This research was aimed to investigate the effect of profitability, capital structure, firm size, and dividend policy on firm value. Measurement of firm value in this research used price to book value (PBV). This research used manufacturing companies of food and beverages industry listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for periode 2016-2020. The sample selection method used purposive sampling technique and obtained 44 samples. The data analysis used multiple linear regression test with SPSS 25 were used to analyze data. The result of analysis showed that capital structure, firm size and dividend policy has no effect on firm value. On the other side, profitability has significant positive effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

The rapid development of information technology requires people tobe familiar with the internet. Utilization of marketing and sales applications is not only carried out by large companies, but can also be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The community service team conducted observations and interviews with Brem Duta Rasa SMEs in Sumberejo, Kaliabu, Mejayan, Madiun Regency. The team found problems with promotion and sales, therefore it was necessary to provide asolution, namely by using awebsite-based marketing and sales application for MSME products. The activity method of the service team is to provide practical training using applications. The final result of the evaluation shows that 90% of the 10 users of MSME members have theoretical understanding, 95% of application introductions, 80% of practice running applications. In conclusion, all MSME members running the application quite well. Applications can be implemented continuously to increase revenue from Brem Duta Rasa MSME products

This study aims to analyze the learning orientation on the performance of salespeople through smart work, and hard work owned by salespeople. High sales force performance is needed by the company so that sales success can be achieved. Learning orientation is one of the factors that have an influence on increasing salesperson performance, because with a learning orientation it can make a salesperson able to work smartly, have the ability to sell, so that the salesperson's performance will increase. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS program. The results of the study prove that learning orientation, smart work and hard work have a positive influence on the performance of salespeople.

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency.

Artikel pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru agama Katolik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara online di tengah tantangan yang dihadapi selama pandemi. Pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah lanskap pendidikan di seluruh dunia, termasuk pendidikan agama. Guru agama Katolik dihadapkan pada tantangan baru dalam mengajar online, yang memerlukan penyesuaian dan pengembangan kompetensi khusus. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis dan pedagogis bagi guru agama Katolik, lembaga pendidikan Katolik, dan penyelenggara pelatihan guru. Rekomendasi meliputi pelatihan intensif dalam penggunaan teknologi pendidikan, pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi virtual, dan pemanfaatan sumber daya online yang relevan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman tentang peran dan tantangan guru agama Katolik dalam mengajar online di masa pandemi. Dengan meningkatkan kompetensi guru agama Katolik secara efektif, maka dapat memfasilitasi pembelajaran agama yang bermakna dan akapmendukung perkembangan holistik siswa, bahkan dalam situasi pembelajaran jarak jauh.

Akta kelahiran adalah hak anak dalam mendapatkan identitas hukum. Pemenuhan atas hak anak dalam mendapatkan akta kelahiran merupakan kewajiban bagi pemerintah daerah untuk dapat merealisasikannya. BPS Kota Semarang mencatat jumlah penduduk usia 0-19 tahun sebanyak 127.834 jiwa. Diantra jumlah tersebut terdapat usia 0-18 tahun termasuk dalam kategori anak. Undang-undang nomor 35 btahun 2014 merumuskan anak adalah penduduk usia 0-18 tahun. Persentase kepemilikan Akta Kelahiran Kota Semarang pada tahun 2021 sebesar 80,44 persen. Jumlah ini jika menilik dari target nasional sebera 80 persen telah memenuhi syarat. Jika dilihat dari sebaran berdasarkan kecamatan, terdapat 7 kecamatan yang  kepemilikan akta kelahiran berada di bawah rata-rata yaitu Kecamatan Semarang Utara, Gayamsari, Pedurungan, Semarang Selatan, Gungungpati dan Tugu. Upaya meningkatkan cakupan persentase ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan organisasi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Tingkat Kecamatan. Peran organisasi ini cukup vital karena memiliki unit organisasi terkecil hingga Rukun Tetangga (RT). Permasalahan yang masih dihadapi oleh masyarakat dalam pengurusan akta kelahiran ini menyangkut budaya. Pengurusan biasanya dilakukan setelah puput pusar yaitu 40 hari sejak dilahirkan, padahal pemerintah daerah sudah mempermudah layanan hingga one day service. Tujuan pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus PKK dalam meningkatkan cakupan akta kelahiran anak.

Rencana Strategis (Renstra)merupakan dokumen yang disusun Organoisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) jangka menengah. Renstra merupakan dokumen perencanaan Perangkat Daerah untuk periode 5 (lima) tahun yang memuat tujuan, sasaran, program, kegiatan dan sub kegiatan pembangunan yang disusun sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi Perangkat Daerah serta berpedoman pada Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD). Dalam perkembangannya muncul Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Permendagri) nomor 90 tahun 2019 tentang Klasifikasi, Kodefikasi, Dan Nomenklatur Perencanaan Pembangunan Dan Keuangan Daerah jo Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Kepmendagri) 050-5889. Melalui peraturan tersebut OPD dihadapkan pada ketentuan yang wajib dilaksanakan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah belum semua perencana OPD memiliki kemampuan untuk dapat mengikuti ketentuan dalam Menyusun Renstra. Memahami Kepmendagri 050-5889 membutuhkan kesabaran dan ketelitian. Kepmendagri 050-5889 berisi daftar Kegiatan dan sub kegiatan yang telah tertulis tiap sub kegiatan dengan indikator output. Kesulitan OPD adalah jika masalah yang ada di daerah tidak dapat diselesaian dengan panduang sub kegiatan yang ada di Kepmendari 050-5889. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendampingan untuk memudahkan OPD dalam Menyusun Renstra. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yaitu membuka kesempatan bagi OPD untuk mengembangkan kreativitas sekaligus mampu mengidentifikasi sub kegiatan untuk menyelesaikan masalah sesuai tugas dan fungsi yang diemban. Melalui pendampingan ini OPD akan ditunjukan strategi memahai Kepmendasri 050-5889 dan strategi Menyusun renstra. Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perencana di OPD dalam memahami hakekat Renstra, dan mendampingi agar Renstra yang disusun sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the population growth rate and unemployment rate have an impact on the poverty rate in West Java. Population growth and the unemployment rate are the independent variables, followed by the poverty rate as the dependent variable. The time series data used in this study include the years 2019 through 21. Multiple regression using SPSS 25.0 is the analytical approach employed. Where the regression equation, Y = 41,491 + 9,385 X1 + 14,239 X2, is discovered. This demonstrates that the poverty rate in the province of West Java has a unidirectional relationship with both the unemployment rate and population growth. The T test results showed that there was no relationship between West Java's poverty level and the unemployment rate. Additionally, the West Javan poverty rate is unaffected by the population growth variable. The F test indicates that the independent factors collectively have an impact on the dependent variable. The poverty rate is affected by the unemployment rate and population growth to the tune of 7.7%, with other factors affecting the remaining 92.3%.

Based on the fundamental aspects of people's living standards, the measure of progress in human development is called the Human Development Index. As the basis for the development structure of a region, the Human Development Index (HDI) is the most significant benchmark or parameter. The purpose of this study is undoubtedly to ascertain whether poverty in DKI Jakarta Province is influenced by the Human Development Index (IPM) variable. To achieve the research objectives, tests were conducted using simple regression analysis and quantitative techniques. The test results show that poverty in DKI Jakarta Province is significantly affected by the Human Development Index (HDI) because the significance value is less than 0.05. Because the value of determination, or R2, is close to 1, and some of the other influence values are influenced by other variables that have not been analyzed or researched, the value of the results of the Variable Human Development Index (HDI) test has a strong positive influence on poverty in DKI Jakarta Province.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and work attitude on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique used in the study using Non Probability Sampling with the number of samples used, namely 38 ASN employees. The methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The partial test results reveal that the work attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on work performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency.

The  study aims to determine and analyze Locus Of Control and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the sample used in this study is all members of the population as many as 32 employees. The methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The results of the study partially revealed that the Locus Of Control had no effect and was not partially significant on job satisfaction, while the work environment variable had a partial and significant effect on job satisfaction.results of the simultaneous test say that the Locus Of Control and the work environment have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction.

The problem that almost every developing country faces is poverty, and Indonesia is no exception. The root of the problem of poverty is that people cannot live properly. This has an impact on the quality of human resources, thereby reducing productivity and lowering the income of the community itself. Community income, unemployment, health, education and environmental conditions are factors that influence the occurrence of poverty problems. The poverty rate in North Sumatra is still relatively high compared to other regions, but North Sumatra is not included in the 10 poorest areas in Indonesia. Analyzing the effect of HDI on poverty is the aim of this study. This study uses simple regression for the research method and is processed using the help of SPSS 26 software. Through this study it can be seen that HDI has a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

The Human Development Index (HDI) & expenditure inequality for each province in Indonesia need to be studied whether the Human Development Index (HDI) and expenditure inequality in each district/city in Banten Province have an influence or not. The independent variable is the Human Development Index (HDI) and the dependent variable is expenditure inequality. The research method used is quantitative method using document data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Banten Province. The results showed that the Human Development Index (HDI) had no significant effect on expenditure inequality. Where if there is a decrease in the Human Development Index (IPM) it is not certain that it will reduce Inequality in Banten Province.

Consumer behavior in accordance with the provisions of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah will certainly lead to goodness, blessing and maslahah. The needs of every human being are not just to eat and drink, but also in terms of appearance. So based on this to find out more about how consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products. This study aims to determine the consumer behavior towards the purchase of fashion products on students. Then the consumption behavior of purchasing fashion products for IAIN Palangka Raya students and UPR students is viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach and analyzed holistically. The subjects in this study were students consisting of 10 IAIN Palangka Raya students and 10 UPR students. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that of the students of IAIN Palangka Raya and UPR, there were 5 people who were extravagant because they always followed their passions and sought pleasure while the other 15 were frugal because they knew the limits of consumption and had also been accustomed from a young age not to be extravagant in their consumption. use property. Of the two differences are influenced by personality factors as well as social factors. An overview of Islamic economics on consumption behavior is that it does not apply extravagantly and excessively and does not apply dzalim, because Islamic economics has the main goal of seeking maslahah to achieve success and prosperity in life in this world and the hereafter.

This study aims to determine the motivation variable has a significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The sample in this study were 60 employee respondents who worked at PT. Samitex Bantul. Research analysis using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. It can also be said that every time there is an increase in work discipline, it will affect employee performance. Work motivation variable has an influence on employee performance. That is, every time there is an increase in work motivation will improve employee performance.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi fundraising pada LAZ Dompet Dhuafa yang digunakan meningkatkan dana Zakat, Infak dan Sedekah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analitatif dengan model penelitian lapangan. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian daya, penyimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa LAZ Dompet Dhuafa menggunakan 6 unsur utama yaitu, Petugas, Dana, Jasa/Pelayanan, Peralatan, Metode, Donatur. Metode fundraising menggunakan direct and indirect fundraising.

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

This study aims to analyze the challenges faced by the Sofyan-Jakarta hotel. First, the challenge of human resources, second, the challenge of literacy related to sharia hotels. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The primary data source was obtained from Mr. Riyanto Sofyan as the Owner of the Sofyan-Jakarta Hotel, and Dr. KH. Surahman Hidayat, MA as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Sofyan Jakarta hotel. Secondary data sources were obtained from the literature. The data collection method used by the researcher was the interview, observation, and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, first, the human resource challenges faced by the Sofyan hotel are; the lack of employees who have the ability to manage hotel operations on the one hand as well as mastery of sharia knowledge on the other hand and do not have work motivation as employees on the one hand and as preachers on the other. Then the second challenge is the lack of literacy related to sharia hotels so that the public is not yet able to recognize and distinguish between sharia and conventional hotels. Therefore, researchers recommend that routine weekly, monthly and quarterly training should be conducted for all employees. In addition, there must be cooperation with academics from various universities and Islamic mass organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, etc. in order to increase literacy related to sharia hotels.

Anak usia sekolah adalah anak - anak yang berusia 7 - 12 tahun. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi kesehatan mental anak, termasuk faktor eksternal dan internal.Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah.Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional pada 65 responden. Teknik sampling probability sampling.Instrumen penelitian ini mengguakan kuesioner, analisa yang digunakan dengan uji chie -square.Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah (nilai p 0,001 < 0,005).Kesimpulan:.Jumlah Responden penelitian sebanyak 65 orang siswa SDN Karangwuni dengan usia 7-8 tahun sebanyak 21 orang (32,3%), usia 9-10 tahun sebanyak 24 orang (37.0%)., usia 11-12 tahun sebanyak 20 orang (30,7%)2. perkembangan sosial dengan ketegori cukup sebanyak 37 responden (56.9%) dan kategori baik sebanyak 28 responden (43.1%)3. Untuk kesehatan mental menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan mental dengan kategori normal sebanyak 42 responden (64.5%) dan kategori tidak normal sebanyak 23 responden (35.4%). Maka terdapat hubungan antara perkembangan sosial dengan kesehatan mental pada anak usia sekolah menggunakan Uji Chi-square dengan didapatkan bahwa nilai p- value 0.01.
