The In the current era, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), also known as Penyelenggara Jasa Telekomunikasi Layanan Akses Internet, are emerging rapidly, offering internet services at varying prices. However, the demand for high-speed internet is increasing while complex regulations create opportunities for misuse by individuals or specific groups. The purpose of this writing is to understand the implementation of criminal law, causal factors, and judicial considerations regarding the criminal acts of illegal WiFi internet service providers in Decision Number 411/Pid.Sus/2021/PN.Pgp. This study adopts a juridical-normative approach, aiming to examine positive legal regulations and utilizing legal materials as the primary data. The data sources consist of primary legal materials, such as legislation and judicial decisions, as well as secondary legal materials, including legal opinions, doctrines, legal theories from legal literature, research findings, scholarly articles, and relevant websites. The substantive implementation of criminal law in this case is in accordance with the elements specified in the relevant articles. Individual and external factors, such as the social environment, influence the occurrence of crimes. The judge's consideration to impose a lighter sentence than the Prosecutor's demand is based on mitigating factors, which outweigh the aggravating factors for the defendant.   Keywords :  Criminal Law, Judge's consideration, Telecommunication

Getting quality feedback is important in many aspects of life. The teaching and learning process at school cannot be separated from the provision of teacher feedback to students. Feedback is necessary because it can provide information about students' abilities, guiding their ignorance at the time of learning something new and complex. However, in reality, not all teachers provide feedback that can motivate students' learning behavior. The method used in writing this article is the literature method by first collecting study materials and materials from various sources, namely books, journals, and related articles. The author formulates the existence of feedback techniques in the learning process, including several kinds of aids that can be received by students, so that they are easier to understand the lesson, namely visual, audio, and audio-visual aids. In addition, the role of motivation and media in the learning process for students is also very important and this can help the continuity of the teaching and learning process and the achievement of learning objectives.

In the era of globalization, social skills are one of the important aspects in the formation of students. Collaborative learning not only focuses on academic achievement but also on the development of communication skills, cooperation, and empathy. The method used in this study is library research from various sources related to the research topic. Data collection is carried out through studies, research, analysis of scientific articles, books, journals or magazines and electronic sources related to collaborative learning-based aqidah akhlak learning . The data is then analyzed descriptively. Results from review library research shows that collaborative learning is an approach that emphasizes cooperation between students in groups to achieve common learning goals. Collaborative learning strategies in Islamic religious education are approaches that prioritize interaction and cooperation between students to achieve a deeper and more holistic understanding of the teaching material. Well-designed learning will make it easy to overcome behavior in students. The application of collaborative learning not only improves students' understanding of the concept of aqidah and akhlak, but also strengthens their social skills. The importance of social interaction, student involvement actively in the learning process, discussing, and working together in solving case studies of the concept of aqidah and akhlak. By implementing the method, it can be an effective strategy in improving student cooperation and students are better able to understand the material of aqidah and akhlak in depth and apply Islamic values in everyday life and can be applied more widely in Educational context religion Islam.

A method is a set of methods or methods that teachers use in learning so that students can achieve certain learning goals and skills. Many verses in the Koran explain the use of methods in teaching. Some of them we find in Surah Ali Imran verse 159 and Al-Maidah verse 67. The aim of this research is to find out the method of learning or teaching the Al-Qur'an. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with a literature review. The main data sources come from books, magazines and the latest articles related to this research theme. The results of this research indicate that the methods of teaching the Al-Quran are (1) Hiwar, namely alternating conversations between two or more parties through questions and answers regarding a topic leading to a goal, and (2) Tabligh, namely a systematic, orderly and measurable method used by preachers in presenting tabligh material to their audiences.    

Education is an activity that proceeds through stages and levels. After the effort or activity is completed, it is hoped that the goal will be achieved. Because it is gradual and multilevel, the goal of education is not a fixed and static object, but it is the whole of a person's personality, relating to all aspects of his life. The aim of this research is to reveal the concept of the goals of Islamic education in the view of Qurais Sihab. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library research approach by using books, magazines and articles related to this research theme as the main data source. The results of this research show that; The concept of the aim of Islamic education contained in QS Al-Baqarah verse 30 is to develop humans individually and in groups so that they are able to carry out their functions as His servants and caliphs, in order to build this world in accordance with the concept set by Allah SWT, while the concept of the aim of Islamic education is contained in QS Hud verse 61 are, being able to create a pious servant, showing the breadth of Allah's knowledge, the formation of noble morals in students which is found in the application of moral education itself, producing knowledgeable students, producing capable students, and The concept of the aim of Islamic education in QS Ad-Dzariyat verse 56 is to form obedient and obedient humans, especially to the Creator. Because the characteristic of an educated person is obedience and obedience to applicable norms and rules.    

Alcohol abuse is a growing problem around the world. Especially in adolescents, alcoholic beverages are often consumed excessively for specific purposes. Looking at the problem, the question arises what influences adolescents to become addicted to alcohol, so this paper aims to find out what factors influence adolescents in Indonesia to become addicted to alcohol. This research was conducted using a descriptive literature review method. Literature was searched and found through Google Scholar with the keywords "addiction", "alcohol", "adolescents", and "alcohol". The inclusion criteria based on these keywords were (1) presenting articles in Indonesian or English, (2) published in 2018-2023, (3) discussing factors affecting alcohol addiction, and (4) downloadable. The exclusion criteria used were (1) the article was a thesis, thesis, case study, scoping review and (2) published before 2018. The results found that adolescents who are addicted to alcohol are influenced by various factors. Namely, environmental, cultural, and personal factors. Often teenagers who are addicted to alcohol are influenced by the environment.

This article addresses the pastoral problem of congregants who experience persistent feelings of worthlessness, a condition that often appears at the intersection of shame, fragile self-worth, social isolation, and distorted religious interpretation. The objective is to construct a Christian pastoral counseling framework that is biblically grounded, psychologically informed, and ecclesially accountable. This study uses a qualitative constructive literature design through critical synthesis of recent journal articles and classical pastoral counseling. The analysis identifies four main findings. First, worthlessness should not be reduced to moral weakness or lack of faith because it involves psychological, relational, and spiritual dynamics. Second, churches may either intensify shame through stigma and spiritual reductionism or become restorative communities through hospitality, lament, and safe accompaniment. Third, pastoral counseling requires a movement from empathic assessment, validation, and narrative clarification toward theological reframing of identity in Christ. Fourth, responsible pastoral care includes collaboration with mental health professionals when risk, trauma, or clinical symptoms exceed pastoral competence. The implication is a constructive model in which pastoral counseling helps congregants reinterpret self-worth through grace, embodied community, and disciplined referral rather than through advice-giving or doctrinal correction alone.

The purpose of this article is to determine whether the principal's leadership style influences teacher performance. This qualitative research employed a literature review method, which examined several national articles. The results indicate that the principal's leadership style has both positive and negative effects on teacher performance in schools. The various leadership styles include transformational leadership, charismatic leadership, transactional leadership, autocratic leadership, bureaucratic leadership, and democratic leadership.  

This study aims to analyze the use of Google Scholar, SINTA, and BIMA platforms in improving the quality and quantity of academic publications as indicators of lecturer performance evaluation at the Ganesha College of Economics (STIE). The research was conducted for three months from February to April 2023. The method used a qualitative approach with a case study involving 67 lecturers of S1 Management, S1 Accounting and S2 Management of STIE Ganesha. Data collection techniques through literature studies, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and comparative analysis techniques. The results showed that 45 permanent lecturers of STIE Ganesha had used the academic platform, namely Google Scholar and SINTA. And 67 other people already have a BIMA account. The obstacles of lecturers include a) Lack of awareness of lecturers in research, b) Research intention and interest are still weak, c) Do not understand how to use academic platforms, d) Technical ability to make research articles is not the same. The solution to anticipate it by: a) Providing training, socialization or technical support for lecturers in the use of academic platforms, b) Providing intensive assistance to lecturers every time in Writing Academic Skills.  The role of the STIE Ganesha Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) as an institution that handles lecturer research is very important in encouraging an increase in the publication of scientific papers by lecturers. The research limits the scope of the use of academic platforms for STIE Ganesha lecturers, it is hoped that wider research development can be carried out related to the publication of scientific papers by lecturers. This research contributes to knowledge insights for the general public in the use of academic platform tools. The research results are expected to provide input for educational institutions to improve the lecturer performance evaluation system and provide better support for improving the quality and quantity of lecturers' academic publications.

The application of cooperative learning strategies is increasingly popular in improving students' cooperation skills at various levels of education. This research aims to determine the application of cooperative learning strategies in PAI learning to increase student cooperation. The data collection used by researchers is a literature study by studying and citing several sources from textbooks, articles, journals, modules and other publications. The research results show that the application of cooperative learning strategies can improve students' cooperation skills significantly. These findings provide an important contribution to the development of learning models that are oriented towards collaboration and cooperation in the educational environment.    

This research aims to determine the performance of the North Tapanuli National Land Agency in realizing the Complete Systematic Land Registration program based on the regulations of the Minister of Agaria and Spatial Planning Number 6 of 2018 and to examine the factors that influence the National Land Agency in realizing the Complete Systematic Land Registration program in North Tapanuli Regency. . This research is empirical juridical legal research. The research method used in this research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews, documentation and observation. The data obtained was obtained through books, journals and articles that were relevant to the topic studied. The results of this research show that the performance of the National Land Agency in realizing the Complete Systematic Land Registration program based on Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Regulation Number 6 of 2018 in North Tapanuli Regency has gone well and shown satisfactory results in various performance indicators such as productivity, service quality, responsibility, responsibility, and accountability. The factors that influence the National Land Agency in realizing a complete Land System Registration are, the commitment of the central and regional governments, adequate budget allocation, policies that support legal certainty and technical support and professionalism during implementation. Inhibiting factors in realizing the Complete Systematic Land Registration program are less than optimal community participation, differences and incomplete documents, complexity of customary land ownership, geographical constraints and limited human resources.

The aim of this research is to review the journal of medicinal chemical analysis (BKO) of sodium diclofenac in herbal medicine in order to determine the effectiveness of the stationary phase and mobile phase in the thin layer chromatography method and the effectiveness of the solvent in UV-Vis spectrophotometry in the analysis of the medicinal chemical of sodium diclofenac in preparations herbal medicine. Learning media is one of the key components of education which plays an important role in the teaching and learning process. The use of learning media is an important part that requires special attention from teachers in learning activities. There is a need to create learning media that aims to create an orderly, conducive classroom atmosphere and enable effective learning. The aim of the research is to identify teachers' abilities in creating teaching media materials. It is hoped that if teachers have the ability to create teaching material media, the teaching and learning process can run according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research, the main data sources come from books, magazines and recent journal articles related to the theme of this research. The results of this research show that the majority of teachers have not been creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the fact that many teachers still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. It is hoped that the publication of this article will encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media.

This research aims to analyze meta data related to the use of the Mathway application by looking at research objectives that relate to the use of the Mathway application. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This systematic review identified 8 articles through the Google Scholar database published in 2018-2023. Data collection used the PRISMA procedure. The results of this research show that there are 3 research objectives related to the use of applications in mathematics learning, namely, 1) To find out how important the influence of technology is on mathematics learning for educators and students, 2) To find out how useful an application is in mathematics learning for educators and students, 2) To find out how useful an application is in mathematics learning for educators and students, and 3) To determine learning outcomes based on student interest and learning motivation.

Job insecurity is a major concern among employees in various organizations, including public health centers in Banjarmasin City, Indonesia. A systematic literature review was conducted to investigate the influence of job insecurity on turnover intention among community health center employees in Banjarmasin. The results of the analysis carried out on 14 articles showed that job insecurity had a positive effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity can lead to stress, anxiety, and dissatisfaction, which can negatively impact an employee's commitment to their organization and increase their intention to leave. All studies used quantitative research methods with survey techniques for data collection. Strategies to enhance job security perceptions, such as improving communication transparency, offering career development opportunities, and implementing fair and consistent human resource practices, may help mitigate turnover intentions. The findings of the studies highlight the importance of addressing job insecurity to reduce turnover intention and improve employee retention in primary health care in Banjarmasin. Investing in initiatives that cultivate a sense of job security and stability among health workers can contribute to the long-term sustainability and effectiveness of primary healthcare service delivery in the region.

This research aims to analyze meta data related to real analysis lecture problems. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. This systematic review identified 7 articles through the Google Scholar database published in 2019-2024. Data collection used the PRISMA procedure. The results of this research show that there are 3 research objectives related to the problems of real analysis lectures, namely: 1) to find out what factors influence students' learning difficulties during real analysis courses, 2) to find out students' reasoning abilities in real analysis courses, 3) to find out how much students know about the connection between real analysis and school mathematics.

This research aims to describe the application of the PAIKEMI learning strategy in PAI learning. The application of the PAIKEMI learning strategy in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) aims to increase student achievement and engagement. This strategy focuses on student-centered learning, making learning active, innovative, creative, effective, fun and Islamic. In this research, the library research method was used. Data collection was carried out by utilizing library sources such as books, documents and journal articles. The research results show positive results in the implementation of PAIKEMI, which leads to increased cognitive competence and active participation of students. This strategy includes planning, implementation, factors that influence its effectiveness, and evaluation of student learning outcomes. By incorporating PAIKEMI into PAI classes, educators can create a more meaningful and enjoyable learning environment, fostering collaboration, creativity and effectiveness among students. This strategy includes approaches such as “Everyone Here is a Teacher”, which encourages active participation and individual engagement. Additionally, teachers undergo training and collaborative sessions to implement PAIKEMI effectively, ensuring successful lesson planning and student engagement.

Apart from that, education is also a very important element for the development of civilization. Improving the quality of education. The purpose of writing this article is to reveal the role of Islamic inclusive education and Islamic education. Islamic and Western theoretical collaborators agree that inclusive education is consistent with Islamic teachings and values. This is because Islamic teachings themselves require obligations and opportunities in seeking knowledge, and do not discriminate between differences in ethnicity, skin color, flag, skin color, etc., as well as differences in human physical conditions. it requires careful attention. When writing this article, the author used a research library-based research method, or it could also be called library research. This literature includes research, such as the use of media to collect library materials, books, journals and articles that can support this study in solving problems. The method is to collect library materials and then analyze the different materials found according to the questions asked. The results of this research show that the existence of inclusive education, both in Islamic educational institutions and in various other communities, supports children with special needs and creates creative conditions and environments that do not discriminate between normal children and children with special needs.

Language cannot be separated from socio-cultural influences because language use is the reality of communication that occurs in social interactions. This article uses the systematic literature review method which in this method uses in-depth review studies and uses references from articles, books and research journals. The purpose of this study is to find out about Chinese language learning from a socio-cultural point of view. Language and culture viewed in balance are significant in foreign language teaching. Successful communication between two communicators from different cultures does not depend on mastery of linguistic aspects, including grammar and sociopragmatic structures, but also on the ability to capture, understand and empathize with the culture of the communication partner. This study aims to determine the criminal liability of a Notary who makes an authentic deed based on false information in the Semarang District Court decision Number 773/Pid.B/2021/PN Smg and knows the legal consequences of an authentic deed based on false information. This research uses normative legal research methods or can be called literature law research. This study examines a rule of law, legal principles, and legal doctrines associated with Semarang District Court Decision Number 773/Pid.B/2021/PN Smg to answer the legal issues faced. The types of legal materials used include primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Meanwhile, the technique of collecting legal materials uses literature study techniques by collecting and reviewing the contents of legal materials in the form of books, laws and regulations, legal journals, legal articles, and previous research related to the problems to be researched and the data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis with document analysis methods, namely reviewing the Semarang District Court Decision Number 773 / Pid.B / 2021 / PN Smg with reference to the legislation relevant. The results showed that the Panel of Judges based on Semarang District Court Decision Number 773/Pid.B/2021/PN Smg in imposing criminal sanctions against Notaries who commit the crime of forgery of authentic deeds is based on the Criminal Code (KUHP). This is because the Notary Office Law (UUJN) is not specifically regulated regarding criminal sanctions. The legal consequence of an authentic deed based on false information is that it does not automatically become null and void.
