Teachers are tasked to realizing educational goals. Therefore, optimal teacher performance will always be needed in every school, so that the school's vision, mission and educational goals can be achieved. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors. Among them are workload and work discipline. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on teacher performance. This research uses a literature review, several articles identified using descriptive and exploratory analysis by comparing the results of each study. The research results show that 1). workload and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance 2). Workload has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance if supported by other variables 3). Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on performance due to the need for communication between leaders and teachers.

MGMP serves as a forum within the educational domain that fosters collaboration and the exchange of ideas among educators. This platform affords teachers instructing similar subjects the opportunity to share experiences, teaching strategies, and instructional resources. Through the MGMP, educators can broaden their perspectives, enhance their competencies, and develop new skills to address various challenges encountered in the teaching-learning process. This study employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the aim of investigating the impact of MGMP on teacher performance and professionalism. Data collection involves the identification and review of all articles with similar research topics. The articles used in this study comprise 10 national journal articles obtained from Google Scholar. Out of the 10 analyzed articles, 9 articles assert that MGMP can enhance teacher performance and professionalism, while 1 article suggests that MGMP has a negative impact on teacher performance and professionalism.

This study explores the important role of leadership style, competence, and emotional intelligence in shaping teacher motivation and performance in Madrasah. An effective leadership style, solid competence in the field of education, and good emotional intelligence are considered key factors in increasing teacher motivation and performance. This research uses an analytical approach to understand how the interaction between these three elements affects teachers' work environments, as well as their impact on their achievements and professional development. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide deeper insight for Madrasah managers and educational practitioners to improve human resource management and effective staff development strategies.

Deaf children's learning in elementary schools faces various challenges that require special support from teachers and parents. This article examines the important role of teachers and parents in helping deaf children learn. Data was collected through direct observation in class and in-depth interviews using qualitative case study methods. The research results show that special training for teachers and good collaboration between teachers and parents are very influential in improving the quality of education for deaf children.

This study aims to investigate the inspiring roles of teachers in SLB Ayodya Tulada in realizing inclusive education for children with special needs (ABK) amidst limitations in the suburbs of Surabaya. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and observations to gather data. The findings revealed the pivotal role of teachers in designing inclusive learning, fostering social interaction among students, and breaking down stigma towards ABK. The study demonstrates that inclusive education can be achieved through strong commitment, competence, and collaboration.

Abstract. This study looks at how teachers use the social studies method in Class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Balung Jember. The results show that this method is very effective in creating an interactive and supportive learning environment. The constructivism approach, used by teachers, encourages students to build knowledge through active interaction with material and fellow students. Clear instructions and reflection on previous lessons are used to begin the lesson. Then, the use of analogies and interesting learning tools such as videos and educational games are used. Teachers encourage students to actively participate in learning by helping them overcome problems without providing immediate solutions. In-depth questions and timely feedback improve teacher-student communication, creating a dynamic learning environment. This method was successful in increasing students' understanding, technology skills, and their participation. In addition, teachers use preventive and responsive approaches in classroom management to overcome disruptions and create a disciplined and conducive learning environment. Student response to this teaching method was very positive; they are very enthusiastic and very involved.

This thesis aims to: 1) Find out the concept of Islamic religious education teachers in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo, 2) Find out what the role of Islamic religious education teachers is in learning ablution procedures for students at the special school for the deaf, Don Bosco Wonosobo. , 3) knowing how to carry out learning ablution procedures for students at the Don Bosco Wonosobo special school for the deaf.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is field research presented with descriptive data. The subjects in this research were Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Boso special school, the principal of the Don Bosco special school and also students at the Don Bosco special school. Technique data collection uses observation methods, semi-structured interviews and also documentation. Data sources were obtained from field research and also qualitative research. The analysis technique used is a data analysis technique, namely the analysis of data that has been collected by researchers through methodological tools. Where data is obtained using a data analysis process in the form of data reduction, data presentation and also conclusions or verification. To test the validity of the data, extended observations, persistence of observations, and triangulation were carried out. The research results show that the concept of Islamic religious education teachers at the Don Bosco special school regarding learning ablution procedures is to emphasize the repetition method where students with hearing impairments have quite short memories which requires teachers to take steps by having students perform ablution practices one by one. The role of the Islamic religious education teacher at the Don Bosco special school is the main factor in students' success in carrying out daily worship, for example introducing ablution material from the pre-primary class. Then, with the implementation of learning about ablution procedures carried out by Don Bosco special school students using the repetition method as well as practice carried out in each learning activity with the aim of increasing students' memory regarding the steps for ablution and also the number of washings in each movement. By practicing ablution one by one, the teacher can find out where each student's mistakes are.

Supervision services are provided to schools for the purpose of improving curriculum, learning, and instruction. As a logical consequence of this activity, schools must always be ready to be supervised because the purpose of supervision is clear. Educational problems are easily resolved if schools and principals understand the role and function of supervision. The aim of this research is to find out how effective the principal's supervision is in increasing the professionalism of social science teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma. This research uses qualitative methods, and the respondents consist of school principals, social studies teachers and students. Observation, documentation, and interviews are data collection methods. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The ability of the principal to supervise social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma Regency. The principal must form a supervision team to start the supervision program; working with teachers to improve their competence as teachers; using direct and indirect approaches; and implementing methods, including meetings between principals and teachers. The school principal's professionalism supervision activities to increase the professionalism of social science teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Seluma were quite effective, with an average score of 3.83 and the professionalism of social studies teachers with an average score of 3.31.

A keyelement in the growth of teaching as a professionis teacher competency. A teacher needs to be proficient in a variety of behaviors, knowledge, and abilities in order to accomplish their professional tasks, which are demonstrated in their performance. When it comes to designing learning activities that will provide the best learning out comes, pedagogical expertise is the most important factor to take in to account. In actuality, though, there are still educators who lack pedagogical competency. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Islamic Education (PAI) teachers' pedagogical proficiency in PAI learning activities at Bakong PittayaSchool in Pattani, Thailand. To comprehend the elements influencing the level of pedagogical competenceof PAI instructors at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, as well as the characteristics of teacher competence in Thailand. This study takes a descriptive approach while using a qualitative research methodology. Data collection techniques, content analysis, interviews, and observation are all part of qualitative research. This study is being conducted at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand. According to the author's discussions with Islamic Education instructors and the school director, the pedagogical ability of PAI teachers at Bakong Pittaya School in Pattani, Thailand, is deemed good. Three components make up the pedagogical competency of PAI teachers: creating learning implementation plans (RPPs), carrying out learning, and conducting assessments. Teacher competency in Thailand is regulated by a teacher constitution that out lines the abilities or competencies a teacher must have, referred to as the teacher standards. Factors affecting the quality of pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in Thailand include internal factors such as efforts and initiatives from the PAI teachers themselves to develop knowledge in their field. Lack of discipline and responsibility among teachers pose a significant challenge for schools in Thailand in improving teacher competence. External factors include the school's support in providing learning facilities. Supporting factors involveactive participation from parents, community associations, teacher representatives, student representatives, directors, and principals, as well as academic experts/advisors, all of whom are part of the school committee. Organizational culture and work environment play a significant role in teacher performance in determining direction and success. The combination of the two creates a complex dynamic in teacher performance in schools. The purpose of this study is to reveal the extent to which these two factors interact and influence the quality of teacher performance in schools. This research uses the literature review method from various scientific papers or journals. The results of the literature review show that organizational culture and work environment affect teacher performance, namely an inclusive organizational culture. In addition, there is a significant effect on the work environment on teacher performance, which indicates that the work environment can be one of the factors that influence the improvement of teacher performance in schools. Thus, organizational culture and work environment can improve teacher performance in schools.

Along with the development of technology and the advancement of the world of education, it has both negative and positive impacts. The negative impact that occurred was that various social problems were still found, specifically at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru. The problem of a lack of social care is a challenge for social studies teachers in particular. In this case, apart from providing teaching regarding understanding, teachers through their role are also required to be able to instill good attitudes and morals in students. One example of a student's caring attitude that is still low is the lack of an attitude of helping or helping each other and a high level of indifference to each other among students. The approach in this research uses descriptive qualitative. The research location is at SMP Negeri 3 Kedungwaru, Tulungagung Regency. The respondents interviewed were 2 social studies teachers, 6 students from class VIII-F and 6 students from class VIII-H. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that teachers play a very good role in the social studies learning process by integrating social care attitudes into their learning materials, school institutions have clean Friday and infaq programs to help instill social care attitudes in students and there are still some students who have an indifferent attitude and not helping each other.

Penelitian ini mengkaji perspektif guru MA terhadap ketidaksetaraan akses pendidikan di sekolah MA Pulau Midai, Kabupaten Natuna. Pulau Midai menghadapi tantangan signifikan terkait infrastruktur pendidikan, sumber daya, dan aksesibilitas akibat lokasinya yang terpencil dan dukungan pemerintah yang terbatas untuk sekolah swasta. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru. Temuan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan besar dalam fasilitas pendidikan, terutama di sekolah MA swasta yang sangat bergantung pada dana BOS yang terbatas. Guru memainkan peran penting dalam mengatasi ketidaksetaraan ini dengan beradaptasi terhadap keterbatasan sumber daya dan berupaya memberikan pendidikan berkualitas. Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya peningkatan infrastruktur pendidikan, sumber daya teknologi, dan akses internet yang stabil untuk memastikan pendidikan yang setara bagi semua siswa di Pulau Midai.

This research aims to identify and analyze effective tactics used by teachers in increasing the learning motivation of fifth grade students at Tempel Elementary School. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The research results show that several effective tactics include: (1) Project-Based Learning Approach which involves students in practical and relevant activities, (2) Use of varied learning media such as educational videos and teaching aids to make lessons more interesting, (3) Providing Constructive Feedback that helps students feel valued and motivated, (4) Creation of a Positive and Supportive Classroom Environment that makes students feel safe to participate, and (5) Use of Interactive Learning Methods such as group discussions and educational games that increase students' active participation. These findings indicate that these strategies effectively increase students' learning motivation, which contributes to increasing their participation, interest and learning outcomes. This research provides practical implications for teachers in developing effective teaching strategies and becomes a reference for developing teacher training programs and educational policies that support the creation of a learning environment that motivates students.

This research aims to describe the types of learning difficulties of students at SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru, in order to understand the steps taken by teachers in overcoming the learning difficulties of participants at SDIT Al Fityah Pekanbaru. This research uses a qualitative approach. Teachers take steps to make student learning easier, namely directing and paying attention to students who experience learning difficulties, utilizing the learning environment, presenting assignments and exercises to create a desire for independent learning in students, directing students to study in groups using interesting learning. role models and rewards for students so that students feel happy and motivated in learning. Teachers also connect the material taught with students' daily lives, so that students easily understand the concepts being taught.

The purpose of this research is to delve deeper into the issues faced by teachers in implementing inclusive schooling at UPTD SDN Gunungsekar 2 Sampang. The researcher employs a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews, observations, and documentation, which are then analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The findings of this study reveal several challenges encountered by teachers in inclusive education, including lack of parental knowledge, difficulty for students in grasping the material, and limited variation in the use of teaching methods and media. Efforts undertaken by the school to address these challenges include conducting enjoyable learning processes using various methods and media, involving students with special needs in all learning activities, providing additional time for these students, and offering guidance or seminars to both special education teachers and regular classroom teachers.

The ability of a nation to progress depends on its level of education. The quality of human resources produced is influenced by how good the quality of education is. Therefore, teachers play an important role in ensuring the success of education. Teachers' skills in teaching are key in creating meaningful learning for students. This research is intended to understand the teacher's skills in organizing learning variations, especially in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam Sangatta. The research method used is a qualitative approach of field research type through data collection from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study highlighted the importance of variations in teaching styles, the use of media and learning tools, as well as communication patterns of interaction with students in order to create a comfortable and conducive learning atmosphere. The findings show that variation in learning plays a key role in motivating learners and teachers have an important role in ensuring such variation through three main components, especially in PAI learning at SDIT 1 Daarussalaam, namely variation in teaching styles that can be used by developing existing learning methods to be more varied and involve more activities for learners, the use of IT-based learning media and tools, and communication patterns of interaction with learners that can be done with many-way communication. Learning variations not only make teaching and learning activities more interesting but also facilitate better understanding for learners in order to achieve the desired learning objectives

This study attempts to define the idea of PAI teachers in enhancing moral development in students, investigate the role of PAI teachers in enhancing moral development in students based on Islamic teachings, and identify the elements that facilitate and impede the role of PAI teachers in enhancing moral development in students.This study employs a qualitative technique in conjunction with a descriptive strategy. Participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, Islamic Religious Education instructors, and class VIII students were used to gather data.he study's findings suggest that instructors of Islamic Religious Education play a significant part in raising students' Akhlakul Karimah. By using interactive teaching strategies, role modeling, and a lighthearted approach, teachers can actively contribute to the formation of positive attitudes, behaviors, and Islamic values in students. In addition, instructors of Islamic Religious Education are crucial in helping students apply their religious lessons to their everyday lives. They teach pupils about Islamic moral principles, help them deal with moral dilemmas and situations, and help them appreciate the significance of Akhlakul Karimah.

Children with special needs have their own perspective in learning a subject. Therefore, this article aims to find out learning strategies for children with special needs (Slow learners), where they need a separate strategy according to their needs. This study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The reason for using the phenomenological approach is because the researcher wants to explore information based on the experience of teachers in dealing with slow learner students. The data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The data was analyzed in four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. This study found that they are: 1) Providing additional time Teachers who handle slow learner students provide additional time to complete assignments, 2) guiding slow learner students individually Individual guidance on certain materials has not been optimal due to the limitations of the media used, 3) Arranging the classroom environment Class V teachers also rearrange the classroom environment, especially for slow learner students. The arrangement of students' sitting positions is adjusted to conditions and situations that can support the Teaching and Learning Activities.

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) How interaction patterns between teachers and deaf students are studied at the Keleyan Bangkalan State Special School; and (2) What factors hinder interaction between teachers and deaf students in learning at the Keleyan Bangkalan State Special School. This qualitative descriptive research interviewed one teacher. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis and drawing conclusions are data collection techniques. (1) The interaction patterns of teachers and deaf students in learning are shown by the research results: a) the use of verbal patterns, which is carried out by combining verbal and non-verbal communication, so that deaf students can get used to using verbal patterns; b) the use of nonverbal patterns in learning interactions between teachers and students by teaching the alphabet word by word, so that students can understand the material provided. (2) Factors that hinder teacher interaction are a) psychological factors of deaf students because they have low intelligence, which makes it difficult for them to understand the material, and b) semantic factors because deaf students have to repeat lesson material. In addition, teachers try to interpret one word at a time during learning interactions because deaf students have difficulty in semantics.

Teachers have an important role in education, not only as teachers, but also as administrators in schools. This dual role requires teachers to have various competencies, both in pedagogy and management. As administrators, teachers have the responsibility to manage various important aspects of the school, such as:  Developing lesson plans, assessing student learning progress, and making learning outcome reports. Managing classroom budgets, creating financial reports and applying for funds. Managing teacher and staff data, assisting with the recruitment process and resolving staffing issues. Maintain and care for school facilities and infrastructure, make damage reports, and apply for procurement of goods. Establish communication with parents, school committees and the surrounding community. In the context of education, the role of teachers as administrators in schools plays a very important role in managing various aspects of school activities. Teachers are not only tasked with teaching, but also as leaders in organizing school administration, including curriculum planning, supervising student activities and managing resources. With good administrative skills, teachers can create an effective and efficient learning environment, ensure all processes run smoothly, and make a positive contribution to the school's progress and overall student achievement.
