Abstract. Digital transformation has brought about changes in shopping patterns with the advent of online shopping and food ordering. Reviews and ratings have a big impact on consumer preferences, so it is important to pay attention to reviews and ratings in online marketing strategies. This study aims to measure the impact of online consumer reviews and ratings on consumer loyalty to Bangor Burger on ShopeeFood. Through a quantitative approach, the sample was taken using the Non - probability sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The population studied was consumers who had bought Bangor Burger at ShopeeFood. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis with IBM SPSS software. The results showed that reviews and ratings have a significant influence on Burger Bangor consumer loyalty at ShopeeFood. Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan dalam pola belanja dengan hadirnya belanja online maupun pemesanan makanan. Review dan rating memiliki dampak yang besar pada preferensi konsumen, sehingga penting untuk memperhatikan review dan rating dalam strategi pemasaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak review dan rating konsumen secara online terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel diambil menggunakan metode Non – probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 responden. Populasi yang diteliti adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan path analysis dengan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa review dan rating memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Burger Bangor di ShopeeFood.  Kata kunci: Belanja Online, ShoppeeFood, Burger Bangor, Konsumen, Review, Rating, Loyalitas Konsumen.

Finding out what makes Gudeg Yu Djum Wijilan Yogyakarta customers happy is the main goal of this study. Customer satisfaction (Y) is the dependent variable, whereas taste and service quality are the independent factors. One hundred Gudeg Yu Djum Wijilan Yogyakarta consumers who have bought and eaten this product make up the sample for this study. It is SPSS 25 that is utilized for the analysis. Research and analysis employing regression analysis led to the conclusion that High-Quality Taste and Service Significantly Impact Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract. This study analyzes the factors determining customers' choices regarding wadiah savings in Islamic banks. Islamic banks, as financial institutions operating based on Islamic principles, offer wadiah savings products that are free from interest, speculation, and uncertainty, making them an attractive option for individuals who wish to accumulate savings in accordance with sharia. Using qualitative methods and a literature study approach, it was found that the determinants of customers choosing wadiah savings are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include personality, religiosity, knowledge, and family influence. External factors include occupation, social interaction, service quality, and other factors such as economic conditions, technology, regulation, and promotion. Understanding these factors is crucial for Islamic banks in designing effective marketing strategies. These strategies can enhance customer satisfaction, attract new customers, and strengthen the position of Islamic banks in a competitive market. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan pilihan nasabah terhadap tabungan wadiah di bank syariah. Bank syariah, sebagai lembaga keuangan yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam, menyediakan produk tabungan wadiah yang bebas dari unsur bunga, spekulasi, dan ketidakpastian, menjadikannya pilihan menarik bagi individu yang ingin mengakumulasi tabungan sesuai dengan syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa penentu nasabah dalam memilih tabungan wadiah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kepribadian, religiusitas, pengetahuan, dan pengaruh keluarga. Faktor eksternal termasuk pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, kualitas pelayanan, dan faktor lainnya seperti kondisi ekonomi, teknologi, regulasi, dan promosi. Pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor ini penting bagi bank syariah dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Strategi ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, menarik nasabah baru, dan memperkuat posisi bank syariah di pasar yang kompetitif. This research aims to examine the effect of website performance on customer satisfaction and loyalty in e-commerce. E-commerce has become an important platform in e-commerce, and website performance has become a critical factor in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this research, the conceptual framework used includes three main constructs: website performance, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Website performance is measured along several dimensions, including access speed, reliability, user interface, and content quality. Customer satisfaction is measured as the customer's perception of the quality of service and shopping experience on an e-commerce website. Customer loyalty is measured through repeat purchase intentions and recommendations to others. The research results show that website performance has a significant positive influence on customer satisfaction in e-commerce. Website performance dimensions, such as access speed and reliability, are critical in creating customer satisfaction. Apart from that, customer satisfaction also has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. Satisfied customers tend to have a higher intent to make repeat purchases and recommend a website to others. The practical implication of this research is the importance of improving website performance to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty in e-commerce. Business people should pay attention to aspects such as access speed, reliability, user interface, and content quality in the development and maintenance of their websites. Apart from that, efforts to increase customer satisfaction must also be the main focus, because customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, mobile banking services have emerged as one of the forefront innovations in the banking industry. This article discusses the importance of customer satisfaction through mobile banking services as a crucial banking service. Adopting a qualitative approach, this research utilizes data from 10 questionnaire responses to analyze the four dimensions of mobile banking quality: convenience, security, ease of use, and design. Additionally, the study considers aspects of communication and customer service. The results of the analysis indicate that customer satisfaction plays a significant role in building a strong relationship between banks and customers. By optimizing the quality of mobile banking services, including convenience, security, ease of use, and design, banks can ensure better customer satisfaction, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive market. The interpretation of the data also provides personal recommendations as an additional aspect, emphasizing the importance of improving critical aspects of mobile banking services. These recommendations reinforce the conclusion that focusing on customer satisfaction will help banks achieve a competitive advantage in the current digital era.

The current of globalization has made technological and digital developments change the way business and communication are carried out. The digital era is currently the foundation of the business world and opens up new opportunities, including expedition delivery services or what can be called logistics. The expedition delivery service itself not only plays a role in delivering packages to the customer's hands but also must gain the customer's trust so that the customer has an interest in using the delivery service again. The aim of the research is to determine customer satisfaction in using expedition delivery services. The research used is descriptive qualitative research, using an approach that involves collecting relevant data sources, such as journal articles, books, publications and so on. The research data obtained is then analyzed systematically so that they can be continuous with each other in increasing satisfaction with the use of delivery services.

Customers who enter into insurance agreements online receive legal protection based on Law no. 40 of 2014, Consumer Protection Law, Civil Code, KUHD, and Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Thus, an online insurance policy is recognized as a legally valid electronic document, both in digital and printed form. OJK is responsible for insurance supervision, both online and offline, with a focus on aspects of governance, business ethics and financial health. This supervision includes analysis of reports, examinations and investigations, which are part of the OJK's duties in regulating and supervising the financial services sector in Indonesia.

This article discusses the importance of building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In an era of increasingly rapid digitalization, MSMEs need to adopt e-commerce platforms to expand their market reach and increase their competitiveness. However, to achieve sustainable growth, a strong and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem needs to be built. In this article, the author identifies the opportunities that exist in building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports MSMEs. One of the main opportunities is access to a wider global market, which can open the door for MSMEs to sell their products to customers around the world. In addition, e-commerce platforms also provide opportunities for MSMEs to utilize new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image and outlet location on consumer buying interest at Warung Makan Ayam Geprek Preksu, Warungboto Branch, Yogyakarta. Brand image is an important factor that can influence consumer perceptions of the quality of the products and services offered, while outlet location plays a significant role in determining accessibility and convenience for consumers. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who were customers of the Ayam Geprek Preksu Food Stall. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship and influence between the variables studied. The research results show that brand image and outlet location significantly influence consumer buying interest, with brand image having a more dominant influence. These findings provide practical implications for the management of Warung Makan Ayam Geprek Preksu to continue to improve its brand image through effective marketing strategies and considering location factors in future business expansion.

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of intercultural communication variables and handling customer complaints on customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection in this study was obtained through distributing questionnaires to buyers at MMTC Fruit Market. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. The data analysis used in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study concluded that intercultural communication has no partial effect on customer loyalty, with the t test results 0.970 < 1.984 with a significance value of 0.334 > 0.05. Handling customer complaints partially has no effect on customer loyalty, at a significance value of 0.590> 0.05 and a calculated t value of -0.570 < 1.984. Meanwhile, based on the F test that intercultural communication and handling customer complaints have no simultaneous effect on customer loyalty with a sig value of 0.520> 0.05 and a calculated f value of 0.658 < 3.09.

This research examines Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) Taqwa in improving sharia microeconomics in Singkut sub-district, Sarolangun district, Jambi province. The aim of the research is to find out the strategic role of BTM Taqwa in improving sharia microeconomics. Apart from that, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors experienced by BTM taqwa. This type of research is qualitative using a managerial and sharia economic approach; the research paradigm is direct involvement and intense interaction with informants; data sources are empirical data obtained in the field through the Founding Board, Management, Members and customers of BTM Taqwa as well as the regional government of Singkut sub-district, Sarolangun district, Jambi province (primary sources) and documents and books related to research (secondary data); The instruments for this research are observation, interviews and documentation and the data collection tools are observation guides, interview guides and documentary study guides; data collection stages include preparation, implementation and preparation; and the validity testing techniques used are credibility and compatibility. The results of this research show that BTM Taqwa plays a role in improving sharia microeconomics in Singkut sub-district, Sarolangun Regency, Jambi Province. The role played by BTM Taqwa is the role of empowering human resources and an entrepreneurial spirit, the role of improving microeconomic welfare, and the role of distancing people from the practice of usury. The results of this research also show that the supporting factors for BTM Taqwa's success in micro economics internally are strategic location, commitment of the board of trustees, management and members, and high participation in member savings, while externally there is high demand from micro business actors for BTM Taqwa, ease of obtaining business capital assistance received by micro business actors, and government support. The inhibiting factors experienced by BTM taqwa internally are BTM taqwa's lack of human resources, lack of financial capital and technology, while externally there are many customers who are lazy about making savings capital payments.

Sharia insurance as a financial institution is required to prepare financial reports in accordance with PSAK 108. The use of accounting by a company is very important in the current situation, especially sharia insurance which seeks to increase client trust. However, rapid expansion without other supporting factors, including employees who are experts in sharia, has resulted in a lack of sharia-related knowledge among customers. This research uses the literature study method to conduct qualitative descriptive research. The aim is to better understand how Indonesian sharia insurance implements a sharia accounting system to ensure sharia insurance business activities comply with sharia principles and fulfill the public's desire for compliant financial solutions. The findings show that the implementation of this sharia accounting system ensures that sharia insurance business activities comply with sharia principles and fulfill the public's desire for financially sound financial solutions

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

This research explores the management of management information systems at Jomelo Cosmetic Shop on Bukit Kaminting Induk Street, Palangka Raya City using qualitative methods and a holistic approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study discovered that the deployment of a management information system has a significant impact on the efficacy of the organization's data source system, with 100% of respondents stating that SIM helps improve operational efficiency and decision-making. In the study, one hundred percent of respondents stated that SIM improves operational efficiency and decision-making processes, which shows how important the implementation of a management information system  is to improve the performance of enterprise data source systems. The study recommends several measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of  management information system, such as increasing staff training on the use of SIM (80% of respondents agreed), monitoring and evaluating SIM performance regularly (75% of respondents agreed) and optimizing the use of information technology to support SIM (65% of respondents agreed). This study also recommends several steps to improve product information for customers, such as providing more complete product information on the store website (90% of respondents agreed), utilizing social media to promote products (85% of respondents agreed), and training store staff to provide proper product information (70% of respondents agreed The findings of this study indicate that Jomelo Cosmetic Shop can improve its competitiveness and quality of service to customers by implementing best practices in information systems management. This is expected to improve operational efficiency and better delivery of product information to customers.

The implementation of the General Administration System in the Administration Division of PT Anugerah Santosa Abadi (ASA) in Surabaya has a significant impact on the smooth operation of the company. This research highlights tax invoice and invoice management as a key element in daily administrative activities. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research aims to analyze the administrative practices implemented and their impact on company efficiency. The main objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of the general administration system, with a focus on the management of tax invoices and invoices, as well as identifying the impact on the smooth operations of PT ASA. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by carrying out an internship practice for one month at PT ASA. Data was collected through observation, interviews with administrative personnel, and analysis of documents related to tax invoices, invoices, and company tax policies. The research results show that PT ASA consistently applies two types of invoices, namely tax invoices and invoices, with clear roles and functions. Tax invoice color management contributes to the effectiveness of archiving and transaction tracking. Implementation of payment terms with the "Accurate" application also allows adaptation to the needs of customers from different sectors. Overall, good integration of administrative systems ensures company compliance with tax regulations and provides optimal service to customers. This research concludes that the implementation of the general administration system at PT ASA, especially in the management of tax invoices and invoices, makes a positive contribution to smooth operations and company compliance with tax regulations. The practical implication of this research is the importance of understanding and managing administrative aspects holistically to improve the efficiency and quality of company services.

This study aims to examine the influence of digital technology in the development of Islamic banking services. The money research method used is a literature study by analyzing various literature sources. The results show that digital transformation in Islamic banking has a significant impact, including increased efficiency, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract. The Islamic financial industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development. Generally, Abstract. factors such as knowledge, needs, abilities, concerns and judgments influence customer decisions in using financial products. However, with the variety of influencing factors, many students and individuals with higher education are not yet interested in saving in Islamic banks. As students, they may have a superior understanding because as students, students continue to review the transformation of the times. As part of the academic world, students are accustomed to the continuous learning process, gaining deeper insights into changes and trends in various fields. This study aims to uncover the views of students and family circles who tend to prefer conventional banks over sharia banks. Likewise, this study is also intended to provide public understanding of bank selection knowledge, so that it can stimulate deeper discussions regarding individual considerations in choosing sharia banks. On the other hand, this study was compiled with the aim of clarifying the importance for students to consider their choices of  sharia banks. This study is intended to explore knowledge about sharia banking and the family environment towards sharia banks. The method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. With data analyzed using a questionnaire filled out by 51 student respondents. The main objective of the study is focused on understanding the knowledge of students and family environment towards sharia banks, a descriptive qualitative approach with the intention of describing and analyzing the causes of a phenomenon. Data collection is carried out through observation and observation to describe the phenomena that occur. The research respondents consisted of 50 students from various campuses. The study revealed that there were variations in perception among students. and family environment, including in terms of gender, student knowledge, and the influence of the family environment on sharia banks. Umumnya, faktor-faktor seperti pengetahuan, kebutuhan, kemampuan, perhatian dan penilaian yang memengaruhi keputusan pelanggan dalam menggunakan produk keuangan. Meskipun begitu, dengan beragamnya faktor yang memengaruhi, banyak mahasiswa dan individu yang memiliki pendidikan tinggi belum tertarik untuk menabung di bank syariah. Sebagai mahasiswa mungkin memiliki pemahaman yang lebih unggul karena sebagai pelajar, mahasiswa terus meninjau transformasi zaman. Sebagai bagian dari dunia akademis, mahasiswa terbiasa dengan proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan, memperoleh wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang perubahan dan tren dalam berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pandangan mahasiswa dan lingkup keluarga yang cenderung lebih memilih bank konvensional daripada bank syariah. Demikian pula, penelitian ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memberi pengertian masyarakat mengenai pengetahuan pemilihan bank, sehingga dapat merangsang diskusi yang lebih mendalam mengenai pertimbangan individual dalam memilih bank syariah. Disisi lain, penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk memperjelas pentingnya bagi mahasiswa untuk mempertimbangkan pilihan mereka terhadap bank syariah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan mengenai perbankan syariah dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap pada bank syariah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan data dianalisis menggunakan kuisioner yang diisi oleh 51 responden mahasiswa. Tujuan utama penelitian difokuskan untuk memahami pengetahuan mahasiswa dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah, pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan maksud menguraikan dan menganalisis penyebab suatu fenomena. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan dan observasi untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa dari berbagai kampus. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat variasi persepsi di kalangan mahasiswa. dan lingkungan keluarga, termasuk dari segi gender, pengetahuan mahasiswa, dan pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap bank syariah. The aim of this study is to elucidate the application of office management in enhancing educational administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa. The method utilized in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this study demonstrate that the implementation of office management at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa is clearly evident. Concrete evidence is observed in the organization of office space, employee discipline control, efforts to strengthen communication with all relevant parties, including administrative staff, students, and alumni, as well as the completion of tasks according to each employee’s responsibilities. Additionally, thorough planning in procuring office equipment and administrative supplies also supports the smooth flow of all administrative activities. Furthermore, customer satisfaction with the administrative services at MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa has met the expected quality standards, reflecting satisfactory service quality. These findings are consistent with the principles of customer satisfaction according to Philip Kotler, which encompass physical evidence, responsiveness to needs, reliability, empathy, and assurance.

This study aims to determine the influence of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective on the performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Branch Makassar. This research method is quantitative and qualitative. Population in the study were employees and customers of PT.BNI Syariah Makassar Branch. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data collected and processed using SPSS. Based on the results obtained financial perspective variables (X1) amounted to 2.241 with R persial 0.030, (X2) amounted to 3.879 with r persial 0.000 , Internal business (X3) amounted to 2.391 with r persial 0.021 with GIS 0.05, growth and learning (X4) amounted to -2.412 with r persial 0.020.

This research aims to determine the influence of the Transaction Convenience variable on Repurchase Intention with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable among Students using Mobile Commerce at the State Islamic University of Raden Intan Lampung and to see whether Students using Mobile Commerce have an influence on Transaction Convenience on Mobile Commerce, and whether their Intention Repurchasing will have an effect on Transaction Convenience through Customer Satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. The sampling technique in this research uses data collection techniques: Library Research and Questionnaires. The research results used a partial hypothesis test (t test) which showed that the Transaction Convenience value had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Transaction Convenience. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention.
