Family support is assistance that can be given to other families in the form of goods, services, information, and advice which makes the recipient of support feel loved and appreciated. In this case, family support will bring a sense of joy, security, satisfaction, and comfort that makes pregnant women feel emotionally supported which will affect their mental well-being. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of  the Simeulue Tengah Health Center UPTD, Simeulue Regency. Method: This research method is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach with a sample size of 36 respondents using the total sampling technique. The study began on December 16-20, 2022. Results: Family support is in the sufficient category with 16 respondents (44.4%) and the level of anxiety in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester is in the moderate and severe categories, each with 12 respondents (33.3%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between family support and anxiety levels in Primigravida pregnant women in the third trimester at the UPTD Simeulue Tengah Health Center, Simeulue Regency with a p-value = 0.043. Suggestion: It is hoped that medical personnel at the Health Center can provide counseling to families who have pregnant women.

The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.

Background: A nurse who has strong religiosity has close relationship to God, doing the best at the job as the part of altruism behavior, and it will increase the life satisfaction. Aim: This article therefore aims at analyzing the influence of religiosity on life satisfaction with altruism as mediation variable Setting: Siloam Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Methods: A cross-sectional design was employed and 187 respondents were selected Siloam Hospital and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta. Quantitative        data were collected and analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics in which frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation and regression, also Sobel test were employed. Results: The results show that religiosity has positive effect on altruism, religiosity has positive effect on life satisfaction, and this study also has result that altruism mediating the effect of religiosity on life satisfaction. Conclusion: Altruism inherent in all religions is a determinant of life satisfaction. Individuals who have good religiosity will be encouraged to always do good on the basis of religion and it increases the individual's life satisfaction.

The study of the influence of assertive communication style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening factor was conducted by taking a sample of 72 respondents from the Al Ummah Education and Human Resources Foundation who were placed in Assalaam Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekalongan City. From the results of the study, it was found that assertive communication style has a positive effect on job satisfaction; organizational culture has a positive impact on job satisfaction; Assertive communication style has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of assertive communication style on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the impact of organizational culture on employee performance.

KISS Semarang is an MSME located in Mangunharjo, established in 2010. “KISS” Semarang MSME has done media promotions by distributing brochures. However, it is not optimal in its promotional media. The author is interested in making promotional media by making a web design in the form of a catalog in order to attract product purchasing power and make it more efficient in its promotional media. Web design design refers to research that uses the AIDA+S analysis method: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action and Satisfaction. In this study, the authors set KISS Semarang as the research subject, the data obtained for research purposes using techniques such as interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature studies. Research and development methods (Research and Development) are research methods used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. Research and development in industry is the spearhead of an industry in producing new products needed by the market. Almost 4% of the costs used for research and development, even for the pharmaceutical and computer industry is more than 4%. The results showed that in the field trial, the web design was included in the good category and was able to promote products. After the validation test and web revision have been carried out from the previous media, the web design is feasible to use and publish.

This research is quantitative to answer questions about the influence of service quality and promotion on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 Shopee marketplace customers at Panca Budi University. The model used is Multiple Regression and processed using SPSS. The research results indicate that service quality and promotion together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The promotion has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The determinant coefficient, in this case, means that 82.5% of consumer purchase satisfaction can be obtained and explained by service quality and promotion.

Outdoor Digital Printing Machine is a printing machine or digital printing machine whose printouts are intended for outdoors and are weather-resistant, both hot, sunlight and rain. Outdoor machines use a special type of ink, namely solvent ink. The principle of the outdoor machine itself is to print the design results that were previously in the computer. To drive an outdoor machine requires expertise and understanding in its use and there is a mode of acceleration of the printing process on an outdoor machine whose acceleration of the printing process is not yet known, where the acceleration of the printing process can affect consumer satisfaction. This study aims to 1) Knowing about Digital Print Tools as well as. 2) Knowing the use of Outdoor Digital Printing Machines. 3) Knowing the print speed of the outdoor machine. 4) Knowing the percentage of customer satisfaction. The research method used is the R&D method. By using the R&D method, the results obtained to determine the speed of the outdoor engine on the printhead motor with LOW mode have a speed of 124 m/s, MIDELL mode has a speed of 161 m/s, while HIIGH mode has a speed of 241 m/s. s. The results obtained to determine consumer satisfaction with the speed of the print rate through the time of using the machine using the Guttman scale, namely the overall process time of the outdoor digital printing printing machine on customer satisfaction has a conformity, which is indicated by the percentage of answers "Yes" an average of 75%.

It’s to do owner hotel because reality that customer not satisfaction product and service, than customer look for other hotel to be customer satisfaction. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya is one five star hotel to give product and quality service excellence to customer. The price is to give JW Marriot hotel Surabaya suitable product and service customer. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya to give special rate promotion and member facilities to customer and repeater guest hotel too. JW Marriott hotel have strategic location because there are centre of city to business, shopping centre, office centre and transportation. The expected outcome of this research is the known of the factors variable product, service, price, and location that affect customer satisfaction on JW Marriot hotel is simultan and parcial.

The Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program launched by the Indonesian government aims to address the problem of malnutrition in children and students. However, the acceptance of this program in the community still requires in-depth evaluation because there are many negative sentiments that dominate on social media. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of the Indonesian community regarding the Free Nutritious Meals program on social media X (Twitter) using the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU) model. Of the 1,405 tweet data obtained, 57% were negative opinions and 43% were positive opinions. The evaluation results show that the BiGRU model with FastText support to handle potential overfitting, is able to classify sentiment effectively, with an accuracy of 80%. Sentiment analysis shows that the majority of public responses to the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program tend to be negative, with 798 negative tweets and 607 positive. This reflects public dissatisfaction with the implementation of the program and highlights the need for evaluation and improvements so that the benefits can be more widely felt by the community.

Humans have the ability to think and always try to improve their knowledge. Human nature is naturally full of curiosity so humans are always looking for answers to their curiosity. Humans seek answers to their curiosity through knowledge, and through knowledge will lead to its own satisfaction according to the demands of the times. The knowledge gained is not only knowledge, but is emphasized on knowledge and truth. Learning everything by studying the right scientific foundation is one of the efforts made by humans to obtain the truth. This study aims to determine the nature of the philosophy of education in the development of science based on local wisdom. The surrounding nature gives birth to local wisdom that is unique and is a potential in the development of science. Science or science which includes physics, chemistry, biology using scientific steps, scientific thinking, and using scientific frameworks. This is the beginning of the philosophy of science used to study, uncover, and solve scientific problems for human life. This study discusses the importance of a person in developing science based on local wisdom as a means of maintaining natural resources, culture, customs that exist in people's lives.

This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.

This study aims to determine and prove the influence of leadership, work environment and compensation on work productivity of employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for Southern Sumatra Region with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable either directly or indirectly. The population in this study were all employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for the Southern Sumatra Region, while the sample was part of the population that would be the object of research. In this study, the total population was 91 people. Sampling in this study used the Saturated Sample technique, namely sampling was carried out as a whole from the total population. In line with the opinion above, in this study, by considering a population of 91 people, the authors took a total of 91 people as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was to use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method which was operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program.

In order to find out indications of the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on consumer satisfaction at Bhineka Muda Merdeka, a study using a population, namely all consumers from Bhineka Muda Merdeka Denpasar, took a sample of 120 people. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the indication of store atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with the results of t-count 3,425 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,001 <0,05. Another indication is that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,699 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,008 <0,05. The last indication is that customer experience has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,910 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,004 <0,05. Broadly speaking, there are indications simultaneously between store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on customer satisfaction of 34,9%.

The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of the Medan Johor community about job promotion, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. The specific target in this community service is that the people of Medan Johor sub-district know what promotions are, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. The materials presented in this community service are: what is job promotion, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. Which in relation will affect the improvement of employee work in Medan Johor sub-district so that the community gets solutions to job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction. From this community service, the results show that the community of Medan Johor sub-district has known and understood the importance of insight into job promotions, coworkers, and employee job satisfaction so as to improve work performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture (X1) and direct financial compensation (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). This research is a quantitative approach by performing parametric statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 207 employees and a sample of 52 respondents using the Nonprobability Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistics of Package for the Social Sciences) version 22 for window. The results showed that partially variable X1 and Variable X2 had significant effect on variable Y. Meanwhile, simultaneously, organizational culture and financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the determinant coefficient was 69.6%.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, service quality, and employee performance on community satisfaction on employees of the Class IIA Padang Penitentiary. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of the Class IIA Penitentiary in Padang. The sample used was 144 people using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (3) Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (4) Organizational commitment, service quality, employee performance together have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Class IIA Padang Penitentiary.

Excellent service is very important for companies to increase profits and competitive strategies with competitors. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Capella Daihatsu Pematangsiantar. This research is quantitative and  descriptive. The sample used was 94 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is to test the validity, reliability test, normality test, t test, to determine the magnitude of the effect used a simple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of service quality is 36.4% on service satisfaction and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables not examined such as customer relationship management and others.

With high competition in trading, so strategic in marketing denotes me of important thing on enhance of selling. Basically stratergy on marketing are wholl planning, integrated, and merge in marketing fuld, can give guidance about activity will be done to get reach target of marketing in compary. So strategy of marketing is very important to be needed to enhance of selling in the company, marketing strategy. Consists of price, strategy of distribution, Strategy of promotion and place four strategy above also we called by marketing mix. By four element of marketing mix above must be implemented base on level market competition will by target of company, on focus price strategy or marketing strategy analysis to enhance off selling in marble company, and another strategy four element of marketing mix improperly will make marketing activity, will be useless and spend of human resource which is issued.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.
