This study aims to analyze the relationship between online shopping activities and personal financial management among university students in Indonesia. The background of this research lies in the increasing digitalization of daily consumption, which has encouraged students to engage more actively in e-commerce transactions. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 100 undergraduate students through an online questionnaire based on Likert-scale indicators. The independent variables consist of buyer characteristics (age, gender, and income sources) and online shopping activities (frequency, spending amount, and shopping motivation). Meanwhile, personal financial management is measured through financial planning and spending control. The findings show that students demonstrate very high levels of online shopping activity and acknowledge the strong influence of demographic factors on their consumption behavior. Descriptive analysis also indicates high scores for financial planning and spending control, although intensive online shopping remains a potential risk to financial stability. The implications of this study highlight the need to strengthen financial literacy among students to help them develop healthier budgeting habits and reduce impulsive buying driven by digital platforms. This research is expected to contribute to the understanding of digital consumer behavior and support the development of financial education programs for young adults.

This study aims to describe the application of SOLO Taxonomy-based early childhood development assessment instruments at Al-Huda Kindergarten in Gorontalo City. The research approach uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of the research includes teachers' understanding of the assessment instruments, the filling process, and the suitability of the instrument application with the principles of SOLO Taxonomy. The results show that the school has implemented four assessment instruments, namely anecdotal notes, checklists, work results, and serial photos as part of formative assessment. In general, the assessment implementation was in line with the children's development, but there was a discrepancy in the use of anecdotal notes, which should have been written one sheet per child but were used for several children at once, thereby reducing the accuracy of the children's development data. The SOLO Taxonomy helped teachers classify the level of complexity of children's understanding from pre-structural to extended abstract, making the assessment more meaningful. This study emphasizes the importance of applying appropriate and individualized assessment instruments so that information on child development is more accurate and can be used to design appropriate follow-up learning activities.

Early childhood development assessment is an important process in obtaining a comprehensive picture of a child's growth and development as a basis for planning learning that is appropriate to the child's needs and characteristics. One of the most relevant assessment techniques for early childhood characteristics is observation, because it is carried out naturally through play and learning activities without putting pressure on the child. This article aims to examine the use of observation instruments as a basis for assessing early childhood development and to provide guidance to early childhood educators in conducting appropriate, systematic, and accountable assessments. The method used in this article is a theoretical study that examines the concept of early childhood assessment, assessment principles, and the process of conducting assessments through observation. The observation instruments discussed include daily records, anecdotal records, and children's work records. The results of the study show that the optimal use of observation instruments can help teachers understand children's development holistically, detect children's special needs, and serve as a basis for decision-making in learning planning and curriculum development. Thus, observation instruments play a strategic role in supporting the assessment process of early childhood development to be more meaningful and oriented towards children's needs.

The economy of West Sumatra Province has shown a significant decline in recent years, with the lowest growth rate on the entire island of Sumatra. This study aims to examine the influence of capital expenditure, unemployment, and the Human Development Index on economic growth in this region between 2014 and 2024. Using multiple linear regression and data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, the analysis shows that capital expenditure and unemployment have a significant negative impact on economic growth, while the Human Development Index (HDI) has no significant impact. Although capital expenditure varies, the decline in unemployment indicates a change in labor market conditions. This information indicates that government efforts to increase spending on infrastructure and public services are still ineffective in driving growth. Therefore, it is recommended that the government prioritize budget allocations in productive sectors such as infrastructure, tourism, and MSME development to help small businesses grow and advance through training, capital support, and technology implementation to ensure competitiveness and sustainability. Therefore, this study is expected to provide deeper insight into the elements that influence economic growth in West Sumatra and serve as a guide for further, more comprehensive research.

The birth facilities and birth attendants are directly linked to maternal mortality. It has been demonstrated that births attended by healthcare professionals help lower the risk of maternal mortality. Traditional birth attendants and non-health personnel have a very restricted understanding of physiology and pathology, which leads to issues with delivery help, which are the primary reasons for high rates of maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity. The significance of family support for selecting a birth attendant. At the Benao Community Health Center, this research sought to determine the link between husband support and the choice of birthplace among pregnant women in their third trimester. This study employed a descriptive analytical design with a cross-sectional methodology, which is a study to establish the existence of two relationships or a number of variables. In the meantime, the sampling method employed complete sampling, which resulted in a sample size of 30 individuals. In this study, a questionnaire was employed as the instrument. The data was then analyzed with SPSS using Chi Square analysis. After using the chi-square statistical test, a P-value (asymp. Sig 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 was found, indicating a correlation between the location of delivery chosen by pregnant women in their third trimester and the support of their spouses. As a result, since H0 was disproved and H1 was proven, it may be inferred that there is a link between a pregnant woman's choice of delivery location in her third trimester and the support she receives from her spouse.

Production quantity planning is a crucial component in the bottled water industry (AMDK) to ensure that consumer demand is met efficiently. Inaccuracies in determining the amount of production can lead to overproduction and supply shortages, which ultimately leads to increased operational costs and decreased customer satisfaction. This study applies the Sugeno fuzzy logic method to predict the amount of production based on two main variables, namely weekly demand and raw material stock. The analysis stages include the fuzzification process, the preparation of the rule base, inference using the zero-order Sugeno method, and defuzzification using the Weighted Average (WA) method. The data used is synthetic data that represents the operational conditions of the medium-scale bottled water industry. The results show that the Sugeno fuzzy system is able to produce production predictions that are adaptive and responsive to fluctuations in demand and stock availability. This model provides consistent and stable output, so it can help companies in determining the optimal production amount. These findings confirm that Sugino's fuzzy approach can be an effective decision support tool in bottled water production management, especially in the face of uncertainty and variability in market demand.
