Understanding chemical equilibrium concepts poses significant challenges for high school students due to the topic’s abstract and complex nature. This literature review identifies key factors contributing to these difficulties, including widespread misconceptions, cognitive and pedagogical barriers, and environmental influences such as family support and learning resources. The review highlights the importance of constructivist and cognitive learning theories in designing effective instructional strategies that actively engage students and facilitate deeper conceptual understanding. Furthermore, the integration of educational technologies—such as interactive simulations and virtual laboratories—provides enriched learning experiences that help overcome conceptual misunderstandings. An integrated approach combining innovative teaching methods and technology use is recommended to enhance students’ comprehension of chemical equilibrium. Future research should focus on practical applications of these models and evaluate their effectiveness across diverse educational settings.

Islamic preaching (dakwah) employs various methods of communication, one of which is through written works. This study examines the preaching strategies found in Islamic written works through a case study of the author of the Nidzomi method, a method designed to facilitate madrasa students in learning religious sciences such as Tajwid, Fiqh, Nahwu, and Shorof. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the author, content analysis of the published books, and observations of how this method is received among students and educators. The findings indicate that the Nidzomi method has a unique appeal by combining the literary element of nadhom with a structured and easily memorizable learning system. Additionally, the preaching strategy through written works has successfully reached a broader audience, not only within madrasas but also on social media, where the method has gained wider recognition. This study affirms that Islamic preaching through written works is not merely a means of conveying knowledge but also an integral part of a more inclusive religious literacy strategy. The Nidzomi method has proven effective in helping students better understand Islamic subjects. However, challenges remain in its dissemination, particularly in adapting to different educational levels and ensuring accessibility beyond the pesantren environment. Therefore, this study recommends enhancing the promotion and digitalization of the Nidzomi method to make it more accessible to the younger generation in the digital era.

Learning strategies are crucial because this is the first step given by the teacher. The step that needs to be considered is determining the learning strategy that will accommodate the development of students. The main teacher can choose the best teaching methods and strategies to create excellent learning, adjust the material to the students' abilities, and enable students to receive knowledge transfer. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore project-based religious learning strategies applied in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMP Muhammadiyah 05 Medan Denai. This approach was chosen to deeply explore the practices, experiences, and impact of learning on the religious awareness of the students. Interviews with students show that involvement in the project has made them better understand religious values in real life. Some students admitted to starting to pray on time, being more diligent in reading the Quran, and being more concerned about the social environment. This shows that the religious project encourages the internalization of values through direct experience, not just memorization or theory. This learning not only strengthens the understanding of Islamic material but also instills religious values through real practices that can be directly experienced by the students. Some forms of projects, such as mini-dawah, infaq movements, and adab campaigns, have proven to enrich students' experiences and enhance their awareness of Islamic values in daily life. Islamic education teachers play an important role as facilitators, not only guiding students in project activities but also providing space for reflection and evaluation. Students feel more motivated and actively engaged in the learning process, which leads to changes in their religious behavior, such as increased discipline in worship and a greater sense of care for their surroundings.

The study aims to analyze how policy directives regarding teacher competencies—covering pedagogical, professional, personal, and social aspects—are applied in the school's daily practices. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving school principals, teachers, and educational supervisors. The findings indicate that while the policy has provided a clear framework for competency development, its implementation faces challenges such as limited resources, varying teacher readiness, and the need for continuous professional development. Nevertheless, the school shows progress in fostering a collaborative learning environment and integrating innovative teaching methods. The study concludes that effective policy implementation requires strong leadership, sustained support systems, and active stakeholder involvement to enhance teacher performance and student learning outcomes.

The construction industry is one of the fields where the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is still not optimal, as evidenced by the still high number of work accidents. Efforts to increase this awareness can be done early on through education and training, one of which is through Vocational High Schools (SMK). In general, students are still not aware of the possibility of work accidents. Providing K3 training from an early age can help students develop the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors that will be needed in the workplace later. The purpose of this program is to provide knowledge and skills to students of SMKN 1 Kemlagi, Mojokerto Regency regarding the basics of construction K3. The methods used to educate students through K3 learning include lectures and socialization, as well as evaluation through pre- and post-tests. Economics education plays a crucial role in building students' understanding of managing limited resources, both on an individual and societal scale. However, isolated approaches to economics education often make it difficult for students to connect economic concepts with real life. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of integrating economics education with other subjects, such as mathematics, geography, and history, to create relevant and meaningful learning experiences. This approach aligns with the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka, which emphasizes student-centered and life-relevant learning. This research employs the literature review method, involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of information from various relevant sources, including books, journals, and scholarly articles. The findings indicate that integrating economics education can enhance students' conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and learning motivation. Moreover, this approach encourages students to recognize interdisciplinary connections, resulting in holistic comprehension. However, the implementation of such integration faces several challenges, including teacher readiness, time constraints, and limited supporting learning resources. Therefore, this study recommends the development of a more flexible curriculum, teacher training, and the creation of relevant teaching materials. The results are expected to provide insights for the development of innovative and holistic teaching methods in secondary education.

This study aims to analyze the interference of local dialects in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as participatory observation and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that most students experience linguistic interference in various aspects. Several factors contribute to this interference, including the dominance of the Minangkabau dialect in daily life, the lack of emphasis on the differences between regional dialects and standard Indonesian in the learning process, and the limitations of teaching methods used by educators. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Indonesian language teachers implement more effective and contextual learning strategies. These strategies may include increasing students' awareness of the differences between regional dialects and standard Indonesian, employing interactive and engaging teaching methods, providing specialized training in pronunciation and sentence structure that aligns with Indonesian language rules, and conducting regular evaluations to adjust learning strategies according to students' needs. With a more adaptive and innovative approach, students are expected to acquire better proficiency in Indonesian and reduce the influence of local dialects in their learning process
