The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of location and facilities on customer satisfaction at Café Mie Setang. data collection procedures from this study, namely: observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The calculation results show that partially location (X1) has no effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at Café Mie Handlebars, this is shown from the acquisition of a tcount of 1.5000 and a ttable of 1.678, with a significance of 0.140 while facilities (X2) have an effect oncustomer satisfaction (Y) at Café Mie Setang, this is shown from the acquisition of a tcount of 6,619 and a ttable of 1.678, with a significance of 0.000. and simultaneously location (X1), and facilities (X2) affect customer satisfaction (Y) at Café Mie Handlebars. this is shown from the acquisition of Fcount 29,726 and Ftable 3.20 with a significant level of 0.000.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Erablue Electronic Shop in Tangerang City. This research uses quantitative methods using SPSS 25 software as a hypothesis test. This study uses a measurement instrument in the form of an interval scale which requires respondents to express the effect of service quality on their satisfaction in shopping, using a Likert scale. The data collection technique used a judgmental sampling method with a sample size of 120. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction at Erablue Electronic Stores in Tangerang City.

Abstract.The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) How the Islamic dimension of service affects consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel, (2) Is there an influence of the Islamic dimension on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this quantitative method, research is carried out directly in the field or at the research location. The research approach used in this research is in the form of a direct survey to customers. Surveys are carried out by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of this research show that the Islamic dimension of service on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel is very influential. The better the Islamic dimension of service provided, the higher the level of satisfaction when using the services of the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. Hotel Indah Syariah Sibuhuan consistently provides high quality services to consumers, so that consumers feel satisfied with the service they receive. Aspects of service such as reliability, trust, appearance, empathy and responsiveness offered by the hotel, these are the Islamic dimension variables partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Indah Syariah Sibuhuan Hotel. With the regression coefficient for the Islamic dimension variable (X) being positive, the resulting t value of 5.076 is more than the t table of 1.672 with a significance of less than 0.558. This means that the Islamic Dimension variable (X) partially has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y).

A company's success or failure is determined by the strategy, theory and marketing management applied. This research was conducted to find out what marketing strategies for easy mudharabah savings products are used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Juanda to increase the number of customers. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods, using primary data, namely the researcher took data directly by interviewing the Marketing Funding BSI KCP Medan Juanda and secondary data secondary data obtained from documents, scientific journals, books and literature related to the research problem. The results obtained were that BSI carried out a marketing strategy, one of which was by implementing the 4p marketing mix, namely (product, price, promotion, place). BSI must be able to estimate strategic locations, collaborate with other agencies, expand market share, improve quality and innovate.

Banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in a country’s economy. One of the current economic developments in Indonesia is the emergence of sharia-based financial institution, one of which is sharia banking. Like the function of banking itself, namely as an intermediary between people who need capital and people who have excess capital. One of sharia banking services is financing, namely the distribution of money by banks to costumers who need working capital. The bank provides capital to customers as business capital whose business result are calculated from the results according to the agreement. But in reality, it is not uncommon for customers to fail to pay for this financing. One of the reasons for the cessation of funding itself is the possibility of worsening business conditions. To minimize the risk of bad financing itself, banks must be able to make clear rules. In this article, Bank SUMUT Syariah Karya Rantau Prapat discusses various strategies for dealing with bad financing.

The aim of the research to be achieved is to analyze marketing Bauranes in PO. Metro Permai Bus Makale Utara District in increasing the number of passengers based on the marketing mix (7P marketing mix). The research method used is descriptive using a qualitative approach to provide an overview of the problem under study. The data analysis technique used is the marketing mix marketing strategy. Then the results obtained by applying the marketing mix mix are obtained that PO. Metro Permai Buses increase consumer interest by providing a variety of products according to customer needs and affordable prices for each type of bus, as for the location of the PO. This research aims to determine the waste management process and the impact of managing the Berkah Waste Bank in the villages of Sucenjurutengah, Bayan, Purworejo. This research uses a descriptive research model through a qualitative approach. Data collection methods use interviews, observation, video and documentation. Data analysis using this method aims to determine the waste management process and the impact of waste bank management. The Berkah Waste Bank has been running well, namely by using sorting, weighing and depositing methods. As well as Waste Bank administrators who have worked in their respective fields. The impact caused by the management of the Berkah Waste Bank on the environmental aspect is very good because it makes the environment cleaner and waste does not accumulate, on the social aspect the existence of the Waste Bank increases community familiarity, on the economic aspect it is enough to provide additional income for its customers. So, the Waste Bank is the best way to manage waste.

The aim of this research is to find out how the basic price of furniture production is determined and constrained by Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researcher uses domain, textonomic and componential analysis. The results of the research explain that determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District is carried out using several methods, including furniture business actors in Taman Rajo District determining or calculating the cost of raw materials used to produce furniture products. Business actors calculate labor costs which are calculated based on the results of the products produced and business actors calculate overhead costs which are costs incurred apart from raw material costs and labor costs in the production process. Obstacles in determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic Economics in Taman Rajo District include limited business capital which has an impact on determining production prices because the supply of raw materials is less affordable due to limited business capital for furniture business owners. Apart from that, the obstacle in determining the cost of production is that the strategic market target has not been achieved because the marketing strategy implemented by the business owner has not been maximized so that determining the cost of production is still based on the number of customers who order furniture products.

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy for the Kinako Fabric in Tana Toraja district. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely managing information data from observation based on the facts that exist in the Kinako Fabric Shop. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The stategy used at the Kinako Cloth Shop is the marketing mix 4P (Product), (Price), (Promotion), (Place). Product strategy in the from of adding cloth products, Pricing strategy by providing price discounts, Promotion strategy though social media facebook and whatsapp as well as direct promotion by word of mouth, the price is quite strategic and very easy to reach potential customers. This strategy is carried out to add customers and to increase sales results.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Digital financial services provided by fintech companies operate or make use of digital technologies. One of the banks that has offered digital fintech-based services are Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru. These services include virtual account services, cash management systems, online banking, m-banking (M-DIN), and ATMs. the necessity of putting into practice marketing tactics that increase client happiness and faith in these services. The purpose of this study is to identify the Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru's digital fintech-based marketing strategy for customer service. At Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru, this kind of research is considered field research. This study is descriptive qualitative in nature. Interviews and documentation were used to obtain data. The key data sources used were interviews with Bank Muamalat sub-branch managers, customer care representatives, and consumers KCP Medan Baru, whereas secondary sources are drawn from written works or other types of documentation to supplement primary data. According to the research, it is known that Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru has applied a number of shari'ah marketing indicators, including a number of marketing mix components. Promotion has dominated marketing tactics throughout the Bank's existence. Brands, services, and procedures produce marketing value. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru is inextricably linked to the three key tenets of shari'ah marketing—piety, moderation, and virtue. The Principle of Piety is the one that is used the most frequently. Additionally, Bank Muamalat KCP Medan Baru should assess or enhance its marketing tactics for digital fintech services continuous attempts to increase usage of the system due to the fact that some clients are still unaware of Muamalat's digital fintech offerings, particularly its virtual accounts, cash management systems, and online banking.

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Promotion on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka (2) The Effect of Service Quality on Customer Saving Interest at Bank Muamalat Kab. Kolaka This research uses an approach with Quantitative methods, Data collection in this study using Observation, Literature Study and Questionnaire Distribution. The population of this research is customers and prospective customers who are in Kolaka Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 98 people. Testing this research instrument using the Validity Test and Reliability Test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Promotion variable on Saving Interest, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 6,100 with a P-Value of 0.000 and the Service Quality variable also has a positive and significant effect on Brand loyalty, which is indicated by a t-statistic value of 2,042 with a P-Value of 0.021.

Twitter is a social media that provides information for its users. Interactions on Twitter may increase the amount of data from its users. Business development cannot be separated from product competition between business actors. One way for companies to win the competition is to know the purchasing power of customers. A product's selling power can be known one way or another through user interaction on Twitter. User-generated content (UGC) results from data on Twitter. UGC data can be used to determine the product supply scheme taken by laptop products in this study. The method used to analyze the interaction is Social Network Analysis (SNA) by comparing the properties of the network. Social network modeling on UGC data was carried out on three laptops: Lenovo v14, Asus ZenBook S, and Acer Swift 3. From the graph visualization, it was found that Acer excels in two properties, namely "Size" and "Average Degree." Meanwhile, the Asus ZenBook S dominates the "Modularity" property.

This research aims to analyze how E-Trust and E-Service Quality influence E-Loyalty in mobile banking services, as well as the role of customer satisfaction as a variable that mediates the relationship between E-Trust, E-Service Quality, and E-Loyalty. This research was conducted as a case study on FEBI UINSU students in 2019 who used mobile banking services. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to FEBI UINSU students who had used mobile banking services. The questionnaire contains questions about their perceptions of E-Trust, E-Service Quality, customer satisfaction, and their level of E-Loyalty towards mobile banking services. The collected data is analyzed using relevant statistical techniques, such as regression analysis, path analysis, or other appropriate methods to test the relationship between the variables in this research.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and Product Variants on Customer Loyalty at Darin Grocery Store in Cikopo Purwakarta. The source of the data in this study was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) which was distributed to the respondents. The population of this study were customers at the Darin Grocery Store in Cikopo Purwakarta. The research sample amount were 82 people. The research analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, f test and t test. The research findings indicate that the marketing strategy simultaneously affects customer loyalty. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination is 40.3%. The most dominant factor influencing is the product variance of the t test calculation. The t value for the service quality variable is 0.880, the t count for the product variant variable is 4.838. The results of the F test obtained F count of 26.715 and a significant value <0. 05.

Financial institutions have played a very large role in the development and growth of modern industrial society. BMT is included in the Sharia Financial Institutions which are operated on the principle of profit sharing, trying to grow and develop micro, small and medium enterprises, in order to raise the level and dignity and defend the interests of the poor. The aim of this research is to determine the role of BMT in empowering micro businesses and the potential of businesses financed at Baitul mal wa tamwil (BMT) to develop economic activities so that they provide positive, prosperous and of course more independent results. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive research type, and the research data is taken from first-hand data, namely customer perceptions and second-hand statements that can be trusted. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations and information from books, articles, journals and theses. Research findings show that BMT plays an important role in empowering micro businesses by providing financing in accordance with sharia and cooperative work operational agreements. That way, MSMEs will become more advanced and able to absorb workers, which of course will help a lot in economic development and alleviating poverty due to reduced employment opportunities.

This research aims to determine sharia promotional strategies, inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales of ars snack msmes in jambi city. This research uses qualitative methods. This research is the owner of the msme ars snack. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. the conclusion results show that: the sharia promotion strategy carried out by msme ars has implemented the fathonah characteristic, namely being smart in innovating to update and add to its products. Maintaining and improving the quality of its products so as to create customer trust in ars snack msmes by always paying attention to sharia regulations. Advertisements carried out by ars snack msmes have implemented the characteristics of siddiq and trust both on social media and in brochures and must still prioritize honesty, truth and trustworthiness based on islamic economic perspective, personal sales carried out by umkm ars snack apply tabliq characteristics, namely meeting directly with customers and potential customers by conveying correctly using appropriate and easy to understand words without cheating about the products being sold. The public relations owned by msme ars snack jambi city is specifically to build good relationships with various groups, build a good company image and support each other among msmes and promote products to increase sales of each msme player.

This study seeks to investigate the relationship between discounts and product display in influencing impulsive buying among customers at Indomaret in Huko-Huko Village. The study encompassed all customers of Indomaret in Huko-Huko Village, with a sample of 110 respondents chosen using purposive sampling. The research data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that discounts have a positive and statistically significant impact on impulsive buying, and product display also has a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases

This research aims to determine the influence of food and beverage service quality on customer satisfaction at Swiss-Bellhotel Ambon. There were 120 samples but 80 samples were used for processing. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is a simple linear regression analysis method with the SPSS 26 application. The research results based on (t test) show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000<0.05 and obtained an Rsquare of 0.174% influenced by variables. independent of service quality, while 82.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Community service activities are very important to improve the quality of human resources for MSMEs. Copywriting training was conducted by Bina Nusantara University Semarang for 30 MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The term copywriting was not yet known to the participants and this training was attended with great enthusiasm so that the participants could increase their knowledge regarding marketing using copywriting techniques which are one of the trends in the marketing world. Training participants are expected to have the ability to write attractive promotional or advertising language so that their products can stick in the minds of customers. By mastering this copywriting technique, the participants are able to increase product sales through digital marketing via social media by using advertising writing techniques that are attractive to the customers.
