This study is a field research that attempts to see the extent of the application of the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method in learning yellow books at the Tarbiyatul Aulad Sukadana Islamic Boarding School, Kayong Utara Regency. The success or failure of learning can be seen from the accuracy in choosing the method. This study aims to describe how the planning, implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method in learning yellow books at the Tarbiyatul Aulad Sukadana Islamic Boarding School, Kayong Utara Regency. The data collection methods used in this study are; observation , interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that 1) The planning of the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method in learning yellow books at the Tarbiyatul Aulad Islamic Boarding School includes a) the ustadz first reads the learning objectives in the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method guidebook b) the ustadz first muthala'ah again the material to be delivered, c) the ustadz tells the students to memorize vocabulary and nadzhom imrithi and alfiyah related to the material to be studied. 2) The implementation of the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method in learning yellow books at the Tarbiyatul Aulad Islamic Boarding School includes the following steps : Opening with Prayer and Intention, Introduction to Vocabulary (Mufradat), Gradual Understanding of Nahwu and Shorof Rules, Application of Rules Through Practical Exercises, Memorizing Vocabulary and Rules, Dialogue and Light Conversation (Muhadatsah), Reading and Translating Texts, Periodic Evaluation and Tests, Reinforcement with Yellow Books (Advanced Level) . 3) supporting factors: availability of competent Ustadz, structured and gradual curriculum, student discipline in memorizing and muthala'ah, supportive learning environment, inhibiting factors: differences in academic background of students, limited learning time, lack of supporting learning media, physical fatigue of students.

Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that requires long-term treatment and patient compliance so that the healing process can be achieved properly. One of the factors that plays an important role in the success of pulmonary TB treatment is family support. Families who are directly involved in care and motivation can increase the patient's enthusiasm to complete treatment. Therefore, empowering families in supporting pulmonary TB treatment is very important to reduce the number of failed treatments and prevent drug resistance. This community service aims to empower families in providing effective support to pulmonary TB patients so that patients can complete their treatment completely. The empowerment program carried out through counseling on the importance of adherence to TB treatment, as well as training on how to care for patients and reduce social stigma against TB, is expected to increase the active role of families in supporting patient treatment. This community service activity involves families of pulmonary TB patients, medical personnel, and the surrounding community, with an educational and collaborative approach. The results of this community service show an increase in family understanding of TB disease, the importance of adherence to treatment, and a reduction in stigma against TB patients. In addition, families feel more prepared and motivated to support patients in undergoing treatment. Family empowerment has been proven effective in increasing the completion rate of pulmonary TB treatment, which in turn can reduce transmission rates and drug resistance.

This community service program aims to equip students with knowledge and skills relevant to facing the challenges of the digital workforce. The activity was attended by 40 students, with materials covering four main topics: Understanding the Digital Era Workforce, Key Soft Skills for the Digital Era, Building Competencies for the Digital Workforce, and Preparing for Career Success. In addition, participants were guided in creating an individual Action Plan to prepare themselves for career success in the future. The methods used in this program included material presentations, interactive discussions, and the development of personal action plans, aiming to enhance both technical and non-technical skills needed in the digital workforce. Evaluation results show that 75% of students rated the material as excellent, 20% as good, and 5% found it somewhat beneficial. This indicates the program’s success in providing significant value to participants. This program is expected to enhance students' readiness to enter the increasingly digital and technology-driven job market, while providing valuable insights for planning and developing their careers. Moving forward, this activity can serve as a model for developing more effective community service programs that align with the needs of the modern workforce.

Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

This study explored the adaptation strategies of pre-service English teachers during their teaching practicum (PPL) in junior high schools implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka framework. The aim of the study is to explore how pre-service English teachers integrate the flexible and student-centered curriculum while adjusting to a variety of problems in a real-world classroom environment. Semi-structured interviews and non-participant observations were used in this qualitative study to collect data from six pre-service teachers. The results showed that pre-service teachers used a variety of strategies to deal with procedural, managerial, psychological, instructional, and cultural obstacles, such as reflective practices, collaborative mentoring, and differentiated instruction. In addition to highlighting the necessity of successfully promoting Kurikulum Merdeka, the study emphasizes the value of mentorship and reflective practices in promoting professional development. These findings help to enhance programs for preparing future teachers and offer insightful advice to pre-service English teachers as they enter into professional teaching roles.

This study explores the impact of an entrepreneurial mindset on business growth, with a particular focus on startups in developing economies. Through a case study approach, it examines how entrepreneurial traits such as innovation, risk-taking, and resilience contribute to overcoming challenges unique to these markets, including limited access to resources, unstable regulatory environments, and financial constraints. The research identifies key strategies employed by successful entrepreneurs to drive growth, create competitive advantages, and foster sustainable development. The findings highlight the critical role of entrepreneurial mindset as a catalyst for navigating complexities and achieving scalability in dynamic and resource-constrained environments. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to support and enhance the startup ecosystem in developing economies.

The implementation of financial technology (FinTech) has significantly transformed the banking sector in Indonesia, impacting the quality and accessibility of services offered. This study examines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) associated with the adoption of FinTech in the banking industry. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected from industry reports, case studies, and expert interviews to provide a comprehensive analysis. The results highlight several strengths, including improved efficiency, enhanced customer experience, and expanded financial inclusion. However, weaknesses such as high operational costs and cybersecurity risks remain prevalent. Opportunities for growth lie in the increasing digital literacy and government support, while threats include intense competition and regulatory challenges. This study concludes that while FinTech presents significant potential to elevate banking service quality in Indonesia, its success depends on addressing key challenges through strategic innovation and robust policy frameworks.

Aqidah Akhlak through a literature review that focuses on lecture and discussion methods. In learning Aqidah Akhlak, choosing the right method is the key to success in delivering material and shaping students' character. The lecture method is effective for delivering basic information systematically, while the discussion method emphasizes more on active student involvement and the development of critical thinking skills. This article reviews various scientific literature to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, and relevance of both methods in learning Aqidah Akhlak. The results of the study indicate that the use of both methods in an integrated manner can provide more optimal results, with lectures as an introduction and discussions as a deepening of the material. These findings provide a theoretical perspective for educators in designing effective learning strategies.

Women entrepreneurs play a pivotal role in fostering social innovation through the establishment of community-based enterprises. These enterprises not only address social challenges but also contribute significantly to economic development by creating sustainable solutions and opportunities within their communities. This study explores the intersection of women entrepreneurship, social innovation, and community-based enterprises, emphasizing their potential to drive inclusive economic growth. By leveraging local resources and addressing community-specific needs, women entrepreneurs act as catalysts for change, promoting social equity and economic empowerment. The research highlights key success factors, challenges, and strategies adopted by women-led community-based enterprises to achieve long-term economic and social impact. The findings suggest that supporting women entrepreneurs can amplify their contributions to economic development and societal well-being, particularly in underserved areas.  

Since early 2021, the population administration service in Bandung Regency has been supported by service innovations implementation through an online service system, with the presence of the SAKEDAP application. Hence, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency makes use of Information and Communication Technology as an application of Agile Governance in order to deal with the dynamics of the environment. Nevertheless, at the implementation level of the newest version of SAKEDAP application, the limit of the Q-Ban is only 150 queues a day from 4,000 applicants per day. To tackle these problems, outreach should be tailored through a broad range of accessible media platforms, the recruitment of IT specialists to assure the strength of the system and the ability to increase capacity when necessary. Such measures, which, will enhance public understanding and easier access to services, are consistent with the ideals of the good governance which espouses efficiency and responsiveness. The objective of this study is to discover and analyze Agile Governance based Integrated Population Queue System Service in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bandung Regency. Observer-participant, in-depth interviews and document review were the main data collection techniques used. In addition to Good Enough Governance, business- driven, Human Focused, Based on Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach, Simple design and Continuous Responsiveness, based on the research conducted, the researcher found the responsiveness factor or the ability factor, which is intended to help and provide fast service to customers with clear information and can support the successful implementation of Agile Governance.

Hypertension and diabetes mellitus are significant health issues that can lead to serious complications such as cardiovascular diseases, stroke, and kidney failure. Efforts to control these diseases are essential to improving the quality of life for communities. Based on this background, the community service team from Mitra Bunda Health Institute organized health education and screenings on Nguan Island, Batam City. This initiative aimed to provide prevention and management of hypertension and diabetes mellitus for residents of RT 001 and RT 002 of Nguan Island. The implementation methods included blood pressure and blood sugar tests, health education through visual media, and health promotion adhering to health protocols. The high level of community participation reflects a positive response to efforts aimed at preventing and managing these diseases. Evaluation results show that the activities were successfully carried out, with participants following health education sessions and screenings in an orderly manner according to the established health protocols. Collaboration among the community, cadres, neighborhood heads, and local authorities has had a positive impact on raising awareness about the importance of managing hypertension and diabetes mellitus. These activities are planned to be conducted regularly to create a healthier environment on Nguan Island. Full support from various parties is essential to ensure the sustainability of this program for the improvement of community health.

Children's emotional development during childhood is a very important basis in forming attitudes, values ​​and behavior in the future. Parenting styles play a very important role in the formation and emotional development of children. This research examines various types of parenting patterns applied by parents and their impact on children's psychological well-being. Based on literature analysis from ten journals, it was found that positive parenting styles, such as authoritative, can support the development of children's emotional regulation and self-confidence. On the other hand, authoritarian or permissive parenting can actually hinder a child's ability to express emotions in a healthy way. The results of this study show that early social experiences and a positive family environment greatly influence children's emotional development, which ultimately has an impact on their success in the future. The National Strategic Program stipulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 109 of 2020 concerning the Acceleration of Implementation of the National Food Estate Strategic Project, which was implemented in Gadabung Village, Pandih District, Pulang Pisau Regency was implemented well, so that the community felt the direct impact in the form of a harvest area of 1,205 Ha in a bumper harvest with New Superior Varieties of Inbred and Hybrid rice. The success of Gadabung Village as part of the development of the national strategic food estate project has had a positive impact on making the area charming in the form of vast expanses of rice fields, so that the village can be developed into a tourist village. Based on this, the aim of this research is that the Regional Government of Pulang Pisau Regency makes public policies that can be directly operational, by developing the potential resources owned by the government of Gadabung Village, Pandih Batu District. This research uses a qualitative approach, the data displayed is generally in the form of actual and accurate sentence descriptions and connects the problems studied with a qualitative approach. Researchers go out into the field to research the object of study and hold direct interactions with the community with the aim of obtaining in-depth information about this matter, conducting in-depth interviews and observations. Research Results Based on documentation data, Central Kalimantan Food Estate Development activities, especially in Gadabung Village, were carried out through programs and activities, namely area planning and development of facilities and infrastructure, human resource development and farmer corporations experiencing increased capacity and business diversification. This is a form of sustainability effort for upstream-downstream agricultural businesses based on areas and agro-ecosystem suitability clusters. Increasing the welfare of the people in Gadabung Village will be better by becoming a tourist destination, because the scenery in the area is very beautiful with the support of available natural resources, traditional arts and culture of local people and immigrants (transmigration), both ethnic Dayak, Banjar, Javanese, Sunda, where people live in harmony, safety and peace. The conclusion from the results of this research is that Gadabung Village is a village where the National Strategic Program has been implemented which has succeeded in meeting its objectives, namely making Gadabung Village one of the rice barns in Central Kalimantan, with rice fields stretching across thousands of hectares, and the community feels the direct impact on improving welfare. infrastructure becomes better, the village's potential can become a support for becoming a tourist destination or tourist village.  

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are chronic diseases, not transmitted from person to person. PTM has a long duration and generally develops slowly. Based on the results of interviews with housewives in Poto Village, information was obtained that people regularly consume vegetables, but fruit is still very rare. Side dishes include fish, tofu and tempeh and meat made in various variants. Consuming fast food such as instant noodles and fried foods is still a habit among people.  Based on the background above, educational activities related to a balanced diet need to be conveyed to the public. This service aims to increase housewives' understanding of a balanced diet as an effort to prevent NCDs in Poto Village, Moyo Hilir District. Community service activities are carried out through providing education through health instructors using power point media. To evaluate the success of outreach activities in increasing housewives' knowledge about preventing NCDs, a series of pre-test and post-test activities were carried out. The results of the service show that there is an influence of the counseling given on increasing housewives' knowledge about a balanced diet as an effort to prevent NCDs.

Moreover, digitalization optimizes resource utilization, minimizes environmental impact, and strengthens stakeholder engagement, contributing to measurable economic, environmental, and social sustainability outcomes. The synergy between digital transformation and sustainability initiatives provides organizations with strategic advantages, including improved operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning. However, challenges such as implementation barriers, balancing digital-sustainable priorities, and managing unintended environmental impacts persist. Future research should focus on empirical validation, industry-specific applications, and longitudinal studies to further elucidate the pathways through which digitalization supports sustainable innovation and long-term business resilience. This study underscores the imperative for organizations to strategically align digital transformation with sustainability objectives, ensuring their future success in a rapidly evolving business environment.

This research  aims to analyze the application of the McKinsey 7S framework in achieving sustainable performance management at Fresh Bright Pool, Tanjungpinang, amid the increasingly competitive local entertainment industry. The study explores the seven core elements of McKinsey 7S—strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, leadership style, and staff—to understand the dynamics of performance management and innovation in the service sector. A qualitative approach was employed, collecting data through in-depth interviews with two staff members and several visitors, supported by document analysis to ensure data validity. The results show that the elements of strategy and shared values are the primary strengths of Fresh Bright Pool in creating superior customer experiences, such as through the improvement of billiard facilities, optimization of bar services, and implementation of a more structured reservation system. The shared value of "comfort and togetherness" has successfully built a friendly and inclusive work culture. Collaborative leadership styles enhance staff engagement in operational processes, while the skills and staff elements still face challenges, including limited technical training and capacity development in customer service. This study provides valuable insights for Fresh Bright Pool to continue strengthening these elements to improve efficiency, maintain competitive advantage, and achieve operational sustainability in the local entertainment industry.

This article aims to analyze the views of Generation Z (Gen Z) towards the use of Mobile Legends online game as a source of income. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving six research subjects aged 20-24 years old and actively playing Mobile Legends. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that Gen Z has a positive view of Mobile Legends as a source of additional income. Their main motivations are the desire to earn extra income, an income-generating hobby, filling spare time, and entrepreneurial opportunities. The strategies used include selling accounts, becoming a jockey, live streaming, content creation, and participating in tournaments. Challenges faced include fierce competition, meta game changes, risk of fraud, and the need to maintain a balance between gaming and real life. Playing intensity has a relationship with monetization success, but excessive intensity can have a negative impact. This research provides new insights into the phenomenon of online game utilization as a source of income among Gen Z and its implications for the digital economy and entrepreneurship.

This study explores the application of machine learning to predict students' GPA based on behavioral and time-related factors, including study hours, extracurricular activities, sleep, social interactions, and physical activity. Seven regression algorithms were employed to evaluate predictive accuracy using metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and R2 Among these, Regularized Linear Regression demonstrated the highest accuracy and interpretability, highlighting its suitability for this dataset. The findings emphasize the potential of machine learning in identifying key predictors of academic performance and offer practical applications for personalized academic advising and time management. This research provides a data-driven framework to support students and educators in optimizing learning outcomes.

This study aims to investigate how top management commitment and leadership style influence the effectiveness of implementing green HRM practices in the hospitality industry. The study employs a qualitative approach by conducting case studies in selected hotels across Asian countries. Data is collected through in-depth interviews with hotel leaders and HR staff. Thematic analysis is performed to identify important patterns and insights related to the role of commitment and leadership in implementing green HRM initiatives. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the key factors that determine the successful adoption of green HRM practices in the Asian hospitality industry.

Literacy is very important for students because literacy skills will affect the success of their learning and their lives. Good literacy skills will help students understand oral, written and visual texts. oral, written, and pictorial/visual texts, therefore, the development of literacy in literacy in learning is always carried out in an integrated manner between listening, speaking, reading and writing activities. This is because the four skills have a very close relationship, although each has certain characteristics. One way that can be do to improve teacher competence in building a Literacy Culture in Madrasahs is through Technical Guidance with the Method of Direct Guidance. Bimtek is an activity that is intended to provide assistance which is generally in the form of advice and guidance and guidance to solve problems / problems that are technical in nature. From the results of research conducted on teachers at MTsN 1 Siak, namely as follows: Organizing Technical Guidance with the Direct Guidance Method can improve teacher competence in building a culture of Literacy in Madrasahs at MTsN 1 Siak in the 2023/2024 academic year. This This is indicated by the score of the observation of the teacher which continues to increase from cycle 1 to cycle 3.
