Putra Muba Coal is one of the subsidiaries under the MNC Group, operating in the coal mining sector with an IUP (Mining Business Permit) area covering 2,947 hectares. During its mining operations at the Pandu Pit, PT. Putra Muba Coal experienced a landslide incident on the highwall side. Therefore, a back-analysis using the deterministic method was conducted to determine the material property values that led to the slope failure in the mining area. The slope material consists of claystone and siltstone layers, each with a cohesion value of 192.3 kN/m² and 157.0 kN/m², and internal friction angles of 25.3° and 24.4°, respectively. Based on the back-analysis results, it was found that there was a decrease in material property values, with cohesion reduced by 91% and the internal friction angle reduced by 29%. This reduction in material properties suggests that the decrease in cohesion was the primary factor causing the highwall slope failure, as indicated by the back-analysis of slope stability which resulted in a safety factor of (SF = 1.008).

Students' understanding of the concept of motion of objects on inclined planes still shows obstacles, especially when applied in real practice. This study aims to see the extent to which students understand the concept through simple experiments and questionnaires. The main focus of the study was on the results of the practicum, where the block slid faster on a smooth plane (an average of 1.25 seconds) than on a rough plane (an average of 1.61 seconds). This time difference reflects the effect of friction on the motion of objects, but some students were unable to explain the difference correctly. This indicates that there are still misconceptions in understanding the concepts of force and motion. Meanwhile, the results of the questionnaire only reinforced that most students felt the need for direct practice to understand this material. Thus, a practice-based learning approach is very important to strengthen students' conceptual understanding in Basic Physics courses.

The Industrial Design Rights of the Koper Generator have been revoked based on the Decision of the Central Jakarta Commercial Court No. 78/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Desain Industri/2023/PN.Niaga,Jkt.Pst. However, even though the registration of the Koper Generator Industrial Design has been revoked, the rights holder continues to exercise his economic rights, thereby causing real losses to the Plaintiff. Therefore, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for infringement of industrial design rights and a claim for compensation. The decision on the lawsuit basically rejected the Plaintiff's lawsuit, on the grounds that the Plaintiff did not have legal standing to file a lawsuit for infringement of industrial design rights and a claim for compensation.Based on the results of the study, it was found that legal protection for related parties or parties interested in industrial design rights is only related to filing a lawsuit for cancellation of industrial design rights, but cannot reach legal protection to file a lawsuit for infringement of industrial design rights and a claim for compensation; Legal considerations of the Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court in case No. 76/Pdt.Sus-Hki/Desain Industri/2023/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, is not appropriate, because it does not consider the fact of bad faith from the Defendants who continue to exercise their industrial design rights, even though their industrial design rights (Genset Koper) have been revoked by a court decision. The fact of direct losses suffered by the Plaintiff is not taken into consideration. This can make the judge's decision based on formalistic or procedural justice.

Domestic helpers (DWs) play a vital role in sustaining household life in urban areas, yet their legal position in the Indonesian labour system remains marginal and vulnerable, without adequate legal protection. This research aims to analyse juridically normatively the legal position of domestic workers within the framework of national labour law and identify regulatory gaps and structural barriers that hinder the protection of their basic rights. Using a literature study method and a normative juridical approach, this research examines legislation, legal doctrine, and recent scientific literature. The analysis shows that Law No. 13 Year 2003 does not recognise domestic workers as formal workers, and Permenaker No. 2 Year 2015 is non-binding, creating a legal vacuum that results in vulnerability to exploitation, discrimination, and human rights violations. The absence of special regulations such as the PPRT Bill and the non-ratification of ILO Convention No. 189 exacerbate structural injustice against domestic workers. This research concludes that the legal protection of domestic workers is very weak normatively and practically, so regulative reform is needed through the enactment of special laws and harmonisation of national laws with international human rights standards in order to create a fair, inclusive and social justice-based employment system.

Risk control mechanisms in murabahah and mudharabah financing are implemented to anticipate potential risks arising from the customer's position. The objective is to uphold sharia principles while ensuring that the mitigation efforts by Sharia Rural Financing Banks (BPRS) provide advantages for both the bank and the wider community, particularly the customers. This qualitative case study investigates BPRS Madina in Yogyakarta. The findings reveal that BPRS Madina adopts several approaches to mitigate risks in murabahah and mudharabah financing. First, it verifies the completeness of financing documents using available data sources. Second, it checks for any history of problematic financing by the customer. Third, when necessary, the bank conducts restructuring to minimize risk. Additionally, BPRS Madina carries out risk control measures based on DSN MUI Fatwa No. 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 on Murabahah Financing and No. 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 on Mudharabah. While Islamic financial institutions do not inherently require guarantees in financing, they are permitted to request collateral to prevent losses. This collateral is not intended to ensure full compliance with the contract terms but rather to safeguard the return of the capital provided. Lastly, the risk management strategies employed by BPRS Madina for murabahah and mudharabah financing are deemed effective, as less than 1% of customers currently encounter issues, and operational risks remain well-managed.

This research aims to analyze the impact of family socio-economic conditions on the interest in learning of preschool children (ages 3-6) at KB Darussalam Sidoarjo. Interest in learning at an early age is an important foundation for children's cognitive and socio-emotional development in the future. However, this interest does not exist in isolation but is greatly influenced by the child's immediate environment, namely the family and its socio-economic conditions. Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs theory is used as a conceptual framework to understand how the fulfillment of children's basic needs, which is often related to socio-economic conditions, affects their motivation and interest in learning. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, focusing on KB Darussalam Sidoarjo. Data is collected through in-depth interviews with parents/guardians and teachers, as well as participatory observation of children in the learning environment. The research results show that the socio-economic conditions of families have a significant and multifaceted impact on the learning interest of preschool children. Economic limitations can hinder the fulfillment of children's physiological needs and their sense of safety, which directly reduces their energy and focus on learning. In addition, socio-economic conditions affect the quality of parent-child interactions and the availability of learning stimulation at home, which are crucial to fostering a sense of love, belonging, and appreciation in children. An environment that inadequately supports basic needs tends to result in lower levels of interest in learning.

Cervical cancer is a significant public health problem globally, including in Indonesia. This disease ranks fourth as the most common cancer in women in the world, with an estimated 604,000 new cases and 342,000 deaths in 2020. Analyzing the current condition of cervical cancer in Indonesia including prevalence, risk factors, impacts, prevention efforts, and treatment based on data to provide a comprehensive picture of the situation of cervical cancer in Indonesia. Cervical cancer is defined as a malignant tumor in the cervix that attacks the epithelial layer and has the potential to spread. Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection is the main cause of cervical cancer. In addition, several supporting risk factors include risky sexual behavior, long-term use of oral contraceptives, smoking habits, nutritional deficiencies (especially vitamins C, E, and folic acid), and poor personal hygiene. The Indonesian government has attempted to identify the disease early through the Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) method used for early detection of cervical cancer in women aged 30 to 50 years. However, community participation in this program still needs to be improved sustainably. Treatment for cervical cancer can include surgery (eg cryosurgery, LEEP, hysterectomy), radiation, and chemotherapy. Cervical cancer remains a major health challenge in Indonesia. Improved education programs, participation in early detection of IVA, and strengthening of the health system as a whole are needed to effectively reduce morbidity and mortality caused by this disease.

Adolescence is a critical phase in individual development, especially for adolescent girls who begin to experience menstruation as a sign of reproductive maturity. However, not all adolescents experience menstruation normally; some experience disorders such as menstrual pain, irregular cycles, and prolonged bleeding. This study aims to explore in depth the subjective experiences of adolescent girls with menstrual disorders at SMP Negeri 2 Bunta, Banggai Regency, focusing on the nature of the disorders experienced, their interpretation of these experiences, coping strategies, and the social support received. This study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The primary informants were female adolescents in grades VII–IX who had experienced menstrual disorders in the past six months, selected purposively until data saturation was achieved. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that menstrual disorders are viewed as normal by most informants, despite causing physical discomfort and psychological anxiety. Adolescents' responses to these disorders vary, ranging from the use of warm compresses and medication to no intervention at all. The primary sources of information are mothers and social media, while the roles of teachers and schools remain limited. Social support is most commonly provided by family, although some adolescents also feel supported by peers and teachers. This study emphasizes the importance of systematic reproductive health education, school involvement in supporting adolescents, and the creation of safe and stigma-free discussion spaces regarding menstruation-related issues.
