This study explores the influence of Islamic environmental ethics on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and business decision-making, emphasizing how faith-based ethical frameworks guide sustainable practices in contemporary corporate environments. Grounded in the principles of stewardship (khalifah), justice (adl), and collective welfare (maslahah), Islamic ethics provide a holistic model for aligning profitability with moral and environmental responsibility. Using a mixed-method approach that combines survey research and content analysis, data were collected from 50 Shariah-compliant and ethically oriented companies across multiple industries. The survey measured the integration of ethical values into CSR initiatives, while content analysis of corporate reports evaluated transparency, environmental commitment, and ethical disclosures. The findings reveal that organizations adhering to Islamic ethical principles exhibit stronger environmental accountability, higher ethical compliance, and more sustainable long-term strategies compared to secular firms. These companies perceive environmental responsibility as a moral obligation rather than a regulatory requirement, integrating ethical governance into daily operations and strategic planning. The results also highlight that employee engagement and stakeholder trust improve significantly when CSR activities are guided by Islamic values. Furthermore, case studies of Islamic banks and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) in Muslim-majority regions demonstrate practical applications of these principles, including the use of zakat and waqf funds for environmental initiatives and community development programs. The study concludes that embedding Islamic ethics into business operations fosters a balance between economic growth, social welfare, and environmental stewardship. It also provides a pathway for strengthening corporate integrity and long-term competitiveness. Future research is recommended to examine the applicability of Islamic ethical principles across different industries and explore their intersection with emerging areas such as green innovation, artificial intelligence governance, and digital finance. Overall, this research underscores the potential of Islamic ethics as a foundation for sustainable business models that harmonize spiritual and economic objectives.

The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia is caused by unplanned curriculum changes, a shortage of competent educators, and a lack of good manners and behavior among students and educators, which hinders the achievement of educational goals to create a smart, qualified, and competitive generation at the global level. The purpose of writing this essay is to explore and develop thoughts on how the "KARTINI" Approach is to improve the quality of education in Indonesia by emphasizing six key values: Culture, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Taqwa, Integrity, Nationalism, and Independence. Culture-based education aims to cultivate students' character rooted in the nation's cultural values and the ability to adapt to changing times. The application of AI in education allows for more personalized and effective learning, while the value of piety teaches morality and spiritual awareness. Integrity forms an honest and responsible character, nationalism builds a sense of love for the homeland, and independence teaches independence. By integrating these values, Indonesian education is expected to produce a generation that excels academically and has a strong character to contribute to the progress of the nation.

This research was motivated by the relatively limited understanding of students in grades 3, 4 and 5 at SDN 15 Sutijo regarding PAI material. Many students have not demonstrated attitudes and behavior that reflect religious teachings well. Then, most students experience difficulties in achieving the expected competency standards in Islamic Religious Education subjects, including from the emotional and spiritual aspects of students. Many students lack motivation and feel anxious during the learning process, which has a negative impact on learning outcomes. Then some students also show apathy and lack motivation in taking religious lessons. This can be seen from the low average test scores and the results of observations of student interactions in class. So this research aims to determine the influence of IQ, EQ and SQ on students' PAI learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative correlation. The population was 30 students and the sample used a total sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that IQ, EQ and S1 influence students' PAI learning outcomes. IQ has an effect of 14.4%, EQ of 14.3%, SQ of 27.2%. Then IQ, EQ and SQ together also influence students' PAI learning outcomes, namely 27.4% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Internalization is essentially a process of instilling something, beliefs, attitudes and personal (personal) values that manifest into social behavior. however, the planting process grows from within a person to the appreciation of a value. The background to the problem of this research is that there are several students who violate regulations and lack norms towards each other, however, with the very rapid development of technology, it is feared that it could disrupt the activities of students in carrying out activities at Islamic boarding schools, especially in Tahfidzul Qur'an activities. This research aims to determine the activities and application of methods, spiritual and social education values, as well as the internalization of spiritual and social education values in Tahfidzul Qur'an activities at PPTQ Al-Munawwar Temanggung. This research uses a qualitative type of research using a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is research with data collection procedures using observation, interviews and documentation methods. in technical data analysis, researchers collect data, reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions. Data validity is checked by data triangulation, namely an examination technique that utilizes untadz or ustadzah, administrators, and students as informants to check or compare the data. The results of this research are that there is no special method for memorizing the Al-Qur'an, the method for memorizing the Al-Qur'an is adjusted to the abilities of each student. The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly influenced guidance and counseling services, particularly through the use of chatbots, e-counseling, and digital-based psychological analysis systems. This study aims to analyze the collaboration between AI technology and counselors’ interpersonal skills within the context of Islamic counseling. The research employed a qualitative approach using a library research method. Data sources were obtained from various relevant journals and scientific articles accessed through Google Scholar. Documentation techniques were applied for data collection, while the data were analyzed using descriptive-analytical and thematic approaches. The findings reveal that AI can enhance counseling services through greater efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility without limitations of time and place. In addition, AI assists counselors in managing data, identifying clients’ problems, and providing quick initial responses. Nevertheless, AI cannot fully replace the role of counselors because it still lacks the ability to deeply understand empathy, build interpersonal relationships, provide emotional support, and comprehend spiritual values that are essential in Islamic counseling. Therefore, the implementation of hybrid counseling, which combines AI technology with human counselors, is considered more appropriate. In this model, AI functions as a supporting tool or co-counselor, while counselors continue to play the primary role in establishing therapeutic, humanistic, and religious relationships with clients. This study emphasizes that the integration of AI technology and counselors’ interpersonal skills is an important strategy in creating modern, effective, and human-oriented counseling services.

During childhood, the development of a child involves several key aspects. Firstly, the physical development aspect encompasses the skeletal and muscular systems, as well as the development of motor skills. Secondly, health and safety become important focuses by providing adequate physical exercise to meet national targets and prevent children's inactivity. The processing of information and intelligence in cognitive development emphasizes repetition, organization, comparison, and the emergence of information. The division of intelligence into emotional and spiritual intelligence provides an additional dimension to understanding child development. Piaget's approach, particularly the concrete operational stage, describes a phase in which children use operations and logical reasoning in concrete situations. Lastly, in cognitive development, language becomes an important tool for communication, both in oral and sign forms.
