Cholesterol is a lipid compound produced by the body and obtained from food, functioning to build cell membranes, produce certain hormones, and support metabolic processes in the body. Excessive cholesterol levels can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. This Community Service initiative aims to enhance the understanding and awareness of staff and employees at St. Yoseph High School, Cakung, regarding the risks of high cholesterol and preventive measures through routine screenings and health education. The program follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach, encompassing planning for education and screenings, conducting information sessions and cholesterol measurements, evaluating program effectiveness, and implementing follow-up actions for continuous improvement. Education on a healthy lifestyle, which includes a balanced diet, physical activity, and avoidance of alcohol and smoking, plays a vital role in maintaining normal cholesterol levels. Routine screenings are also essential for the early detection of high cholesterol risks. This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and work environment on reducing medication error through the use of technology as an intervening variable in the Inpatient Pharmacy Depot of RSUD Kota Bogor. Medication error refers to errors in the medication process that can endanger patients, and this research examines how workload, work environment, and technology influence such errors. The research method employed is quantitative, using a survey approach with questionnaires distributed to 30 pharmaceutical staff at the Inpatient Pharmacy Depot of RSUD Kota Bogor. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that workload has a significant effect on medication error. The higher the workload, the greater the risk of medication errors. However, workload does not have a significant impact on the use of technology. On the other hand, the work environment does not significantly affect medication error, but it does have a significant influence on the use of technology. Technology, in turn, does not significantly reduce medication error and does not mediate the relationship between workload or work environment and medication error.Based on these findings, it is recommended that the management of RSUD Kota Bogor improves workload management and optimizes the use of technology by providing better training to pharmaceutical staff. Additionally, efforts should be made to enhance the work environment to better support the implementation of technology in reducing medication errors and improving patient safety.

The training and mentoring activities for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for teachers were chosen with the aim of enhancing or improving teachers’ understanding and ability to implement AI technology in the educational environment. Initial interviews revealed a lack of knowledge and skills among teachers in utilizing AI tools, which affects the quality and effectiveness of learning. The methods applied in this community service include counseling and training, preceded by surveys and interviews. Teachers were given intensive training that included an overview of AI and how to apply AI tools in the teaching and learning process. Additionally, there was an implementation phase that required teachers to design and implement simple AI-based learning applications as supporting media. The AI tools used included Gamma, IlovePDF, chatPDF, and ChatGPT. The results showed significant improvements in teachers’ understanding and skills in using AI tools. Teachers were able to create AI-based learning applications aimed at enhancing interaction between teachers and students. Furthermore, teachers could reduce administrative workload and optimize resources. Thus, the use of AI can have a positive effect on the quality of learning. The implementation of AI also facilitates teachers’ work in managing administration, such as handling attendance, assessments, and lesson planning.

Urban farming in Pakintelan Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang, was initiated to overcome food security challenges and improve local economic welfare through the use of limited land in urban areas. The main problem faced is the low level of community participation in agricultural activities and a lack of understanding of sustainable agricultural practices. This program involves UNPAND KKN students in providing training in farming techniques, organic pest management, and the use of compost fertilizer. The methods applied include direct training and mentoring by extension workers, routine monitoring and evaluation, and outreach through local communities. Apart from that, the program also encourages the processing of harvests into value-added products and the formation of small farmer groups to strengthen community involvement. As a result, this program has succeeded in increasing community participation, maintaining environmental sustainability, and contributing to the economy with the potential to use harvests for consumption or sale. It is hoped that the replication of the program in other areas will expand its impact, making urban farming a sustainable and inclusive model of urban agriculture.

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, incentives, and work discipline on employee performance in the Finance Department of Bandung Adventist Hospital. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between independent variables (motivation, incentives, and work discipline) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The analysis results indicate that motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.326 and a significance level of 0.009, supporting the hypothesis that motivation plays an important role in enhancing employee productivity and commitment. Conversely, the incentive and work discipline variables show a negative and non-significant effect on performance, with coefficients of -0.162 and -0.208, respectively. This suggests that the current incentive and work discipline practices are not fully effective or do not meet employee expectations. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance, with the F-test showing a significance level of 0.009. This study recommends that management prioritize motivation improvement through training programs, rewards, and the development of a supportive work environment. Additionally, it is essential to evaluate the incentive system and adopt a more flexible disciplinary approach to align with employee needs and expectations.
