This research is a type of quantitative research with accidental sampling method. The population in this study were 100 consumers who used the services of JNE Express Karangawen branch with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis method used consisted of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. While the data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis include moderated regression analysis (MRA), t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient of service quality of 0.374 and a value of tcount > ttable that is 3.578 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) timeliness of delivery is a moderating variable that strengthens the effect of service quality on delivery time satisfaction with a value of tcount > ttable which is 3,559 > 1,984 and a significance value of 0,003 < 0,05. (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with timeliness of delivery as a moderating variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.18 on time delivery and a value of Fcount > Ftable that is 4.845 > 3.937 and a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05.

From 2018–2022, this research will look at the IDX30 index companies listed on the Indonesian stock market to investigate how company size, debt policy, and dividend policy relate to one another, with Return On Assets acting as a moderating variable. Using secondary data culled from annual reports, this study applies quantitative research methodologies. Using a purposive selection technique, fifteen IDX30 businesses were selected as part of the research. The data is examined using moderated regression analysis in particular. This research shows that dividend policy is affected by company size and debt policy. Large corporations may see few changes to their dividend policies as a result of a limited return on assets. Also, return on assets can't mitigate how debt policy impacts dividend policy.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2024 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

This research is to investigate how transformational leadership affects the performance of teachers, with motivation serving as an intervening factor, at State Junior High School 21 in Jambi City. This study employs quantitative approaches, utilizing questionnaire distribution as the data collection method among 30 participants. Hypothesis testing uses Descriptive Analysis Techniques using the SmartPLS application as a data processing tool. The results of this research indicate that Transformational Leadership has a significant positive influence on the Performance of State  Junior High School 21 in Jambi City. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Motivation. Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Transformational Leadership has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable. Suggestions in this research: (1) In the performance variable, teachers are advised to improve performance by holding discussion sessions at the end of learning hours and providing feedback while teaching. (2) In the transformational leadership variable, it is recommended that school principals can make all teachers feel appreciated, namely by paying attention to all teachers and conveying a sense of understanding to each teacher. (3) In the motivation variable, it is recommended to provide support to teachers, namely the principal by providing awards, and the principal is able to provide a comfortable and conducive work environment.

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pilihan pembelian melalui minat beli, di mana faktor-faktor seperti kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan explanatory researchyaitupenelitian yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana satu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya atau bagaimana keduanya berhubungan satu sama lain. Populasinya semua konsumen yang pernah membeli produk es teh jumbodengan 157 orang yang menjawab kuesioner sebagai sampel. Pemilihan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling dengan accidental sampling. Data primer adalah jenis data kuantitatif yang digunakan dan sebagai sumbernya dengan mengadakan survey kepada narasumber. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda Sederhana kemudian dilakukan Analisis Jalur (path analysis) dan Uji Sobel. Hasilnya, 1) keinginan untuk membeli dipengaruhi olehkualitas produk, harga dan promosi secara positif dan signifkan. 2) keputusan untuk membeli produk dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, harga, promosi, dan minat beli secara positif dan signifikan. 3) dari tes sobel dan tes mediasi menunjukkankeputusan untuk membeli produk melalui minat beli dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, promosi dan harga. Konsumsi yang dipengaruhi oleh pengaruh tidak langsung yaitu kualitas produk, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah variabel intervensi parsial yang ditunjukkan oleh uji mediasi dan memberikan hasil yang signifikan selama seluruh tahapan regresi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan efikasi diri terhadap inklusi keuangan pada pengguna layanan pembayaran digital ShopeePay Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif angkatan tahun masuk 2020 dan 2021 atau mahasiwa yang telah mengikuti kuliah manajemen keuangan 1 dan 2, ukuran jumlah sampel 81 responden, dengan teknik proposional random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan dan Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap Inklusi Keuangan. Kata Kunci : Literasi Keuangan, Efikasi Diri, Inklusi Keuangan This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and self-efficacy on financial inclusion among users of the ShopeePay digital payment service, students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. The population used in this research were active students from the 2020 and 2021 intake years or students who had taken financial management courses 1 and 2, the sample size was 81 respondents, using a proportional random sampling technique. The data source used is primary data, with data collection methods using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in the research is multiple linear regression analysis. Partial research results show that financial literacy variables have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal, biaya produksi, dan lama usaha terhadap pendapatan UMKM dengan volume penjualan sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 128 pelaku UMKM dengan sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 101 responden dan data yang dapat diolah adalah sebanyak 87 responden/data yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner. Seluruh responden merupakan pelaku UMKM industri roti di Kecamatan Welahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan kalkulator sobel test dari quantpsy.org. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil : 1) modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan; 2) biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan; 3) lama usaha berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan; 4) volume penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan; 5) modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan; 6) biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan; 7) lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume penjualan; 8) modal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan intervening volume penjualan; 9) biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan intervening volume penjualan; dan 10) lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan dengan intervening volume penjualan

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor fundamental terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2022. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Jumlah populasi yang diolah sebanyak 55 perusahaan dan sampel yang digunakan dengan pengambilan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh jumlah populasi. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang dipulibkasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan metode klasifikasi dengan algoritma decision tree. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode klasifikasi algoritma decision tree diperoleh nilai akurasi yang tinggi dengan nilai Kappa dan AUC yang tinggi yang menunjukkan kinerja sangat baik dalam membedakan antara kelas positif dan negatif serta kesesuaian antara label kelas dengan nilai sebenarnya. Nilai precision yang tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan model mengidentifikasi dengan benar dan recall yang tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan mendeteksi dataset yang baik

Peranan UMKM di Indonesia termasuk salah satu yang terpenting karena UMKM dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan yang akan mengurangi pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan UMKM dalam perekonomian nasional dilakukan dengan mendorong intensitas kewirausahaan kepada para pelakunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kreativitas, inovasi dan lingkungan eksternal terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM Sekarwangi Snack di Kelurahan Pudakpayung. Penelitian ini merupakan kausalitas studi, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pelaku UMKM Sekarwangi Snack di Desa Pudakpayung dengan total sampel yaitu 51 responden. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik analisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan keberhasilan usaha. Inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Lingkungan eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. The role of MSMEs in Indonesia is one of the most important because MSMEs can create jobs which will reduce unemployment in Indonesia. One of the efforts to increase and develop MSMEs in the national economy is to encourage entrepreneurial intensity among the perpetrators. This research aims to determine the influence of creativity, innovation and the external environment on business success at Sekarwangi Snack MSMEs in Pudakpayung Village. This research is a causality study, with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to all Sekarwangi Snack MSMEs in Pudakpayung Village with a total sample of 51 respondents. The sample obtained in this research used the census method. Analysis technique using multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that the creativity variable has a positive and significant effect on business success. Innovation has a positive effect on business success. The external environment has a positive and significant effect on business success.

This research aims to determine and test the influence of tax sanctions, income level and tax socialization on taxpayer compliance with taxpayer awareness as an intervening variable. In this research, researchers examine the compliance of taxpayers who have a NPWP and are registered with KPP Pratama Gresik. The population of this research is individual taxpayers who have income in the Gresik Regency area. Sampling used purposive sampling with a sample size of 97 respondents. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire answers distributed to taxpayers. This research method is quantitative using SmartPLS as a testing tool. The results of the direct influence test show that tax sanctions and tax socialization have no effect on taxpayer compliance, while income level and taxpayer awareness have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Tax sanctions and income level have a significant positive effect on taxpayer awareness, while tax socialization has no effect on taxpayer awareness. The results of indirect hypothesis testing show that taxpayer awareness is able to mediate the effect of tax sanctions and income level on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, taxpayer awareness is unable to mediate the influence of tax socialization on taxpayer compliance.

This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance through self-efficacy as an intervening variable in the personnel division of PT Kerata Rajasa Raya in Sidoarjo. This research is a type of causal explanatory research which aims to prove and analyze the causal relationship between two or more variables.The respondents in this study were 63 personnel employees, who were selected through Accidental Sampling from a population of 63 people, Data was collected through a questionnaire and then the data was sent to SmartPLS 4. It can be concluded that this research has five hypotheses and four variables, of which there are two variables that do not significantly influence employee performance and self-efficacy. However, there is one variable that has a significant effect on employee performance, namely self-efficacy on employee performance

This research aims to determine the influence of Social Media Advertising and Service Quality on Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening variable (Case Study of Devi Salon Medan). This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection using the Likert scale method. The subjects used in this research were 100 Devi Salon Medan customers and were taken using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 23. The results of this research show that overall each partial test states that it has a significant and positive effect between the variables. Where the statistical results state that the α value is <0.05. The Path analysis test also shows that there is a direct influence and an indirect influence on each variable which is connected through variable Z. And it also simultaneously shows that there is an influence of Social Media Advertising and Service Quality which together have an influence on Loyalty through the Customer Satisfaction variable.

One  of  the   fundamental  analysis  that  usually  used  by  investors  and security analize to value the stock price is by price earning ratio(PER) approach. This research have as a purpose to examine influence factors DPR, DER, NPM, Firm Size, CR to PER. This study aims to examine the factors Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Firm Size, and Current Ratio (CR) of Price Earning Ratio (PER) on Manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2010 - 2012. This  study  used  the  entire  population  of Manufacture  companies  listed  in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010 until 2012, a total of 396 companies. The samples  using  48  companies  on  manufacturing  companies sector. Type of data is secondary data from each manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  for three  years  in 2010, 2011, 2012.  The samples are taken by purposive sampling. Data analysis use multiple regression analysis, method  which  initial  by classical  test  for  normality,  multicollinearity test, heteroskedastisitas test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis test is using the F tes, t test, and koefisien determinasi R2. In  the  classical  assumption  test  results  showed  that  there  were  no  deviations classical assumption, this shows that the available data has been qualified to use multiple linier  regression  model.  From  this  reseach  the  following  conclusion  :  the  DPR variable is positif and not effect on PER, variabel DER has negative and not effect on PER, NPM variable has negative and not effect on PER, Size  variable  has positive  and effect  on  PER,  and CR variable  has positif and  not effect on  PER.  Regression  equation  obtained  is PER =-4.196+0.074 DPR-0.596 DER-0.166 NPM + 0.961 Firm Size+0.245 CR. Coefficient  of determination  (adjusted  R2)  is 10 %  which  means 10 %  of  PER  is influenced  by  the independent  variables,  whereas  the  remaining  balance  of  90%  is  explained  by  other variable not prensented in the study.

This research aims to investigate the relationship between leadership style, level of work discipline, motivation and employee performance at the Economic Bureau of the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics. Data was collected through interviews and observations of employees and leaders at the Economic Bureau. The research results show that effective leadership styles, such as transformative and participative leadership, have a positive influence on employee motivation and performance. On the other hand, a high level of work discipline also has a positive impact on employee motivation and performance through creating a structured and supportive work environment. Employee motivation, as a mediator, plays an important role in linking leadership style, work discipline, and employee performance. This research provides valuable insight into the factors that influence employee performance in the Economic Bureau and their effectiveness on the effectiveness of economic management at the provincial level.

Pembelajaran Berasis Projek atau yang disebut Project Based Learning menjadi alternatif untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang inovatif, kreatif dan menyenangkan sesuai dengan pembelajaran abad ke-2. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa terhadap Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). Metode penelitian mencakup Waktu dan tempat penelitian yang dilakukan selama dua bulan yang dilakasanakan di sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Langsa. Jenis penelitian eksperimen bersifat kuantitatif yang memiliki dua variabel. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X SMA N1 Langsa dengan kelas kontrol (X MIA5) dan kelas Eksperimen (X MIA3) dengan jumlah keseluruhan siswa sebanyak 71 siawa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Uji t dan N-Gain Score untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA N1 Langsa. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 45,122% pada kelas eksperimen. Dengan efektifitas model kurang efektif dengan nilai N-Gain Score sedang pada kelas eksperimen. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajran project based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hal tersebut ditunjukkan dari hasil nilai perhitungan uji hipoteis menggunakan uji t dan uji N-Gain Score. Dari uji N-Gain score didapatkan pada kelas kontrol yaitu kurang efektif untuk kategoti tafsiran efektif dan pembagian N-Gainnya kurang. Sementara pada kelas eksperimen didapatkan kategori tafsiran kurang efektif dengan pembagian nilai N-Gainnya yaitu sedang. hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya motifasi berprestasi siswa sehingga mengakibatkan model pembelajaran project based learning mendapatkan nilai N-Gain sedang. Namun untuk hilai hasil belajar siswa tetap mengalami peningkatan.

This research aims to analyze the influence of promotions and customer experience on purchasing decisions with ratings as an intervening variable among Lazada marketplace users among BP 22 UPI "YPTK" Padang management students. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS based on data collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. The research results show that a). promotion has a positive and significant effect on ratings, b). customer experience has a positive and significant effect on ratings, c). Promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. d). customer experience has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, e). ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, f) ratings are able to mediate the relationship between promotions and purchasing decisions. g) ratings are able to mediate the relationship between customer experience and purchasing decisions..

Performance at the PUPR District Office Tanah Datar has not reached the target for 4 years. This study aims to examine the Effect of Placement and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable using secondary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50r6 permanent employees who are used as respondents at the PUPR DINAS Office of Tanah Datar Regency. In this study using the analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that (1) Placement has a positive and significant effect (0.000 <0.05) on job satisfaction. (2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect (0.000 <0.05) on job satisfaction. (3) Placement has a positive and significant effect (0.027 > 0.05) on Employee Performance. (4) Work Environment has no effect (0.237 <0.05) on Employee Performance. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect (0.004 <0.05) on employee performance. (6) Placement has an effect and significant (0.035 <0.05) on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. (7) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect (0.012 <0.05) on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. (8) The contribution of placement and work environment variables to employee performance is 0.865 or 86.5% and the remaining 13.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. (9) The contribution of placement, work environment and job satisfaction variables to employee performance is 0.871 or 87.1% and the remaining 12.9% is influenced by other variables not examined by this study.

This study aims to examine the Effect of Work Environment and Competence on Job Satisfaction with Work Experience as an Intervening Variable using secondary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 47 permanent employees who are used as respondents at the Lubuk Kilangan Health Center.  In this study using the analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS).  The results of this study indicate that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect (0.015 <0.05) on work experience.  (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect (0.00 <0.05) on work experience.  (3) Work Environment has no significant effect (0.056 > 0.05) on Job Satisfaction.  (4) Competence has a positive and significant effect (0.000 <0.05) on job satisfaction.  (5) Work Experience has a positive and significant effect (0.000 <0.05) on Job Satisfaction.  (6) Work environment has a positive and significant effect (0.011 <0.05) on job satisfaction through work experience.  (7) Competence has a positive and significant effect (0.000 <0.05) on job satisfaction through work experience.  (8) The contribution of work environment and competency variables to job satisfaction is 0.981 or 98.1% and the remaining 1.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.  (9) The contribution of work environment variables, competence and work experience to job satisfaction is 0.900 or 90.0% and the remaining 1% is influenced by other variables not examined by this study.

This research aims to examine how much influence compensation and employee development have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Padang City Archives and Library Services. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 70 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls. The research results showed that there was a significant influence of compensation on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of employee development on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence of compensation on employee performance. There is a significant influence of employee development on employee performance. There is a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of employee development on employee performance.

This study aims to assess the impact of the General Intelligence Test (TIU), National Insight Test (TWK), and Personal Characteristics Test (TKP) on the success of the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) for Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS). Using data from participants in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' SKD selection in 2023, we employed univariate analysis, simple bivariate analysis, and binning methods to comprehend variable relationships. Results reveal non-normal distributions for TIU, TWK, and TKP scores, highlighting the intricate nature of distribution in CPNS selection. While a positive correlation exists between variable values and total SKD score, binning analysis emphasizes TKP competitiveness over TIU and TWK scores. These findings offer practical insights for SKD participants to prepare effectively, with a focus on TIU, TWK, and TKP. Additionally, they contribute to transparency and effectiveness in the CPNS selection process. Further studies are recommended to explore additional factors, like age and gender, for the development of more holistic and accurate selection methods. This research supports enhancements in the adaptive and efficient CPNS SKD selection system.
