Low fiber consumption among university students increases the risk of chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, and diabetes. Many students prioritize convenient eating habits and are influenced by peer groups, often overlooking the importance of fiber intake in their daily diet. This educational program aims to enhance students' knowledge about the benefits of fiber consumption through interactive audio and visual media. The program applies the Health Belief Model (HBM) theory to design educational content in the form of videos and posters distributed via the social media platform Instagram. Involving 26 student respondents from various faculties at Halu Oleo University, the results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of the health benefits of fiber, types of fiber-rich foods, and the role of fiber in preventing chronic diseases. Education through engaging media successfully increased students' motivation to improve their dietary habits by incorporating more fiber into their diets.

Tonga Village is home to a significant number of carving craftsmen in North Toraja, who are renowned for their unique carving art. However, there is a growing concern that the younger generation is not fully aware of the cultural and historical significance of Toraja carvings. By employing qualitative research methods, including interviews, observation, and documentation, this study was able to identify several key issues. One such issue is the lack of regeneration of craftsmen, which has led to a decline in the number of individuals engaged in this practice. Additionally, there is a dearth of cultural socialization about Toraja carving in formal education, which has contributed to a lack of understanding about the significance and meaning of these motifs. In light of the aforementioned issues, there is a clear necessity for the establishment of an information medium that can elucidate the meaning and significance of Toraja carving in a comprehensive manner, with film serving as a potential conduit for such an endeavor. One potential solution is the use of a documentary film. The research method employed in this study is qualitative, employing a linear strategy as a creative strategy in media design. It is anticipated that the information will be conveyed in greater detail, in accordance with reality, and structured in a narrative that is aligned with the target audience, namely students and students. The implementation of the media will occur on a digital platform, thereby facilitating the dissemination of information on a wider scale and effectively increasing cultural knowledge through the use of attractive visuals, clear audio, and integrated narratives. The result of this research is the potential production of a documentary film that can function as a conduit of information, providing education to the community and thus serving as a resource for the public.

This study aims to examine the achievement and improvement of poetry writing skills of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Klari who use audio-visual media. This is in line with the problem of the low poetry writing skills of junior high school students. In reality, the ability to write poetry is one of the important aspects of language to be learned and mastered well. The method used in this study was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Klari, Karawang Regency. Sampling using cluster sampling technique, two classes were selected as research samples, namely class VIII-G (control class) which used direct learning totaling 37 students, while class VIII-H (experimental class) which used audio-visual media totaling 39 students. The research instrument used a poetry writing ability test. Both classes were given a pretest, treatment, and posttest with the same questions. Quantitative data analysis of the study utilized statistical calculations using SPSS 21 software. It can be seen from the results of calculations with SPSS 21 software that the Asymp. Sig. value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 is less than the significance level (α) of 0.05. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the achievement and improvement of students' poetry writing skills who receive learning with audio-visual media are better than students who receive direct learning.
