This literature review analyzes the impact of data privacy issues on consumer usage intention in Indonesian e-commerce platforms. The study aims to map privacy threats and understand the phenomenon of the privacy paradox in the context of digital retail. Using a literature review method, this study synthesized findings from international journals published in the last five years from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases. The results show that excessive data collection, unauthorized secondary use, and data breaches significantly increase consumer privacy concerns. However, the research also confirms a privacy paradox, where consumers willingly share personal data to gain shopping convenience and promotions. The findings highlight that strong brand trust and a seamless user experience can effectively mitigate these privacy fears. Practically, this study recommends that e-commerce companies implement the Privacy by Design framework, utilize dynamic passwords (OTP), and provide transparent privacy settings as a competitive marketing advantage. Future research should explore specific regional demographics and the direct impact of new technologies like AI chatbots on consumer security perceptions.

A crucial issue currently facing the Church is its stance on building good and harmonious relationships with all other belief systems within its own community. Although dogmatically the Church explicitly expresses its openness to all religious practices and piety lived out by the faithful according to their traditional beliefs, the Church remains cautious so that in building relationships through dialogue, the traditions of the Church are not lost. This paper aims to highlight the relationship between the Catholic faith and the traditional belief system of the Manggarai people in light of the dogmatic constitution Nostra Aetate. Nostra Aetate is one of the key documents resulting from the Second Vatican Council that addresses the current reality of religious diversity. Through this document, the Church seeks to declare its commitment to reflecting on the fact that all humanity shares a single origin and a single ultimate goal: God Himself. The beliefs or religious system of the Manggarai people is implicitly monotheistic, namely Mori Jari dedek Ema pu’un kuasa. On this basis, the Church sees that the same concept exists in Catholic doctrine. In this study, the author uses qualitative research with a text analysis approach. Text analysis is a methodology in qualitative research that aims to interpret and analyze texts based on their context.

Kecurangan (fraud) di sektor perbankan daerah merupakan ancaman serius yang dapat merugikan keuangan negara dan menurunkan kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kasus korupsi pengadaan iklan pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (Bank BJB) menggunakan pendekatan Fraud Triangle Theory yang mencakup tiga elemen utama: tekanan (pressure), kesempatan (opportunity), dan rasionalisasi (rationalization). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, didukung oleh studi literatur dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kasus Bank BJB mencerminkan interaksi ketiga elemen Fraud Triangle secara simultan. Tekanan bersumber dari kebutuhan dana non-budgeter yang besar dalam pengelolaan anggaran promosi senilai Rp409 miliar. Kesempatan muncul akibat lemahnya sistem pengendalian internal, tidak adanya verifikasi dokumen yang memadai, serta penyimpangan dalam proses pengadaan. Rasionalisasi terbentuk melalui persepsi pelaku bahwa praktik tersebut merupakan hal yang lazim dalam lingkungan birokrasi dan korporasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan pemahaman teoritis dan praktis terkait pencegahan fraud di lembaga keuangan daerah Indonesia, khususnya melalui penguatan tata kelola perusahaan dan sistem pengawasan internal.

Latar Belakang: Kehilangan seluruh gigi (complete edentulism) dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi mastikasi, fonetik, estetika, serta menurunkan kualitas hidup dan kepercayaan diri pasien. Gigi tiruan lengkap (GTL) berbahan resin akrilik masih menjadi pilihan rehabilitasi yang banyak digunakan karena memiliki sifat estetik yang baik, mudah dimanipulasi, dan relatif ekonomis. Laporan Kasus: Seorang pasien perempuan berusia 42 tahun datang ke Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Soelastri Surakarta dengan keluhan kehilangan seluruh gigi pada rahang atas dan rahang bawah sejak tiga tahun yang lalu. Pasien mengalami kesulitan mengunyah, berbicara, dan merasa kurang percaya diri terhadap penampilannya. Pemeriksaan klinis menunjukkan kondisi edentulous lengkap pada kedua rahang disertai penurunan dimensi vertikal wajah. Rencana perawatan berupa pembuatan gigi tiruan lengkap berbahan resin akrilik heat-cured. Tahapan perawatan meliputi pencetakan anatomis dan fisiologis, pembuatan sendok cetak individual, pencatatan hubungan rahang, penyusunan gigi tiruan, try-in, insersi, serta evaluasi pasca pemasangan. Hasil: Setelah pemasangan gigi tiruan lengkap, diperoleh retensi dan stabilisasi yang baik, oklusi yang harmonis, serta perbaikan fungsi mastikasi, fonetik, dan estetika. Pada evaluasi satu minggu pasca-insersi, pasien tidak mengeluhkan rasa sakit maupun ketidaknyamanan, kondisi jaringan pendukung dalam keadaan sehat, dan pasien menyatakan puas terhadap hasil perawatan. Kesimpulan: Rehabilitasi pasien edentulous lengkap menggunakan gigi tiruan lengkap resin akrilik memberikan hasil klinis yang baik dalam mengembalikan fungsi pengunyahan, bicara, dan estetika. Keberhasilan perawatan dipengaruhi oleh ketepatan prosedur klinis, kualitas pembuatan gigi tiruan, serta kerja sama yang baik antara dokter gigi dan pasien.

Notaris sebagai pejabat umum pemegang kewenangan atributif negara dalam pembuatan akta otentik menghadapi kerentanan hukum serius akibat penggunaan dokumen palsu oleh penghadap beriktikad buruk. Asas kepercayaan (vertrouwen) menempatkan notaris pada posisi paradoks: wajib melayani masyarakat, namun berisiko dikriminalisasi atas kejahatan pihak yang dilayaninya. Penelitian ini mengkaji tiga permasalahan: pengaturan hukum tanggung jawab notaris atas akta berbasis dokumen palsu, ketidakmemadaian regulasi dalam melindungi notaris, serta model perlindungan hukum ideal bagi notaris menghadapi pemalsuan dokumen penghadap. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus, berbasis data sekunder yang dianalisis melalui content analysis dan divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pertama, UUJN dan KUHPerdata membatasi tanggung jawab notaris pada kebenaran formal dan prosedural pembuatan akta, sedangkan kebenaran materiil dokumen merupakan tanggung jawab mutlak penghadap. Kedua, regulasi berlaku belum memadai karena UUJN tidak memuat klausul good faith immunity, mekanisme shifting of liability belum diatur secara rigid, kewenangan Majelis Kehormatan Notaris terbatas pada fungsi administratif tanpa daya ikat terhadap proses penyidikan, serta ketiadaan sistem verifikasi identitas digital terintegrasi. Ketiga, model perlindungan ideal adalah model tiga lapis: lapis preventif melalui verifikasi identitas digital real-time terintegrasi dengan Dukcapil dan BPN; lapis normatif melalui amandemen UUJN yang memuat klausul imunitas iktikad baik dan pengalihan tanggung jawab material kepada penghadap manipulatif; serta lapis represif melalui penetapan izin MKN sebagai syarat mutlak penetapan tersangka dan jaminan rehabilitasi bagi notaris yang dikriminalisasi secara tidak sah.

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah merevolusi mekanisme transaksi ekonomi dengan mendorong penggunaan kontrak elektronik sebagai instrumen utama dalam aktivitas e-commerce. Kajian ini menyoroti dominasi klausula baku yang disusun sepihak oleh pelaku usaha, yang mengakibatkan ketimpangan posisi tawar serta berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian sistemik bagi konsumen. Secara empiris, rendahnya literasi hukum masyarakat, kompleksitas bahasa kontrak, serta mekanisme persetujuan instan memperkuat kondisi kerentanan konsumen dalam memahami hak dan kewajibannya. Meskipun kerangka regulasi nasional seperti UUPK dan UU ITE telah memberikan dasar perlindungan, implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan serius, termasuk lemahnya pengawasan, kesenjangan antara norma dan praktik, serta tantangan yurisdiksi lintas negara dalam transaksi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif-empiris untuk menganalisis efektivitas perlindungan hukum serta mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab ketidakseimbangan dalam kontrak elektronik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan perlunya rekonstruksi model perlindungan konsumen berbasis keadilan kontraktual yang menekankan transparansi, keseimbangan, dan akuntabilitas dalam penyusunan klausula. Selain itu, integrasi aspek teknologi, desain sistem digital, dan peningkatan literasi konsumen menjadi elemen krusial dalam menciptakan ekosistem transaksi yang adil. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan teori hukum digital sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pembentukan regulasi adaptif guna memperkuat kepercayaan publik terhadap ekonomi digital.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana pembangunan masjid melalui penyusunan informasi keuangan berbasis ISAK 335. Pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui klasifikasi transaksi, penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta analisis efisiensi dan partisipasi donatur. Hasil pengabdian berupa tersusunnya laporan keuangan pembangunan masjid yang lebih sistematis dan informatif. Takmir memperoleh pemahaman mengenai efisiensi penggunaan dana dan pola partisipasi masyarakat. Transparansi laporan keuangan juga memperkuat kepercayaan jamaah terhadap pengelolaan dana pembangunan. Pengabdian ini berdampak pada penguatan tata kelola, akuntabilitas, dan keberlanjutan partisipasi masyarakat dalam memakmurkan masjid.

This research was designed to explore the extent to which public beliefs influence the implementation of Digital traceability  systems in the halal industrial sector. The approach used was quantitative with a survey method, where questionnaires were distributed to 60 respondents who were consumers of halal products in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression via Microsoft Excel. Research findings indicate that public confidence has a positive and significant influence on the adoption of Digital traceability  systems, with a regression coefficient of 0.476 and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). In addition, the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.219 indicates that public confidence contributes 21.9% to the implementation of the Digital traceability  system, while the rest is determined by other factors that were not researched. These findings confirm that public trust is an important element in encouraging acceptance of digital technology, especially in the halal industry which relies heavily on transparency and consumer confidence. Thus, implementing a Digital traceability  system that is supported by information openness and easy access to technology can be an effective strategy to strengthen consumer trust while expanding technology adoption.

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial telah mendorong pentingnya kemampuan personal branding bagi generasi muda, khususnya siswa sekolah menengah atas. Personal branding menjadi salah satu strategi yang dapat membantu individu membangun citra diri positif, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, serta mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia pendidikan maupun karier di masa depan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya personal branding melalui workshop interaktif di SMA Negeri 1 Batujaya. Kegiatan melibatkan 12 siswa yang terdiri atas duta siswa dan perwakilan aktif sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi, praktik sederhana, dan refleksi bersama. Evaluasi dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui observasi partisipatif dan umpan balik peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki antusiasme tinggi serta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya membangun citra diri positif dan penggunaan media sosial secara lebih strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan diri. Pendekatan partisipatif melalui workshop interaktif dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung.

Student cooperatives in Islamic boarding schools are no longer merely understood as business units providing daily necessities, but have developed into socio-economic spaces that shape independence, trust, and Islamic entrepreneurship education among students. This study is motivated by the limited number of studies examining pesantren cooperatives as socio-religious processes that cultivate values of trustworthiness, responsibility, transparency, and cooperation in students’ daily lives. The study aims to explain the empirical practices of student involvement in cooperative management, the social relations formed through economic activities in pesantren, and their implications for Islamic entrepreneurship education and the strengthening of pesantren economic independence. This research employed a qualitative approach with a field study method conducted at Pondok Pesantren Modern Elfira 2 Purwokerto. Data were collected through observation, interviews with cooperative administrators and student managers, and documentation of financial reports and cooperative operational activities. The findings reveal that students are directly involved in managing goods inventory, customer service, digital financial recording, and the distribution of daily necessities within the pesantren environment. These practices foster values of trustworthiness, transparency, responsibility, and cooperation through supervision systems, work shift arrangements, and daily evaluations. In addition to strengthening the pesantren’s economy, the cooperative also functions as a medium for experiential Islamic entrepreneurship learning. This article contributes to the sociology of Islamic education by demonstrating that student cooperatives function as socio-economic laboratories that shape students’ independence, social trust, and Islamic entrepreneurial ethics within the everyday life of pesantren communities.

Pemberlakuan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2025 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana membawa perubahan penting dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia, khususnya pada mekanisme pembuktian dan kewenangan penyidikan. Perubahan tersebut juga berdampak terhadap profesi yang berkaitan erat dengan dokumen hukum, termasuk notaris sebagai pejabat umum yang berwenang membuat akta otentik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implikasi pemberlakuan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2025 terhadap tanggung jawab pidana notaris dalam pembuatan akta otentik. Permasalahan yang dikaji meliputi bagaimana KUHAP Baru memengaruhi kedudukan notaris dalam proses pidana serta bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pidana notaris diterapkan terhadap akta otentik yang bermasalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan perbandingan. Bahan hukum terdiri atas bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui penafsiran hukum dan penalaran sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2025 tidak membentuk delik baru bagi notaris, melainkan memperluas instrumen acara pidana melalui pengakuan informasi elektronik, dokumen elektronik, perluasan definisi saksi, dan mekanisme penyitaan modern. Akibatnya, notaris berpotensi lebih sering terlibat dalam proses penyidikan dan pembuktian pidana. Namun demikian, tanggung jawab pidana notaris tetap didasarkan pada terpenuhinya unsur tindak pidana dan kesalahan pribadi, bukan semata-mata karena akta otentik yang dibuat menjadi sengketa. Penelitian ini menawarkan model pengaturan yang seimbang antara akuntabilitas pidana, kepastian hukum, kerahasiaan jabatan, dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga kenotariatan.

This study aims to examine the influence of trust on the perception of transaction security in the use of online shopping applications among millennials. The development of digital technology and the increasing use of online shopping applications have influenced how users assess security risks, personal data protection, and the reliability of transaction systems. This study employs a literature review method by examining relevant previous studies on trust, transaction security, digital risk, and user experience in online shopping. The findings indicate that user trust plays an important role in shaping perceptions of transaction security. Such trust is influenced by the platform’s ability to protect personal data, provide secure payment systems, and ensure smooth transaction processes. The higher the level of user trust in system security, the greater their tendency to use online shopping applications for transactions. Therefore, trust and transaction security are important factors in increasing millennials’ interest and comfort in online shopping.

Street vendors play an essential role in urban informal economies by fulfilling community needs and supporting local economic activity. This study analyzes the role of business ethics in building consumer trust among street vendors in Dumai, Indonesia. A qualitative descriptive method was applied using interviews, observation, and documentation involving three vendors and two consumers. Findings indicate that ethical practices such as honesty in transactions, responsibility for product quality, friendly service, and cleanliness of business premises improve consumer comfort and perceived safety. These conditions encourage repeat purchases, customer loyalty, and a positive reputation for vendors. Therefore, business ethics function not only as moral guidance but also as social capital supporting the sustainability of informal microenterprises. This study highlights that ethical behavior is crucial for strengthening long-term relationships between vendors and consumers in urban settings. Overall, implementing ethical standards contributes to sustainable small business development in informal sectors. It also improves public trust.

The digital era has fundamentally transformed the market landscape, requiring e-commerce platforms to understand the determinants of consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of E-commerce Trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment on Purchase Intention. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 326 active users of the Lazada platform in Central Java. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that the three main factors ease, usefulness, and enjoyment have a positive and significant influence on Brand Trust and consumer Purchase Intention directly. Furthermore, it was found that E-commerce Trust acts as a crucial mediator that strengthens Purchase Intention through positive user experience. Theoretically, this study strengthens the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework and the context of Cross-Border E-commerce (CBEC) in the digital retail industry. Practically, these findings emphasize the importance of optimizing platform features to enhance transaction convenience and security and build long-term loyalty. The research's implications suggest that platform managers should focus on both aesthetics and functionality to create a credible and enjoyable digital shopping ecosystem for consumers in developing regions.

This study aims to explore the extent to which brand image, product quality, and trust influence purchasing decisions for Pixy two-way cake through the Blibli platform in Batam City. The approach used is quantitative descriptive, involving 100 consumers who previously purchased Pixy two-way cake on Blibli, selected through purposive sampling with Lemeshow calculation guidelines to ensure sample representativeness. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, then analyzed through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption evaluation, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of the regression analysis indicate that brand image has a 24.7% influence on purchasing decisions, product quality contributes 34.0%, and trust plays a role of 29.2%. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) shows that these three variables collectively explain 74.0% of the variation in purchasing decisions. The t-test and F-test confirm that the influence of each variable is significant and positive, both partially and simultaneously, on consumer purchasing decisions at Blibli in Batam City.

This study aimed to examine the extent to which trust, perceived security, and ease of use of the GrabFood platform influence consumer transaction decisions in Batam City. The method used was descriptive quantitative, involving 204 respondents who had made purchases through GrabFood, selected through purposive sampling based on Jacob Cohen's formula to ensure representative results. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through a series of procedures, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption checking, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The study findings revealed that trust contributed 22.0%, security 38.9%, and ease of use 23.2% to purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 65.6% confirmed that these three factors simultaneously explained a significant portion of the variation in consumer purchasing behavior. Furthermore, t-tests and F-tests confirmed a positive and significant influence, both individually and collectively, on consumer decisions to use GrabFood.

This study aims to explore the practice of Buddhist marriage in the Semarang Regency, which is carried out alongside traditions and local wisdom. The research employs a qualitative approach using a cultural anthropology method to examine the influence of Javanese beliefs on the wedding rituals of Buddhist communities in the Semarang Regency area. Data were collected through the review of relevant literature and interviews with selected informants, chosen based on their background and expertise related to the research topic. The collected data were then analyzed in depth to identify the values of local wisdom within Javanese society that coexist harmoniously with Buddhist wedding ceremonies. The findings indicate that Buddhist marriage in Semarang Regency is not merely a legal recognition of union between two individuals entering married life, but also represents a socio-cultural phenomenon reflecting processes of adaptation and negotiation between religious teachings and local cultural values. Buddhist communities in Semarang Regency conduct marriage ceremony according to Buddhist religious traditions combined with Javanese practices. The religious ceremony is performed at a temple and led by a Romo Pandita, and the the wedding ceremonies continue according to Javanese culture. Javanese beliefs remain strongly influential, shaping various stages of marriage, from partner selection and proposal rituals to ceremonial practices during the wedding. The muhadoroh activity in schools should serve to enhance students' self-confidence and social interaction skills. However, many students still experience anxiety and difficulty in communicating effectively in public. This indicates that muhadoroh activities have not yet fully optimized their role in supporting students' personal and social development. This study aims to explore students' experiences in participating in muhadoroh, describe its contribution to increasing self-confidence, analyze its role in developing social interaction, and identify the correlation between both. The study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design, collecting data through interviews and observations of eight informants, including students, OSIS administrators, OSIS advisors, and the principal at SMPIT Al Bina Purwakarta. The findings show that: (1) nervousness decreases through habituation and repeated practice, (2) muhadoroh activities contribute significantly to enhancing students' self-confidence, (3) it strengthens social interactions through collaboration and discussion, and (4) there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and the quality of social interactions. This research enriches the study of experiential learning in Islamic education and is expected to serve as a reference for optimizing muhadoroh activities in schools.

This study aims to analyze the digital communication strategy of Arrahmah Tour in building pilgrims’ trust through digital media. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation of the company’s official digital media, particularly the website Arrahmah Tour, and documentation of various digital contents such as company profiles, travel packages, pilgrims’ testimonials, and service information. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-qualitative technique focusing on identifying patterns of digital communication strategies in building trust. The findings show that Arrahmah Tour implements a digital communication strategy focused on building digital trust through three main elements: information transparency, social proof, and communication consistency. Digital media functions not only as a promotional tool but also as an organizational legitimacy instrument and a mechanism for reducing perceived risk among prospective pilgrims. The company’s website serves as an information hub as well as a primary reference in the decision-making process. Thus, the implemented digital communication strategy significantly contributes to building pilgrims’ trust in the context of high uncertainty within the Umrah travel industry.

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memanfaatkan sistem penjualan berbasis online. Meskipun memberi kemudahan, sistem ini juga menimbulkan tantangan baru, khususnya dalam hal pengendalian internal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana UMKM di Kota Malang menerapkan pengendalian internal dalam aktivitas penjualan online, dengan fokus pada aspek seperti pengendalian lingkungan, penilaian risiko, aktivitas pengendalian, komunikasi, dan pemantauan. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM belum menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal secara optimal, terutama dalam dokumentasi transaksi, pemisahan tugas, dan otorisasi pembayaran. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar UMKM mulai menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dasar pengendalian internal sesuai dengan kapasitas dan kebutuhan usaha untuk menunjang kelangsungan dan kepercayaan pelanggan dalam kegiatan bisnis online.
