Entrepreneurship development not only benefits individuals in making changes and improving their quality of life, but also brings positive impacts to society and the economy as a whole. The goal of the community service conducted through these workshops and mentoring activities is to enable participants to succeed as entrepreneurs by optimizing resources to the fullest in running their businesses. The method of implementing the activities is through training and the application of entrepreneurial motivation and 11 practical steps that must be taken to start a business. The results of this workshop and mentoring activities show that many young entrepreneurs still need to learn and must pay attention to the two elements mentioned above. Motivation in entrepreneurship is necessary to develop abilities and skills, encourage commitment to achieving goals, while the 11 practical things must be applied by young entrepreneurs to become successful entrepreneurs.

The development of church members serves as a crucial foundation for strengthening Christian ministry. This effort aims to nurture a congregation that is mature in faith, character, and service, enabling them to actively introduce Christ to the world. The church faces significant challenges in increasing congregational participation, particularly among the younger generation, who are often more focused on digital life. Therefore, continuous training is essential to fortify the faith of the congregation and prepare them to engage in Christian ministry. Effective training methods include fellowship, Bible teaching, mentoring, and social service. This development not only strengthens relationships among congregation members but also equips them to serve in various aspects of life. Through ongoing development, the church will produce a congregation that is strong in faith, active in ministry, and ready to face the challenges of the times.

The nurturing of church members plays a vital role in maintaining the relevance and sustainability of the church amidst various challenges in the modern world. Through proper nurturing, the foundation of faith is strengthened, Christian character is shaped, leadership is developed, and members’ participation in ministry is enhanced. In addressing the realities faced by the contemporary church, effective nurturing becomes a key solution to tackle issues such as individualism, secularism, cultural diversity, and moral crises. With a nurturing approach that is contextual and grounded in the Word of God, church members are equipped to be Christ’s witnesses who live with integrity in society. Therefore, the nurturing of church members not only supports spiritual growth but also ensures the church remains strong, relevant, and impactful in the world.

The strategy of fostering church members is an effort aimed at building faith, congregational character, and congregational involvement in spiritual life and service. The main goal of the church member development strategy is to create a community environment that is deeply rooted in Christian values, able to face challenges today, and relevant in social contribution. In this strategy, of course, the church has an important role in carrying out faith development through PA, prayer and empowerment in service and social in this development, a step is needed so that this development can run well and is expected to be able to form a congregation that supports each other, becomes a witness of Christ in the midst of society and is able to collaborate with each other to realize a life that has an impact on others. For that, the purpose of writing this article is to inform how the right strategy is in development and to fulfill group assignments in the church member development course with qualitative methods through ebooks, articles and sharing sources obtained and implying them in everyday life.

The importance of children's independence, one of the important factors in children's growth and development is independence. This research aims to determine the importance of developing independence in early childhood through familiarization with the school environment. There were 20 children who researchers observed at the Pembina State Kindergarten school in Gorontalo City who aimed at independence. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method where the method of collecting is data that is under what is happening in the field, namely in the form of observations. The results of this research show that there are children who do not fully meet several indicators of independence. This can be overcome by creating an environment that supports independence, limiting the use of gadgets, and gradually giving responsibilities according to the child's age so that the child gets used to being independent and confident.

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education in character development within the family, focusing on strategies for fostering faith, worship, and ethics in the face of the challenges of globalization and digitalization. The family, as the primary educational institution, plays a crucial role in shaping the character of children, encompassing spiritual, moral, and social development. In the modern era, external influences through social media and globalization present significant challenges to family education, particularly in maintaining faith, practicing worship, and developing noble ethics. This research employs a qualitative approach, using literature review and in-depth interviews with parents and Islamic educators. The findings indicate that the strategy for fostering faith is carried out through the teaching of religious values, such as discipline in worship, and strengthening the relationship with Allah SWT. Worship development is emphasized through the practice of congregational prayer and voluntary worship, while the formation of ethics is achieved through role modeling, positive communication, and the habitual practice of good behavior in daily life. However, families face considerable challenges in implementing these educational strategies, including the influence of foreign cultures, the misuse of technology, and the busyness of parents. Nonetheless, with the wise use of technology and consistent family-based education, the goals of character education based on faith, worship, and ethics can be achieved. This study provides recommendations for parents and educators to continue strengthening the role of the family in educating children by emphasizing the importance of Islamic values in everyday life and utilizing technology to support positive educational processes

Teachers are central to making learning successful. The skills possessed by the teacher determine the learning that takes place in the classroom. These skills are not only hard skills that teachers must possess, but also soft skills. Basic literacy will be a means to develop teachers' soft skills in managing learning in the classroom. This community service aims to provide teachers with an understanding of the basic literacy skills that teachers possess through self-motivation. In SDN 02 Bojongmenteng, Leuwidamar, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, this community service was conducted for 10 teachers. The flow of community service begins with planning, licensing, workshops, mentoring, support, evaluation and reflection. There is a significant increase in basic literacy and soft skills development, especially in digital literacy, communication, classroom management and character development. Teacher-owned self-motivation is not just motivation, but structured and sustained self-motivation mentoring.

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan dan ditujukan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani agar anak memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut. Pelaksanaan program ini sering kali menghadapi kendala, baik internal maupun eksternal. Kendala eksternal yaitu dimana orang tua anak-anak yang acuh tak acuh terhadap kegiatan program yang dilaksanakan di TK tersebut. Program aku suka membaca untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif Program "Aku Senang Membaca Buku" di TK Pembina 1 Medan menunjukkan potensi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak. Namun, untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal, diperlukan langkah-langkah konkret seperti peningkatan anggaran, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, serta pelatihan bagi guru.Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak usia dini. Peningkatan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak yang terobservasi setelah pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat, anak-anak dapat didorong untuk mengembangkan kebiasaan membaca yang baik.

The purpose of this study was to determine the receptive language ability of children aged (5-6) years in the Pembina State Kindergarten, Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City. The researcher conducted a qualitative research method discussing the receptive language ability of children aged (5-6) years. The subjects of this study were three children and one teacher of the Pembina State Kindergarten. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study conducted at the Pembina State Kindergarten, Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City aimed to see a child's ability to understand and process language received from others. The research activities were carried out for approximately 1 month. In writing this thesis, the author aims to describe the receptive language ability of children aged 5-6 years. The importance of optimizing aspects of child development including aspects of language development from an early age considering that at that time the child's brain is at an unlimited potential to be developed, children must be given the opportunity to develop their abilities with various fun learning activities.

This study aimed to determine whether there is an Effect of Matching Board Games on the Color Recognition Skills in Children Aged 4-5 Years at TK Negeri Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro, Dungingi Subdistrict. This study used a quantitative experimental method. The research findings involving 15 children revealed that there was an increase in the results of the Pre-test and Post-Test. In this case, it was observable from the Pre-test data obtaining an average value of 16.06 and a standard deviation of 2.604 and the Post-Test data was with an average value of 21 and a standard deviation of 3.461. in reference to these findings, the respondents who were samples in this study obtained an increase in average results from the pre-test to the post-test.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan tari kreasi sebagai media pengembangan kecerdasan kinestetik anak usia dini di TK Negeri Pembina Lubuk Pakam. Tari kreasi dipilih karena relevan dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar, koordinasi, dan kreativitas anak. Metode evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP yang mencakup konteks, input, proses, dan produk, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan tari kreasi telah membantu anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar dan halus, serta membangun kepercayaan diri dan kreativitas. Namun, ditemukan kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya dukungan program dari orang tua. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya optimalisasi fasilitas pendukung dan peningkatan kompetensi guru untuk memastikan keberhasilan program. Dengan demikian, tari kreasi terbukti menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan kinestetik anak usia dini serta memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka di lingkungan pendidikan.

This study aims to explore the development of student character through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at SMA Takhasus Al Quran Wonosobo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this project was carried out in two stages, namely the training stage and the work presentation stage, which effectively developed student character in accordance with Pancasila values. In the training stage, students are trained to work together and collaborate, while in the work presentation stage, they are given the opportunity to display work that reflects creativity and independence. In addition, this study also identified supporting factors such as adequate facilities and infrastructure and available budget, as well as inhibiting factors such as the lack of interest of some students in project activities. These findings indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is an effective strategy in shaping student character at SMA Takhasus Al Quran Wonosobo, with the hope that it can make a positive contribution to the development of character education in Indonesia.

This community service program aims to improve mental health for individuals with mental disorders (ODGJ) through a Christian counseling approach at Panti Gerasa Kerawang. The activities are carried out by providing individual and group counseling sessions that integrate the principles of love, forgiveness, and healing from Christian teachings. Additionally, training is provided for the panti staff to strengthen their skills in supporting ODGJ with empathy and in alignment with spiritual values. The expected outcomes are an improvement in the quality of life of the panti residents through activities such as: 1) Joint Worship, 2) Group Games and Coloring, 3) Implementation of Counseling Sessions, and 4) Teaching and Counseling Training for Panti Staff. The conclusion of this program is expected to enhance the mental resilience of the residents and help them overcome the psychological challenges they face. Panti staff are also involved in training to strengthen their ability to conduct faith-based counseling approaches. At the end of the program, it is hoped that the residents will experience significant improvements in mental health and be better prepared to lead a more fulfilling life.

Tofu is a traditional food popular in Indonesia due to its delicious taste, affordability, and high nutritional content. However, tofu production in Indonesia is still dominated by simple technology, leading to low efficiency and less competitive selling prices. Product diversification efforts are needed to increase added value, such as processing raw tofu into tofu crackers. This Community Service activity aims to develop entrepreneurship among students of the Agribusiness Management Study Program at Jember State Polytechnic, particularly in the production of tofu crackers. The methods used include providing entrepreneurship materials, training in tofu cracker production, and conducting discussions and evaluations of the results. The activity outcomes indicated a shift in students' mindsets from job seekers to job creators, accompanied by high motivation for entrepreneurship. Students also learned tofu cracker production techniques, starting from material grinding, mixing, steaming, to frying, resulting in a nutritious, crispy product that meets consumer preferences. The feasibility analysis of the tofu cracker business showed profitable results, as seen from the indicators of BEP (unit), BEP (price), R/C Ratio, and ROI. This activity successfully enhanced students' skills, motivation, and knowledge while opening potential business opportunities for the surrounding community. It is hoped that the outcomes of this community service will benefit the community and MSME actors.

This study aims to describe the creativity of children in Group B at TK State Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro I Kindergarten, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City. The research employed a qualitative method focusing on children's creativity in Group B. The study involved 24 children from Group B and one teacher as subjects. Data were collected through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the creativity of children in Group B at TK State Pembina Ki Hajar Dewantoro I Kindergarten, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City, could develop optimally based on several indicators. The first indicator, fluency, showed that most children were able to generate numerous ideas quickly and complete specific tasks efficiently. The second indicator, flexibility, indicated that children could create diverse ideas, provide varied answers, and explore alternative solutions. The third indicator, originality, revealed that children could produce unique and unconventional ideas or solutions and solve problems in an original manner. The fourth indicator, elaboration, demonstrated that children could expand their ideas and provide detailed descriptions of an object. The fifth indicator, redefinition, showed that children were capable of revisiting an object and solving problems related to it effectively.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of assistant teachers in the teaching and learning process at TK Negeri Pembina, Kota Tengah, Gorontalo City. The research focuses include: (1) identifying the challenges faced by assistant teachers in the learning process, (2) understanding how the learning process is conducted by assistant teachers, and (3) evaluating the outcomes achieved in the implementation of the learning process by assistant teachers.The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that assistant teachers play an active role in supporting classroom teachers, assisting and guiding children who require special attention. The tasks performed by assistant teachers reveal certain inconsistencies, such as assistant teachers taking on the role of classroom teachers. Despite challenges in managing students, asssistant teachers are able to contribute significantly to achieving learning objectives.

The process of directly appointing supervisors for non-state civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Medan Customs and Excise Laboratory (BLBC) creates obstacles, due to the absence of a comprehensive assessment such as the social and managerial competence of prospective mentors. This research aims to increase the accuracy of selecting PPNPN supervisors using the profile matching method. This method compares individual competency with position competency to find the gap value between the two. There are 10 alternative names that will be analyzed in this research. The results of this research are a ranking of the names. The alternative that gets the highest ranking is the one who has the right to become the PPNPN supervisor. From the results of the profile matching method calculations that have been carried out, it is found that the employee candidate who has the right to become the selected PPNPN supervisor is Eka Soraya Siregar with a score of 4.18.

This community service article discusses the contribution of students from the Impactful Campus Competition Program (PKKB) in improving the quality of education through coaching and training activities in sports in Semoyang Village, Praya Timur Subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency. This activity was carried out using a participatory action research method involving three main stages, namely planning, preparation, and implementation. In the planning stage, students and the community worked together to identify the needs and objectives of activities relevant to local potential. The preparation stage focused on developing training strategies, providing facilities, and coordinating with relevant parties. The implementation stage was carried out through sports coaching activities for children and adolescents using an educational and participatory approach. The results of the activity showed an increase in community awareness of the importance of sports from an early age, as well as a growing concern for environmental cleanliness and health. This program also played a role in strengthening social interaction, building a spirit of togetherness, and fostering community independence in managing sports activities. Overall, the PKKB activities in Semoyang Village have succeeded in creating positive synergy between universities and the community in supporting the development of healthy, competitive, and characterful human resources.

Mosques play an important role in the social life of Muslims, more than just a place of worship. In recent decades, mosques have begun to be seen as potential venues for carrying out a variety of activities that can support community well-being, one of which is in the area of health. The purpose of this article is to provide a more in-depth understanding of how places of worship, such as mosques, can play a significant role in improving the overall well-being and health of communities. involving qualitative methods. using several data collection methods that are qualitative in nature, including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with mosque administrators, medical personnel, and worshipers to explore their understanding of various aspects of the health program implemented at the mosque. The interviews were semi-structured, where the researcher used flexible interview guidelines to allow informants to explain their experiences more freely. research results This article examines how mosques can function as health centers that not only provide medical services, but also play a role in health education and counseling to worshipers. The research includes an analysis of mosques that have run health programs, such as free health check-ups, counseling on healthy lifestyles, and raising awareness of the importance of health.
