Anaemia is a public health problem that occurs throughout the world, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, the prevalence of anaemia in women of reproductive age between the ages of (15-49) in the world in 2019 ranged as much as 29.9%. This study aims to determine the relationship between menstrual pattern variables and the incidence of anaemia. The design of this study was cross sectional. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The hypothesis test used was the Chi-square test. The results of this study are that there is a significant relationship between menstrual patterns and the incidence of anaemia in adolescent girls at SMPN 6 Tapung Kampar Regency in 2023, the value of P value = 0.002 OR (95% CI: 1.778-9.87), and there is a significant relationship between menstrual patterns and the incidence of anaemia in adolescent girls at SMPN 6 Tapung Kampar Regency. It is expected for health workers to be able to make creative and innovative policies in the prevention of anaemia through increasing health education and promotion in schools and fostering the PIK-KRR program (Adolescent Reproductive Health Information and Counseling Center) and UKS (School Health Unit), as well as facilitating adolescents to participate.

Low Back Pain (LBP) is a health problem that causes restrictions on activities and also absence from work. Fishermen are people whose livelihood is fishing whose activities can place additional load on the muscles of the lower back and spine, which can cause stress and excess strain on the lower back region. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), musculoskeletal disorders in the world number 1,71 billion and low back pain is the 3rd health problem in the world.  The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with complaints of low back pain in fishermen at Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Kota Kendari in 2023. This study used a cross sectional study approach with a total sample of 85 people taken using accidental sampling techniques. The analysis carried out includes univariate analysis and bivariate usses the Chi-Square method. The results showed a relationship between age and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.020), and between period of work and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.049), but there was no relationship between length of work and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.417) and smoking habits and LBP complaints (p-value = 0.344).

Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brain Gym dan Multi-Exercise (Square Stepping exsercise dan Pazzel) dalam meningkatkan fungsi kognitif pada Kondisi Demensia. Metode penelitian pra-eksperimental. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Desain penelitiannya adalah one-group pretest-posttest. Dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu dan 3 kali pertemuan. Hasil : Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Unpaired t test dengan nilai p=0,0017 artinya p<0,05 (lebih kecil dari 0,05) yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat pengaruh Brain Gym dan Multi-Exercise terhadap peningkatan kognitif pada siswa. ukuran. Kesimpulan Terdapat pengaruh pemberian Brain Gym dan Multi-Exercise dari kombinasi latihan dan terdapat peningkatan kognitif pada demensia.

In this program, BTPN Syariah attracts participants from the Certified Independent Study and Internship (MSIB) program. This research aims to see how influential the role of BTPN Syariah customer business assistance is on increasing customers' income and skills in entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The business assistance carried out by this facilitator has a good effect on BTPN Syariah customers who run MSMEs where they can improve soft skills and good hard skills regarding entrepreneurship that have never been known before, increase sales income significantly due to the material provided during mentoring and can effectively increase performance of MSMEs run by BTPN Syariah underprivileged customers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business strategies that companies can employ to foster positive relationships between the company and its customers. This research aims to explore and analyze the CRM service strategies employed by Zipzap Corporation, examining the factors influencing the effectiveness of these strategies in enhancing brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. The research methodology utilized is qualitative, involving interviews with both Zipzap Corporation customers and customer service employees. The findings reveal that Zipzap Corporation implements CRM strategies encompassing post-sales and delivery service stages.  Customer perspectives indicate that factors such as communication ease, product quality, and trust are primary considerations when selecting a vendor. These factors are integral to the CRM service strategy, aiming to enhance brand loyalty for Zipzap Corporation. This study provides insights into CRM service strategies that companies can adopt to build strong customer relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall business objectives and sustainability.

This research aims to investigate and find solutions to the existing problems at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa, focusing on Organizational Communication perspectives to address and resolve issues as well as inhibiting factors within the company. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a constructivist framework. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews to gather information for addressing the researched problems. The results indicate that the communication role at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa is closely tied to the system implemented from superiors to employees and the communication among colleagues. To effectively manage organizational communication, PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa needs to handle it efficiently in both maintaining and resolving conflicts, as identified in this research. This ensures the company can implement effective communication practices and receive positive feedback from employees.

The importance of digital marketing, especially through social media, is the main focus in efforts to increase brand awareness of a product or service. Analysis of brand awareness stages, from unconscious brands to top of mind, is an important part of understanding the process of forming a brand's image. Focus is also given to Instagram's role as an effective platform in enhancing brand identity, with an explanation of Instagram's popularity in promoting products and services. In this context, research focuses on the digital marketing communication strategy used by Dom Social Hub, a Coffee Shop in Tangerang City. The research aims to explore the advantages, disadvantages and obstacles that arise during the implementation of this strategy, with a focus on increasing brand awareness on social media platforms, especially Instagram. The object of this research explains the digital marketing strategy of the Dom Social Hub cafe in increasing brand awareness on Instagram social media. This research uses the constructivism paradigm. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach.

The sources of secondary data include definitions, theories, and a variety of literary works. The importance of encouraging effective interpersonal communication among persons is indicated by the conclusion reached from the impact of interpersonal communication on the performance of marketing division employees.

An effective marketing strategy plays an important and diverse role in a company's operations. The research problem focused on ineffective marketing communication strategies that impacted property sales at Elite Pro Green Lake City. The purpose of this study is to explore the marketing communication strategies used by companies and their impact on property sales. This research adopts a constructivist paradigm and uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. A case study method was used, with primary data collected from Creative Managers and Marketing Staff at Elite Pro Green Lake City. Secondary data from the literature and previous research provide additional support. The study was conducted at the company's location in Green Lake City, Tangerang. The study revealed that Green Lake City's Elite Pro has yet to fully optimize its marketing communication strategy. The company mainly focuses on the product, price, and promotional components of the marketing mix, neglecting other important elements. This resulted in a decrease in property sales. These findings point to the need for Elite Pro Green Lake City to improve its marketing communication strategy to increase property sales. The study underscores the importance of leveraging various online and offline promotional activities, developing strong relationships with develovers and banks, and maximizing social media platforms for marketing.

Children with special needs have differences that occur in several ways, such as the process of growth and development that experiences abnormalities or deviations both physically, mentally, intellectually, socially and emotionally. In the context of special education in Indonesia, children with special needs are categorized in terms of blind children, deaf children, children with intellectual disabilities, children with motor disabilities, children with social emotional disorders, and children with intelligent and special talents. Every child with special needs has different characteristics from one to another. In addition, every child with special needs also needs special services that are tailored to their abilities and characteristics. It is important to carry out identification and assessment activities to identify their characteristics and needs. It is considered important to get the right service according to the characteristics, needs and capabilities.

The Preparing Classroom Action Research (PTK) for the Classroom Therefore, this study aims to enhance motivation in learning arts and culture  using the Osborn learning model. This type of research consists of two cycles and each cycle has four phases, viz. The subjects of this study are 32 students of class X AK 3 of SMK Negeri 2 Denpasar. This study was conducted from October to November 2023. The data analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis using the Osborn learning model to examine the results of evaluating student presentations. by comparing learning outcomes with average completion scores. Research results  show that the results of learning art and culture subjects in grade X AK 3 gradually increase from  cycle 1 to  cycle 2. This is clearly shown through the average increase obtained from the assessment results. present. The average score of the first semester class is 79, of which the highest score is 88 and the lowest score is 68. Meanwhile, in the second semester, the average score of the class is 87,  the highest score is 93 and the lowest score is 82.

The activity "Ice Breaking as a Concentration for Security Guard Training Training in Sukoharjo" is proposed as an innovative approach to start training in a fresh and fun atmosphere with the aim of providing a brief overview of the importance of ice breaking in the context of security guard training in Sukoharjo as an effort to achieve optimal learning effectiveness. Ice breaking is seen as an essential first step to build relationships between participants, create a comfortable atmosphere, and increase participant motivation. The method for this service is in 3 stages starting from opening, content and closing and the population is security guards in Sukoharjo. The conclusion is that the implementation of ice breaking in security guard training in Sukoharjo is not just an opening step, but is a critical element in achieving training objectives by providing a strong foundation for effective and continuous learning.
