Digital technology significantly impacts children's concentration. While educational apps and structured media positively influence cognitive development, learning motivation, memory, and problem-solving skills, excessive, uncontrolled use leads to negative effects. These include decreased concentration, language development issues, and dependence on devices, hindering creativity and independence. Rapid, responsive technological interactions accustom children to instant stimuli, making sustained attention difficult. Intense screen exposure can cause impulsivity, distractibility, and reduced focus. Therefore, adaptive and technology-aware parenting is crucial. Parental supervision, balanced integration, and time limits on device usage are essential to maximize benefits and minimize adverse effects on children's concentration and overall development

Stunting is a chronic nutrition issue characterized by height below the standard for a child’s age. According to the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia reached 30.8%, significantly higher than the government’s target of below 20% by 2024. One of the primary causes of stunting is inadequate nutrition, particularly during the first 1,000 days of life, which can impede growth and development, resulting in long-term health and cognitive issues. To address this, comprehensive prevention efforts are essential, including community education on nutritious eating. This Community Service initiative targets community leaders and the public, especially mothers and expectant mothers in the Nagari Sago Salido area. The methods employed include distributing questionnaires, presenting educational materials, facilitating discussions, conducting anthropometric screenings for toddlers, and providing nutritious food for participants. The aim is to enhance community understanding of the importance of nutritious diets and their impact on child growth, while encouraging healthier eating habits within families. This initiative seeks to foster sustainable changes in dietary practices and contribute to the reduction of stunting rates in the region.

This research aims to explain the characteristics of cognitive, social and moral development in adolescence and adulthood, by highlighting various factors that influence the dynamics of individual growth at these two stages of life. Adolescence is characterized by significant changes in abstract and logical thinking abilities, which correspond to the formal operations stage in Piaget's cognitive theory. In addition, teenagers begin to develop self-identities and build more complex social relationships. In adulthood, cognitive development shows a shift from purely logical thinking to more reflective and pragmatic thinking, which adapts to real-life challenges. This research concludes that understanding the characteristics of cognitive, social and moral development in adolescence and adulthood is very important in supporting optimal individual development. The results of this research can be a reference for educators, counselors and parents in providing guidance and support in accordance with individual development needs at each stage of life.
