Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM play an important role in economic activities because they dominate the economic structure in Indonesia. In increasingly tight competition, a business must have strong competitiveness to create competitive advantages with other businesses, especially businesses in the culinary sector such as bread and cakes in Jambi City. Many factors determine competitive advantage, one of which is product innovation and product quality. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage mediated by consumer satisfaction at onoy bakeries and cakes in Jambi City. This research uses descriptive methods and a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this research was 80 respondents. The data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire using a Google form with a Likert scale. The data analysis method in this research uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique using the SmartPLS program (v.4.0.9.9) for Windows. The results of this research show that product innovation and product quality have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage mediated by consumer satisfaction.

Background: The workplace function of nurses is an important thing that must be paid attention to by hospitals. Nurses certainly have an important function in their work in terms of health services. Employees should be able to adapt and be respected in their work environment. However, some people experience problems adapting to their work environment, resulting in low performance. Nurses' decreased function at work due to high workloads makes it difficult to control one's own behavior. This results in the implementation of the work not being optimal. Objective: This study was conducted to examine the factors that influence workplace function in nurses Method: This research is a quantitative research with a survey design. Research data was collected using a questionnaire from respondents who work as nurses in hospitals. The sampling technique used purpose sampling technique and the sample size was 200 nurses. This research uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis using AMOS and regression analysis using SPSS. Results: Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the research results show: self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on functioning at work, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on self-destruction, self-regulation capacity has a significant effect on job craftsmanship, self-destruction has a significant effect on functioning at work. workplace, work craft has a significant influence on function in the workplace. Burnout does not moderate the relationship between self-regulatory capacity and functioning at work so it does not have a significant influence. Conclusion: Increased functioning in the workplace for nurses is influenced by optimal self regulation capacity in nurses, self-destruction which can be increasingly minimized, work craftsmanship which increases in nurses.

This study explores the development of low-carbon concrete by integrating industrial waste materials and CO₂-absorbing minerals to reduce carbon emissions in the construction industry. The research investigates various mix ratios involving fly ash, slag, and CO₂-absorbing minerals, aiming to optimize both performance and sustainability. Experimental methods included compressive strength testing, carbon emission measurement, and durability evaluation. The results indicate that low-carbon concrete formulations achieve up to 45% reduction in carbon emissions compared to conventional concrete, which uses Portland cement. Despite a slight decrease in compressive strength, the optimal mix reached 34 MPa, which is sufficient for structural applications. Durability testing revealed that concrete with CO₂-absorbing minerals showed improved long-term performance compared to other formulations. The findings highlight the potential of using industrial waste materials and carbon capture technologies to create more environmentally sustainable concrete while maintaining necessary structural properties. This study contributes to the growing demand for eco-friendly construction materials and supports the implementation of low-carbon concrete in large-scale industrial applications. Further optimization of mix ratios and long-term performance studies are recommended for broader adoption in the construction industry.

Objective: This study aims to determine the effects of Moringa leaf extract for 10 days to albumin and primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum degree II in the district Soppeng. Metodes: Design research is a quasi-scale experiment using two groups, intervention and control groups. The sample set, that primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum stage II of 50 respondents. The sampling technique is done purposively. Results: showed unpaired t test analysis on levels of albumin found the mean pre-intervention 3:09 / 0:30, post intervention 3.75 / 0:55. With the test results are not berpsangan t p value = 0.000 which means no significant effects of extract of catfish in primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum degree II.  . With unpaired T test results found the value of p = 0.000, which means there is a significant effect of the extract catfish on primiparous puerperal women with ruptured perineum degree II In other words, the extract cork fish provide a positive and significant effect on levels of albumin

A mockup is a miniature or model of a building that will be made or has already been made, in order to facilitate visualization of the design results. Either in the form of a structural design, interior, exterior or site plan. The Budi Agung Medan School teacher's room is a teacher's room in a private school building. This site was chosen because the space in the design object requires spatial adaptation to accommodate new user activities. Apart from that, in terms of changes in working systems, uncomfortable circulation, insufficient storage requirements, and the image of the teacher's room is not yet prominent, these are the problems found. Apart from that, this is a limitation in designing the design. The Budi Agung Medan School teacher's room is a teacher's room in a private school building. The traditional food and beverage industry in Medan, Indonesia, is undergoing significant changes as Industry 5.0 technology becomes more integrated. This research explores the impact of this transformation through data analysis from 143 traditional culinary businesses. The focus is on evaluating the extent to which Industry 5.0 has been adopted, identifying factors that drive or hinder its adoption, and analyzing how this affects business operations and customer experiences. We utilized Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationship between business characteristics, workforce readiness, Industry 5.0 adoption, and its implications for operational and customer experiences. We used descriptive statistics to understand demographic and technological profiles, while measurement model evaluation demonstrated the validity and reliability of our survey. Path analysis and bootstrap analysis were employed to confirm relationships, while fit model evaluation, R², and Q² provided insights into overall model robustness. Our findings contribute to academic knowledge, provide guidance for business owners in making strategic decisions, and establish standards for future research on Industry 5.0 adoption in the traditional sector.
