This study aims to explain the strength of social capital owned by Nurdin in political contestation in 2016. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative study to explore the strength of social capital in the transformation of village head leadership. Meanwhile, the approach used is the phenomenological approach The results of this study indicate that the previous leadership style that the author limits only captures the leadership style for the period 2002-2009. During the 2002-2004 period, when Karaeng Oddang was in charge, in his leadership he tried to be more democratic, but the domination of his father (Karaeng Manna) was still strong at that time. Likewise with Aji Awaluddin 's karaeng leadership style, he was a typical leader who was considered by the community to be very good and realized democratic values during his tenure as head of Kindang village for the 2004-2009 period. In 2009-2016, this was where leadership transformation took place. Photographing Nurdin's leadership style for the period of 2009 cannot be separated from appreciation and praise. However, this criticism did not have an impact on the 2016 village head election. Nurdin won the pilkades again.  Nurdin's strength of social capital in the election has won him victory. The rise of primordial sentiment among ordinary people (tumaradeka) as Nurdin's strength, and on the other hand the rise of negative stereotypes against karaeng that spread to the issue of group identity and the strong strength of social networking capital, bonding, bridging and linking greatly colored the 2016 pilakdes. Social capital security control is a selling point for Nurdin so that he can get support from the community compared to other candidates who are deemed unfit and unable to anticipate security in Kindang village.

This article aims to theoretically examine the relationship between unhealthy personality, cognitive distortion, and the application of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in counseling practice. This study uses a literature study method with a conceptual approach, namely analyzing relevant literature without collecting field data. The results of the study indicate that unhealthy personality is often influenced by cognitive distortions that cause individuals to view themselves and their environment negatively and irrationally. CBT is an effective counseling approach to help individuals recognize and reconstruct negative thought patterns to be more realistic and adaptive. In conclusion, CBT can be used as a psychological intervention strategy in dealing with unhealthy personality problems, especially in students who experience academic pressure and impostor syndrome.

Advances in information technology have had a major impact on the education sector, including at the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) level. To improve the quality of education services, PAUD institutions are required to implement a more sophisticated, accurate, and efficient management system through the use of an integrated information system. This study raises various obstacles faced by PAUD KB Tsamrotul Hikmah, especially in terms of recording teacher attendance, submitting leave, and managing finances that still use manual methods. This conventional system has been shown to reduce work effectiveness, increase the possibility of errors, and weaken the transparency and accountability aspects of the institution. To overcome these problems, an information system was developed to support automated administration processes and more systematic data management. The findings of this study indicate that digitalization of administration can improve work efficiency and data accuracy, as well as build public trust in the institution. Therefore, the implementation of an integrated information system is considered a strategic step in creating more professional, open, and sustainable PAUD management.

The objective of this research is to assess the use of discovery learning techniques in enhancing students' engagement and critical thinking abilities in Pancasila and Citizenship Education courses. Discovery learning is a teaching method that encourages students to learn on their own by observing, exploring, and verifying what they learn. The study's findings suggest that the implementation of discovery learning may enhance students' engagement in debates, facilitate inquiry, and encourage the expression of viewpoints. Also, students' critical thinking abilities became better because they could examine material, come to conclusions, and solve issues in a logical way. However, there were several problems with its use, such as not having enough time, students being at different levels of preparation, and problems with managing the classroom. With careful preparation, good time management, and a lot of help for students, these problems may be solved. The discovery learning technique has been shown to be beneficial in enhancing the quality of learning. It is also particularly useful for helping students become active, critical thinkers who can solve issues on their own.

This community service activity aims to increase the motivation, confidence, and love of male students for traditional Acehnese art, particularly the Likok Pulo dance. This dance is characterized by its energetic and rhythmic nature, making it suitable as a dance teaching material for male students who have previously shown little interest in participating in dance activities. The methods used include demonstrations and peer tutoring, covering training in various dance movements, mastering the lyrics, and accompanying music with the rapa’i instrument. The training was conducted over three days from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The dancers involved were specifically male students who had previously shown little interest in dance practice. The results of the activity showed that male students were highly enthusiastic, as evidenced by their ability to master movement variations, sing lyrics, and play musical accompaniment in a short period of time, despite having never participated in dance extracurricular activities before. This activity demonstrated that selecting appropriate dance material can change students' negative perceptions of dance and serve as a medium for preserving local culture through formal education.

Worm disease is included in the neglected diseases group, which is a chronic infection that often does not show clear symptoms and the impact is only felt in the long term. Worms included in the Soil Transmitted Helminths (STH) group can spread through the soil and include Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, hookworms (Necator americanus and Ancylostoma duodenale), and Strongyloides stercoralis. This worm infection can cause malnutrition, impaired child growth, decreased cognitive abilities, iron deficiency anemia, and reduced learning performance. One indicator of worm infection is an increase in eosinophil levels, which are part of the body's immune system. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Ascaris lumbricoides infection and the number of eosinophils in stunted children in Noelbaki Village, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This study used an analytical observational design with a case-control study approach, involving stunted children as subjects. The results showed the prevalence of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs of 51.3%, and an increase in abnormal eosinophils of 87.5% in cases of infection. Statistical tests revealed a significant relationship between A. lumbricoides infection and eosinophil count (p = 0.000). However, this study did not consider the possibility of allergy as a factor in increasing eosinophils.

This research examines the challenges of professionalism of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) through literature review. BK services have an important role in supporting students' academic and psychosocial development, but face obstacles such as the limited number of professional BK teachers and educational backgrounds that are not in accordance with the BK field. The non-ideal ratio of teachers to students and high workload also hamper the effectiveness of services. In addition, the management of services that are not yet based on student needs and the lack of continuous training are significant challenges. This study used a literature review method with descriptive analysis to identify these factors. The results suggest improving the quality of human resources through professional training, strengthening service management, and policy support from madrasahs and the government. The professionalism of counseling teachers has a direct impact on the quality of services that affect students' academic achievement and psychosocial well-being. The main recommendation is to increase the recruitment of qualified counseling teachers and continuous competency development to support effective and relevant counseling services in MAN.

This literature study examines the construction of cultural identity through socio-economic practices in plantation ecosystems among the Acehnese, Malay, and Chinese communities in Indonesia. Using a systematic literature review of 42 selected sources (1990-2023), the research reveals that plantations function as sites of identity negotiation—dynamic arenas of cultural adaptation and resistance. In Aceh, the integration of Islamic values (zakat [alms] from plantations, meunasah education) and local wisdom (peusijuek rituals) mediates post-conflict reconciliation and identity transformation from "combatants" to "farmers" (Muchlis et al., 2023; Aulia et al., 2024). For the Malay community, the customary-territorial concept of bela kampung (communal defense) underpins resistance to authority fragmentation through gotong royong (mutual cooperation) and communal land allocation (Yunanda et al., 2024; Nasution et al., 2024). Meanwhile, the Chinese community develops invisibility strategies (e.g., land acquisition via family foundations, citizenship aliases) to convert legal marginalization into clan-based social capital (Irawan, 2016; Thung, 2018). Key findings highlight divergent identity sources: religiosity (Aceh), customary-territoriality (Malay), and clan social capital (Chinese). The study recommends integrating local wisdom into inclusive plantation policies and employing ethnographic approaches to examine identity intersectionality complexity.

Female-headed households (PEKKA) in rural areas represent a vulnerable group that often faces structural barriers in accessing their social and economic rights, particularly in relation to Cash Transfer Assistance (BLT) policies. The urgency of this study stems from the persistent gap between policy implementation and the specific needs of PEKKA. This research aims to examine the forms of legal protection and economic access available to PEKKA in several villages in Central Java through the BLT scheme. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings reveal that administrative obstacles, social stigma, and the lack of gender-sensitive approaches are key factors hindering the fulfillment of PEKKA’s rights. Although formal policies exist, their implementation at the local level remains unresponsive and fails to address structural inequalities. This study contributes to the development of socially just and gender-equitable policy frameworks at the village level. It concludes that reformulating inclusive and advocacy-based social policies for PEKKA is essential, alongside further research exploring transformative legal approaches and sustainable economic empowerment.
