Online shopping is the process of purchasing goods / services by consumers to realtime sellers, without services, and through the internet. The development of online business in Indonesia is now very rapid, one of them by shopping online. Online stores or we often call e-commerce is a form of change that is presented by the internet in terms of innovation in shopping by providing various facilities in the transaction process. The aim of the writer is to determine the best e-commerce, therefore the author uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method because the method is able to make a more precise assessment because it is based on the value of criteria and preference weights that have been determined, besides that the SAW method also can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives because there is a ranking process after determining the weights for each attribute.

Health efforts are carried out with an emphasis on the wider community in order to achieve optimal levels of health, without neglecting the quality of service to individuals. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction felt by patients who come for treatment regarding comfort, staff service, service procedures and also service results at the Delitua Community Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. This research used a cross sectional study test design with a sample size of 33 people determined through saturated sampling by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that all the variables studied showed a significant relationship with patient satisfaction at the Delitua health center, namely comfort p(0.009)<a(0.05), staff service p(0.023)<a(0.05), service procedures p (0.015)<a(0.05) and service results p(0.023)(0.05), the community health center must further improve the quality of health services which include comfort, staff service, service procedures and service results, in order to provide satisfaction for patients who use them. health services at the Delitua community health center.

Penggunaan tenaga kerja yang efektif dan terarah merupakan kunci dari motivasi kerja karyawan sehingga dibutuhkan suatu kebijakan perusahaan untuk penggerak karyawan agar mau bekerja lebih produktif sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Para karyawan mengharapkan bahwa hasil kerja akan berhubungan positif dengan tunjangan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian di PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada. Dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner, analisis dokumen dan kajian pustaka, serta pengumpulan data yang diambil dari buku-buku. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebagian karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada sebanyak 58 orang. Responden yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Model analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis linier berganda.Dari hasil penelitian dikemukakan bahwa hasil uji F atau secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan dan tunjangan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada. Hasil uji t atau secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh Persada parsial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada dan tunjangan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Dexa Konstruksindo Persada. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh tunjangan dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja adalah sebesar 0,381 atau 38,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini seperti : keselamatan kerja, komunikasi, pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, dan lain sebagainya.

Cadres are voluntary workers recruited from, by and for the community who are tasked with assisting the smooth running of health services. The performance of Posyadu cadres experienced a decline in the early 2000s as a result of a prolonged multi-dimensional crisis, this is known because there were reports of malnutrition from various parts of the country. The decline was felt following the lack of cadre skills, no Posyandu operational support, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and weak coaching. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance of posyandu cadres with the satisfaction of mothers of children under five at the Posyandu, Wakasihu Village, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers under five who visited the posyandu as many as 30 toddlers. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, which means that all populations are sampled. So that the sample found in this study amounted to 30 people or respondents. The results showed that the mothers under five studied who said that the performance of cadres was good amounted to 13 people (56.7%), and the performance of cadres was not good amounted to 17 people (43.3%). Furthermore, from the 30 respondents who were examined, it can be seen that the number of respondents who said they were satisfied with the performance of the cadres were 18 people (60.0%), and respondents who said they were not satisfied were 12 people (40.0%). It was concluded statistically and illustrated that the performance of cadres still had opinions from mothers of children under five that they were not good at providing services at the posyandu. It was also concluded that statistically some respondents or mothers of toddlers still said that they were satisfied with the performance of cadres.

Sebagai negara maju, China masih tidak terlepas dari masalah konflik internal. Salah satunya yaitu konfllik di Uyghur. Uyghur merupakan kelompok etnis minoritas yang sebagian besar beragama Islam, dan terutama berbasis diwilayah Xinjiang, di barat laut China. Berdasarkan sejarahnya, konflik ini dipicu ketimpangan ekonomi, ketidakpuasan, ketidakadilan, dan kekerasan yang secara simultan bergulir di Xinjiang. Dimana Etnis Uyghur muslim mengalami perseteruan dengan pemerintah otoritas China. Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta melihat perlunya advokasi hak-hak etnis Uyghur di Xinjiang dan negara-negara suaka. Advokasi dan edukasi ini bertujuan untuk menambah kesadaran masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Indonesia untuk melakukan aksi nyata dalam membela etnis Uyghur. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 117 peserta dari berbagai kalangan usia dari Indonesia dan India. Peserta memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi ditunjukkan dengan adanya dialog atau interaksi berupa pertanyaan yang disampaikan oleh peserta. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan pentingnya peran semua pihak yang peduli terhadap hak asasi manusia untuk berperan aktif dan mendukung terwujudnya keadilan bagi etnis Uyghur.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The desired objective of this research activity is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on the work productivity of employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nusantara Plantation IX Ngobo Ungaran Plantation, totaling 50 people. In this study, samples/respondents were taken from the entire population of 50 respondents, using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the discussion, the following conclusions can be drawn: Testing the compensation hypothesis on employee work productivity shows that the value of t count = 2.805 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.007 <α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) that compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven. Testing the hypothesis of motivation on employee productivity shows that the value of t count = 3.972 > t table = 1.684 with a significance number = 0.000 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) that motivation has a positive effect on employee work productivity is proven.

Today's business competition requires companies to be able to compete with other companies. PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line is a company engaged in import-export services. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality, facilities and timeliness of delivery of the satisfaction of service users of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with 42 respondents as consumers of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line taken from a total population of 62 consumers. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS (Statitical Package for Social Science) Version 22.0.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to visitors, with a sample of 100 respondents using quantitative techniques. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting satisfaction and there is a significant influence of location on visiting satisfaction, then there is no significant influence of attractiveness on visiting decisions and there is a significant influence of location on visiting decisions, then there is a significant influence of visiting satisfaction on decisions Visiting and visiting satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of attractiveness on visiting decisions, while visiting satisfaction can mediate the influence of location on visiting decisions.Analysis of Variant (R2) can be seen that the R-square value for the visiting decision variable is 0.788 which can be interpreted that the magnitude of the influence of the attractiveness, location and visiting satisfaction variable on the visiting decision is 78.8% while the remaining 21.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this study. Then the R-square value for the visiting satisfaction variable is 0.634, which means that 63.4% of the visiting satisfaction variable is influenced by attractiveness and location variables, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Pandemi covid-19 memaksa anak-anak untuk stay di rumah untuk menghindari penularan. Hal ini membuat anak menjadi bosan dan jenuh yang berakibat stress pada anak. Orang tua memiliki peranan penting dalam mendampingi anak-anak selama di rumah. Peran orang tua di masa Covid-19 adalah sebagai pembimbing, pendidik, penjaga, pengembang, dan pengawas bagi anak-anak. Peran yang selama ini dilaksanakan di satuan pendidikan beralih fungsi di satuan keluarga.  Salah  satu  peran  khusus  yang  harus dilakukan orang tua adalah bermain bersama anak. Bermain merupakan kebutuhan dasar anak dan menjadi momen yang penting bagi perkembangan anak. Bermain terapeutik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan emosi pada anak. Melalui bermain terapuetik seorang anak dapat mengekspresikan perasaan emosi dan membantu anak mengurangi ketakutannya. Peran orang tua menjadi lebih besar dalam mendampingi anak bermain selama di rumah. Perawat anak memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mempersiapkan orang tua mendampingi anak secara maksimal untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal. Tim pengabdian masyarakat Akper Kesdam IV/Diponegoro berupaya untuk memberikan edukasi tentang bermain therapeutik pada anak selama masa pandemi covid-19 yang sasarannya adalah ibu-ibu yang mempunyai anak Balita. Hal ini dilakukan berdasarkan Analisa munculnya permasalahan pada anak-anak yang merasa bosan dan jenuh dan berakibat stress pada anak dan kebingungan ibu dalam memberikan permainan yang tepat untuk anak selama masa pandemi covid ini. Edukasi yang diberikan melalui penyuluhan dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang permainan yang dapat diberikan kepada anak selama masa pandemi covid-19. Koordinasi dilakukan dengan berbagai pihak terkait sehingga pelaksanaan penyuluhan berjalan dengan lancar. Dikarenakan masa pandemic covid-19, dimana tidak diperbolehkan untuk berkumpul dengan jumlah orang yang banyak, maka penyuluhan diberikan lewat zoom meeting. Hasil dari penyuluhan  ini  ibu-ibu  merasa  puas  dan  senang mendapatkan pengetahuan  tentang bermain therapeutik untuk anak selama masa pandemic covid-19 dan semuanya mempraktekkan ilmu pengetahuan yang sudah diberikan. Anak-anak juga merasa senang dan stress pada anak berkurang.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-service quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui  pengaruh  e-service  quality  terhadap  niat  penggunaan  ulang,  untuk  mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. Pendekatan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah quota sampling yaitu teknik untuk menentukan sampel dari populasi yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu sampai jumlah (kuota) yang diinginkan yaitu 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan pengguna dapat mediasi atau menajdi penghubung antara variabel e-service quality terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. dapat dilihat dari nilai pengaruh tidak langsung e-service quality terhadap niat penggunaan ulang melalui kepuasan pengguna lebih besar jika dibandingkan pengaruh langsung e-service quality terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. Artinya bahwa kepuasan pengguna dapat menjadi variabel intervening. Kepuasan pengguna dapat mediasi atau menajdi penghubung antara variabel kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang. dapat dilihat dari nilai pengaruh tidak langsung kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang melalui kepuasan pengguna lebih besar jika dibandingkan pengaruh langsung kemudahan terhadap niat penggunaan ulang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu pelayanan dan citra  terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel mediasi kepuasan pada hubungan   antara mutu pelayanan dan citra terhadap loyalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Unversitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG), Jl. Pawiyatan Luhur Bendar Duwur, Semarang yang berjumlah 4.652 mahasiswa. Sampel yang diambil 100 mahasiswa. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Mutu pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. 2). Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan. 3). Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. 4). Mutu pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. 5). Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. 6). Kepuasan menjadi variabel intervening antara mutu pelayanan terhadap loyalitas. 7). Kepuasan menjadi variabel intervening antara citra terhadap loyalitas.

Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the influence of product variation, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect satisfaction consumers of Toko Ramai Semarang. The type of research used is inferential. The population in this study are consumers who shop at TokoRamai Semarang. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.
