The critical period for the growth and development of infants can be referred to as a critical period. It is said that this critical period in infancy will be very detrimental to the environment around it and it is said that the future due to infancy is very short and cannot be repeated. Newborns are more susceptible to various diseases. Diseases in infants can be identified based on the symptoms that arise. This is caused by several factors including the lack of information about diseases in infants after birth that is known to the general public. Therefore, research is needed on diseases and symptoms that affect babies after birth. One alternative in order to find out the disease in the baby after birth can use an expert system. In building the system, the author uses the Backward Chaining method, uses the Waterfall system development method (SDLC) and the Object Oriented Approach (OOA). The result of this research is a web-based application that can later be accessed or used to make it easier for the public, especially parents of babies, to diagnose symptoms or diseases in babies after birth as early as possible.

Early Breastfeeding Initiation is the process of allowing the baby to breastfeed on its own immediately after birth. This is nature and a gift from God that has been arranged for us. Doing it is also not difficult, it only takes about one to two hours. IMD must be carried out immediately at birth, without delaying weighing or measuring the baby. Babies should also not be cleaned, only dried except for their hands. This process must take place skin to skin between baby and mother. This research uses an analytical type of research with a retrospective research design. The research aims to determine the relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center. Based on the data in table 4.3, it can be seen that 5 respondents (38.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding and 8 respondents (61.5%) did not practice IMD but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding was 21 respondents (95.5%). The statistical test results of the chi square test obtained a p value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding, namely Ha received. The importance of giving birth in a health service is to avoid sudden emergencies that can cause complications and to provide care according to procedures. This is in line with research by Norhana, Arifin and Yulidasari (2016) that mothers who give birth in health facilities are 15,167 times more likely to carry out IMD. Of the 20 respondents who successfully carried out IMD, 19 respondents (95%) were accompanied by their husbands and family when giving birth and 17 respondents (84%) of them succeeded in providing exclusive breastfeeding. Husband and family support play an important role in managing IMD and building maternal self-confidence. The relationship between early initiation of breastfeeding (IMD) and exclusive breastfeeding at the Sonomartani Community Health Center in 2022" with a total of 35 respondents and data processing that has been carried out using SPSS, it can be concluded that the chi square test value is p < 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted: Based on the research results, the majority of respondents who carried out Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) were 22 respondents (62.9%). Based on the research results, the majority who gave exclusive breastfeeding were 26 respondents (74.3%). Based on the research results, there is a relationship between carrying out IMD and providing exclusive breastfeeding. The statistical test results obtained a chi square test value (p < 0.05) with a value of 0.000.

Pregnancy is a continuous chain and starts from ovulation, release of ovum, migration of spermatozoa and ovum, conception process, nidation (implantation) of the endometrium, formation of the placenta and growth and development of the products of conception for approximately 280 days (40 weeks) and no more of 300 days (43 weeks). The length of pregnancy from ovulation to parturition is approximately 280 days (40 weeks) (Rukiah & Yulianti, 2014). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on reducing lower back pain in second trimester pregnant women at the Sonomartani District Health Center. Kualuh Hulu District. North Labuhanbatu in 2022”. Experimental type of research. Experimental research is a research design used to look for causal relationships with the involvement of research in manipulating independent variables (Nursalam, 2019). The sample in this study were all second and third trimester pregnant women at the Sonomartani District Health Center. Kualuh Hulu District. North Labuhanbatu in 2022 there will be 35 people. . The data collected in the research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data analysis used is chi square. The results of the tabulation research show a relationship between the duration of using injectable contraceptives for 3 months and menstrual disorders in 3-month injectable contraceptive acceptors at the Melak District Health Center. West Kutai, East Kalimantan in 2023 with a p-value = 0.049. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a relationship between the length of use of 3-month injectable contraceptives and menstrual disorders in 3-month injectable contraceptive acceptors at the Melak District Health Center. West Kutai, East Kalimantan in 2023. Conclusion: Family planning acceptors can choose the right contraceptive method. Family planning acceptors can tell midwives or health workers about the various types of contraceptives before choosing the contraceptive method. Anxiety in pregnant women is felt since the first trimester, where anxiety is a result of adapting to physical changes in the body, the uterus starting to enlarge, and changes in the breasts as well as psychological changes. This anxiety continues in the next trimester until the third trimester so it is thought to cause less preparation for childbirth later. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between pregnant women's anxiety levels and readiness for childbirth at the Dolarayat Health Center, Karo Regency, North Sumatra Province. The type of research is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population is 62 husbands and a sample of 56 people determined based on criteria. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately. The results of the study showed that the anxiety level of third trimester pregnant women was more moderate (73.2%), and the anxiety level was mild (12%), while the anxiety level was severe (14.2%). More prepared for childbirth (76.8%) and less prepared (23.2%). There is a relationship between the level of anxiety of pregnant women and preparation for childbirth (p 0.004 <0.05). It is hoped that health workers can provide education and motivation to husbands, especially pregnant women, about how to deal with anxiety during pregnancy to avoid disorders during pregnancy and childbirth.

From 2018–2022, this research will look at the IDX30 index companies listed on the Indonesian stock market to investigate how company size, debt policy, and dividend policy relate to one another, with Return On Assets acting as a moderating variable. Using secondary data culled from annual reports, this study applies quantitative research methodologies. Using a purposive selection technique, fifteen IDX30 businesses were selected as part of the research. The data is examined using moderated regression analysis in particular. This research shows that dividend policy is affected by company size and debt policy. Large corporations may see few changes to their dividend policies as a result of a limited return on assets. Also, return on assets can't mitigate how debt policy impacts dividend policy.
