase Decision (Y) as dependent variables. The results of this study show that the variables disruption(X1), de-siloage(X3) and diffusion(X4) have a positive and significant influence on the Purchasing Decision of GoFood Application Users in Surakarta, whereas the variable digitalization(X2) has a negative and significant impact on the Buying Decisions of Gofood Application users in Surakarta.

The wooden shipyard in Bahari Village is a privately-owned facility that conducts maintenance, repair, and construction of new wooden ships. The vessels serviced at this shipyard range from 10 GT to 25 GT and are made from wood. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the management of the wooden shipyard in Bahari I Village, Sampolawa District, South Buton Regency. The methodology used is a survey method, and the data is analyzed using fishbone analysis followed by a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the construction and repair processes of wooden ships in Bahari I Village are not efficient due to facilities that do not meet standards, with only 22% of the necessary conditions being fulfilled. The management of this wooden shipyard is still far from adequate because several aspects remain uncontrolled, such as the shipbuilding process not meeting expected targets, delays in the availability and delivery of raw materials, and the use of very basic tools and outdated technology.
 

Conservation is about the balance of nature. Panlungan Village, located in Wonosalam Subdistrict, Jombang Regency, has natural potential in the form of abundant forests and springs. However, illegal logging in 1998 damaged Panlungan's forests, reducing the headwaters of the river and increasing the risk of natural disasters such as landslides. Awareness of the importance of forests as a source of oxygen and habitat for various species prompted the local community to form the Kepu Forest Farmer Group (KTH) which focuses on conserving and planting forests with native plants. The Mendiro Settlement spring in Panlungan Village is the main source of livelihood for the local community, but is under serious threat due to man-made environmental degradation. The Kepuh Forest Farmers Group (KTH) has played an active role in the sustainable management of springs since the 1990s, with a focus on protecting the environment and educating the community about the importance of forest ecosystem conservation. This research shows that active community participation in forest and spring conservation is essential to preserve natural resources in Panlungan village. By strengthening supervision of illegal logging activities, strengthening conservation programs, and raising awareness of the importance of maintaining forest ecosystems, we hope to ensure the survival of future generations and the preservation of clean water sources for the people of Panlungan Village.
