This study describes and examines the issue of the legal responsibility of online gambling promoters to people who lose due to influencers, considering the situation and conditions that are in need, of course, people will be tempted to obtain instant wealth. This study aims as an effort so that victims get proportionate attention in fulfilling their rights as victims to apply for restitution against online gambling influencers who advertise by providing false or untrue reviews. This research is a normative legal research that is perscriptive. Secondary data types include primary and secondary legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by literature study, then the analytical technique used is the deductive method. The results of this study show that victims can hold criminal and civil liability contained in Article 27 paragraph (2) jo. Article 45 paragraph (3) of Law number 1 of 2024 concerning online gambling, Law, Law 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, Article 1365 of the Civil Code concerning PMH, Article 1320 of the Civil Code concerning the legal terms of the agreement, and the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).    

This case study investigates the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry area. Through in-depth analysis of policies, practices, challenges, strategies and impacts of K3 implementation, this research aims to provide comprehensive insight into the company's efforts to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for its workers. The research results show that PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry has adopted various comprehensive K3 policies and practices, including routine K3 training, work environment monitoring, and safety campaigns. However, several challenges such as employee resistance and complex working conditions remain obstacles in implementing K3. To overcome these challenges, the company has implemented proactive strategies, including increasing K3 communication and awareness, regular evaluation of working environment conditions, and active involvement of employees in efforts to prevent work-related accidents and diseases. The impact of implementing effective K3 policies at PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry includes reducing the number of work accidents, increasing productivity, and improving the company's image. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of best practices in K3 management in the industrial sector, as well as becoming a reference for other companies in their efforts to create a safe and healthy work environment.

This research explains the procedure for implementing electronic mortgage registration and discusses legal protection for creditors in mortgage registration through SKMHT in the event of the principal's death. This normative legal research utilizes a prescriptive approach based on legislation, cases, and conceptual analysis Primary data sources include relevant laws and regulations related to mortgages, supplemented by interviews with Notaries and PPAT, as well as secondary legal materials such as books, legal research papers, and previous studies in the form of journals, theses, and dissertations related to the research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and literature studies Meanwhile, the analysis technique used by the author is qualitative model. The research results indicate that electronic registration of Mortgage Rights is carried out by interested parties through the website https://mitra.atr.bpn.go.id. However, in practice, there are still shortcomings in electronic Mortgage Rights registration, particularly when it is registered using SKMHT (Power of Attorney to Burden Mortgage Rights), and then the certificate owner passes away, the registration of Mortgage Rights cannot be continued. The solution to this problem is to add an optional refinement formulation in the Electronic Mortgage Rights System that allows for the replacement of the Identity Card Number (NIK) of the grantor with the NIK of the recipient if the Mortgage Rights are registered first with a SKMHT.

Ensuring the preservation of human rights and the coherence of law enforcement's tasks are predicated on the pre-trial provisions of the criminal procedure legislation. As part of its mission to ensure that the criminal justice system is fair, the pretrial facility has put safeguards in place to monitor the effectiveness with which police officers carry out their tasks. All eyes are on the judge's evaluation of the law's applicability in light of pre-trial judgment 4/Pid.Pra/2022/PN.Kla. Normative and empirical theories of law are both used in this study's methodology. Primary data collected from the field and secondary data collected from various relevant legal sources are both used in this study. The study team included a law school professor, a prosecutor from the South Lampung District Prosecutor's office, and a judge from the Kalianda District Court. The court considered the following factors in rendering pretrial decision 4/Pid.Pra/2022/PN.Kla, in accordance with the study's conclusions: Instead of using the seizure reports and records that initially connected the suspect to the South Lampung District Prosecutor's Office ( Respondent) as evidence, the judgment was based on legal, social, and philosophical factors. Beyond that, the applicant was not suspected of being the subject of an official audit by the State Financial Loss Calculation Audit (PKKN). In order to establish a monetary loss to the state, the investigator must explicitly recognize a critical component that forms the foundation or risk of the inquiry. All of the applicant's pretrial requests were therefore granted by the court. The officials tasked with carrying out the pretrial decision's enforcement have finished their task. This research aims to describe the process of Ro’a mu’u ceremony in Pogon village and also To Analyzing meaning of the Ro’a mu’u ceremony in Pogon village. The research used qualitative method and data collection techniques are, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research used data reduces, data display, and drawing conclusion. The result of this research showed that Ro'a Mu’u is a marriage ritual as a symbol of the second opportunity for the bride and groom.Ro'amu'u is performed at the bride's house, after the bride and groom carry out a church wedding. Ro'amu'u is carried out home from the church in accordance with the agreement of both parties, namely the male side (me pu) and the female side (inaama). In this process, the woman will plant a banana tree in front of the house and replace the traditional Sikka sarong, in general, ro’amu’u in Sikka district is one of the traditional ceremonies marriage that is prioritized in traditional wedding ceremonies, Meaning of ro'amu'u is that the bride and groom feel that marriage is a very sacred value with the aim of continuing offspring so that their marriage is symbolized by meaning and social values. specialy in Pogaon village must preserve the customs and culture of ro'a mu'u the younger generation because this ceremony is a sacred wedding ceremony with the aim of continuing the lineage so that the younger generation must learn and carry out this ceremony for generations.

The purpose of this study was to examine the significant effects across genders of the use of the Somatic Auditory Visual Intellectual (SAVI) on the writing of students in SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh District. The sample was two classes of 52 students, an experimental class XI IPS 2 taught using SAVI and a control class XI IPS 4 taught by a conventional model (Teacher Center). Each class consisted of two groups based on gender (male and female). The data were then analyzed using the ANOVA test. Before running the ANOVA test, we performed assumption tests, i.e., normality and homogeneity tests. Here are the results of this study:(1) SAVI is more effective than traditional models. (2) Female students have better writing skills than male students. (3) There is a correlation between teaching methods and students using SAVI in writing instruction. English teachers are therefore encouraged to use SAVI in writing classes. This method positively contributes to improving the student’s writing skills.

Indonesian language subjects consist of several subjects that require students to be able to write, one of which is writing expository texts. The student participants had problems in writing material, especially writing expository texts, which was proven by the average score which was still not optimal. The formulation of the problem raised in this research is how the window shopping type cooperative learning model influences the ability to write expository texts of class X students at Budisatrya Medan Private High School. This research aims to determine the effect of the window shopping type cooperative learning model on the ability to write expository texts of class X students at Budisatrya Medan Private High School. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental methods, a research method used to determine the effect of a treatment on the characteristics of the subjects studied. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation techniques, interview techniques and test techniques, with data sources consisting of 35 students. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that: The window shopping type cooperative learning model has an influence on the ability to write expository texts in class This can be seen and proven by the average post-test results for the control class being 69.857 with the average post-test results for the experimental class being 85.

In the 2013 curriculum there are various learning materials that can be implemented by students as a means of physical activity, one of which is shooting free throw, in this material students have difficulty in understanding and lack of skill in implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the explicit instruction model on shooting free throw learning outcomes. The type of research used is a pre-experiment with a one group pretest posttest design. The research sample was selected using cluster random sampling technique, consisting of 32 students of class VI-D SDN Rungkut Menanggal I/582 Surabaya. The research instrument used was a learning outcome test, which included a knowledge test in the form of 10 multiple choice questions, and a skill test in the form of 10x free throw shooting. Through the results of the Wilcoxon test and the results of the percentage increase, the knowledge showed a p-Value of 0.00 (sig <0.05) with an increase of 62.83%. Process-oriented skills show p-Value 0.00 (sig < 0.05) with an increase of 231%. Meanwhile, product-oriented skills showed a p-Value of 0.80 (sig ≥ 0.05). The results showed that the application of the explicit instruction model had an effect on the learning outcomes of free throw shooting in the aspects of knowledge and process-oriented skills, but had no effect on the aspects of product-oriented skills.

A method is a set of methods or methods used by teachers in learning so that students can achieve certain learning goals and skills. Many verses in the Al-Qur’an explain the use of methods in teaching. Some of them we find in Surah Ali Imran 159 and Al-Maidah 67. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review. The purpose of this research is to determine the method of learning or teaching the Al-Qur'an. Based on the discussion, the teaching methods of the Al-Qur’an are (1) Hiwar, which is an alternating conversation between two or more parties through questions and answers regarding a topic leading to a goal, and (2) Tabligh, which is a systematic, orderly and measurable method used by preachers in presenting tabligh material to their audience.

This research has the following objectives: 1) To find out about the concept of using PAI learning animation media as material about the beauty of togetherness in congregation in an effort to improve the spiritual quality of class VII students at Pelita Al-Qur'an Middle School; 2) To find out the implementation of learning material about the beauty of togetherness in congregation through the use of animation media as an effort to improve the spiritual quality of class VII students at Pelita Al-Qur'an Middle School, Wonosobo; 3) To determine the inhibiting and supporting factors in the use of PAI animation learning media in delivering beautiful material together with the congregation of class VII students at Pelita Al-Qur'an Middle School, Wonosobo.This research uses a qualitative field approach. The data sources used came from the principal of Pelita Al-Qur'an Middle School, PAI teachers and students. Data obtained using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, display and drawing conclusions.The results of this research show that: 1) The concept of using animated learning media refers to the character of students which is aimed at increasing their religious level, curiosity, respect for achievement, friendly or communicative, likes to read, independent, disciplined and responsible. 2) Implementation of learning with animation media in terms of material content using a forward flow, in terms of time allocation using animation media in collaboration with other media, in terms of types of animation media used, including material videos, practice videos, material song videos and story videos. exemplary story. 3) The supporting factors for implementing this media in general are that it is more interesting so that students' motivation, understanding of the material and spiritual level can easily increase, while the obstacles are the lack of infrastructure, power outages and noisy environmental conditions because they are close to the main road.

The research objective is to analyze the effect of business location selection. The type of research used in this research is a type of library research, namely research conducted using literature, both in the form of books, notes, and reports on previous research results using references, where the data sources are taken from google scholar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with domain data analysis, namely the researcher's efforts to obtain an overview of the data to answer the research focus. Business location on the trader's income variable includes a negative correlation and insignificant relationship. This shows that a strategically chosen location is unlikely to generate more income. Factors to consider in choosing a location, although there are several influential factors, are the proximity to the market (consumers). This location can be seen: 1) The business environment, namely regarding the proximity of the business location to other businesses / competitors, proximity to consumers, proximity to suppliers, and proximity to providers of production equipment / equipment. 2) Location costs, namely regarding building rental prices, whether or not there are renovation costs, interest rates, labor costs, and the amount of taxes. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn, namely that business location has a significant influence on business location.

Financial ratio analysis is the basis for assessing the performance of the cooperative in managing its financial resources in a given period. Analysis of financial performance KSPPS Al-Hikmah done with regards to the decline in the financial performance of the last few years, whereas KSPPS Al-Hikmah had won the award as the best cooperative of its performance as the city of Bogor.  The method used is quantitative method with a descriptive format. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of the KSPPS Al-Hikmah years 2012-2015 in terms of the level of profitability, liquidity and solvency. The results showed that the financial performance KSPPS Al-Hikmah years 2012-2015 seen from the aspect of profitability, liquidity and solvency are generally still below the standard regulation of Cooperatives and SMEs RI No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006. Although in terms of profitability is generally performed quite well, which is between the standard value. KSPPS Al-Hikmah should make corrections to assets in order to make greater contributions in generating SHU, and is expected to increase the capital by attracting more customers cooperatives.    

The purpose of this research aims to determine the influence of Audit Quality, Profit Management, and Corporate Governance Mechanisms on Going Concern Audit Opinions. This article reviews the factors that influence Going Concern Audit Opinions, namely Audit Quality, Earnings Management, and Corporate Governance Mechanisms, a study of tax accounting literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Audit Quality influences Going Concern Audit Opinion; 2) Earnings Management influences Going Concern Audit Opinion; and 3) Corporate Governance mechanisms influence the Going Concern Audit Opinion.

Learning media is one of the key components of education which plays an important role in the teaching and learning process. The use of learning media is an important part that requires special attention from teachers in learning activities. There is a need to create learning media that aims to create an orderly, conducive classroom atmosphere and enable effective learning. The aim of the research is to identify teachers' abilities in creating teaching media materials. It is hoped that if teachers have the ability to create teaching material media, the teaching and learning process can run according to plan. This research uses a qualitative method based on library research, the main data sources come from books, magazines and recent journal articles related to the theme of this research. The results of this research show that the majority of teachers have not been creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the fact that many teachers still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. It is hoped that the publication of this article will encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media.

We as prospective teachers should know about planning. To facilitate an effective education and learning system, careful planning is needed, including semester programs and annual programs that must be prepared in an educational institution to map out the time allocation for each competency that will be studied during one year and one semester so that time can be used efficiently. effective and efficient. With this need, we will take a sample so that we can all know what a semester program and an annual program are. An annual program is a plan for determining one year's time allocation to achieve the goals of the Competency Standards/Core Competencies and Basic Competencies that have been determined. The annual program contains a description of the time allocation for each competency standard/core competency and basic competency for each semester and each class for one school year. The components of the annual program include identification (education unit, subject, academic year) competency standards, basic competencies, time allocation and information. The aim of this research is to benefit from the annual program (Prota) for teachers and schools so as to facilitate learning activities carried out in schools. to make it easier for teachers to deliver the material that will be delivered according to the JP (Lesson Hours) that have been created.

In the learning process, of course it will be carried out well depending on how the teacher plans learning activities. The presence of learning media will have an important influence on the implementation of learning and this learning media will become an effective tool or dependent media and will be able to become teaching material that can be used by students, process  learning will not be able to take place well without the development of learning media, usually often facing several obstacles, one of which is that facilities and infrastructure are still lacking, for example there is no learning media that supports the continuity of the learning process, learning media includes a sense that is physically used in providing material content.  , which comes from frame images, graphs, cassettes, books, video recorders, tape recorders, pictures, video cameras, films, photos, television and computers. Media is a component of learning resources whose contents are instructional material in the student.

The study conducted at OMNI Cikarang Hospital in 2021 aimed to assess the impact of nursing services on patient satisfaction. Using a cross-sectional, analytical survey methodology, 73 respondents, comprising both inpatients and outpatients, were sampled through accidental sampling. Bivariate and univariate analysis were employed for data analysis.Results revealed that 61.6% of respondents were classified as satisfied, while 38.4% were unsatisfied. Patient satisfaction was significantly associated with tangibles, dependability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy, as indicated by the chi-square statistical test. Particularly, there was a substantial correlation (Spearman rho = 0.799) between patient satisfaction and the responsiveness of nursing services.The findings underscored the importance of maintaining and enhancing the standard of nursing care to ensure patient satisfaction. Specifically, the study emphasized the significance of tangibles, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in influencing patient satisfaction levels. Therefore, it is imperative for medical professionals, especially nurses, to focus on these aspects to meet patient expectations and enhance their overall experience with healthcare services.In conclusion, the study highlighted the crucial role of nursing services in shaping the perception of health service institutions like OMNI Cikarang Hospital. By prioritizing and improving various dimensions of nursing care, hospitals can strive to consistently meet patient needs and expectations, ultimately enhancing overall satisfaction levels.
