Background: Respiratory failure is a condition in which the respiratory system fails to perform the function of gas exchange, namely the entry of oxygen and the exit of carbon dioxide. Patients with respiratory failure are usually put on a ventilator. Patients who are put on a ventilator will experience a buildup of secretions, to overcome this, chest physiotherapy and suction will be performed. Chest physiotherapy is a procedure performed on patients who experience secretion retention and oxygenation disorders who require assistance to thin or remove secretions. While suction is the act of inserting a suction catheter tube through the mouth or nose or endotracheal tube (ETT) which aims to reduce sputum retention, free the airway and prevent lung infections. The purpose of this community service is to teach and understand changes in oxygen saturation levels in patients with respiratory failure in the ICU room of the Dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga Lung Hospital after chest physiotherapy and suction interventions. The methods used are training, lectures and direct demonstrations. The number of patients in this community service is 4 patients. The results of this community service are the effect of increasing oxygen saturation after chest physiotherapy and suction. That is, before chest physiotherapy, the average oxygen saturation level was 93%, after chest physiotherapy for 3 days it became 97%. While before suction, the average saturation level was 95%, after suction for 3 days the 4th saturation became 100%. The conclusion is that there is an increase in oxygen saturation levels after chest physiotherapy and suction in patients with respiratory failure in the ICU Room of the Dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga Lung Hospital.

Teenagers today are filled with a number of rapid technological changes and developments. From a financial perspective, teenagers at this stage have a growing ability to understand the principles of saving and spending money, not only the basics, but also long-term goals. The three main areas that parents should focus on are income, savings, and responsible spending (shopping or investment). Problems that often occur in society (including teenagers) are such as wasteful living (lifestyle), online loan debt, and being trapped in online gambling. The emergence of several entertainment venues, cafes, and angkringan makes spending difficult for teenagers to control. The methods used in this service are lectures, simulations, discussions and questions and answers regarding the usefulness and benefits of understanding financial literacy. The results of this service show the different nature and patterns of financial management of teenagers requiring presentation patterns that need to be adjusted. In the implementation of the activity, there were participants (some) who were more enthusiastic or serious about this series of training. Presenters (speakers) require the application of andragogy model learning. This model is intended so that the presenter (material provider) and participants are not bored, comfortable in communicating and feedback appears quickly. In the future, training or workshops will be more directed to more technical or specific, for example capital market investment, mutual funds or other investment models.

The purpose of this community service is to assist students in introducing various traditional games and preserving traditional games during their teaching practice in schools. Through sports students, it is hoped that various traditional games can be introduced during teaching practice in schools. One example is the dam-dam game, which is expected to reduce children's tendency to play online games and enhance their creativity by utilizing readily available materials. This community service activity is motivated by several issues, namely (1) the lack of students' knowledge about traditional games and (2) the tendency of students to spend more time playing online games, which impacts their social interactions. For example, students often tend to be more focused on their gadgets when being spoken to. This activity is conducted at the University of Insan Budi Utomo Malang in the city of Malang. The process of implementing this community service activity includes (1) problem identification; (2) needs analysis; (3) design and mentoring; (4) implementation of guidance; (5) monitoring and evaluation of activity results; and (6) reporting and follow-up. Lectures, demonstrations, and training are the methods of this community service. Based on the questionnaire given to 30 participants, 20 people stated that the activity was good, and 10 others stated that it was very good.

This research aims to analyze the learning methods used by Christian Religious Education (PAK) teachers in improving students' critical thinking skills at the junior high school level. The focus of this research is on the use of learning methods such as lectures, discussions, Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and cooperative learning. The approach used is qualitative by collecting data through journals, literature reviews, document studies and e-books. The research location was carried out in North Sumatra Province and its surroundings, Indonesia. The research results show that PAK teachers still predominantly use lecture methods which are less effective in encouraging students to think critically. However, some students have shown potential for critical thinking when given more innovative learning methods, such as PBL and group discussions. Learning methods that actively involve students, such as discussions and cooperative learning, have been proven to be able to increase student participation and develop analytical skills, problem solving and creativity.

The learning model is an important element in achieving learning goals. The integrative model of thematic interpretation offers an engaging learning experience that supports students to explore the values of the Qur'an in depth. This study describes the objectives, implementation, and integrative model of learning thematic interpretation of QS. Al-Hasyr verses 2-5 in Ma'had Baitul Qur'an Malang. The research uses a qualitative approach of case study type with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, as well as data validation using triangulation. The data obtained was then analyzed using three techniques, namely pattern matching, making explanations and time series analysis (Yin, 2009). The results of the study show that learning aims to provide a deep understanding of the meaning of verses and their relevance to the social conditions of the community, emphasizing the relevance of the content of verses, the history of the Prophet, and their application in the modern socio-economic context. The learning process is carried out systematically through the opening stages, core activities, and closing with the material of the book of tafsir and Siroh Nabawiyah. The lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer methods are used in a humanistic approach. The combination of the connected model and webbed model creates relevant and applicable learning, with a constructivist approach that encourages learners to actively build knowledge through experience and problem-solving.
