The aim of this research is to examine the influence of tax knowledge, social motivation and career motivation on students' interest in participating in tax brevet training. This research is quantitative research by collecting data using survey methods. The sample for this research was 77 accounting students who were actively registered at Yapis University, Papua. Sampling used simple random sampling technique. The results of this research indicate that tax knowledge has a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training. Meanwhile, social motivation and career motivation do not have a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training.

Project success is the ultimate goal of every project. The difference in the success factors (Buddhi Dharma Building construction project) projects are due to each project having different influencing factors. Therefore, each party involved must have a certain strategy for the success of the project, namely knowing the most influential factors on the success (success) of the construction implementation. This researcher aims to identify the factors that support the success (Buddhi Dharma Building Construction project) Construction project in the southern Banten city of Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive analysis using a questionnaire with data on construction projects that are currently or have been done. Or the respondents are the main director, project manager, site manager, implementation, technical staff, quantity and quality control. From the returning quisoner, the data was tested using SPSS. There are 30 questionnaires distributed. The response rate is 100%. From the research data there are 4 factors with sub factors / variables. These 4 factors are project management factors, cost, time, quality of work, work safety. The results of the validation test, obtained 4 factors and 7 valid variables. The results of the reliability test, all valid factors are also reliable. From data analysis with SPSS version, 2.4, the most dominant factors on construction costs are: for project management, the plans and schedules used, affecting of project management factors, the most dominant sub-factor is the implementation schedule is not in accordance with schedule, which is  of the time, the most dominant sub-factor is the project bidding method, which is 4.7. Equipment factor, the most dominant sub-factor is the monitoring and planning capacity used, which is  The results of this researcher are later expected to be taken into consideration for all parties involved in the implementation of construction projects in order to achieve project success.

This article explores the effectiveness of industrial relations work implementation at PT. Interline Indonesia. The study aims to investigate and analyze the extent to which the implementation of industrial relations work in the company can contribute to efficiency, productivity, and welfare. Through literature review, research findings, and discussion, factors influencing industrial relations, the role of management in improving effectiveness, and recommendations for improving harmonious industrial relations in the company have been examined. The study found that effective industrial relations work implementation can lead to improved efficiency, productivity, and welfare in the company. The article concludes with recommendations for companies to improve their industrial relations work implementation to achieve better outcomes.

UMKM Dandellion is a business engaged in rabbit farming and sells various kinds of rabbit livestock needs ranging from feed, vitamins, medicines and rabbit cages. In running its business, UMKM Dandellion applies a pre order system for ordering cages, especially rabbit cages, in carrying out rabbit cage production activities, UMKM Dandellion finds delays in making cages due to the availability of stock materials from suppliers which can cause customer satisfaction levels. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with cages using the kano method, from the results of the research conducted, it is said that there are 8 question attributes in the Attractive category and 4 question attributes in the Must-be category.

This service activity is carried out for the community in Gunung Manik which is aimed at achieving an increase in income and public understanding in digital marketing. The participants who participated in this activity amounted to 30 people, of which they were business actors. However, there are also some residents who do not have a business, but have the desire to be entrepreneurial. This service activity is carried out using the lecture and discussion method. The series of activities consists of several stages, namely planning, preparation and implementation Digital marketing techniques are provided by utilizing technology available today. That way, maximizing marketing of business products owned by the community will be easier to do. Meanwhile, the introduction of halal certification is carried out by bringing in experts directly.

This activities aim to provide understanding and skills to the community in Rumpet Village, Krueng Barona Jaya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency, on utilizing local resources to naturally control plant pests. The primary focus of this activity is the process of making botanical pesticides from neem leaves as an environmentally friendly solution to sustain agriculture in the region. The activity begins with a socialization on the importance of sustainable pest control and the adverse effects of chemical pesticides. It involves active participation from the community in collecting and identifying neem leaves as the main ingredient. The process of extracting active compounds from neem leaves is also taught to the community, along with formulation techniques and the application of the resulting botanical pesticide. The outcomes of this activity include an increase in community knowledge about natural plant pest control and their empowerment in producing and using botanical pesticides from neem leaves. This community service is expected to make a positive contribution in promoting sustainable and resilient farming practices in Rumpet Village, inspiring surrounding communities to adopt similar approaches in their agricultural management.

This community service is carried out to the community and students in the Philippines about understanding about Islamic finance. Service activities are carried out face-to-face with lecture and discussion methods. Where between lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business and service partners directly meet in the same place. This activity will take place from July 4, 2023 to July 7, 2023 at Luzon State University, Philippines. Participants in this activity amounted to 40 people from students and the general public. This service activity generates awareness in global development, a deeper understanding of Islamic finance, inter-sector collaboration, participatory community empowerment, and the potential for positive change.

The laws regulated by Allah in the Qur'an, basically have the aim of realizing and protecting human benefit, both individually and collectively. The Qur'an presents various forms of jinayat, and one of them is jinayat hudud. Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyah Rahimahullah stated that hudud punishment comes from Allah's grace for the welfare of His creatures. The research method used is Library Research. Library Research (Library Research) is research in which data collection is carried out by collecting data from various literature. Etymologically, hudud is defined as a separation or barrier that cannot be crossed because of certain offenses that have punishment. Terminologically, hudud is defined as Allah's prohibition which commands humans to observe it and not approach it. This includes orders to abstain from certain acts that have been regulated and have predetermined penalties. Various Types of Violations of Hudud: Fiqhi scholars understand hudud in a limited and specific sense, which includes categorization of offenses such as adultery, accusation of adultery, theft, vandalism, rebellion, apostasy, and alcohol drinking. Hudud for each of these violations has a predetermined penalty.

People have been engaged in buying and selling for a long time and they range from very simple buying and selling practices to even buying and selling using complex tools that people have  created  from time to time. This article wants to emphasize that no matter how advanced the tools  developed by humans are, business should be governed by mutually beneficial regulations. This paper is a literature study using three sources of data  namely primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. This article describes the definitions of buying and selling, the legal basis of buying and selling in Korand, Hadith and scientific commentaries. This article also contains Islamic buying and selling principles and examples of buying and selling. By understanding the basic principles of buying and selling, we can be careful whether we are selling or buying goods.

The Problem Based Learning learning model is a learning model that begins with giving problems to students where the problems given are everyday experiences or have been experienced by students. Then students solve the problems given to gain new knowledge. It is expected that students are able to learn knowledge related to these problems, as well as students have skills in solving problems. The purpose of this research is to increase student motivation in PAI subjects at Perlaungan Islamic High School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. The sources of data in this study are school principals, deputy heads of curricula, PAI teachers, and students. The results of the study show that: 1. Implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model in PAI subjects at Perlaungan Islamic High School there are five stages, namely, student orientation to problems, organizing students to learn, guiding educators to search for data on a problem, developing and presenting the work , analyze and evaluate. 2. Student learning motivation, there are two learning motivations, namely, intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation there are three indicators namely, there is a desire and desire to succeed, there are encouragement and needs in learning, there are hopes and ideals, and extrinsic motivation, there are five extrinsic motivations indicators namely, there is appreciation in learning, there are interesting activities in learning, there is a conducive learning environment, teacher-student relationships, student-student relationships.

Community service on this occasion was carried out with partners from Yapim Mabar Vocational School.  In the era of digitalization, student creativity is very important, so it is necessary to provide computer programs such as Ms. Office, including Microsoft Power Point. There is a need for training on computer applications related to Microsoft Power Point, therefore the proposed solution is in the form of training to equip vocational school students with the ability to understand Ms. Power Point, this ability is very necessary in completing assignments, organizing the results of interesting material presentations given by school teachers or university lecturers later.

The aim of this research is to determine teachers' perceptions of curriculum changes independence in the context of learning methods regarding changes in the independence curriculum. On in this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive research method and the data obtained is from the results of interviews. Teacher perceptions towards changes to the independent curriculum itself aims at teachers' perceptions of curriculum changes independence, namely how teachers understand the concept of an independent curriculum, analyzing the impact of the curriculum independence in teaching and learning as well as obstacles and challenges in implementing the curriculum independent. Where the curriculum is a very important and determining component in implementation of education. And functions as a tool for achieving educational goals, if the goal if education changes then automatically the curriculum must also be changed.

There are increasing cases of sexual violence involving underage teenagers and even children who are victims of these heinous acts. In this case, guidance and counseling can help victims of sexual violence because the purpose of guidance and counseling is to show, guide or direct other people to a better/right path. In writing this research, the author used literature study techniques systematically so that the steps taken could be carried out more easily. Trauma can affect anyone who experiences extraordinary events, such as war, rape, death due to violence against loved ones, and natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis. The traumatic counseling process does not have any fundamental differences from the counseling process in general, including the basic skills that must be understood and applied properly. Implementation of CBT counseling to overcome trauma in victims of sexual violence can be done by following the CBT counseling framework guidelines. Tomi Candra, 2024. "Sensory Quality of coffee using the Pour Over V60 Brewing Method". Final project. D4 Hospitality Management Study Program, Department of Tourism. Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality and Padang State University. This research purpose is to analyze the coffee quality using the pour over v60 brewing method in terms of Flavor, Aftertaste, Acidity and Body. As well as knowing the coffee sensory quality using the V60 pour over brewing method and providing information to the public and baristas about the coffee sensory quality using the V60 pour over brewing method. And what is the quality of Pasaman Arabica coffee using the V60 pour over method? This research type include in experiment by making comparisons. The comparison was carried out with 2 comparison aspects and 2 research subjects per comparison aspect, namely grind size and ratio between coffee and water. This research was conducted in the tourism department's barista laboratory on December 1-December 20 2023. The panelists in this research consisted of 3 panelists consisting of 1 tourism department lecturer and 2 expert baristas. Based on the experimental results and after being subjected to organoleptic tests, it was stated that the organoleptic test results after describing the sensory quality of coffee using the pour over v60 brewing method in terms of good flavour, very good aftertaste, quite good acidity and good body.

In Indonesia, tourism still has an important role in supporting national development. Morotai Island as a border area has a huge local potential in mining, farming, plantation, including human resources and tourism. Therefore, this research aimed to provide a recommendation for tourism development and so that to improve tourism competitiveness, particularly tourism activity conducted by tourists, based on SWOT analysis. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The research location was in the territory of Daruba, South Morotai, Morotai Island District, North Maluku Province. The data were obtained by doing observation, interview and literature study. In the interview part, some staff of Tourism Board and local people became the sources through focus group discussion and direct interview referred to purposive sampling technique. The SWOT analysis shows that Morotai Island District has nature beauty and War World II historical ruins as the strength. Those still have a huge opportunity to develop so that to revive the tourist activity there. Not to mention, Kelapa Bido as an endemic plant in Morotai Island District. Based on the SWOT analysis and observation, the recommendations for tourism activity are managing tour packages, agrotourism and digital tourism via augmented and virtual reality.

The Village Spatial Plan (RTRW) is a follow-up interpretation of the District RTRW. These provisions have been stated separately in the Village Law. However, in practice, standardization of village spatial policy implementation has not been fully implemented. The concept of village development needs to pay attention to village spatial planning to ensure the benefits and compliance of existing regulations. The method applied in this study is the normative juridical method through qualitative review. Normative juridical review is a stage of legal review carried out through the review of library sources or secondary information as the main material by conducting research related to the problem under study. The results of this study show that to implement policies related to village spatial planning, there are two possible factors, namely supporting and inhibiting factors. To develop clarity on the objectives of policy implementation, legal certainty is needed that can accommodate the needs of village structuring and control.

The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that drive fiduciaries to transfer fiduciary objects to third parties without the consent of the fiduciary receiver. Furthermore, this study also aims to analyze the legal protection provided to the fiduciary receiver concerning the transfer of fiduciary collateral conducted by the fiduciary without the consent of the fiduciary receiver. Lastly, this research will examine the criminal liability that arises from the transfer of fiduciary collateral without the consent of the fiduciary receiver.In conducting this research, the researcher employs a normative-empirical legal research approach, utilizing the statutory approach, comparative approach, and case approach. Criminal liability in the transfer of fiduciary collateral without the consent of the receiver may result in criminal responsibility for the fiduciary. Article 36 of Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Collateral stipulates that a fiduciary who transfers the collateral object without written consent from the fiduciary receiver may be held criminally accountable..

Decisions mark the beginning of every action. In the context of educational organizations, decision making is directly related to the role of the school principal. As a manager, the principal has a key role in making decisions quickly, precisely and effectively, by utilizing data and information optimally to improve the performance of the educational environment. At Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School, the principal has succeeded in carrying out the decision-making process well. This can be seen from the stages carried out, including observation, data collection, planning and recording related to aspects of education in schools. The school principal also actively holds discussions with teachers to formulate policies, establish interpersonal relationships to manage events, provide ideas, involve teachers in training, and carry out supervision as part of management activities. All of these initiatives are reflected in teacher performance assessments which are not only useful for increasing teacher potential and performance, but also contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning achievement at Babakan Jamanis Integrated Middle School.

The aim of this research is to examine how the literature on Pancasila values has developed in the era of globalization. By conducting a literature review and looking at 17 journal articles released between 2019 and 2023. This research aims to convey knowledge or understanding about the application of Pancasila values to the lives of the younger generation in the current era of globalization which has resulted in some people forgetting these values. -value itself. This research shows that most Indonesian people do not apply Pancasila values in their daily lives and the same goes for social life in the era of globalization. This research can be used as a basis for further research in this area and can help increase the awareness of Indonesia's young generation towards the values of Pancasila. Future research could expand the scope and duration of the study, as well as improve the analysis to pinpoint patterns and modifications that need to be considered.

This research analyzes the competitive strategies among Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia using Game Theory and Markov Chain, focusing on the marketing mix: price, promotion, security, service, and product availability. The results reveal varied optimal strategies. For instance, in the Shopee vs. Lazada competition, Shopee excels in price (0.66), security (0.124), and product availability (0.208). In the Shopee vs. Tokopedia competition, Shopee prioritizes price (0.129), security (0.375), and product availability (0.33315), while Tokopedia emphasizes price (0.5) and service (0.5). In the Lazada vs. Tokopedia scenario, Lazada stands out in security (0.5826) and product availability (0.4174), whereas Tokopedia focuses on price (0.749) and service (0.251). Regarding customer transition using the Markov Chain, the brand transition probabilities are Shopee (0.469), Lazada (0.306), and Tokopedia (0.223). In conclusion, optimal E-commerce strategies involve 5 different approaches, with variations depending on the competitive pair. The probability of customer transition can be measured through the Markov Chain approach.
