Minang or Minangkabau is an ethnic cultural group that adheres to a distinctive customary system, namely the family system according to female lineage which is called the matrilineal system. In Minangkabau culture, marriage is one of the important events in the life cycle and is a very significant transitional period in forming a new small family group for offspring. The purpose of this research is to find out the symbolic meaning in Minangkabau traditional marriage. This research uses a qualitative method and uses the Peirce’s theory. The informants of this study are people who understand Minangkabau culture, such as the coconut of the Minangkabau tribe. Data collection techniques through observation and direct interviews to the field and obtain information from several books and websites. the results obtained were: maminang (applying), rapek sumando (consultation of traditional leaders), malam bainai (attaching henna to the bride), Manjapuik marapulai (picking up the groom), basandiang (side by side). Then the researcher compiles, describes, and writes the symbolic meanings that exist in the traditional Minangkabau wedding steps.

Community Service activities are mandatory activities carried out by UIN North Sumatra students, especially at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. PMM-4 students carry out Community Service activities in Bandar Magodang Village, Bintang Bayu District. One of the series of activities planned by PMM-4 students is the Learning House which is attended by the children of Bandar Magodang Village. The existence of this learning house program aims to help the children of Bandar Magodang village in increasing their interest in reading and writing skills in the midst of the widespread use of gadgets. This program runs well, this service activity is carried out through 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation.  The method used in the implementation of community service is a qualitative approach.  The research subjects of this study were Bandar Magodang village children who were actively learning when a learning house was held by PMM-4 students children are asked to read books and their questions are also asked to write questions and answer questions in their notebooks.  This learning house activity will be carried out on August 18-19, 2023 at 14.00 – 16.00 WIB in one of the yards of Bandar Bagodang Village residents, Bintang Bayu District.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job demands, job resources, and job involvement on employee job satisfaction. Job demands affect job satisfaction, job resources affect job satisfaction, and job involvement affects job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Magelang Regency. The sample taken in this study were 45 employees with saturated sampling. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that job demands have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job resources have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job demands, job resources, and job involvement have an influence of 84.4% on job satisfaction, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this observation is to determine the influence of price and Halal Label on Purchasing Decisions for Emina cosmetics in the Surakarta area. This observation uses a quantitative method using primary data obtained by distributing documents or questionnaires and collecting responses from a sample of 55 participants. This observation was analyzed using Intelligent Partial Least Squares (PLS) to propose hypotheses, and used a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the Smart PLS analysis test carried out, it shows that prices and halal labels have a positive or significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the influence of fundamental analysis and technical analysis on stock purchase decisions of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO). Fundamental analysis and technical analysis are two approaches that are often used by investors in making stock investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 SIDO stock investors. The results showed that fundamental analysis and technical analysis partially have a significant effect on SIDO stock purchase decisions. Simultaneously, both types of analysis also have a significant effect. Fundamental analysis has the most dominant influence on SIDO stock purchase decisions compared to technical analysis. Investors are advised to consider both types of analysis in making stock investment decisions in order to make the right decisions.

This research aims to increase insight into the field of industrial economics, both conceptually and in its application in the development of industrial economics in Indonesia. This research focuses on systems, technology and transactions. The research method uses qualitative methods and library research. The data collection technique is to record important information in carrying out data analysis by means of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions to obtain conclusions. The results of this research show that the existence of homogeneous industrial concentration and industrial integration will lead to economic growth and can create a new industrial economy.

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of household consumption on the inflation rate in Central Kalimantan from 2018 to 2022 using the Granger causality test approach. Data on household consumption and inflation rates in Central Kalimantan province were obtained from the Central Kalimantan Province Central Statistics Agency. The results of the Granger causality test show that there is no causal relationship between household consumption and inflation. This means that changes in household consumption do not have a statistically significant effect on changes in the inflation rate. The unit root test results also show that the two time series data are not stationary and therefore require further analysis. Overall, the increase in inflation in Central Kalimantan from 2018 to 2022 concluded that it did not provide significant pressure to reduce household consumption. However, to maintain regional economic stability in the future, an appropriate response from the regional government is still needed.

The researcher is interested and aims to investigate and analyze the mechanism for handling problematic financing implemented by Bank Sumut Syariah, especially at KCP Kota Baru Marelan. This research adopts a type of field research with a focus on phenomena or symptoms that occur in the field related to problematic financing in Sharia Home Ownership Credit (KPR) products provided by PT. Bank Sumut Syariah, especially at the Sub-Branch Office (KCP) Kota Baru Marelan. The results of this research are based on observation and scientific logical analysis of data collected from the field. Based on in-depth discussions, Bank Sumut Syariah, especially at KCP Kota Baru Marelan, has implemented a mechanism for handling problematic financing by paying attention to sharia principles. This process involves proactive communication, involvement of sharia experts, and customer openness. Customers, as represented by Mrs. Nilam Kurnia, gave positive testimony regarding the bank's approach in handling problematic financing.

This reasearch aimed to determine the condition of ceramic industry in Malang City and calculate the market structure of ceramic industry in detail by using market structure approach. This approach can be calculated by using market share, Hirchman Herfindahl Index (IHH), and CR4 (Concentration Ratio for Biggest Four). This study used quantitative descriptive analysis with the markets as the object of study. The result of the study showed that the market had the largest concentration ratio with 12.12% that led to the market structure of competition. The value for IHH was 0.05 that led to the perfect competition market because its value was between zero and one. Then, the value of CR4 was 0.36 that led to perfect competition market structure because its value was < 20%. It can be concluded that the degree of ceramic industry business in Malang City went to perfect competition market structure.

KBIH is a private institution authorized by the Ministry of Religion to participate in guiding the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. Where the author chose a research place at KBIH Chairul Umam. In this study the authors have research objectives, as follows 1. To find out the work effectiveness of KBIH Chairul Umam employees in increasing congregation satisfaction. 2. To find out the obstacles and solutions that KBIH Chairul Umam does in increasing congregation satisfaction. This research method is descriptive qualitative, through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that 1. KBIH employee work Chairul Umam in increasing Jemaah satisfaction, it is known that the effectiveness of employee work has been carried out properly, namely work quality, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and utilization of working time. Customer satisfaction on several indicators shows that customers are satisfied with the quality of the product, the quality of service provided by KBIH Chairul Umam. 2. With good employee work effectiveness, obstacles that arise when doing work such as delaying work that can hinder other work can be overcome easily, be it obstacles from within the company or from outside the company. With information from the congregation and smooth communication between employees to employees and employees and superiors carried out to improve effectiveness at work and anticipate and find a way out of the obstacles that arise. The obstacles that arise can be overcome properly due to the quality of work, discipline, cooperation, reliability, responsibility and good utilization of working time so as to create a sense of satisfaction from the congregation.

An orphanage is an institution that is known by the community to shape the development of children who do not have a family or who do not live with a family and provide social welfare services to orphans by carrying out sponsorship and reducing child neglect, providing substitute parent/guardian services for children. in meeting the physical, mental, and social needs of foster children. This study aims to describe the role of caregivers in fostering social behavior of children at the Annur orphanage in Pasanehan City. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis. Data collection through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the caretaker of the orphanage has been considered as a family for every orphan where the caretaker of the orphanage has a function as a place to fulfill affection, physical education, and provide a view of life for children as well as a place to hide the values and norms that apply in society.

First of all, let's understand between Islamic education and non-Islamic education. The orientation of Islamic education is when the education system is based on the values, teachings and principles of the Islamic religion, while non-Islamic education refers to an education system that is not based on a particular religion. The problem that arises is when there is an imbalance between these two orientations. Some people argue that the orientation of Islamic education can ignore important aspects of non-Islamic education such as science, technology, arts and culture. The low effectiveness of the road crossing system causes frequent accidents and minor incidents that are detrimental to employees and drivers. The large number of accidents that occur can be caused by many factors, including human error, the environment and integrated systems. To be able to measure the possibility and determine a solution to this, XYZ Port applies the HIRADC method which is integrated with the road crossing system. The HIRADC method is an abbreviation for Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control. HIRADC is a method in K3 that is used to carry out hazard identification activities, assess the risks posed and determine the form of control for the risks. To achieve superior mobility revitalization, there needs to be an appropriate method for measuring and managing risks in the existing road crossing system. Therefore, the HIRADC method is used to measure all forms of danger and risk in several factors related to optimizing the road crossing system. From the risk analysis, the results obtained were that activities that had a high risk of crossing accidents were crossing traffic management activities. In this activity, there are two dangers that pose a medium risk, namely the danger of vehicles crossing and trailers passing, each at level 9. So it requires more comprehensive risk control efforts to resolve these two dangers.

This research analyzes the dressing table products of PT XYZ using anthropometric methods, taking into consideration body measurements such as hip width, thigh length, seated body height, and elbow length. The primary objective is to assess the suitability of product dimensions with human body structure from an anthropometric perspective. The process of testing data uniformity involves calculating the average of observation results, standard deviation, and establishing upper and lower control limits with the coefficient value of k. Adequacy testing of data is conducted to evaluate the quantity of collected data. Subsequently, ideal dimensions for the dressing table product will be determined. The analysis results indicate significant differences between the initial dimensions and the ideal dimensions, concluding that adjustments to product dimensions are necessary. Therefore, it is recommended that PT XYZ make adjustments to the dimensions of the dressing table product based on anthropometric principles to enhance user comfort and customer confidence in the product.                                        

XYZ is a shipyard company in Indonesia. The company PT. However, the shipbuilding process experienced a delay in the project completion target due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In this research, it is devoted to monitoring ship projects for 30 months, so the EVM earnings value management method is needed to calculate CPI and SPI in order to get results of late calculations for the project and so that it can be re-evaluated using the EVM method, in the results of the EVM CPI and SPI method calculations occur. The delay was due to the impact of Covid-19, while for the SPI in the first 10 months the budget realization was small so it didn't require a lot of costs because the SPI result was greater than 1. However, for the CPI value of the Ship.    

X is a Warehouse Distributor (WMS/Warehouse Management System) company that provides sales of warehouse services, this activity is very important to make the warehouse run smoothly and according to expectations. With the capabilities it has, for monthly reports the company has not been able to fulfill user requests. Therefore PT. X tries to fulfill user requests by using the ERP implementation concept. On business processes at PT. X is carried out using Odoo software. By using this Odoo implementation, all data from several different business modules can be integrated. The use of this method is required for the implementation of the Sales module. The purpose of this research is to find out sales reports that are carried out manually in the warehouse rental sales process so that they provide effective, efficient and optimal results in the warehouse rental process. The results of this research can be concluded that the Sales module for creating Outstanding Sales Orders with Odoo Software will make it easier for business process activities to be carried out effectively and efficiently.    

In measuring the corporate performance of PT X in the third quarter period, it has not been achieved optimally. This non-achievement is caused by several factors including projects from several corporate divisions in the production section that have not been completed within 1 year, the realization of the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023 which is not optimal, and performance management by each corporate leader that is not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the company's corporate performance using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine performance measures in Quarter III. The research conducted uses information obtained from observations and data sources directly from the company. Then data processing using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine the achievement of the company's corporate performance. From the results of the achievement of each indicator, the total score of the company's corporate Key Performance Indicator in the third quarter of 2023 was 46.45%. For the Key Performance Indicator target based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget of 100%. Therefore, the achievement of the realization of the Key Performance Indicator score on the company's corporate performance has not met the target in the Company's Work Plan and Budget for 2023. So it is necessary to accelerate the realization of indicators that have not met the achievement of performance based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023.                                                                                                    

Rapid technological developments encourage the banking sector to continue to innovate so as not to be left behind. Tight competition in this industry is caused by customers' freedom to choose products and services that are considered more profitable. This phenomenon is known as Customer Churn, which is a condition where customers choose not to continue subscribing to a particular company. The method applied uses a machine learning approach and customer segmentation approach. The churn analysis results show that the machine learning model, especially the random forest model, has the highest level of accuracy with an F1-Score of 91%. This model has the potential to reduce churn rates from 20.4% to 5.61%, illustrating its positive impact. Apart from that, for the clustering results, the K-Prototype model was obtained for the clustering model with the highest Silhouette Score number of 0.1557 and 4 clusters were obtained.

This research aims to help optimize the efficiency level of Warehouse 03 Electrical PT. XYZ uses the 5S method and Pie Chart. The implementation of the 5S culture in Warehouse 03 electrical is implemented according to the applicable SOP, but the implementation is not yet optimal. Application of the 5S method in warehouse 03 electrical PT. XYZ It is felt that XYZ is not yet optimal because only 2S (Seiso and Seiketsu) is running optimally. while 3S (Seiri, Seiton, Shitsuke) has not run optimally. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate the application of the 5S method in the 03 electrical warehouse of PT. XYZ.
