Logic is an important foundation in human thinking and reasoning. In this review, we will examine the role of logic in the context of human thought, both in everyday life and in scientific disciplines. We begin by discussing the introduction of the concept of logic and the history of the development of logic in identifying its fundamental role in facilitating rational and systematic thought processes.Then we will analyze how logic influences various aspects of human life, from individual decision making to the development of science and technology. We also explore how the use of logic can improve human reasoning, reduce bias, and increase the clarity and precision of arguments. In addition, we discuss the challenges associated with applying logic in complex social and cultural contexts. We investigate how factors such as emotions, beliefs, and cultural background influence humans' ability to use logic effectively.Finally, we conclude by underlining the importance of understanding the role of logic in human thinking and reasoning to develop better critical thinking skills and promote the effective use of logic in various aspects of human life.

The role of a notary as a party who has the authority to legalize a marriage agreement in the form of a written agreement, with the intention of converting the marriage agreement into a notarial deed if the parties wish. Recording a prenuptial agreement on a marriage certificate is considered very important because a married couple during the marriage period must have carried out a legal action, if no recording is made, the marriage agreement is only binding for the parties who make it. The method used is a normative legal approach or statutory approach. This paper concludes that: 1) Notaries have an important role in making a marriage agreement deed by writing down the wishes of the husband and wife by applying Article 1338 of the Civil Code concerning freedom of contract and Article 1320 of the Civil Code concerning the valid requirements of the agreement. 2) When viewed from the community's point of view, there are many factors that cause notaries to notarize marriage agreements, such as unclear legal rules such as what and how the law is. It is also difficult for the community to make an agreement between the notary or the dukcapil office and the lack of public interest in making a prenuptial agreement.

The challenges of millennials cover various aspects such as economy, employment, property ownership and leadership. According to Glints, the first challenge millennials face is economic, caused by the impact of previous economic crises and capital losses. In the world of work, millennials are often associated with stigmatization in the workplace and cross-generational differences in working styles, which can be challenging. Property ownership is also a challenge due to the high consumption of millennials. Managers need to be able to adapt to change and not feel stressed as millennials are more likely to seek real work and get bored quickly in the workplace. Millennials also value their own experiences and strengths, so they need to focus on that. This research uses a qualitative approach. This article uses library inquiry techniques, or library investigation, to copy data and understand theories found in relevant literature. The data used for this purpose is undoubtedly a precedent study of related arguments, such as libraries, journals, and scientific articles. Christian Religious Education (CHE) plays a crucial role in holistic education. Through PAK, millennials are guided to cultivate Christian values such as love, peace, honesty and justice. It also plays a role in shaping a moral and virtuous character based on the example of Jesus Christ. In addition, PAK equips millennials with a strong moral and ethical foundation, helps them make responsible and moral decisions, and guides them to live their lives in accordance with Christian values. In today's digital era, Christian Religious Education (CHE) needs to adapt to the technology used in students' lives. This is important to ensure that learning is not boring and can engage students. In addition, Christian Religious Education should also shape students' self-image according to the values of biblical truth. In this way, students can develop a strong character based on Christian faith. PAK in its ministry should encourage every believer, from children to adults, so that they can use and optimize their intelligence/knowledge for the common good Christian Religious Education (CHE) in the modern era faces the challenge of educating the millennial generation which has unique characteristics. This generation is accustomed to technology and has high self-confidence. Therefore, PAK needs to adapt to the technology used in students' lives to ensure that learning is not boring and engaging. In addition, PAK should focus on building students' self-awareness according to the values of Biblical truth and Christian Religious education teaching. This is important to help students develop a strong character based on the Christian faith. In this way, PAK can have a positive impact on the millennial generation and help them become people of faith and morals in an increasingly modern world.    

Women as perpetrators of circular mobility (circular migrants) in the city of Semarang are generally involved in independent businesses in the informal sector. Working independently in the informal sector provides economic freedom and power in decision making. The informal sector does not require a lot of skills or working capital, and is suitable for domestic activities. The motivation for circular migrant women to leave their area of origin is because the unfavorable socio-economic conditions in the village encourage village women to engage in independent business in the trade sector, as well as because it is difficult to get work in the village. A shift in family roles occurs in the families of circular migrant women, when women as mothers have to leave the house to earn a living, then childcare patterns are entrusted to parents in the village, even though the existence of circular migrant women remains the hope of all family members, there is a role that is lost in both themselves and family.

Economic growth underscores the important role of the state in enhancing human resource development. An important part of production factors is human resources, especially in terms of quality. Labor productivity is increased through improving the quality of human capital through education and health. This study is to examine the effect of human capital and the level of labor force participation on Indonesia's economic growth. This study uses the panel data method from 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period. The results of statistical tests show that the education variable has a positive effect on the dependent variable of economic growth, while the health variable and the labor force participation rate variable have no effect on economic growth

This research aims to analyze the increase in HIV/AIDS cases in Medan City with a focus on influencing factors and implications for prevention and education. The research method used is library study, by collecting and analyzing data from literature, documents and related reports from various sources, including scientific journals, books and official reports from health and government organizations. The results of the analysis show that factors such as risky behavior, low levels of public awareness, lack of access to health services, and social stigma have a significant role in increasing HIV/AIDS cases. The implication of these findings is the need to increase efforts in prevention and education, with a focus on increasing awareness, reducing stigma, increasing accessibility of health services, and strengthening collaboration between various stakeholders in addressing this problem. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the dynamics of HIV/AIDS epidemiology in Medan City and provides a basis for developing more effective intervention strategies.    

Computational Thinking is a way of thinking that refers to the ability to solve problems using concepts used in computing. Computational thinking is a way of thinking in solving problems that students must develop in the digital era. This research aims to examine the importance of computational thinking in improving students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The type of research used is qualitative research using a literature study approach in the form of books, notes, journals, reports of relevant research results, as well as the results of observations. The results of the analysis show that it is very important for students to have computational thinking in order to improve their mathematical problem solving abilities. Computational thinking involves solving problems using a logical and systematic mindset that involves selecting and using algorithms, data representation, problem decomposition, abstraction, pattern recognition and hypothesis testing. Computational thinking has become an important and essential skill for humans in the 21st century. Educators must advocate the importance of integrating learning with computational thinking concepts into the educational curriculum. Computational thinking has an important role in learning. This can be useful for improving mathematical problem solving abilities. Apart from that, computational thinking can also develop critical, creative and analytical thinking skills in solving complex problems, both in the context of computing and everyday life.

Financial ratio analysis highlights a company's financial health, focusing on liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability. The aim of this research is to understand and assess the company's financial health and measure overall financial performance. From this research, it can be seen that ratio analysis shows liquidity fluctuations, a significant decrease in profitability, and a lack of efficient use of assets. Although the company's solvency remains maintained, the main challenge lies in operational efficiency and profit growth in proportion to the increase in assets. In conclusion, a more effective strategy is needed in debt management, increasing operational efficiency, and optimizing asset use to improve overall company performance

A cooperative is a joint business entity operating in the economic sector, whose members are generally those from a weak economy who join voluntarily and on the basis of equal rights, are obliged to carry out a business aimed at meeting the needs of its members. The problem in this thesis is to find out the development of cooperative regulations in Indonesia based on Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives, the Roles and Responsibilities of Cooperative Management and Members in the Distribution of Remaining Business Results in Thrifty Village Unit Cooperatives. The formulation of the problem that will be discussed in this thesis is: 1) What are the responsibilities of cooperative management both outside and inside the cooperative based on Law No. 25 of 1992? 2) What is the position of members in the cooperative accountability system? 3) What is the legal review of the implementation of loan agreements at the Thrifty Village Unit Cooperative? The type of research in preparing legal writing is normative legal research or library legal research. The purpose of normative legal research is research carried out by examining library materials or secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. These materials are then arranged systematically, studied and then conclusions are drawn regarding their relationship to the problems studied. Based on Article 34 of Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives, the responsibility of cooperative administrators as cooperative managers for cooperative losses is responsible both jointly and individually bear the losses suffered by the cooperative if the losses suffered by the cooperative are caused by intention or negligence by the cooperative management. This is closely related to the obligations imposed on cooperative management which must be based on good faith. In this case, the management of the economical village unit cooperative did not provide accountability as regulated in the Law. The KKN 35 UNS group carried out activities aimed at addressing environmental health issues faced by the community of Kemudo Village, including household waste management and dengue fever. Efforts made by the students involved training in composting and socialization on dengue fever prevention using lavitraps. Training and socialization targeted PKK with the aim of strengthening the role of PKK in addressing environmental health issues in their village. Training involved practicing the compost making process and distributing compost making equipment. Meanwhile, socialization included delivering materials related to dengue fever, explaining lavitraps, and distributing lavitraps made by the students. The training activities received a positive response, as demonstrated by the active participation of PKK during compost making practice. The socialization activities also received positive responses as lavitraps were deemed innovative and quite effective in reducing mosquito breeding in homes.

The research method used in this research is the literature study method (Bibliography). By turning books, journals and websites regarding Islamic Religious Education and educational technology for PAI learning into secondary data. and the events that the author encountered in the field became the primary data. There are many forms of technology that can be used in the Islamic Religious Education learning process, such as multi-media, internet, Microsoft Office Power Point and various other technologies. From this research it can be concluded that technology plays a very important role in Islamic Religious Education, including one of its roles: explaining concepts that are difficult to understand, showing objects that are too big or too small and so on.

This research is entitled Optimizing the Role of Tourism Villages in Community  Economic Development (Study in Sungai Kakap Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict,  Kubu Raya Regency) with the aim of knowing how the role of Sungai Kakap Tourism  Village in the economic development of the local community and raised three problems,  first what factors influence in optimizing the development of Sungai Kakap Tourism Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict. second, how is the strategy to optimize the  development of Sungai Kakap Tourism Village, Sungai Kakap Subdistrict optimally and  third, how is the impact of the village in improving the economy for the local community.  This type of research is a qualitative approach, the method used is the method of juridical  sociological approach, the population in this study are business actors around the tourist  village of Sungai Kakap sub-district. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the  tourist village in Sungai Kakap sub-district has received less attention from the government so that it has not been so optimal in improving the economy of the local  community. The strategy to optimize the development of Sungai Kakap Tourism Village  is the involvement of the local government to promote the tourism village, so that it will  have a good impact on the local community in improving the economy.

The purpose of the study was to analyze how the role of Civil Service Cooperatives Medan city government in improving the welfare of its members. This research is in the form of descriptive qualitative research. Researchers conducted observations, notes, and interviews during the data collection process. From the results of the study shows that the cooperative civil servants (KPN) Medan City Government has a very large role in the welfare of its members. The benefits include the provision of ease of Business Financing assistance services, educational scholarships for family members and the provision of training/workshops to improve the ability of human resources (HR). And also advised to cooperatives should cooperatives always improve and maintain the efforts that have been made in improving the welfare of members who are members and always make improvements to the efforts that the target has not been achieved. cooperatives always remain guided by the principles, foundations, principles, and goals of cooperatives in improving the welfare of cooperative members.    

The main problem in this research is what factors influence customer decisions in choosing BRI Bank Britama Savings Products in Fatukoa Village. Where data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. determining informants using Purposive Sampling, totaling 6 people. The time and place of the research was carried out in the 2023-2024 academic year, on a number of customers who live in Fatukoa Village, Kupang City. The results of this research explain that the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing Britama Bank BRI savings products are influenced by cultural factors because cultural influences play a key role in customer decisions. The socialization process from the experience of being a customer for eight years, the use of banking products since the beginning of college, and the management of business transactions are the main factors in choosing Britama Savings. Social Factors due to the existence of reference groups, both from friends and family, have a big impact. Suggestions from friends about the benefits of interest rates and easy access to BRI Bank's online services, as well as recommendations from wives who are BRI Bank customers, are taken into consideration in the decision to save on Britama Products. Personal Factors due to Age, life cycle stage, work and economic environment are factors personal influences on product choices. The decision to save in BRI Bank Britama Products is based on long-term goals, investment, financial discipline, and economic considerations as well as income that can be invested, and Psychological Factors because the motivation for opening a Britama Savings account is related to biogenic and psychogenic needs, such as increasing pension funds, long-term investment, increasing financial discipline, and building savings habits. Trust and positive attitudes towards Britama products, supported by the reputation and security of BRI Bank, also play a key role in decision making. Apart from that, information from reference groups, socialization experiences, economic considerations, and trust in banking institutions are key factors that shape customer decision behavior.

The role of social media for students, namely to improve the quality of student education, has become an important focus in the development of the contemporary education system. The presence of social media has brought significant changes in the way students and educators interact, collaborate and learn. This paper investigates the impact of social media in education, considering its positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, social media provides easy access to information, enables collaboration and project-based learning, and facilitates the development of digital and professional skills. Students are recorded as having used social media before entering college. They at least have more than one social media account. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in improving the quality of student education by analyzing how the impact of social media such as social structure, culture and interactions between individuals influence the learning process. This research aims to determine the position and role of music aggregators in the digital music industry and the legal liabilities of music aggregators towards the copyright of music creators. This is a normative legal research of a prescriptive nature with a statutory approach. The legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials, through literature study, and the technical analysis of legal materials using syllogism with a deductive thinking pattern. Based on the research results and discussions, it can be seen that music aggregators have a position as partial copyright holders of music that has been entrusted to them and play a role as distributors and managers of music royalties that have been entrusted to them. Meanwhile, the legal liabilities of music aggregators as stipulated in the Copyright Law are the recording of licensing agreements, determination of royalties in accordance with prevailing industry practices and fairness, and other liabilities that arise along with licensing agreements.    

Cellular networks play an important role in modern life with the availability of flexible connectivity in various places, fast internet access and communication services and are a reference for innovation and economic growth. However, the complexity of cellular networks requires careful planning and management, this is to ensure a reliable and safe service. The method used in designing cellular networks is the simulation method, namely by using Cisco Packet Tracer software and literature studies from various references. The results of cellular network simulations using this software can show superiority in designing, configuring and testing cellular networks. Apart from that, this software also provides complete features to meet several needs, starting from the process of creating a network topology, configuring IP addresses, activating DHCP services and HTTP services, to testing connections using PDU samples between smartphone devices and servers. With the successful connection test, it can be concluded that the settings and services on the cellular network have been tested and verified using Cisco Packet Tracer. This has shown that the software used is very effective in simulating and testing cellular networks.

The purpose of this writing is to find out the relationship between the level of occupational safety and health in the company and employee performance Method: The research method used is a literature review. Researchers collect various sources of information, such as scientific journals, books and other publications related to occupational safety and health levels and employee performance. Results: Occupational safety and health (K3) have a very important role in the work environment, with occupational safety aimed at preventing accidents and protecting the physical integrity of employees, while occupational health includes efforts to prevent work-related diseases and maintain the physical and mental health of employees. Holistic and comprehensive K3 management is an important key in improving employee performance, where a good combination of occupational safety and health has a greater impact on employee performance. The implications of this research are important for company management, because investing in K3 is not only a social responsibility but also a business strategy that can increase company productivity and sustainability. Management needs to prioritize K3 in business strategy, paying attention to supporting K3 factors such as a strong safety culture, quality K3 training, and strict work environment monitoring, to create a healthy, safe and productive work environment.

Acts of sexual violence against women and children are a threat that continues to occur anywhere in the world. Boalemo Regency is one of the districts that has experienced a fairly high increase in the number of cases of sexual violence against children. Based on information obtained by the author at the Boalemo Police, the number of cases Sexual violence in the last 3 years has increased by 55 cases. In 2020 there were 15 cases, in 2021 it increased to 18 cases and in 2022 cases of sexual violence increased to 22 cases and cases of sexual crimes against women, in 2019 there were 2 cases, in 2020 only 1 case, and in 2021 only 2 cases. This research aims to determine the factors that cause sexual violence against women and children and to determine the police's efforts to tackle acts of sexual violence against women and children. This research aims to find out what factors cause criminal acts of sexual violence against women and children in Boalemo Regency and what police efforts are in dealing with criminal acts of sexual violence against women and children in Boalemo Regency. The research method used is empirical legal research. The data obtained in this research is analyzed qualitatively, namely by collecting data and drawing conclusions to determine the results. The research results show that there are several factors that cause sexual violence against female children in Boalemo Regency, namely: alcohol, low education, unmet biological needs, the role of the victim, lack of religious education and pornography. And the police's efforts to tackle criminal acts of sexual violence against women and children in Boalemo Regency are: conducting outreach and providing information about sexual violence through social media.
