Employee performance is a crucial aspect that plays a crucial role in maintaining the sustainability, productivity, and competitiveness of a company, including in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Optimal performance levels not only impact the achievement of company targets but also influence customer satisfaction and business churn. One factor believed to be able to improve employee performance is the provision of rewards and motivation. Rewards can be financial or non-financial, which serve as a form of company appreciation for employee contributions. Meanwhile, motivation functions as an internal driver that raises work enthusiasm to achieve the best results. This study aims to analyze the effect of rewards and motivation on employee performance at the Nasi Kulit Syuurga MSME. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a saturated sampling technique, where the entire population of 32 employees were used as respondents. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire, and the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that rewards have a significant influence on employee performance. This indicates that appropriate recognition can improve work quality and productivity. However, motivation partially did not have a significant effect on employee performance, which is likely caused by other factors such as working conditions, organizational culture, or suboptimal job satisfaction. Nevertheless, rewards and motivation have been shown to simultaneously contribute to improved employee performance. This finding underscores the importance of designing an effective reward system, coupled with more targeted motivation strategies, to enable MSMEs to retain high-performing employees and increase their competitiveness.

Abstract. The background of this research is the rampant competition in the bus transportation business which is marked by the increasing number of bus transportation companies in several locations that are even close to each other, which results in customers being faced with a lot of choices. One of the famous transportation services in Blitar City is the Rosalia Indah bus. Ticket sales from PO Rosalia Indah are higher every day compared to other POs, such as PO Harapan Jaya. Therefore, transportation service companies compete with each other to attract consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of tariffs, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure on user interest. The population in this study were Rosalia Indah bus users, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling  with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of  (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Rates, Accessibility, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on increasing user interest.  Based on the research results, the regression equation model is Y = 1.821 + 0.424 + 0.263 + 0.178 + . the tariff variable with a regression coefficient of 0.424, the accessibility variable with a coefficient of 0.263, the variable of facilities and infrastructure with a regression coefficient of 0.178. From the regression equation, the tariff variable has the most dominant effect on increasing the number of users with an R2(R Square) test of 0.626 or 62.6% which means that user interest is influenced by tariff variables, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and other factors that influence Rosalia Indah bus user interest is 37.4% or 0.374.

been resolved in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of Port Services, Loading and Unloading Performance, Loading and Unloading Equipment and Natural Factors on Idle Time at the Koja Container Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta. The population in this study were operational employees and ship crew from the deck department division. The sample used in this research was 80 respondents. And using a disproportionate stratified random sampling technique, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) Version 25. Based on the research results and data analysis, the regression equation was produced: Y= -1.176+ 0.334X1+ 0.181X2 + 0.318X3 + 0.302X4+ . From the equation it is known that the dominant variable influencing Idle Time is the Port Services variable with a regression coefficient of 0.334. The R2 (R square) test obtained a result of (67%), which means that Idle Time at the Koja Container Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, is influenced by the variables Port Service, Loading and Unloading Performance, Loading and Unloading Equipment and Natural Factors, namely 67%. The conclusion  is  that the independent  variables  (port  services,  loading  and unloading performance, loading and unloading equipment, and natural factors) have a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable Idle Time. This is because the results of the multiple linear regression equation show that t count > t table.

The SQ-FFQ is a commonly used food consumption assessment method because it is quick, relatively inexpensive, simple, and can be self-administered by respondents. Each SQ-FFQ instrument developed should be validated for the target population to avoid overestimation of food consumption measurements. This study aims to determine the validity of the SQ-FFQ instrument as a tool for assessing food consumption. The 3 Days Food Record is used as the gold standard for comparison in the validity of the SQ-FFQ. Sampling was conducted using accidental sampling, with 30 student respondents. The Nutrisurvey application was used to determine the intake of energy, macronutrients, and micronutrients. Meanwhile, for the diversity score, it was based on the IDDS (Individual Dietary Diversity Score) with a score scale of 0-9. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software with Pearson Correlation tests to examine the relationship between the two methods. The correlation coefficient values for all nutrients showed a significance level of <0.005, with the highest correlation coefficient found for energy intake (r=0.708, p<0.001) and the lowest for iron intake (r=0.412, p=0.024). The correlation test for consumption diversity showed a p-value of <0.001 with a correlation coefficient of 0.706, indicating a strong relationship between the SQ-FFQ method and the 3 Days EFR. The results of this study indicate that the SQ-FFQ method is a valid tool for measuring food intake and diversity among university students in Surabaya.
