Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA) is a simple, inexpensive, and effective method for cervical cancer screening. However, the interest of women of reproductive age (WRA) in undergoing VIA tests remains low. It is believed that knowledge and attitude significantly influence their interest in undergoing VIA screening. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitude of women of reproductive age and their interest in undergoing VIA tests in the working area of Mensiku Public Health Center, Binjai Hulu District, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, in 2024. The study employed a cross-sectional design with a quantitative approach, with a sample of WRA selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using chi-square statistical tests. The results showed a significant relationship between knowledge level, attitude, and the interest in undergoing VIA tests. Women with good knowledge and positive attitudes had a higher interest in undergoing VIA screening compared to those with poor knowledge and negative attitudes. Therefore, improving knowledge and fostering positive attitudes toward VIA tests are essential to increase the interest of WRA in undergoing this screening, which could serve as an initial step in preventing cervical cancer.

The study was conducted for 3 months from February 2023 to May 2023 at PT MCS Internasional. The author uses a quantitative research method with calculation analysis in the form of simple linear regression analysis, t-test and coefficient of determination test. The data collection techniques used are by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The respondents who were the subjects of the study were the crew of the Humpus Transportasi Kimia (HTK) tanker totaling 50 respondents. The collected data was processed using the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. The results of this study are: 1) Crew change plan is a process to determine the replacement/transfer of ship crews who have passed the work contract time limit. 2) The ship's crew at PT MCS Internasional experienced a mismatch in the work contract time because the contract time exceeded the Sea Work Agreement (PKL). 3) Based on a simple linear regression test, there is an influence of variable (X) on variable (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the regression equation Y = 5.518 + 1.138 (X) is obtained, based on the t test, the results of t count = 8.117> t table = 2.0484 and a determination coefficient of 57% is obtained. This study aims to explore and evaluate the impact of the work environment and compensation on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Tiumang, with motivation considered as an intervening variable. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The research sample consisted of all teachers working at SMAN 1 Tiumang. The findings indicate that the work environment has a significant positive effect on teacher motivation. Similarly, compensation also plays a crucial role in enhancing motivation, demonstrating a significant and positive influence. However, while the work environment has a positive yet relatively small effect on teacher performance, compensation contributes positively and significantly to improving teacher performance. Motivation is also found to have a significant positive impact on teacher performance. Nevertheless, the study reveals that motivation does not mediate the relationship between the work environment and teacher performance, nor does it mediate the link between compensation and teacher performance.
