This study aims to examine the impact of self-efficacy on the success of web-based learning in the digital era. Self-efficacy, which refers to an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges, is believed to play a crucial role in achieving learning outcomes. In the rapidly evolving digital era, web-based learning has become an effective method for delivering materials flexibly and interactively. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving students from various universities. The results show that self-efficacy has a significant impact on the success of web-based learning. Students with higher self-efficacy tend to be more successful in completing tasks and understanding the learning material delivered through online platforms. This study recommends the importance of developing students' self-efficacy to enhance the effectiveness of web-based learning, especially in the context of education in the digital era.

Exclusive breastfeeding is important for the quality of children's health. However, the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding at the Deli Serdang City Health Center has only reached 45.6%, still far from the World Health Organization (WHO) target of 50%. Nurse self-efficacy is one of the important elements that influences nursing behavior. This study aims to determine factors related to breastfeeding self-efficacy. This research was cross-sectional, with a sample of 147 mothers obtained by purposive sampling. Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy (BSE) was measured using the Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy Short-Form. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between breastfeeding problems (p value=0.001), family support (p value=0.001), and support from health workers (p value=0.001) with breastfeeding self-efficacy. It was concluded that breastfeeding problems, family support, and support from health workers were factors related to breastfeeding self-efficacy in breastfeeding mothers. Therefore, health workers and families are expected to provide support to mothers when they have breastfeeding problems.

Background:  Motivation is very important for entrepreneurs. Besides motivation, self-efficacy will also affect entrepreneurial interest. Confidence supported by confidence based on self-assessment is very important for prospective entrepreneurs.   Purpose. This study aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial motivation variables and self-efficacy individually/partially or jointly or simultaneously on entrepreneurial interest. Method:  This research is a type of quantitative research to provide empirical evidence of the influence of motivation on entrepreneurial interest, self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest and together the influence of motivation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest. The population was taken by purposive sampling by taking a sample of 103 respondents, consisting of 9 students from the Faculty of Health Sciences of the ARS study program and 50 students from class 21a1 of the RMIK study program.  Faculty of Law and Business with a total of 44 students in class 22A1. Data analysis with multiple linear regression and statistical tests and classical assumptions Findings: The conclusions obtained show that there is a partial influence of entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously or together have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. The determination coefficient of 0.852 means that the variability of the influence of entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest is 85.2% while the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other variables that are not a research model. Conclusions: Self-efficacy has a greater effect than entrepreneurial motivation.

The purpose of this study is to describe students' self-efficacy in information searching at the Library and Information Science Department of UPT Library, Universitas Negeri Padang. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, involving 116 PII students from the 2022 cohort at UNP as the population and sample, selected through random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results show that for the first indicator, personal self-evaluation, the average score is 3.88 (77.8%). For the second indicator, comparisons with others, the average score is 3.42 (68.5%). For the third indicator, physiological state, the average score is 3.79 (74.7%). For the fourth indicator, social feedback, the average score is 3.44 (69%), all indicating a high level of self-efficacy.

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of rising unemployment rates among SMK graduates. The study is aimed at finding out to what extent entrepreneurial education, self-effectiveness, and family support influence the entrepreneurship interests of students in the 11th grade of the SMKN 1 Marketing in the 2023/2024 academic year both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using the help of the program SPSS 29.0 for Windows. As for the population in this study, the entire students of class XI of the SMKN 1 Marketing Tasikmalaya school year 2023/2024. The sampling technique in this study is saturated samplings with a total of 122 students. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a significant influence between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurship interests with a significance value of 0.001 2) There is an significant impact between self-effectiveness and enterprise interest with a signification value of 0.019 3) There is no significant effect between family support for entrepreneur interest with the significance rate of 0.603 4) There are significant influences between enterprise education, self-efficiency, and family support of enterprising interest with an significance of 0.001.

This study aims to analyze the psychological well-being of boarding school students with a focus on interpersonal relationships and self-efficacy. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design, involving 111 boarding school students in Indonesia. Data collection instrument is questionnaire to measure students’ psychological well-being referencing to two dimensions of self acceptance and positive relation with other. The analysis results indicate that interpersonal relationships and self-efficacy significantly influence students' psychological well-being. The average score for interpersonal relationships was 3.47, for loneliness and social support was 2.63, and for self-confidence was 3.29. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening social relationships and  beliefs in students’ ability to complete a task in order to enhance  psychological well-being. Recommendations are provided to develop social support programs and self-efficacy training skills in boarding schools.

Background: Breast cancer ranks first as the most common type of cancer suffered by women. Patient compliance is needed in chemotherapy treatment. Self-efficacy plays an important role in motivating breast cancer patients to believe in their ability to carry out chemotherapy. This study aims to determine the relationship between health locus of control and self-management in breast cancer patients. Methods: Research design was correlation analysis with a cross-sectional design. This research involved 45 samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a general self-efficacy questionnaire and an adherence questionnaire, data analysis consisted of univariate and bivariate analysis with the Spearman Rank test. Results: This research shows that the self-efficacy of breast cancer patients was mostly high, namely 19 people (42.2%). Most people adhered to chemotherapy, namely 21 people (46.7%). The Spearman Rank test results obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.05) indicating that there was a relationship between self-efficacy and compliance with chemotherapy for breast cancer patients. Conclusion: self-efficacy is significantly related to compliance with chemotherapy for breast cancer patients. It is recommended that chemotherapy officers provide interventions involving the health team to provide education about the importance of self-efficacy in breast cancer patients to improve patient preparation and anticipate the effects of chemotherapy.

An entrepreneur must be perceptive and know how to seize opportunities. Business opportunities exist in all aspects of society and in all economic activities. Therefore, the key to spotting opportunities is creativity. The relationship between entrepreneurship, economic growth, and job creation is becoming increasingly relevant, as various studies indicate a positive correlation between entrepreneurship and economic growth. Ogunlana's study, cited from the setneg.go.id website, found that entrepreneurship can play a crucial role in achieving economic growth for countries to overcome economic crises. He asserts that entrepreneurship can generate jobs, foster innovation, increase production, and diversify sources of economic income by promoting the development of SMEs. This research aims to identify the factors influencing entrepreneurial intentions among students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN STS Jambi. The results show that financial management significantly affects entrepreneurial intentions among students with a significance level of 0.001. Self-efficacy significantly affects entrepreneurial intentions among students with a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, it was found that financial management and self-efficacy together significantly affect entrepreneurial intentions with a significance level of 0.000.

The aim of this research is to discuss the analysis of high school students' self-efficacy in learning mathematics. This research is qualitative research that uses descriptive methods. The instrument used is a non-test instrument, namely a questionnaire. Through the use of a mathematical self-efficacy questionnaire with 30 statements consisting of 10 indicators. The descriptive qualitative research method involved 27 high school students in Kampar. Based on the questionnaire data, it can be concluded that accumulated self-efficacy in mathematics learning is 37.27% in the low category. In percentage terms, it can be described that the indicator of being able to overcome the problems faced is 38.5% in the low category, the indicator of being confident in one's success is 33.17% in the low category, the indicator of having a positive view of the task is 47.74% in the low category , the indicator of being brave enough to face challenges is 42.2% in the low category, the indicator of being brave enough to take risks is 38.55% in the low category, the indicator of being aware of one's strengths and weaknesses is 35.5% in the low category, the indicator of being able to interact with people is 36, 21% in the low category, the indicator of not giving up easily is 40% in the low category, the indicator of having commitment to the tasks given is 28.88% in the low category, the indicator of having great interest in lessons and assignments is 31.96% in the low category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai BLU UPTD Trans Semarang. Objek penelitian adalah pegawai BLU UPTD Trans Semarang pada bagian kepegawaian administrasi dengan ukuran sampel 86 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proportional sampling dari jumlah penduduk 109 pegawai. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner (angket). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi diri, pengembangan karir, dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance on the performance of BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees. The object of the research was BLU UPTD Trans Semarang employees in the administrative staff section with a sample size of 86 employees using stratified proportional sampling technique from a population of 109 employees. The data in this study were obtained primary through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with SmartPLS software version 3. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, career development, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Self-efficacy and learning difficulties are the basis of this study. The purpose of this study is to look for the relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties of Shiva Class XII Social Studies SMA Negeri 1 Juwana.      In this study the method used is quantitative with a correlational type of research, the population in this study is as much as 150. The sample of this study was 124 students who were determined by saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique used the Self-efficacy scale and the Learning difficulties scale.Based on the correlation test, a sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, then the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties in students Kels XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Juwana. With a correlation level if viewed from the Pearson Correlation value of 0.657 which means the correlation level is moderate. Based on the F count of 92,879 with a significance level of 0.000, where the result can be interpreted as less than 0.5, it can be concluded that there is an influence between variable X (self-efficacy) and variable Y (learning difficulties) with a percentage of 43.2%.The relationship between self-efficacy and learning difficulties possessed by students is caused by the lack of self-confidence of students in subjects. The acquisition in this study can be said that if the self-efficacy of students is low, the level of difficulty experienced is higher, then vice versa if the self-efficacy of students is high, the lower the learning difficulties experienced by students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan efikasi diri terhadap inklusi keuangan pada pengguna layanan pembayaran digital ShopeePay Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif angkatan tahun masuk 2020 dan 2021 atau mahasiwa yang telah mengikuti kuliah manajemen keuangan 1 dan 2, ukuran jumlah sampel 81 responden, dengan teknik proposional random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan dan Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Inklusi Keuangan. Kata Kunci : Literasi Keuangan, Efikasi Diri, Inklusi Keuangan This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and self-efficacy on financial inclusion among users of the ShopeePay digital payment service, students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. The population used in this research were active students from the 2020 and 2021 intake years or students who had taken financial management courses 1 and 2, the sample size was 81 respondents, using a proportional random sampling technique. The data source used is primary data, with data collection methods using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in the research is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial research results show that financial literacy variables have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion. Academic stress experienced by students can arise from various factors, such as competition for achievements, pressure to excel academically, high GPA demands, diverse coursework tasks, and the risk of dropping out. Efforts to address this academic stress involve self-regulation, including motivation to set life goals, designing action strategies, and self-efficacy to control activities and manage time efficiently, thereby assisting students in overcoming obstacles in the academic context. The subjects in this study are students at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. The research on the influence of self-regulation and self-efficacy on academic stress employs a quantitative method. The analysis of Pearson product-moment correlation indicates a significant negative relationship between self-regulation and academic stress. However, the results of the Pearson product-moment correlation show no significant relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress.

Penyakit Stroke merupakan penyakit serebrovaskuler ditunjukkan dengan kerusakan fungsional dan struktural yang bersifat sementara maupun permanen akibat kurangnya aliran darah ke otak. Depresi merupakan penyakit yang melibatkan tubuh, suasana hati dan pikiran, depresi pada penyakit kronis yang telah dikaitkan dengan kurangnya kepatuhan dalam program pengobatan, kecenderungan bunuh diri dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan tingkat depresi pada lansia dengan penderita  stroke  di  RSI  Sultan  Agung  Semarang.  Jenis penelitian  yang digunakan  yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  Purposive sampling. Uji statistik  yang digunakan adalah uji Spearman Rank. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu taraf signifikasi p-value (0,001 <0,05) dengan nilai correlation coefficient sebesar (-0,395) yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan tingkat depresi dalam kategori hubungan rendah dengan arah  korelasi negatif. Sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan bahwa efikasi  diri yang rendah  dapat menyebabkan tingkat depresi sedang pada pasien lansia dengan penderita stroke. Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya perlu melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor- faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat depresi pada pasien lansia dengan penderita stroke.
