The independent curriculum is a restoration of the 2013 curriculum which was previously implemented in educational institutions in Indonesia. Currently, the restoration of the curriculum to an independent curriculum is due to the need for students to be able to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. With advances in technology, of course the role of an independent curriculum is also very important to collaborate in improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out the role of technology as supporting the success of implementing an independent curriculum in schools, apart from that it also wants to see what are the obstacles to collaborative technological progress in the education system. This research that uses qualitative descriptive analysis produces detailed and clear analysis. In collecting data, researchers use library research by looking at various sources that are relevant to the research. The data analysis technique goes through several steps, namely data collection carried out by researchers by grouping data arranged in narrative form, then data reduction, namely collecting important data from the information found and in accordance with the problem topic, then presenting the data with narrative explanations that are strengthened from the study. literature, and finally draw conclusions.

Therefore, in this research the researcher discusses Minangkabau customs in the world of special education in Padang Panjang City. Taken from various books, journals, as well as interviews with several people who have competence about Minangkabau customs in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra Province, as well as several documentation. So, this research itself will aim to explain and introduce widely about one of the education areas in Minangkabau, namely the city of Padang Panjang, to the wider community. This research itself is a descriptive literature study with a qualitative approach. The results of this research itself are that education in Minangkabau customs is actually not much different from the definition of education in general, because the aim of custom itself is to regulate humans to behave in accordance with customary rules that have been mutually agreed upon and in the current curriculum, Minangkabau customs have become local content in the independent curriculum. , in the form of theory and practice. Employing a qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews with school administrators, teachers, and educational staff. The analysis revealed that the effective implementation of administrative systems has a positive impact on school performance. This article discusses these findings and provides suggestions for further improvements in educational management at the school level. These findings have significant implications for the development and enhancement of educational quality within the school environment.

Learning is a key element in building a nation's civilization. The level of learning understood by a community will have a significant influence on the lifestyle that will be created. The position of learning in achieving progress in various aspects of life, such as social, political, cultural and economic, cannot be questioned. This research is carried out using qualitative methods, namely research that is carried out through observation and seeking information directly in research positions or in other words it can be said as field research. This research uses a phenomenological approach by explaining and describing phenomena that occur in conditions in the field. In this case, researchers want to explain and describe the impact of School Policy Analysis to Improve the Internal Quality of Learning for Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School Students. Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School's policy in formulating its vision and mission shares the main focus on aspects of morality. Determining the direction of the vision and mission is influenced by close social interactions and the various backgrounds of students. The process of formulating policies at Istiqlal Deli Tua Middle School involves various parties, including internal schools, student parents, and other policy makers, in order to improve learning progress. This personal learning option as a school policy is not carried out without a reason, but rather is adjusted to the vision and mission that form the basis. learning system in the school. To realize this policy, the school has designed a management system and implementation guidelines that include regular, automatic activities and exemplary examples inside and outside the classroom. The conclusions of research on the analysis of school policies to improve the internal quality of student learning include an explanation of the important role of school policies in providing direction and support. Management of energy resources, including the allocation of funds and development of teaching staff, and the involvement of all related parties, such as teachers, parents, students and local communities, are considered important in achieving the goal of quality learning. Continuous monitoring and assessment are key aspects for identifying revision zones and adapting school policies. A focus on improving the educational process, innovative teaching methods, and long-term educational support are also recognized as elements that can provide positive impacts. Finally, adapting to changes in learning areas, such as technological growth, curriculum changes, and social dynamics, is considered important and requires flexibility in school policies. However, it is necessary to explain that this conclusion is universal and needs to be confirmed by specific findings from actual research

This research aims to explore the role of performance management in improving the quality of education in schools. Quality education is an important aspect in achieving quality education goals, and performance management is considered an effective tool to achieve this. This research method involves literature study, secondary data analysis, and interviews with educational professionals. The research results show that performance management has a key role in improving the quality of education, through measuring, monitoring and improving the performance of teachers, students and educational staff. Implementing performance management in education can also increase school accountability, transparency and more effective decision making. In the era of digital education, information technology and performance management information systems can become valuable tools in managing data, evaluating and reporting educational performance. In conclusion, performance management has a very important role in improving the quality of education in schools. By implementing appropriate performance management strategies and practices, schools can optimize teacher and student performance, achieve better educational goals, and contribute to improving the overall quality of education.

This study aims to illustrate the importance of the role of P5 in Catholic Religious Education or other learning. This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

The research was conducted against the backdrop of students' difficulty understanding the subject matter and their lack of enthusiasm for teaching and learning activities, which affected their learning results when they participated in class. This study uses the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in Pancasila Education courses with mutual cooperation materials to investigate whether or not there are changes in learning outcomes and student performance. Descriptive analytical research methodology using a qualitative approach is employed. This study's findings showed a 13.5% rise. The average score was 77.5% before receiving the Team Games Tournament (TGT) therapy; following the Team Games Tournament (TGT) treatment, the average score increased to 91%.  In session 1 the number of students who met the good criteria was 68%, while in session 2 it was 100%.

In this research the author tries to highlight the factors that influence the thinking model of the Islamic education system. For the author, the central issues are management, finance, quality and education. Apart from that, in this research the author used qualitative research methods. These approaches are described in more detail and classified according to research conditions. Apart from that, the author also uses library research methods. The results of this research show that: Educational financial management influences the quality of general education. The results of this research show that fund management is a process of optimizing existing funding sources, allocating existing funds and allocating them in the form of facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in order to create a learning process that is much more effective, efficient and better. To achieve quality learning, education costs must be managed optimally and optimally. Therefore, educational financial management steps must be considered and made a top priority.

The type and approach of research using descriptive qualitative. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the strengthening of student character developed from the habituation of dhuha prayer together is Religious, nasinal, Integrity, independent, and mutual cooperation.

The aim of this research is to understand how the principal's management is implemented in improving the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The main subject of this research is the school principal and the sources of information supporting this research are teaching and educational staff, committees and students. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research found that the implementation of school principal management to improve the quality of education at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong was through planning and preparing work plans as well as preparing the school's vision, mission and goals. Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

This study aims to determine the components that must be fulfilled by the principal of the driving school, the work program of the driving school principal and the success of the management of the principal in improving the quality of education. The research used is qualitative research with a case study approach, the data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to test the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of the study show 1) Components that must be fulfilled by school principals to improve the quality of education must have five intelligences, namely: professional, personal, interpersonal intelligence, intelligence to carry out an independent curriculum, fulfillment of driving school requirements according to the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research and Technology number 371 of 2021, having a head activator certificate and attended training from the Ministry of Education and Culture. 2) School principal management to improve quality, namely by implementing work programs in the fields of curriculum, student affairs, public relations and sarpras, 3) The form of the success of the driving school principal's work program is that students succeed in making scientific work, forming a Pancasila student profile, students are able to become a team reliable broadcast and journalist, won the national level mathematics Olympiad, made banana chip products, provided quotas for graduates to continue on to tertiary institutions and work quotas at PT Atiga Langgeng Mandiri Gresik, SMA Assa'adah Bungah Gresik became facilitators of driving schools so as to create relationships Gresik high school synergy.

Elementary school students need to get character education strengthening through education in everyday life so they are able to practice character values, namely nationalist, religious, mutual cooperation, independence, and integrity values. There are phenomena that arise related to character violations which are quite worrying, for example acts of violence, violations of human rights (HAM), free sex, indiscipline, anarchism, corruption, theft, dishonesty, and so on. For this reason, we need a solution, one of which is strengthening character education based on local wisdom culture which is carried out in stages through socialization where the students are. Character education with local wisdom has a role as a driving force that carries good rules and norms to be practiced in everyday life. This activity was carried out at SD Negeri 54/IV, Danau Teluk District for 2 days, namely 2-28 May 2022 and continued with activities, with participants totaling 40 students. The results of the socialization of this activity indicate an increase in insight and understanding of character education and recognition of one's own potential in instilling local wisdom and training the spirit of leadership. This can be seen from the activeness and high enthusiasm of the participants for two days with a usefulness level of 3.75 on average, in addition to positive support from the principal and teaching staff being an important element of this activity. As well as in the learning process there is an influence, namely in cycle 1 the average student score is 67 and after cycle 2 it increases to 78 with improvements to the methods and media used during the learning process in accordance with the school environment and local environment.
