Abstract. National economic development and regional economic development are two very closely related matters. This study aims to analyze the economic structure and specialization of the economic sector so that it can determine the main sectors, groups that are classified as advanced and sectors that are classified as slow and analyze the competitiveness of each sector in North Sumatra Province. This study uses the Shift Share analysis method. The data used in this study is secondary data in the 2017-2021 interval. The data used is secondary data, namely data obtained from records, books and journals in the form of financial reports for company publications, government reports, articles, books such as theories, journals, etc. The results of this study are expected to be an academic foundation for development in the North Sumatra area.

Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially in developing countries. Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by many related factors, while this study aims to analyze how and how much influence the Human Development Index, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Unemployment Rate have on Poverty Rates in Indonesia in the period 2017 to 2021. This research using multiple regression analysis with panel data as the method of analysis. This research focuses on six provinces in Indonesia as cross section data and the time range from 2017 to 2021 as time series data. The results of the study show that simultaneously there is influence between the human development index variable Gross Domestic Regional Product and the response to poverty. Then partially, the human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on the poverty variable, and for the Gross Domestic Regional Product variable it shows positive and insignificant results on the poverty variable while the relaxation variable shows positive and significant results on the poverty variable. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows 99.6.

Literary work is the author's reflection on the reality of life.This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the short story "a piece of a letter in silence" by Asma Nadia with a mimetic and objective approach. The method used in this research is through a qualitative descriptive analysis with a mimetic approach and objective approach in the work literature. The data analysis technique used is reading and observe short stories, collect data, describe, and drawconclusions from research results. The results of the research show that there are valuesthe reality of life in the form of social reality, the reality of life's struggle, the reality of the real world contained within short story "a letter in silence" with a mimetic approach.The conclusion of this research is that there is a phenomenon of reality values ​​within short story, in the form of the love struggle of a man without a name for a woman without a name even though it has no beautiful ending.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani lele di Desa Sruwen Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang adalah harga pakan lele yang mahal sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh sangat tipis. Petani lele tersebut pernah mencoba membuat pelet  ikan secara mandiri namun hasilnya belum sesuai yang diharapkan, pelet yang dihasilkan tenggelam sehingga kurang efektif. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan pelet ikan dan pemberian alat  pembuat pelet ikan (extruder) pada mitra. Dengan adanya alat extruder serta pelatihan dan pendampingan diharapkan petani lele dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelet ikan secara mandiri. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan mengajak perwakilan mitra ke tempat produksi pakan ikan mandiri “Jali Lele”  sekaligus pembuat alat extruder di Desa Tlogowaru, Kabupaten Demak untuk melihat proses produksi pellet ikan sesuai standar. Setelah alat extruder yang dipesan jadi, selanjutnya dilakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan pelet ikan secara mandiri. Di dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan 6 orang mahasiswa untuk kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai implementasi MBKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan penghasilan petani ikan lele setiap bulannya serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga, dengan peningkatan penghasilan  sebesar Rp 15.000.000 untuk 4 bulan atau Rp 3.750.000 perbulang atau kenaikan sebesar 19,24%.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Parereja, Kecamatan Banjarharjo, Kapubaten Brebes. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang ada di Desa Parereja. Desa Parereja mempunyai potensi yang baik untuk berwirausaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan bertumbuhnya pelaku usaha di desa tersebut. Seiring dengan bertumbuhnya pelaku usaha, terdapat permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang tata kelola usaha, khususnya pada bidang pembukuan terutama masih kurangnya pemahaman dan kesulitan dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan memberikan pemahaman melalui sosialisasi terkait pentingnya dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi sebagai dasar dalam penentuan harga jual produk yang dihasilkan. Selain itu juga memberikan wawasan terkait perhitungan harga pokok produksi sebagai stategi dalam meningkatkan kesuksesan usaha. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah dengan memberikan materi dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi dan evaluasi. Hasil yang telah dicapai dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan pelaku UMKM terkait harga pokok produksi secara umum dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, pelaku usaha dapat mengetahui cara menetapkan harga pokok produksi, sehingga pelaku UMKM dapat meminimalisir kerugian.

penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah kepada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 28, peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan tetap, dan semua karyawan tetap digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian (sampel jenuh). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi membuat investor tertarik untuk menanamkan modalnya pada perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi dapat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja keuangan perusahaan seperti profitabilitas, struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah 86 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 48 laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2020. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen secara signifikan mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen tidak signifikan dan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan Konsumen Rumah Makan Gandasari Cijantung Purwakarta. Sumber data pada penelitian ini didapat dari kuesioner (primer) yang disebar pada responden. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Rumah Makan Gandasari Cijantung Purwakarta. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji f dan uji t. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan  secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,9%. Faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah kualitas pelayanan dari penghitungan uji t. Nilai t hitung variabel Disiplin Kerja sebesar 8,245, t hitung variabel kualitas pelayanan  sebesar 0,338. Hasil Uji F diperoleh F hitung sebesar 42,875 dan nilai signifikan < 0,05.

This study aims to determine and prove the influence of leadership, work environment and compensation on work productivity of employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for Southern Sumatra Region with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable either directly or indirectly. The population in this study were all employees of the Class II Railway Engineering Center for the Southern Sumatra Region, while the sample was part of the population that would be the object of research. In this study, the total population was 91 people. Sampling in this study used the Saturated Sample technique, namely sampling was carried out as a whole from the total population. In line with the opinion above, in this study, by considering a population of 91 people, the authors took a total of 91 people as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was to use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method which was operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program.

Desa Curug mendapatkan bantuan dana untuk melaksanakan program ODF. Program ODF (Open Defecation Free) adalah kondisi ketika setiap individu dalam komunitas tidak buang air besar sembarangan. Membangun kesehatan keluarga mandiri bukan hanya melalui program fisik, tetapi kegiatan setelah program tersebut berakhir yang lebih diutamakan supaya berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran keluarga mengenai pentingnya sanitasi sebagai salah satu syarat kelengkapan dalam rumah tapak sederhana dan memberikan informasi tentang tata cara membuat sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan. Metode kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah metode penyuluhan. Sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan adalah jamban keluarga lengkap dengan konstruksi septictank dan resapannya yang berjarak 10-11 m dari air bersih. Penyuluhan sanitasi berstandar kesehatan membuka wawasan masyarakat bahwa anak-anak akan terhindar dari stunting, sehingga dapat menjadi sumber daya manusia unggul sesuai dengan visi misi presiden terpilih periode 2019-2024. Untuk keberlanjutan jamban keluarga mandiri sebaiknya dibentuk tim untuk mengawasi pada saat pembuatan dan pemeliharaan.

Traditional family medicinal plants or herbs or often abbreviated as Toga, are very beneficial for health and when planted around the house create a beautiful environment. Currently, people prefer to use chemical-based medicines for several reasons, including: the first is the lack of knowledge about medicinal plants, the second is the limited land for growing family medicinal plants, third, the lack of information dissemination about family medicinal plants on easily accessible media. or informative to citizens.From some of the problems above, we can draw the main points of the problems that are discussed and this writing tries to find ways to provide education to the community in terms of the types of family medicinal plants, as well as the design and implementation of the construction of the toga garden.The scope of this paper is related to the author's discipline, namely in the architectural realm and takes a case study on an empty land next to a security post located in RT 08, RW V, Sumurboto Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang.The purpose of writing related to knowledge of the types of family medicinal plants, toga garden designs and their implementation are: first so that people know about the types and benefits of family medicinal plants, second so that people understand the importance of family medicinal plants for health, third so that people maximize and utilize the land. that exist in their respective environments.

Fokus masalah dalam tulisan ialah menelusuri Paralelisme Prinsip Tauhid dengan Manajemen Kinerja Pegawai pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Kab. Asahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang digolongkan kepada penelitian lapangan (field research), yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yaitu metode yang berusaha mencari dan menyajikan data-data dari objek yang akan diteliti. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ialah; Pertama, pengaruh prinsip Tauhid dalam kehidupan pegawai tampak dalam sikap dan tingkah lakunya yang dilandaskan pada suatu keyakinan yaitu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, moral yang bersih, menghargai waktu, bertanggung jawab dan berorientasi pada produktivitas. Kedua, Prinsip Tauhid penting dalam meningkatkan manajemen kinerja pegawai PTPN IV Ashan, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempe-ngaruhi semnagat kerja di antaranya,  agama, motivasi, penilaian prestasi dan pembinaan. Prinsip Tauhid selalu mengambil posisi dan memainkan peranan positif, dinamis, dan kreatif dalam memajukan kinerja pegawai.  

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan variabel efikasi diri, pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer UDB Surakarta. Jumlah responden diperoleh sebanyak 33 mahasiswa melalui google form. Penelitian termasuk cross sectional. Data diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, dan  analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji statistic dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh negative tetapi tidak signifikan dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa, Fikom  Universitas Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Secara simultan penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri, pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Koefisien determinan sebesar 0,848 yang memiliki makna bahwa sebesar 84,8 persen variabilitas dari variabel efikasi diri, pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan motivasi dapat mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha. Sisanya 15,2 persen dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar model penelitian      

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keistimewaan wisata keluarga di kawasan bukit sekipan Tawangmangu. Bukit Sekipan sendiri terletak di dataran tinggi dengan udara yang dingin dan dalam satu kawasan dilengkapi dengan banyak tempat wisata antara lain taman balekambang, kebun petik stroberi, hutan , dan restoran. Dengan adanya Villa di daerah sekipan, maka menambah daya Tarik wisatawan untuk singgah di derah tersebut hal tersebut secara langsung membuat minat berkunjung di daerah bukit sekipan meningkat. Menggunakan penelitian deskreptif kualitatif dengan  teknik pengumpulan data nya  mengunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dari penelitian ini adalah bagian pengembangan, staf pengelola Objek Wisata Villa, Pengunjung dan juga pemilik villa . setelah dilakukan penelitian di dapatkan hasil ditemukan yaitu yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan fasilitas wisata villa antara lain :1) Menata fasilitas parkir, toilet, resto dan jalan, hanya pada saat wisatawan ramai datang ke objek wisata villa. 2) Cara pengelola villa berikut dengan fasilitasnya. 3) Memberikan kemudahan bagi wisatwan untuk mengakses atau melakukan booking jarak jauh. Dengan demikian maka diharapkan minat wisata gathering ini akan meningkat.

Indonesian as the language of unity and national identity must be upheld, namely by learning and using good and correct Indonesian. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe language errors in terms of spelling, morphology and semantics contained in detik.com news; (2) to provide corrections for language errors in terms of spelling, morphology and semantics contained in detik.com news. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used in this study is the observation and note taking technique. The use of the listening technique is carried out by listening to the data on the use language and the note taking technique is carried out with what forms of language errors are made and analyzing according to the form of the error. This article is a discussion of the analysis of the short story special gift by Honest Prananto which uses an objective approach, namely an approach that focuses on a literary work in a thorough and structured manner. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method that focuses on what is thoroughly, deeply and broadly researched. By providing the results of the discussion in words and sentences as well as quality meanings without being compared with the results of other analyses. Thus the results obtained from this study are in the form of intrinsic elements: theme, point of view, plot, setting, character, character, style of language, and message from the short story special gift by Honest Prananto. It is hoped that this research can help friends in analyzing in depth the analysis of the short story A Special Gift by Honest Prananto.

This article discusses the structural study of the poetry “Kekasihku” by Joko Pinurbo. The focus of the discussion of this article is to describe the physical structure and inner structure of the poetry which is carefully described in the form of words, sentences and discourse. This research method is descriptive qualitative using a structural approach. The data source used as the object of research is one of the poetry contained in the book collection of poetry "Kekasihku" by Joko Pinurbo, published in 2004. The results and discussion in this article contain ( 1) the physical structure of poetry includes: (a) diction, (b) images, (c) figure of speech, (d) concrete words, (e) rhyme/rhythm, and (f) typography. The dominant physical structure is simple diction by creating communicative activities and not eliminating the aesthetic value of poetry. (2) The inner structure of poetry includes: (a) theme, (b) tone, (c) taste, (e) message. The element that dominates the inner structure of poetry is the feeling that creates inner experiences through writing.

This study aims to find and analyze the intrinsic elements contained in the short story "Robohnya Surau Kami" by AA Navis. This research was conducted within the scope of the field of literature and was carried out using qualitative methods and descriptive data analysis techniques. In this research, it is necessary to study documents and study literature. In the world of education, the teacher's role is not only AS a provider of material, but also AS an educator who teaches character for each student. Educators AS examples and reflections in the world of education that teach how to shape students with character. One way to shape the character of students is through a literary work. Literary work is something that is conveyed communicatively both orally and in writing in which there is a message or intention to be conveyed by the author. Through literary works students can easily understand how to build a good character in everyday life, because literary works are also a reflection of life. There are many theories and literary approaches to studying a literary work. One of them is the expressive approach. Through an expressive approach students can recognize the characters in a literary work. One of them is in a short story literary work entitled "Robohnya Surau Kami".

This study aims to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the short story, Lara Lana, by Dee Lestari using an objective and mimetic approach. The research method that I use in this analysis uses a qualitative descriptive method. The resource in this study is the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The data collection technique used in this study was to read critically and carefully the entire contents of the short story. The data analysis technique is discussing or reviewing the contents of the short story Lara Lana by Dee Lestari. The results of the research are to find intrinsic elements in the form of themes, points of view, plot/plot, setting, characters and characterizations, style of language, and message. You can also find social elements in the phenomena that occur in short stories that are related to real-world life in the form of 1) economic status (poor and rich) 2) bullying 3) love relationships in the novel Lara Lana by Dee Lestari.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang akan digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dengan tujuan untuk mengambil sampel berdasarkan seluruh populasi yang terdapat dalam objek penelitian dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi bertahap. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji statistik yaitu analisis jalur, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya hasil tersebut, diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan seperti motivasi kerja sehingga hasil penelitian selanjutnya dapat memberikan hasil penelitian yang lebih luas lagi.
