Abstrak:
The Community Service was carried out in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, which consisted of 13 RW 51 densely populated RT. Most of participant work in the private and government sectors. Some of entrepreneurs are held fish farming which are managed by the community as an additional necessity for life. To sum up, the implementation of Community Service in Beji village, sub-district East Ungaran can be concluded as follows: Community service activities in Beji Village, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency run well so that participants gained knowledge which can be implemented. Participants were given an explanation on how to make good Biofloc pond fish food and providing tarpaulins to partners as a form of concern for developing biofloc ponds.

Abstrak:
The research method used was a qualitative experiment, starting with taking broken piston rings No. 2 and 3, cutting the piston rings and testing them with hardness tests and composition tests carried out at the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic and Undip Central Java Integrated Lab. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the used broken ring number 3 has the highest hardness of 140.26 HB and the used ring number 2 is 131.50 HB, so it can be concluded that the piston ring that has been used and exposed to high heat causes an increase in hardness and causes it to break. The composition test results showed that the carbon content of the new ring no. 2 was the highest at 15.30% and that in the used ring no. 2 was 12.08% because the compression ring was in direct contact with the compression chamber or in contact with heat. For the used number 3 piston ring, the carbon content is 10.43 and the new one is 11.02 because it is positioned below the compression ring and is not in direct contact with heat. for the used ring no.2, the Silicon (Si) content is low, namely 2.15% compared to the new one, 2.75% because the nature of Silicium is that it is resistant to high temperatures and as a compression ring compared to ring no.3, fracture occurs because there are no Manganese or Phosphate elements. which is wear resistant, strong and elastic. The microstructure of piston ring No. 2 is broken and the new two piston rings are less dense and have rough gaps. The broken piston ring structure of No. 3 and the new one looks a bit gray and has high levels of graphite iron and carbon elements.

Abstrak:
Kota Bogor merupakan salah daerah yang memiliki banyak makanan tradisional. Indonesia sejak jaman lampau sudah didatangi oleh berbagai macam bangsa yang memberikan pengaruh keberbagai bidang termasuk pengaruh di bidang kuliner. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tentang asal usul atau sejarah dari toge goreng, keunikan yang dimiliki oleh makanan ini dan bagaimana proses pembuatan dan penyajiannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan ditambah dengan data sekunder yang didapatkan melalui studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah toge goreng berawal dari makanan Eropa yaitu spaghetti yang dibawa oleh pendagang Tiongkok. Keunikan dari toge goreng adalah cara pemasakannya yang direbus dengan menggunakan kuali/wajan yang menggunakan kayu bakar, serta penggunaan daun patat sebagai pembungkusnya. Sedangkan untuk proses pembuatan dan penyajian ada penjual yang menambahkan oncom merah. Saran dapat melakukan penelitian terhadap masakan tradisional yang berasal dari daerah lain sebagai daya tarik wisatawan.

Abstrak:
Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan entitas ekonomi produktif milik perorangan maupun badan usaha yang beroperasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kelangsungan hidup seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan akuntansi manajemen pada UMKM Ayam Geprek dan Penyet Lado Mudo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan temuan peneliti yang bersumber dari jurnal atau artikel dan dokumentasi lainnya. Penelitian ini juga melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada pemilik usaha UMKM Ayam Geprek dan Penyet Lado Mudo yaitu Ibu Suparti (56). Hasil observasi dan wawancara adalah UMKM Ayam Geprek dan Penyet Lado Mudo telah melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi manjemen dalam penerapan akuntansi manajemen. Fungsi manajemen tersebut meliputi perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pengarahan (actuating), pengendalian (controlling), dan pengambilan keputusan (decision making). Pelaku UMKM Ayam Geprek dan Penyet Lado Mudo yang terlibat dalam penerapan akuntansi manajemen menyadari akan tanggung jawab yang diemban yaitu dengan melaksanakan tugas dan wewenang dengan sungguh-sungguh dan jujur.

Abstrak:
In this research, we will present a culinary dish in the form of "Fried Rice" which is so well known that it can be used as a teaching material for foreign students in the United States, especially at Yale University. The method used in this research is qualitative research. This method is used to describe students' responses after trying traditional culinary delights, namely fried rice. The BIPA teaching materials created can be adapted to students' ability to speak Indonesian. In the first lesson, the teacher can provide teaching materials using simple language, language that is easy for students to understand. After students can use simple Indonesian, then students will be given teaching materials in a rather complicated language and then teaching materials in a more complex language. In the research "Nasi Goreng" is an excellent choice because of its popularity in Indonesia, as well as the diversity of ways of making it which can reflect Indonesia's diverse culture.

Along with the development of the times, the need for electricity is very necessary. Electrical energy is one of the energy that is needed in using equipment that is related to electrical energy such as household, office and commercial industrial equipment that requires electrical energy. Bawean Island is one of the islands that requires a large amount of electricity due to the growing development of these sectors. With the rapid development of large-scale developments, the need for electricity needs to be increased in order to meet people's demands related to electricity needs. Technical losses are losses that occur for technical reasons where energy is reduced by turning into heat or heat energy. Basically technical losses occur based on energy losses in components caused by errors in the components themselves. Technical losses that occur in distribution transformers are common. In principle, losses always occur because efficiency cannot be 100%. Energy is lost along with distribution from upstream to downstream of distribution transformers. Based on the formulation of the problem taken, the researchers calculated losses at neutral currents, copper losses, total losses, output power and total losses in the form of prices. From the results of the conclusions above, it can be seen that the greater the current in the neutral of the transformer, the more losses that occur in the transformer.

Abstrak:
The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative learning model on the active learning of PAK class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population is all class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christians totaling 191 people and a sample of 48 people was determined, namely 25% of the total population using random sampling techniques. Data collection used a closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative learning model on the active learning of PAK class IX students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the positive relationship test, the value obtained is rxy = 0.606 > rtable(=0.05, n=48) = 0.284, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=46)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 36.8%. Influence test: Regression equation test, the regression equation Y ̂="2.17"+0.63 63. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The purpose of this study wasto identify and analyze the role of product image to inform product quality and purchasing decisions for aqua 600ml mineral water in Sukabumi District. The survey wan conducted amon 97 respondents using purposive sampling technique based on the following criteria:1) consumers who purchased at least on aqua 600ml product and 2) product choice. Customers must be at least 17 years old andold enough tocompletethe survey. The questionnaire was tested with validity, realibilty andclassical acceptance tests.the analitysis method used in this research is descritivemethod and validation through quantitative method. Data analysis techniques were carriedout by path analysis and sobeltest using SPSS for windows.thus, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, price has a positive and significant effet on brand image, product quality has no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image can influence price in purchasing decisions.

Abstrak:
The Community Service Program (PKM) has successfully conducted a training on Dashboard Development and TikTok Business for the Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) Shofi Group. This training was facilitated by the Informatics Engineering Department of Trisakti University and has received an excellent rating based on feedback from the participants. As part of this training, a visualization dashboard was successfully integrated into the Shofi Group's website, allowing them to monitor sales data more efficiently and effectively. In addition, participants also learned about the use of TikTok Business as a tool for marketing their products. Positive feedback from Shofi Group indicates the significant benefits of this training, in terms of assisting MSMEs to adapt and utilize digital technology in their business development. These results underline the importance of similar programs in supporting SMEs to compete in the digital era. It is hoped that the success of this PKM can lay the foundation for similar initiatives in the future, supporting more MSMEs in leveraging the potential of digital technology.
