Adolescent delinquency behavior often stems from teenagers' involvement with peer groups at school or in the educational environment. This can develop into more serious criminal behavior later on. Adolescents engaged in delinquent behavior can be categorized as Juvenile Offenders (JO). Peer groups provide a social environment in which JOs can learn and develop various aspects of themselves; however, they also serve as a primary source of negative influence. Similar habitus within social groups reinforce solidarity and camaraderie within them, which may be a reason for teenagers to join peer groups from the same social class. This also provides a sense of comfort and acceptance, while joining groups from different social classes can lead to feelings of inferiority and inequality. Thus, peer groups can have both positive and negative implications depending on the social conditions within a peer group.

This research is a survey of skincare purchases. The purpose of this research is to find out how influential quality and price are on purchases. This research was analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. Data from the Indonesian Beauty Industry Association shows that demand for skincare products continues to increase every year. Skintific's popularity continues to increase due to its focus on product quality. Prices and promotional activities also play an important role in helping consumers make better purchasing decisions. Skintific, as an international skin care brand, offers quality products without harmful ingredients that can cause irritation. With continuous innovation and use of natural ingredients, Skintific has succeeded in becoming a favorite skincare brand in Indonesia in a short time.

This journal discusses the impact of TikTok's $1.5 billion USD acquisition of Tokopedia shares. Following the closure of TikTok Shop in Indonesia due to licensing issues, ByteDance (TikTok's parent company) re-entered the Indonesian e-commerce market through an investment in Tokopedia. This acquisition has sparked speculation about the collaboration and its impact on Indonesia's digital industry. Tokopedia will manage TikTok Shop in Indonesia, while TikTok will continue to operate as a social media platform. Concerns have arisen about potential monopoly and China's geopolitical influence, given ByteDance's close ties with the Chinese government. Issues of data ownership and security have also been highlighted as serious threats. This article emphasizes the importance of vigilance against foreign influence and its impact on Indonesia's economic sovereignty, drawing parallels to historical experiences such as the Trojan Horse, which illustrates the dangers of complacency.

The SME assistance program entitled "SME Assistance: Enhancing Competitiveness and Innovation in the Digital Era for Bintang Emas SMEs in Kasengan Village, Manding Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency" was implemented from March 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024. This program aims to enhance digital capacity, product innovation, and modern marketing strategies for Bintang Emas SMEs. Through digital marketing training, product innovation workshops, and technical assistance, participants learn to utilize digital technology and e-commerce platforms to enhance the visibility and sales of their products, including the flagship product of cassava chips. The results showed a 25% increase in sales in the first three months, an improvement in product variety and quality, as well as an enhancement in business and financial management skills. This program also successfully fostered a spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration in the local community and strengthened the relationship between SMEs and the surrounding community. With these achievements, it is hoped that Bintang Emas SMEs will continue to innovate and adapt to market changes, providing sustainable benefits to the local economy and the welfare of the local community.

The month of Ramadan is a special time for Muslims to worship, erase sins, and gain the rewards and pleasure of Allah SWT. Shaum or fasting, the primary worship during this month, involves abstaining from things that invalidate the fast. However, fasting is not intended to be difficult, as stated in the Qur'an, Surah Al-Baqarah: 185, which emphasizes ease rather than hardship in fasting. Besides its spiritual aspects, fasting also has health benefits, such as helping patients with obesity and heart disease. For patients with chronic kidney disease who require hemodialysis, fasting can be particularly challenging. Hemodialysis is a life-saving method that involves cleaning the blood outside the body. In Islam, there are principles of ushul fiqh that provide rukhsah or legal concessions for those who face difficulties in fulfilling religious obligations due to certain conditions. However, if a kidney failure patient insists on fasting despite having been granted rukhsah, this is known as azimah. This study aims to explore the status of azimah for hemodialysis patients who choose to fast from an Islamic perspective. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and in-depth interviews with fiqh experts, this research seeks to understand the legal implications and medical conditions involved. The results are expected to provide clearer insights into the practice of fasting for hemodialysis patients within the context of Islamic jurisprudence.

This article investigates the empowerment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owned by individuals with disabilities through digital business transformation, with a specific focus on reviewing content creators on the YouTube platform. This analytical approach aims to understand how disabled MSMEs utilize digital platforms, particularly YouTube, to expand their reach, increase visibility, and gain support from the community. Data were collected through searching and analyzing content produced by creators related to disabilities and MSMEs, using the search method of the top 10 views from 3 hashtags #MSME #disability #digital. The findings from this analysis reveal the low intensity of the number of viewers with the highest views still below 1000, there are already some parties that have supported disabled MSMEs by involving various stakeholders, such as the government, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, academics, business associations, and surrounding communities. These findings not only reveal the strategies and best practices used by disabled MSMEs in utilizing YouTube but also highlight the challenges and opportunities they face in the process. Policy implications and recommendations to support the growth of disabled MSMEs through digital platforms are also discussed. This research is expected to provide a deeper insight into the role of digital business in strengthening economic inclusion for individuals with disabilities in Indonesia.

This article discusses the use of Coulomb's law and electric fields to improve air quality in conventional cars. This method utilizes electrostatic principles to attract and capture air pollutant particles. This research introduces the practical application of this concept by integrating electrostatic technology into car ventilation systems. Experimental results show significant improvements in the reduction of in-vehicle air pollutants, with the potential to improve the health and comfort of car users. With wider application, this technology can help reduce the negative impact of air pollution on the environment and human health.

Dalam konteks negara demokratis, strategi komunikasi kampanye menjadi krusial dalam memperkenalkan calon presiden dan wakil presiden serta menyampaikan visi, misi, gagasan, dan rekam jejak kepada masyarakat. Fungsi kampanye tidak hanya sebatas mendapatkan suara, tetapi juga sebagai platform untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan bangsa dan memenuhi amanah UUD 1945. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi konsep "Desak Anies" sebagai strategi kampanye yang menantang status quo dengan cara mempertanyakan dan mendorong diskusi mengenai gagasan dan visi misi calon presiden. Pertanyaannya adalah apakah pendekatan ini dapat dianggap sebagai langkah baru dalam kampanye politik yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan bangsa serta memperkuat ketaatan terhadap nilai-nilai konstitusi. Dengan menganalisis dampak dan relevansi strategi ini terhadap tatanan politik dan masyarakat, tulisan ini berusaha untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai bagaimana komunikasi kampanye dapat berperan dalam pembentukan kesadaran politik dan kepemimpinan yang berintegritas. Kesimpulan dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga dalam merumuskan strategi kampanye yang lebih inklusif dan efektif di masa depan. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif dalam proses politik, strategi "Desak Anies" menciptakan ruang bagi dialog yang lebih substansial antara pemimpin dan rakyat. Ini tidak hanya memperkuat hubungan antara pemimpin dan rakyat, tetapi juga meningkatkan kualitas diskusi publik serta pemahaman akan isu-isu politik yang kompleks.

This research investigates the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and startup sectors. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected from a number of MSMEs and startups to analyze the factors that influence the adoption and success of CRM implementation. The findings show that limited resources, lack of knowledge about the benefits of CRM, and dependence on technological infrastructure are the main challenges in adopting CRM systems. However, CRM has also been found to have great potential in increasing customer retention, developing more suitable products, and expanding into new markets. Practical implications of these findings include recommendations for appropriate resource allocation, employee training, and more effective digital marketing strategies. The contribution of this research lies in a deeper understanding of CRM implementation in the context of MSMEs and startups as well as practical guidance for improving business performance through effective CRM strategies.

This research aims to examine the relationship between independent variables, including: Current Ratio,Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and the dependent variable Stock Price, with the moderatingvariable in this research being Total Assets. Research was conducted on 12 infrastructure companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), using non-probability sampling techniques-quota sampling in theperiod 2018 to 2022, a period of 5 years. This study explored whether having good fundamentals wouldhave a direct effect on price increases. the shares of the issuing company are moderated by the condition ofthe company's total assets. The findings of research studies on infrastructure companies show that theCurrent Ratio, if it stands alone, will have a positive effect on share prices, but if it is moderated by totalassets, it will have a negative effect on share prices. Return on Assets has no effect if it stands alone, but ifmoderated by Total Assets then Return on Assets has a positive effect. Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect onshare prices, whether alone or moderated. Simultaneously in this research study, Current Ratio, Return onAssets and Debt to Equity Ratio, moderated by Total Assets, have an effect on stock prices. This study offersa regression analysis on infrastructure companies, the results provide a basis for future research in thisarea. And company management can provide information about the relationship between fundamentalfactors and the company's share price which is moderated by total assets.
