In Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals it is stated that hospitals must meet the requirements for location, buildings, infrastructure, human resources, pharmacy and equipment. Pharmaceutical requirements must ensure the availability of quality, useful, safe and affordable Pharmaceutical Preparations, Medical Devices and Consumable Medical Materials. The Workers' General Hospital has drug procurement data that exceeds the 2022 RKAP target, namely in the last 5 months between August and December 2022. The aim of this research is to reveal empirically the selection of providers by combining three procurement methods, namely e-catalog, direct procurement with the standardization of the Pertamedika IHC Drug Formulary and direct procurement with negotiations carried out by the hospital's own negotiation committee and a priority scale is formed to achieve efficiency targets. This priority scale meets the eligibility test for the Benefit - Cost Ratio criteria. This research was conducted at the Workers' General Hospital in Jakarta. The research time is February 2023 - June 2023. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the research method used was a case study in which researchers conducted an in-depth exploration of the process of selecting generic drug providers on a priority scale and tested their feasibility using the Benefit - Cost Ratio (BCR) method. Based on calculations, a BCR value of 1.9 was obtained, which can be interpreted as a priority scale that is feasible for the Workers' General Hospital. The results of this research have implications for hospitals because implementing effective and efficient drug procurement will ensure continuity of service with affordable drug costs.

Sunlight is the main source of energy for life, but ultraviolet radiation can have negative impacts on the skin, such as sunburn, pigmentation, wrinkles, premature aging, and the risk of skin damage due to excessive exposure. One way to protect the skin from these effects is to use sunscreen. Carrots contain antioxidant compounds that can bind free radicals and prevent cell damage due to oxidation, so they have the potential to be used as a natural ingredient in making sunscreen. This research aims to formulate and test the physical properties of carrot extract lotion as a sunscreen and determine the extract concentration that has the optimal Sun Protection Factor (SPF) value. The method used is experimental by making lotion formulations, testing their physical properties, and measuring the SPF value of each formulation. The research results showed that the KN, F1, F2, and F3 lotion formulations had a semi-solid form which met the formulation requirements. However, KN's SPF value is only 1.23 which does not meet sunscreen standards. Meanwhile, F1 has SPF 8.3 (extra effect category), F2 with SPF 15.06 and F3 with SPF 24.1 (ultra category). F3 shows the best results because with SPF 24.1, this formulation is close to SPF 25 which can protect the skin for up to 4 hours with twice daily use. The higher the concentration of carrot extract, the better its effectiveness in lotion formulation as a sunscreen.

Stunting remains a significant nutritional issue in Indonesia, primarily caused by inadequate dietary intake. Nutritional deficiencies in toddlers often result from insufficient breastfeeding and a lack of proper nutrition from complementary foods. This study aims to evaluate the impact of supplementary feeding (PMT) made from snakehead fish on the nutritional status of stunted toddlers aged 24–47 months. The research employed a total sampling method, involving 15 toddlers within the specified age range. Prior to the intervention, the respondents had an average body weight of 10.77 kg, categorized as severely underweight. Following the administration of snakehead fish-based PMT, their average weight increased to 12.33 kg, falling into the underweight category. Statistical analysis revealed a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant effect of the snakehead fish-based PMT in improving the nutritional status of stunted toddlers. These findings highlight the potential of local food sources, such as snakehead fish, to enhance maternal and child health efforts—particularly in addressing malnutrition through optimized use of locally sourced PMT in various preparations.

The data that has been presented in the form of a description, discussed and analyzed descriptively qualitatively, to then draw conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the consideration of the Judge in Decision Number: 134 / Pid.B / LH / 2023 / Pn Kla in deciding the criminal case of trade in protected wildlife species of siamang, the Judge in Decision Number: 134 / Pid.B / LH / 2023 / Pn Kla related to the criminal act of trade in siamang species of wildlife considered the legal, sociological, and philosophical aspects according to Ahmad Rifai's theory. The legal aspect includes the sufficiency of evidence and the fulfillment of the elements of Article 40 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 21 Paragraph 2 of Law No. 5 of 1990 concerning the Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems. Sociologically, the judge sees the impact of the defendant's actions on society and the environment. From a philosophical perspective, punishment is seen not as revenge, but an effort to educate the defendant not to repeat his actions. Finally, the judge sentenced him to 1 year and 4 months in prison and a fine of Rp25,000,000, subsidiary to 1 month in prison if the fine is not paid. The suggestion is that the government, law enforcement and stakeholders are expected to increase education to the community, especially around national parks/protected forests, not to trade in protected animals. This is important to prevent similar crimes and maintain the existence of protected animals in their habitat.

Slope failure can occur even though slope design and reinforcement have been carried out. However, before it completely collapses, there are often signs from the slope. These signs should be carefully observed through slope monitoring or surveillance activities to provide advance warnings regarding the development of slope instability, allowing mitigation measures to be implemented to reduce or avoid the impacts of instability, as well as to predict the timing of landslides using Inverse Velocity. This study was conducted at the PIT of PT Fajar Sakti Prima in East Kalimantan Province. Observations were carried out over 39 days to obtain deformation behavior, velocity values for mitigation actions, and inverse velocity values to predict the timing of landslides. In this observation, the deformation behavior values at PM 01, PM 02, and PM 03 were initially linear, then exhibited progressive behavior on November 7-8, 2024. The predicted landslide timing from this observation was November 20-21, 2024. Based on velocity values correlated with the TARP, critical categories were obtained at 7.40 - 9.86 cm/day and very critical at >26.17 cm/day

Vastenburg Fort is a cultural heritage area that has been designated by the Department of Culture and Tourism in 2010. In line with this designation, the City Government changed the spatial plan of Surakarta City by revising the Regional Regulation related to the regional spatial plan. In addition, the land status in the Vastenburg Fort area is divided into building use rights granted to the private sector. Even so, the City Government managed to obtain the former HGB land No. 383 which was designated as a Public Service Mall. The change in designation as a Public Service Mall is considered to reflect the need to adjust to the spatial plan in Surakarta City. However, the purpose of spatial planning in the Vastenburg Fort area should be designated for the preservation of cultural heritage. The purpose of this study is to find legal certainty arising from the conversion of former HGB land into a Public Service Mall by the Solo City Government. This study uses an empirical legal studies. The results of this study indicate that the conversion of former HGB land No. 383 in the Vastenburg Fort area by the Surakarta City Government is in accordance with the legislation. As for the City Government, the land is designated for the Public Service Mall in accordance with the spatial plan in Surakarta City in the Surakarta City RTRW Regional Regulation for the preservation of cultural heritage. However, the Surakarta City Government has not yet maximized the acquisition of HGB in the Vastenburg Fort area so that the use of land in the area is more optimal so that it benefits the entire community.

The use of video media in clinical skills education has been implemented at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (UNIMUS) since 2019, particularly to enhance students’ understanding and skills in neuromotor physical examination. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of video-based teaching compared to conventional methods in clinical skills learning. A quantitative descriptive method with univariate analysis was used on 138 students who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected from Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) scores and analyzed using a total sampling technique. The results showed that students who received video-based learning had significantly higher average OSCE scores (93.33 ± 8.918 SD in Block 1) than those who were taught without video media (68.12 ± 15.58 SD in Block 3). In Block 1, 98.6% of the students achieved the “excellent” score category, while only 26.1% of students in Block 3 reached the same level. These findings indicate that the use of teaching videos significantly improves students’ clinical skills and helps overcome the limitations of conventional methods, which tend to promote passive learning. Therefore, the implementation of video-based teaching media can be an effective method to improve the quality of clinical skills education, encourage active student participation, and support the achievement of optimal competencies in medical education. This approach not only enhances skill acquisition but also contributes to more engaging and student-centered learning experiences in the clinical education environment.

This study aims to examine the implementation of a differentiated learning model in improving maritime English language competency among maritime college students in Indonesia. The background of this study is based on the maritime world's need for graduates with good English language competency, especially in professional and technical contexts. The approach used was a mixed method, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods within a classroom action research framework implemented over two learning cycles. Data were collected through English language competency tests, observations, and in-depth interviews. The results showed a significant increase in all aspects of maritime English competency. The highest increase occurred in speaking skills at 44.38%, while the lowest increase was in maritime vocabulary comprehension at 30.25%. After the implementation of the differentiated learning model, 78.33% of students were in the "Good" and "Very Good" competency categories. Although in the initial stages of implementation there were challenges in students' adaptation to learning methods that differ from conventional learning, these obstacles were successfully overcome through a project-based learning strategy. This strategy is considered the most effective because it is able to provide an authentic context and approximate the real conditions in the maritime workplace. Thus, it can be concluded that the differentiated learning model has proven effective in improving students' maritime English language competency. This study recommends the broader implementation of similar models in English language learning programs at maritime institutions.

Reported that hypertension contributes to around 9.4 million deaths worldwide each year. This makes it one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease and related deaths. The prevalence of hypertension in individuals aged 18-39 years shows a figure of around 7.5%. At the global level, stroke, heart disease, and hypertension rank first, second, and twenty-ninth in causes of death. In Indonesia, the percentage of deaths from 50 diseases that cause death shows that stroke contributes 23.48%, heart disease 9.89%, and hypertension 3.02%. This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach that aims to describe the blood pressure profile in students. The population in this study were active students aged 18-23 years. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the average blood pressure in men tended to be higher than in women. Blood pressure in male students was an average of 128.9 / 83.25 mmHg and women 118.25 / 76 mmHg. The average blood pressure in men is included in the pre-hypertension category. Various factors cause hypertension at a young age, mainly caused by lifestyle, diet, smoking behavior and lack of physical activity. High blood pressure in young adults is strongly associated with an increased risk of heart and kidney disease later in life. Therefore, various forms of prevention are needed, especially related to behavioral changes so that complications do not occur in the future.
