This study aims to determine the effect of Internship and self-efficacy in shaping student career decisions, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. One of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport (HLP) units is the Terminal and Landside Service unit. Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) units in the unit and Customer Service (CS) have different job descriptions. However, at this HLP airport, some employees do work that is not part of their job description, namely TIS unit employees who do CS work, or vice versa. This condition indirectly impacts the workload and self-efficacy of employees in the TIS and CS units on work stress. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between workload and work stress, the influence of self-efficacy on work stress, the influence of workload and self-efficacy simultaneously on work stress, and the coefficient of determination. This study uses a quantitative method with partial test hypothesis testing and simultaneous testing. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires containing 36 questions to 30 employees from the TIS and CS units. Before being distributed, the data had been validated and reliable. The data was then analyzed using the t-test (partial test), the f-test (simultaneous test), and the coefficient of determination. The study's results showed that (1) workload significantly affected work stress with a sig. Value of 0.000; (2) self-efficacy significantly affected work stress with a sig. Value of 0.000; (3) workload and self-efficacy simultaneously affected work stress with a sig. value of 0.000; and (4) the coefficient of determination obtained a result of 72.9%.

Stroke can lead to disability and weakness, resulting in a decline in functional abilities and making patients dependent on others. Independence in performing daily activities is crucial for post-stroke patients as it fosters a sense of purpose and improves their spirit for life, ultimately having a positive impact on their quality of life. Blood pressure control and self-efficacy play significant roles in managing independence and improving the quality of life for post-stroke patients. To determine the relationship between blood pressure control and self-efficacy with the Katz Index and the quality of life in post-stroke patients. This quantitative study employed a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 70 respondents. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. The data were analyzed using Lambda and Spearman’s rank correlation tests. The findings revealed that most respondents had controlled blood pressure (50 respondents), high self-efficacy (51 respondents), Katz Index category A (52 respondents), and a high quality of life (54 respondents). The study concludes that there is a relationship between blood pressure control and self-efficacy with the Katz Index and the quality of life in post-stroke patients.

Complication rates among patients with Type 2 DM are increasing and worsening due to their inability to implement self-care management. However, this cause can be minimized if patients have good knowledge, self-efficacy, and family support. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 147 respondents with type 2 diabetes in Bandarharjo Community Health Center Semarang, who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The test used was chi square test. The study showed that most respondents had low knowledge (47.6%), poor self efficacy (44.2%), adequate family support (49.7%) and good self care management (46.3%). The results showed a relationship between knowledge, self efficacy and family support on self care management in Type 2 DM patients at Bandarharjo Semarang Health Center (p<?). The results showed that there is a relationship between knowledge, self efficacy and family support on self care management in patients with Type 2 DM at Bandarharjo Community Health Center Semarang.

Background : When insulin production drops too low, metabolic abnormalities in the pancreas cause hyperglycemia, or high blood sugar. This condition is known as diabetes mellitus (DM). Patients with diabetes mellitus will require care and support from their loved ones because of the disruption in their self-concept caused by the disease. It is our responsibility as nurses who provide care management to educate our patients and their loved ones about self-care actions they can take to control their blood sugar levels. Objectives: to determine demographic information (gender, age, occupation, education level), create a family care catalog for DM patients, create a self-efficacy catalog after family care, and analyze the relationship between family care and self-efficacy for DM patients. Methods: Cross-sectional research concept with total sampling technique, the number of respondents was 50 people with a questionnaire sheet instrument Results: There were 36 female respondents (72%) and 14 male respondents (28%). The age of the majority of respondents was 56-75 years, 31 people (62%). The highest level of respondent education was high school, 22 people (44%). The majority of respondents who are no longer working are 36 people (72%). The average respondent has suffered from DM for more than 5 years is 30 people (60%). Based on the analysis of family care and self-efficacy, 36 people received good and supportive family care, and 32 people also had high self-efficacy. This study shows the results of statistical tests with the chi-square test and obtained a p value of 0.000 or p <0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between family care and self-efficacy of diabetes mellitus clients at Sayung 1 Health Center

Exclusive breastfeeding was a good investment for children. Breast milk (ASI) is food that can be given to babies aged 0-6 months and breast milk has many benefits. Therefore, mothers must have good knowledge, attitudes and self-confidence towards exclusive breastfeeding. To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes in giving exclusive breastfeeding to Prenatal Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy in the Bandarharjo Community Health Center Working Area, Semarang City. Type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sample was pregnant women. The technique used was purposive sampling of 100 respondents. The correlation test used was the Spearman rho test. Using the Spearman correlation test of maternal knowledge on PBSE, the p-value was 0.014 (<0.05). There was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge of PBSE with a correlation of 0.246, which was weak with a positive correlation or close relationship. Meanwhile, attitudes towards PBSE resulted in a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). There is a significant relationship between the mother's attitude towards PBSE, a correlation of 0.358, namely moderate with a positive correlation or close relationship. There was a relationship between knowledge and attitudes in giving exclusive breastfeeding to prenatal breastfeeding self-efficacy.

This study aims to (1) describe the characteristics of e-LKPD based on realistic mathematics education on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of vocational school students, (2) describe the feasibility of e-LKPD based on realistic mathematics education on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of vocational school students in terms of validity,  practicality and effectiveness. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were 34 students of class X TKP SMKN 2 Tarakan. In this research, One Group Pretest - Posttest Design was used. The research instruments used were validation sheets, practicality assessment sheets by teachers and students, learning implementation observation sheets, critical thinking ability tests and self-efficacy questionnaires. The results of the research show: (1) the e-LKPD developed contains characteristics found in the RME approach to the material of on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy. The characteristics contained in RME-based e-LKPD include integrated learning, use of context, mathematization and construction processes and interactivity. (2) the RME-based e-LKPD developed meets the criteria for feasibility in terms of validity aspects with a percentage of feasibility according to material experts of 93.4% and media experts of 98.9% with the validation result criteria being very feasible; practicality with a very practical category based on the results of student and teacher responses; effectiveness based on critical thinking skills with classical completeness of students reaching 82.4%, the results of the T-test paired samples-test with a significance level of 5% obtained that there was an influence on students' critical thinking skills after treatment using RME-based e-LKPD, the N-Gain result was 0.73 with a high category, and the effectiveness of e-LKPD on self-efficacy with an increase in each self-efficacy indicator,  the N-Gain result was 0.3 in the moderate category, and the results of the Wilcoxon test on self-efficacy data with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained that there was an influence on students' self-efficacy after treatment using RME-based e-LKPD.

Entrepreneurial intention is the awareness of individuals that they intend to organize new business ventures and plan to do so in the future. This research aims to see whether entrepreneurial self efficacy, social identity, networking and spirituality together influence entrepreneurial intention. The sample in this research amounted to entrepreneurs who participated in the YukBisnis seminar held in Jakarta and Lampung. Sampling used in this research using non-probability sampling techniques by convenience sampling technique. This research method uses quantitative methods. The validity of the measuring instruments in this research was tested by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis (multiple regression). The results showed that there was an influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy variables (searching, planning, marshaling, implementing people, implementing financial), social identity (Darwinian founders: basic social motivation, basic for self-evaluation, frame of reference. Communitarian founders: basic social motivation, basic for self-evaluation, frame of reference Missionary founders: basic social motivation, basic for self-evaluation, frame of reference), networking (content of changed networking), spirituality (meaning, value, transcendence, connecting, becoming ) towards entrepreneurial intention, namely with a large contribution of 30.3%. The results of the test of the proportion of variance from each independent variable indicate that entrepreneurial self efficacy (planning, searching), social identity (Darwinian founders: basic social motivation, besic for self evaluation, missionary founders: basic for self evaluation), networking (networking support ), spirituality (meaning, value) has a significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of problem-focused coping and self- efficacy on stress that occurs in the early adult phase. The participants of this study are 101 individuals who are in the early adult phase, namely 21-40 years old who live on the island of Java. This research design is cross sectional and non-experimental research. The measuring instruments used are DASS-21 to measure stress, GSES to measure Self-efficacy, and adaptation of The Way of Coping to measure Problem-Focused Coping. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results obtained in this study are the absence of the overall influence of the two variables, namely Problem-Focused Coping and Self- efficacy.

The current phenomenon serves as the foundation for our study. Finding out how self-efficacy, employee well-being, and job enrichment affect PT Berkatama Mulia Saputra Sidoarjo's employee performance is the aim of this study. This study is quantitative in nature and employs a sample of 46 employees. The Self Efficacy calculation produced a t-value of 4.558 and a probability value of Sig 0.000 <0.05. This implies that the self-efficacy component has a favourable and considerable impact on employee performance.A probability value of Sig 0.042 <0.05 and a t-value of 4.099 were derived from the Employee Well-Being calculation. This indicates that the employee well-being variable has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.The computation results show that the Job Enrichment variable has a probability value of Sig 0.000 <0.005 and a t-value of 7.948. This indicates that the job enrichment variable has a favourable and significant impact on employee performance.

Self-efficacy is a psychological factor that plays an important role in shaping nurses’ work attitudes and behaviors, including job satisfaction. Nurses’ job satisfaction affects the quality of nursing care and workforce sustainability in hospitals. This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction among nurses at FMC Hospital in 2025. This study employed a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of all actively working nurses at FMC Hospital, totaling 83 respondents, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) and the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS). Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results showed that most nurses had a high level of self-efficacy (98.8%), and all respondents were categorized as satisfied with their jobs. The Spearman Rank correlation test revealed a significant positive relationship with a moderate strength between self-efficacy and job satisfaction (ρ = 0.415; p < 0.001). In conclusion, higher self-efficacy is associated with higher job satisfaction among nurses. Therefore, strengthening nurses’ self-efficacy should be considered an important strategy in hospital human resource management.

Research was conducted to determine the factors that influence students’ interest in entrepreneurship. The methode used is a quantitative method, the research population is students at at Pasim National University in semesters 3 and 4, the research sampel consisted of 86 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using validity, reliability and simpel regression analysis tests. The results of the analysis show that the data meets the validity and reliability test requirements, the results of the partial analysis of the emotional intelligence variable have an influence of 5,221 on interest in entrepreneurship, the family environment has an influence of 4,823 in student interest in entrepreneuship and self efficacy has an impact of 5,882 on student interest in entrepreneuship. This value is greater. From the t table values of 1,663 so that partially each variable has an impact on interest in entrepreneurship, simultaneous analysis there is a significant influence from the variables emotional intelligence, environment family and sel-efficacy towards students’ entrepreneurial interests.

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-concept and learning facilities on the academic achievement of Business Education Study Program students in online learning moderated by self-efficacy. The variables studied are self-concept, learning facilities, and online learning self-efficacy. The urgency of this study is to explore various factors related to students' academic achievement in online learning to improve and help support the online learning process to be better, so that the expected learning objectives can be achieved. This type of research is survey research and has a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all students who were active and still taking online lectures, approximately 177 students. Meanwhile, the research sample was taken using the nonprobability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study, self-concept and learning facilities have an influence on student achievement both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, self-efficacy was found to moderate the influence of self-concept and learning facilities on student achievement.

Students who have difficulty handling lecture problems efficiently are at risk of experiencing mental fatigue. Academic burnout can refer to stress, feelings of burden, and other psychological feelings that arise when students go through the lecture process. This research aims to analyze the influence of self-control and academic self-efficacy on academic burnout in students at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. A total of 134 students at the Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi from various study programs were used as research subjects. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a sampling method using simple random sampling, the data collection technique in this research uses a psychological scale, the type of scale the researcher uses is the Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used are statistical tests such as descriptive tests, normality tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research show that there is an influence of self-control and academic self-efficacy on academic burnout in students at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi.

This study examines the relationship between social support and subjective well-being among students at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. College students, transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, often face academic pressures and life challenges impacting their well-being. This study use a quantitative correlational design and involved 134 students selected through simple random sampling, with the sample size determined via G*Power using a medium effect size. Data collection utilized validated and reliable subjective well-being and social support scales. Data analysis included assumption tests (normality and linearity) and hypothesis testing with simple regression and Spearman correlation. The findings reveal that social support significantly influences subjective well-being, indicating that higher social support corresponds to greater well-being levels. This highlights the importance of developing social support programs in universities to enhance student well-being. Future research could broaden the scope by involving students from diverse universities and incorporating additional variables, such as self-efficacy or coping strategies, to deepen insights into factors influencing subjective well-being.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Proclamation 45 University's employee performance is impacted by employee engagement and self-efficacy. 57 employees were surveyed for this study. Multiple regression analysis was employed in this investigation. Make use of 0.05 as a valid value. The multiple regression equation, Y = -0.419 + 0.496X1 + 0.257 Proclamation 45 University, is derived from the computation and analysis of the data used. It is possible to draw the following conclusions from the above findings. (1) Procrik 45 Employee performance in higher education is positively impacted by employee engagement. This implies that improved employee performance will follow from high employee engagement. (2) Employee performance and self-efficacy are positively impacted by Proklamasi 45 University. This implies that employee performance will be even higher when self-efficacy is high. (3) At Proklik 45 University, employee performance is positively impacted by self-efficacy and employee engagement. This implies that when self-efficacy and employee engagement are high, employee performance will likewise be high. It is anticipated that Universitas Proklamasi 45 will keep working to raise employee self-efficacy and engagement in order to raise employee performance.

This study aims to explore the various challenges faced by students in learning science and to analyze the internal and external factors that influence them. This research is motivated by the low success rate of students in science courses, which is thought to be due to multiple obstacles involving cognitive, affective, and learning environment aspects. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and surveys of students enrolled in science courses at universities. The findings show that internal factors, such as self-efficacy, basic mathematical skills, and intrinsic motivation, play a significant role in influencing students’ understanding of science material. On the other hand, external factors, including curriculum, teaching methods, environmental support, and facility limitations, also have a substantial impact. This study suggests improvements in curriculum reform at the elementary and secondary levels, more interactive teaching methods, and adequate academic support to help students overcome difficulties in science courses. These findings are expected to provide insights for educational institutions and educators in designing more effective learning strategies to enhance students' competencies in science.

Mathematics anxiety can reduce students' ability to understand and solve mathematical problems, thus affecting their overall attitude towards mathematics. Mathematics anxiety, a psychological factor that can affect students' learning achievement in mathematics learning in high school, makes it the most challenging subject in school. This study aimed to identify the effect of mathematics anxiety on students' learning achievement at the high school level and to analyze strategic factors that can help reduce mathematics anxiety for students. This study used a quantitative method with an ex post facto research type with a correlational design. The population was grade X high school students in South Tangerang, with a sample size of 84. The side technique used cluster random sampling. Data collection used an instrument in the form of a mathematics anxiety and learning achievement questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through partial correlation and multiple correlation with a significance level of 0.05, and the prerequisite test analysis used normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. The results showed that mathematics anxiety influenced by self-efficacy factors, classroom climate, and academic support from parents and peers significantly affected students' learning achievement in high school. Schools can facilitate a more conducive learning environment to minimize mathematics anxiety and improve learning outcomes. Implementing a learning program that is psychologically responsive and adaptive to students' needs is expected to improve students' mathematics achievement significantly..

This study aims to examine the impact of self-efficacy on the success of web-based learning in the digital era. Self-efficacy, which refers to an individual's belief in their ability to overcome challenges, is believed to play a crucial role in achieving learning outcomes. In the rapidly evolving digital era, web-based learning has become an effective method for delivering materials flexibly and interactively. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving students from various universities. The results show that self-efficacy has a significant impact on the success of web-based learning. Students with higher self-efficacy tend to be more successful in completing tasks and understanding the learning material delivered through online platforms. This study recommends the importance of developing students' self-efficacy to enhance the effectiveness of web-based learning, especially in the context of education in the digital era.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of blended learning on metacognitive awareness, self-efficacy, student learning independence, and student learning achievement and to find out whether blended learning is superior to scientific learning in mathematics learning in the aspects of metacognitive awareness, self efficacy, student learning independence, and student learning achievement. This research is a pseudo-experimental research with the population of all students in grade XI MAN 2 Wonosobo for the 2023/2024 school year. Of the ten existing classes, two classes were selected by purposive sampling, namely classes XI - 3 and XI - 4. From the two selected classes, then randomly selected so that class XI - 4 was obtained as an experimental class, namely the class that received blended learning and class XI - 3 as a control class that received mathematics learning with scientific learning and vector subjects. The instruments used to collect data are in the form of student learning achievement test questions and questionnaires on metacognitive awareness, self-efficacy, and student learning independence. Validity is determined by the consideration of the validator who concludes that the instrument used in this study is valid. Meanwhile, Cronbach's alpha of all variables in this study showed reliable values. To see if there is an effect of blended learning on metacognitive awareness, self-efficacy, learning independence and student learning achievement after research treatment is carried out in both the experimental and control classes, the T2 hotteling statistical test is used. Meanwhile, to see the advantages of scientific learning with blended learning methods compared to scientific from the perspective of metacognitive awareness, self-efficacy, learning independence and student learning achievement from both classes, univariate t test statistics were used. The results of the study showed that :(1) there was an effect of blended learning on metacognitive awareness, self-efficacy, learning independence, and student achievement simultaneously; (2) scientific blended learning is not superior to scientific in terms of metacognitive awareness, self-efficacy, and learning independence of high school/MA students; (3) scientific blended learning is superior to scientific in terms of learning achievement of high school/MA students.
