Students' lack of a disaster response mindset is both a problem and a challenge that must be addressed in science education. Based on the MIKiR approach, which is linked with natural disaster prevention, the goal of this study is to define the features of science Subject-Specific Pedagogy. This study involves both research and development (R&D). The research procedure follows the Borg & Gall development model, which involves five main steps: (1) analyzing the product to be developed; (2) developing the initial product; (3) expert validation and revision; (4) small-scale field testing and revisions; and (5) large-scale field testing and final products. A validation sheet with a Likert scale in the form of a checklist serves as the research instrument. According to the study's findings, the quality of the developed Subject-Specific Pedagogy is listed in the good category, with an optimum proportion of 84.33 percent. The findings of the study on product quality could be used as one of the science learning aids in SMP/MTs class IX semester 2.

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how the work safety procedures are in loading/unloading activities at PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch. The author obtained data using field research methods and library research methods. The company PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch is a freight forwarding service company engaged in loading/unloading activities. In loading/unloading work, it is closely related to work that can cause work accidents, whatever the work that moves, is stored and transported, has many risks. Work safety procedures in loading/unloading activities at PT. Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Batam Branch have been running well. This is done for the good of the company and loading/unloading workers. To ensure the safety and health of workers in carrying out loading/unloading work, work safety procedures are implemented so that all workers feel safe and comfortable in carrying out their work, although there are still workers who do not use personal protective equipment in the loading/unloading process.

This study aims to determine how influential the store atmosphere variables and service quality are on customer satisfaction in silkygirl beauty products at Matahari Department Store Thamrin Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population used is employees who are consumers of slkyygirl beauty products, with the number of samples taken using the slovin formula, the sample obtained is 94 respondents with α = 0.5 . Data processing using SPSS Version 25 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial testing, the product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Then based on the partial results it can be concluded that H2 is rejected which means that partially service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In testing the F test that has been carried out by the author, it is known that the store atmosphere variable (X1) and service quality (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Silkygirl store in Matahari Department Store, Medan.

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang berorientasi kepada kebutuhan belajar peserta didik. Arti dari diferensiasi adalah proses belajar mengajar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran berdasarkan karakteristik, kemampuan, minat, gaya belajar, dan kekuatan mereka sehingga sukses dalam proses pembelajarannya. Guru diharapkan mampu menanggapi atau merespon kebutuhan belajar tiap peserta didik, menciptakan lingkungan belajar, manajemen kelas yang efektif, dan penilaian berkelanjutan sesuai dengan profil belajar mereka. Dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terdapat empat aspek yang dapat dikendalikan oleh guru yaitu konten, proses, produk, dan lingkungan atau iklim pembelajaran di kelas. Guru dapat mengkategorikan kebutuhan belajar peserta didik berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu kesiapan belajar, minat, dan profil belajar peserta didik. Peserta didik akan menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik apabila penugasan yang diberikan guru sesuai dengan keterampilan dan pemahaman yang mereka miliki sebelumnya dan memicu keingintahuan atau hasrat dalam diri mereka serta memberikan kesempatan bagi mereka untuk bekerja dengan cara yang mereka sukai.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan bertujuan untuk: (1) Menguji kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (2) Menguji sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (3) Menguji pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (4) Menguji religiusitas dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (5) Menguji religiusitas dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (6) Menguji religiusitas dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) Kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (2) Sanksi pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (3) Pelayanan fiskus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (4) Religiusitas memperkuat pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (5) Religiusitas memperkuat pengaruh sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak; (6) Religiusitas memperkuat pengaruh pelayanan fiskus terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menguji aset pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (2) Menguji beban pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (3) Menguji financial distress memoderasi pengaruh aset pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (4) Menguji financial distress memoderasi pengaruh beban pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Aset pajak tangguhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (2) Beban pajak tangguhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (3) Financial distress memperkuat pengaruh aset pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual; (4) Financial distress memperkuat pengaruh beban pajak tangguhan terhadap manajemen laba akrual.

In order to investigate the effects of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on employee performance in Auto 2000 By Pass Padang, job satisfaction will be used as an intermediary variable. All 50 employees of Auto 2000 By Pass Padang received questionnaires as part of the data collection process. The analytical method used in this study was structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS). The study's findings are as follows: (1) Leadership has a small but positive impact on employee performance. (2) Reward has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Punishment has a significant and favorable impact on an employee's performance.

The world of education today must be treated and managed professionally, because of the increasingly fierce competition. Madrasah with good assessment in the eyes of the community will have a good impact on the madrasa. This requires a strategy carried out by the Head of madrasah so that the madrasah he leads becomes a favorite. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategies used and the constraints faced in the strategy of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mathlaul Anwar Tegal Waru Ciampea Bogor to increase the number of students. This research is a research using qualitative methods. This qualitative research method was chosen because the researcher intends to describe and analyze certain phenomena in depth and detail. Data collection methods used by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the strategy carried out by MI Mathlaul Anwar Ciampea Bogor by applying two strategies. First, the intern strategy with two steps, 1) Improving the quality of students, 2) Improving infrastructure. Second, the external strategy is, 1) Brochure distribution, 2 Openings for Marawis and Tahfiz extracurricular activities. The obstacles faced by madrasah are; 1) the location of the madrasa is far from the city center 2) There is intense competition between educational institutions, 3) The Covid-19 pandemic situation forces online learning.

PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is a subsidiary of the state-owned PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which manages port business entities in the field of multipurpose terminal operations in Indonesia, such as liquid bulk, dry bulk, general cargo, and so on. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal / SPMT as the leading provider of non-container terminal services in Indonesia provides various services to service users. The services provided by SPMT include Stevedoring, Haulage, Receiving/Delivery, Stacking, Dock Services and Other Services. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal has a high commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is responsible for loading and unloading activities at the port. Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) have an important role in achieving the performance of loading and unloading activities from the port to the ship and from the ship to the port. Loading and unloading workers are one part of the workforce that needs attention because the work process they carry out carries the risk of work accidents. Work safety issues are factors that must be taken into account when carrying out loading and unloading work at the port. To obtain data the author used the Field Research method together with employees of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan using interviews. The library research method is also used by reading books and research results related to the paper writer's object obtained from libraries and other trusted sources.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 99 people. The data technique used is multiple linear regression using SPPS 24. Based on the results, customer value has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. There is a significant influence between customer value and customer satisfaction simultaneously or jointly on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. R Square of 0.631 or 63.1%, this means that 63.1% of the customer loyalty variable can be explained or influenced by customer value and customer satisfaction at PT. This research is motivated by several problems as follows: Employee work discipline is still not optimal, judging from the aspect of employee attendance is still lacking. There are still many employees who go home before the specified time. The level of employee discipline is still minimal because employees have double jobs such as having work practices at home, so they are required to come to another workplace before the end of work hours. The non-implementation of the sanctions made made employees of the Gandrungmangu II Health Center often come to work late, do not come to the health center without providing information, do not participate in morning and evening apples and abuse working hours for other purposes. Employee discipline in complying with work regulations has also not been maximized. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of incentives and organizational commitment on the work discipline of employees of the Gandrungmangu 2 Health Center in Cilacap Regency. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. If the provision of incentives is carried out in accordance with the provisions, then work discipline will increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. If the organization's commitment increases, then work discipline will increase. The provision of incentives and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. If the provision of incentives and organizational commitment increases, then work discipline will increase.

The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the compensation is increased, the performance of employees at Mebel Dahlia, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation and compensation are increased, then employee performance at Mebel Dahlia Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does workload affect work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (2) What is the effect of competence on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (3) How does workload and competence affect work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The effect of workload on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (2) The effect of competence on work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City? (3) The effect of workload and competence on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the data analysis technique is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The workload in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the physical demand indicator and the lowest score on the task demand indicator. Workload has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if the workload is increased, then the work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (2) The competence in the Banjar City Health Center is very high. With the highest score on the individual characteristics indicator and the lowest score on the knowledge indicator. Competence has a positive effect on work stress in Puskesmas throughout Banjar City. This means that if Competence is improved, then work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase. (3) Work stress in Puskesmas in Banjar City is high. With the highest score on the anxiety indicator and the lowest score on the indicator cannot relax. Workload and competence have a positive effect on work stress in Banjar City Health Centers. This means that if the workload and competence are increased, then the work stress at the Banjar City Health Center will also increase.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alauddin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17 software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR concept which is Profit (Xi), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values 0,342.

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. The incentive is a driving factor for the employees to work better so that the employee's performance can be increased. The granting of incentives are intended to meet the needs of the employees. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia (DPR RI) merupakan salah satu lembaga negara tertinggi dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Indonesia dan merupakan badan perwakilan rakyat. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan khususnya anggota DPRD di Provinsi Sumatera Utara juga melakukan kunjungan kerja secara berkala. Kunjungan dilakukan maksimal 4 kali dalam sebulan. Sebelum melakukan kunjungan lapangan, anggota DPRD harus mengikuti standar operasional prosedur, yaitu menyampaikan secara tertulis surat dinas dengan sepengetahuan koordinator masing-masing dan Ketua DPRD. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam penyusunannya. Secara khusus, tujuan metode penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian dari yang khusus ke yang umum. Dengan bantuan metode kualitatif, penulis dapat memahami kondisi dan asumsi sosial yang dipelajari, dan akhirnya mengembangkan model hubungan teoritis. Pada saat melakukan kegiatan ini semua biaya ditanggung terlebih dahulu oleh pegawai yang bersangkutan, dan untuk mendapatkan penggantian biaya kegiatan ini harus mengajukan surat perintah melalui Sekretaris DPRD setelah menyelesaikan perjalanan dinas dengan melengkapi dokumen fisik berupa formulir bukti. transaksi, SPT dan SPD yang sah, protokol dan foto, serta nota dinas yang ditandatangani.

Pandangan MUI Kota Binjai Terhadap Peraturan Walikota No 39 Tahun 2017. Sebagaimana peraturan ini sudah berjalan sejak awal tahun 2018 sampai sekarang di lingkungan pemerintah Kota Binjai, guna untuk menurunkan angka pemakai narkoba yang marak di Kota Binjai. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengatahui Sejauh mana pandangan MUI Kota Binjai terhadap peraturan walikota no 39 tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh secara langsung dari observasi dan wawancara dari ketua lembaga MUI Kota Binjai, KUA Binjai Utara, praktisi, masyarakat dan BNN Kota Binjai. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pandangan MUI Kota Binjai mengenai peraturan ini tidak melawan syariat Islam dan bertetangan dengan peraturan perkawinan di KUA. Sedangkan dampak positifnya adalah kesadaran masyarakat terhadap bahaya narkoba yang mengakibatkan sulitnya melangsungkan proses perkawinan dan dampak negatifnya adalah tidak adanya sangsi yang mengikat sehingga masyarakat tidak takut untuk melanggarnya. Ketiga, terbatasnya waktu dan tempat yang sering menjadi penghambat porses tes narkoba untuk calon penganti.

Abstract: Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) plays a pivotal role in the economic development of many countries, especially in emerging markets. This paper explores the relationship between FDI and sustainable development goals (SDGs), with a focus on sectors like renewable energy, infrastructure, and education. By analyzing case studies from Latin America and Asia, the study highlights the contributions of FDI to sustainable development, such as job creation, technology transfer, and economic growth. Additionally, it examines the limitations, including dependency risks and environmental challenges. Findings suggest that targeted FDI policies are essential for maximizing FDI's positive impacts on sustainable growth.
