JURNAL EKONOMI MANAJEMEN AKUNTANSI 2024 sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Dharma Putra Semarang

This research is motivated by the low number of sales of typical food products in Dua Koto District, which is caused by the lack of promotion and innovation of products. The purpose of this research is to analyse the right strategy to increase product sales in the future. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the most effective strategy is the ST strategy, which utilises existing strengths to overcome various threats that arise. This strategy includes increasing promotions, product innovation, and improving service quality to make products more competitive in the market. With the implementation of this strategy, it is expected that managers and sellers of typical food products can be more active in promoting their products, both through social media and direct marketing. In addition, innovations in packaging and product variations also need to be considered in order to attract more consumers. If this strategy is implemented optimally, it is expected that the number of sales of typical food products in Kecamatan Dua Koto will increase significantly in the future.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. This increase in human resources includes knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products, especially rambutan fruit, crystal guava and longan into processed food products with higher selling value such as chips. Apart from that, this program also trains them in creative product packaging, marketing, bookkeeping, simple financial management, and the use of digital technology, including online learning applications and social media. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

Labeling halal is a way to provide information that helps consumers identify the halal status of products on their packaging. With this halal labeling, the product can be regarded as halal, offering assurance and legal protection in line with Islamic law. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of halal labeling on consumer purchasing decisions, using interest as an intervening variable for Moringa Sticks products. The sampling method employed in this study was Nonprobability Sampling, involving a total of 100 respondents. Several tests were conducted, including data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis testing, and concluded with the Sobel test. The findings of this study indicate that the halal labeling variable (X) and purchase intention (Z) as an intervening factor do not have a significant impact on purchasing decisions (Y) for the Moringa Stik product.

This study aims to analyze consumer desires and satisfaction with Mochi Crackers innovation products using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approaches. Indonesia's food and beverage sector, especially snacks, continues to grow by creating innovative products such as Mochi Crackers, which adapts the traditional mochi snack into a modern product with a longer shelf life and crunchy texture. A survey was conducted involving 50 respondents from various backgrounds, using a Likert scale to measure the level of satisfaction and importance of product attributes. The results showed that the majority of consumers were attracted to this product because of its practicality, taste, and affordable price. Through the CSI analysis, a satisfaction index was obtained which shows the overall level of consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, IPA analysis identifies product attributes that need to be improved to improve product quality and competitiveness in the market. This study provides recommendations to Mochi Crackers manufacturers to focus on improving the quality of packaging and promotion to strengthen the product's position in the market.

This research investigates the effect of adding active ingredients such as butterfly pea flower extract and eggshell powder on the physical and chemical properties of smart biodegradable film packaging. The butterfly pea flower extract was prepared by mixing dry butterfly pea flowers with water in ratios of 0 (without butterfly pea flowers, as a control), 1:250, and 1:125. The eggshell powder was added in concentrations of 0%, 0.15%, and 0.3% (w/v). The result shows that the addition of active agents affected the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), tensile strength, and elongation of the film. The addition of eggshell powder did not have any significant effect on the total phenol content, anthocyanin content, and antioxidant activity. The smart biodegradable film packaging produced in this study showed total phenol values ranging from 237,8858-907,1768 mg GAE/100 g sample, total anthocyanin content 0.1045-2.3512 mg cy-3-glu eq/100 g sample, antioxidant activity 5,1198-54.8475%, WVTR 60,5826-91,3325 g/m2/24 hours, tensile strength 2,615-8,479 N/mm2/24 hours, and elongation 1,437-43,360%. The results of this study show that the smart biodegradable film packaging developed can be used as an indicator to monitor changes in the quality of steamed chicken meat during storage.

The increasing number of motor vehicles in Indonesia produces repetitive mechanical loads on road surfaces that are rarely converted into useful energy. This study designs and evaluates a piezoelectric energy-harvesting speed bump intended to support low-power street lighting. The prototype integrates 25 piezoelectric discs (50 mm diameter) connected in series, an AC–DC bridge rectifier, a 2.7 V/500 F supercapacitor for short-term storage, and a DC–DC step-up converter to charge a 12 V battery. Field tests used a motorcycle at speeds of 5, 10, and 15 km/h with rider masses of 48, 70, and 79 kg; each condition was repeated ten times and averaged. Output voltage, current, and electrical energy per pass were measured after rectification. Results indicate that higher speed and mass increase electrical output, with a peak energy of 0.021 J at 15 km/h and 70 kg and an estimated conversion efficiency of about 0.20%. After repeated charging cycles, stored energy powered a 12 V/20 W LED lamp for several minutes. The proposed integration of series piezoelectric elements with supercapacitor buffering and step-up regulation demonstrates a feasible micro-energy harvester for traffic-dense areas and provides a basis for durability and scaling studies. Future work addresses packaging, fatigue, and multi-vehicle loading.

Tiktok is the only social media that is widely used by shoppers to see product reviews before deciding to buy. One of the most searched content is beauty products. Research was conducted to determine the effect of brand equity and online customer reviews (OCRs) on purchasing decisions for The Originote products on the Tiktok Shop Application. This study focuses on The Originote skincare using quantitative methods. The sample used was Generation Z in Malang City with a multistage random sampling technique. Data analysis includes instrument testing, descriptive, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that both brand equity and OCRs variables significantly contribute to purchasing decisions. Partially and simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. To improve and strengthen brand equity, The Originote needs to upgrade the outer packaging so that the product is protected from impact. On the other hand, to improve online customer reviews, The Originote needs to create an SOP for admins to reply to customer reviews.
