KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) Makmur Mandiri bergerak dalam usaha perkreditan yang menyediakan pinjaman atau kredit sebagai mana koperasi pada umumnya. Sistem penerimaan pinjaman dalam KSP Makmur Mandiri yang sedang berjalan dilakukan dengan cara calon peminjam datang ke lokasi koperasi dengan mengajukan peminjaman kemudian karyawan mendata peminjam ke dalam form rekomendasi anggota setelah itu form rekomendasi anggota tersebut diberikan kepada pimpinan koperasi. Masalah yang terjadi pada KSP Makmur Mandiri adalah kehadiran pimpinan koperasi yang sering tidak ada di koperasi, sehingga pengajuan pinjaman yang ada di koperasi menumpuk dan tidak dapat segera di tentukan hasil kelayakan pinjaman. Selain itu masalah yang juga terjadi di koperasi adalah penilaian yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam menentukan kelayakan pinjaman masih bersifat subyektif yaitu hanya memberikan keputusan layak atau tidak seorang peminjam, tanpa memperhitungkan persentase nilai kelayakan pinjaman  tersebut. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini maka dibuatlah sebuah keputusan penentuan kelayakan yang mampu membantu pimpinan dalam proses penilaian dan memberikan perhitungan tepat dalam menilai kelayakan pinjaman. Metode yang dapat mendukung keputusan adalah Fuzzy logic, karena penilain yang bersifat subyektif atau non-linear dapat dimodelkan dan dihitung secara tepat.

Background: The world's elderly population reached 13.4% in 2013 and is predicted to increase to 25.3% in 2050. The prevalence of high uric acid levels in the elderly in Indonesia reaches 11.9%, high blood sugar levels reach 35.3. %, and high cholesterol levels as much as 10%. This study aims to determine the level of uric acid, blood sugar and cholesterol in the elderly. Methods: This study used a descriptive analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The research sample used was the elderly aged ? 60 years and over by using the simple random sampling technique in Banjar Dinas Kutuh Kelod, Kerambitan, Tabanan. Data collection was carried out from 7 to 8 June 2020 by means of face-to-face interviews using questionnaire guidelines for respondent characteristics data, and direct examination of uric acid, blood sugar and cholesterol levels using Easy Touch GCU. The data obtained were analyzed using the univariate spss application. Results: Based on univariate analysis, it was found that most of the respondents were 13.2% aged 60 and 69 years, 55.3% were female, 65.8% at the primary education level (SD), and 39.5% worked as farmers. In the bivariate analysis, it was found that most of the respondents or 55.3% had abnormal uric acid levels, 39.5% had abnormal blood sugar levels and 44.7% had abnormal cholesterol levels. Conclusion: Most of the respondents have abnormal uric acid levels while blood sugar and cholesterol are mostly still in the normal category. It is hoped that related parties will continue to carry out screening or early detection, especially in the elderly group, in order to reduce the incidence of non-communicable diseases (PTM) in the elderly.

In writing this research systemin formation, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application, the research writing method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model, while the stages of this research model go through the stages of observation or interviews with parties related to the data required in writing this thesis, stages of designing the application system, designing specifications, validation test stages, revision of validation until the system passes. The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

Dian Wacana Demak Christian Kindergarten-Kindergarten School, which is one of the agencies engaged in the science and early childhood education. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. The research objective is to design an effective and efficient school financial administration recording information system and design a school financial administration recording information system that has a system security that can maintain the correctness of the data. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D Development Research model, the Prototyping System Development Method to produce a product in the form of a prototype with 6 stages: Research and Data Collection, Planning, Initial Product Development, Product Testing, Product Revision, Final Trial. The conclusion from the results of this study is that this system can facilitate the recording of cash in and cash out transactions so that there are no mistakes in recording, users can easily present cash reports more quickly so that they can minimize recording time and recording errors, and make it easier for users to print. cash reports with accurate results so as to support and speed up decision making.

Perlu adanya solusi terhadap pemecahan masalah yang ada di Desa Tegalsari, Kecamatan Sidareja, Kabupaten Cilacap Jawa Tengah. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang bahaya narkoba dan efek yang diakibatkan dari penyalahgunaan narkoba sebagai upaya pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba di desa tersebut. Dengan adanya kegiatan edukasi tersebut, diharapakan masyarakat, khusunya para orang tua, dan anak-anak muda di Desa Tegalsari dapat meningkatkan perhatian dan pemahaman tentang bahaya dan efek yang diakibatkan dari penyalahgunaan narkoba, baik bagi dirinya sendiri dan juga bagi lingkungan sekitar.

Laporan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini disusun dalam rangka pemecahan masalah: Bagaimana caranya untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan pada anak jalanan usia sekolah  dalam program Wajib Belajar Nasional dan Bagaimana cara membangun kesadaran dan motivasi  belajar bagi anak jalanan usia sekolah agar menjadi harapan masa depan sebagai kualitas dalam kemajuan pembangunan bangsa negara RI pada  baik bagi pihak peserta didik/ anak jalanan itu sendiri pun orang tua/wali, keluarga, pihak sekolah, pemerintah dan pihak lain  yang turut bisa mampu mendukung secara materil dan moril serta Diharapkan nantinya adalah bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat bermanfaat dan bisa berkelanjutan jika cukup berhasil akan hasilnya  untuk diharapkan dari para peserta didik yakni anak jalan usia sekolah terdapat perubahan sifat watak karakter dan nilai baik pengetahuan keterampilan dan perubahan sikap karakter yang dilihat dari adanya prestasi kecakapan keahlian yang bermanfaat bagi dirinya dan orang banyak dengan nyata sehingga tujuan dari Wajib Belajar Cukup berperan serta, segi adanya Bimbingan Konseling Belajar untuk Anak Jalanan Usia Sekolah adalah hal yang paling cukup efektif dan efisien dilakukan dengan prosedur dan proses yang benar sesuai kondisi dan komunikatif serta kemampuan ilmu pendidikan yang dimilki oleh Konselor dalam memberikan layanan Bimbingan Konseling tersebut. Serta kesadaran motivasi serta dukungan dari peserta didik anak jalanan usia sekolah tersebut orangtua/wali keluarga pihak pemerintah steakholder  dapat berhasil mensolusikan tingkat pengangguran kriminalitas dan buta huruf atau berkelanjutan pendidikan hingga pada Wajib Belajar Nasional dapat cukup terpenuhi.

Dalam rangka juga memutus mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 dan mengikuti aturan kebaikan dari pemerintah pembelajaran daring sebagai solusi tetap berjalannya pelaksanaan pembelajaran.Pembelajaran daring dikatakan efektif untuk mengatasi pembelajaran yang memungkinan pengganti guru dan siswa berinteraksi dalam kelas dengan bentukkan online seperti WA, Google Meet, Zoom, Jitsu atau apapun  yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pembelajaran daring dituntut siswa belajar mandiri dan motivasi diri sendiri untuk dapat mampu menyelesaikan tugas tanggung jawabnya pada sekolah untuk pelajaran.Maka perlu adanya tambahan dorongan lebih secara bertahapan guna menyelesaikan, mengurangi, dan tercapainya apa yang diharapkan oleh pihak bersama dalam menuntaskan program Wajib Belajar 12 Tahun. Tambahan dorongan itu adalah perlu dengan layanan tambahan berupa Bimbingan Belajar Daring pada Siswa tersebut yang dikelola secara terprogram sistematis, teratur, tertib aman dan lancar di keadaan pandemi Covid-19 ini. Terprogramya adalah dimana pengabdi pada pengabdian masyarakat kami dari anggota Panitia Pengabdian Masyarakat LPPM Universitas Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda Berkeinginan telah melaksanakan  kegiatan tersebut. Laporan Pengabdian Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini tercapainya tujuan adanya solusi pemecahan masalah: Bagaimana caranya untuk dapat cukup mampu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di masa Pandemi Covid 19 pada sekolah dasar terutama khususnya di SDN 010 Samarinda Utara.Dengan Bimbingan Belajar Daring ini  membantu siswa dan guru untuk dapat bekerjasama dalam tugas hak tanggung jawabnya  tercapai sesuai yang akan diinginkan dan diharapkan. Dalam telah mensolusikan pemecahan permasalahan serta menimbulkan semangat untuk upaya cukup besar masih tetap termotivasi minat belajar pembelajaran daring dengan segala kekurangan dan kelebihan pembelajaran daring yang telah diberlakukan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 ini terutama sekolah dasar terkhusus di SDN 010 Samarinda.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

The system development method used is a six-step R&D method, consisting of: Research and information gathering, Planning, Development of initial product forms, initial field testing, major product revisions, main field testing. The final result is the prototype of the Ganesha Employee Presence System Operations. The test results on the system shows the employee attendance system can run on the android platform. The system only responds to presence based on the position of the employee's coordinates with office coordinates. Besides checking the presence process is also based on devices that have been approved in the system.

Making a monitoring and control system for irrigation channels using a water level sensor installed on the ESP 8266 microcontroller (Wemos D1), the system uses a programming language c. Over time, the Riau Kepualaun Provincial Tax Management Office which lives in Batam City underwent a name change to become a Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the Riau Islands Province (BP2RD). This study aims to design a dashboard that can assist Eschelon officials in monitoring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

Through this website, it is expected that information will be conveyed more quickly and accurately, maximum service and information transparency, village introduction process and population data storage to accelerate the work of village officials in serving the community and make it easier for citizens to submit services or find out village information.

Plants whose main products consist of palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (KPO) have high economic value and are one of the largest foreign exchange earners compared to other plantation commodities (Fauzi, 2012) PT. From the results of the study it was found that the prototype design was made capable of producing palm kernel assessment calculations using AHP in the assessment process, while the prototype model used was to use the prototyping model method. Untuk mengetahui produk yang sering terjual dalam periode bulan Januari sampai bulan Mei 2019 diperlukan algoritma apriori yang ada di data mining. Dengan melakukan analisa keranjang belanja menggunakan metode asosiasi dengan Algoritma Apriori, dimana kombinasi itemset transaksi penjualan barang pada meubel master borneo menghasilkan 6 rules dimana minimum confidence sebesar 41,6 % dan minimum support sebesar 0,08% berdasarkan 35 transaksi penjualan dari 63 jenis barang pada meubel Master Borneo.

Diabetes is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin (a hormone that regulates blood sugar or glucose), or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. WHO data shows that the incidence of non-communicable diseases in 2004 reached 48 , 30% is slightly higher than the incidence rate of infectious diseases, namely 47.50% [1]. According to the Ministry of Health in 2012 diabetes caused 1.5 million deaths. Some Indonesian people, this disease is better known as diabetes or blood sugar. This research was developed through secondary data processing from the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset health database which was taken from the Kaggle dataset and can be accessed through https://www.kaggle.com/uciml/pima-indians-diabetes-database. Where the data itself consists of 768 records with several medical predictor variables (Pregnancies, Glucose, Blood Pressure, Skin Thickness, Insulin, BMI, Diabetes Pedigree Function, Age and Outcome). Then the data will be processed using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) feature selection to increase the accuracy value and the Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the accuracy results of the diagnosis of diabetes. From the results of research that has been done for the accuracy of the classification algorithm Naive Bayes is 74.61%, while the accuracy of the classification algorithm with Particle Swarm Optimization is 77.34% with an accuracy difference of 2.73%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Particle Swarm Optimization technique is able to select attributes in the Naive Bayes Algorithm, and can produce a better level of diabetes diagnosis accuracy than using only the individual method, namely the Naive Bayes algorithm. If you don't use assistive devices, blind people will experience difficulties when carrying out daily activities such as reaching the obstacles that are near them. In designing the system using the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller board as a controller, five ultrasonic proximity sensors to determine the distance and position from the user to the front and lower obstacles. In addition, the MP3 module and headseat are used as a marker for sound in the form of sound when detecting an object and the SIM800L module is used to send SMS and the GPS module is used to determine coordinates. The validation test shows the value of 31.5 is between 31- 40 which means that it is located in a Very Good (Valid) value. Di UPT SAB ini memerlukan sistem pendataan bahan bakar menggunakan aplikasi, karena di UPT SAB tersebut pendataannya masih manual, dan terkadang pendataan manual tersebut tidak valid, antara data masuk dan keluar tidak sesuai. Maka dari itu diperlukan sistem aplikasi stok bahan bakar di dinas PUPR ini, agar pegawai mudah mengetahui data yang masuk maupun keluar menggunakan metode V untuk penerapan aplikasi ini. sehingga bisa membuat laporan dengan mudah membuat Aplikasi Stok bahan bakar di UPT

A financial institution is an institution engaged in the financial sector where its customers are people from various walks of life with various behaviors. Lending is a business activity that carries a high risk and affects the business continuity of a banking company. The problem that is often faced in providing home loans is determining the decision to extend credit to prospective customers, while another problem is that not all home loan payments by customers can run well or commonly known as bad credit. One of the causes of bad credit is an assessment error in making credit decisions. Data mining is a process used to analyze cases in order to find the best performance of an algorithm being tested. One way to get information or patterns from a large data set is to use techniques in data mining. There are many classification methods that can be used to produce precise accuracy values. In this study, two classification algotihm methods are used in classifying the home crediting dataset, namely the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The comparison of the two algorithms produces an accuracy value fo the Naïve Bayes algorithm of 36.36% and the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy rate of 59.54%.

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

Gajah Putih University Takengon is a private university located in Central Aceh District, Pegasing District, consisting of several faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Engineering which has one study program, namely Informatics Engineering. In promoting and informing the wider community, the Faculty of Engineering, Gajah Putih University, Takengon uses brochures and website media which the author feels that this method is still lacking in informing because not all facilities can be informed in detail, from this problem the authors conducted research on 3D animation design profile of the Faculty of Engineering, Gajah Putih University, Takengon as a promotional media. The software used in this research is Blender 2.82. In designing the system the author uses the Luther method, the Luther method has six stages, namely concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, and distribution.
