This study aims to analyze the impact of technology utilization and modernization of the tax administration system on MSME taxpayer compliance. The independent variable in this study is the effect of taxation technology utilization, modernization of the tax administration system, while the dependent variable is MSME taxpayer compliance. This study uses primary data.

The objective offthis study is to assess the impact of the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) cooperativeelearning modelron the mathematical development of students. This method of investigation is quasi-experimental. This study included students from both seventh grades at SMP Negeri 4 Tabukan Utara. The data was obtained from a test designed to assess understanding of Algebraic Fractions. Class analysis results for the Think Pair ShareeCooperative learninggmodel class and the direct learning model class indicate that the average learninggoutcomes of studentsstaught utilizing the ThinkkPairrShare Cooperativeelearning modelaare greater than those of studentsstaught utilizing the direct learning model.

Rumusan Masalah yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana hasil penelitian analisis kelas sosial dalam novel Marianne karya Risa Saraswati. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil kelas sosial dalam novel Marianne karya Risa Saraswati, kelas sosial tersebut meliputi kelas sosial atas dan kelas sosial bawah yang dianalisis berdasarkan para tokoh dalam novel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui teknik simak catat yaitu data yang telah tersedia dianalisis dengan cara disimak, setelah data terkumpul akan dilakukan teknik mencatat semua data yang telah ditemukan pada novel Marianne. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 31 wujud kelas sosial. Berbagai wujud kelas sosial tersebut ditemukan berdasarkan analisis kelas sosial atas dan kelas sosial bawah. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan penelitian tersebut diantaranya sebagai berikut. 1) berdasarkan kelas sosial atas terdapat 21 data, yaitu 4 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Marianne Van Dziburg, 17 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Anton Van Dziburg. 2) berdasarkan kelas sosial bawah terdapat 10 data, yaitu 5 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Saeni, 5 data yang berhubungan dengan tokoh Brata.

Membaca merupakan suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk melatih keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi lisan. Membaca adalah suatu proses pembacaan sandi yang penulis buat untuk pembaca. Membaca merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa di dalam atau pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Mulai dari SD, SMP, SMA, bahkan sampai di perguruan tinggi ini masih dipelajari. Keterampilan membaca sangat penting di semua kalangan Pendidikan, karena Ketika seorang peserta didik atau mahasiswa tidak memiliki keterampilan membaca, maka akan terjadi ketertinggalan zaman yang diakibatkan ketidaktahuan membaca. Pembelajaran membaca memiliki peran penting dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia. Semua pendidik berharap anak didiknya menguasai keterampilan membaca. Salah satunya adalah siswa dapat membaca dengan cepat untuk menemukan ide pokok.

Leadership is the art or ability of a person in coordinating and directing each individual or group towards achieving the expected goals. Leadership in an organization is seen as one of the most important aspects. An organization certainly needs a leader in order to run efficiently in accordance with its goals.  A leader must not only lead its members but also  become a representative of the organization, because a leader has a big influence on how an organization runs. Regardless of the roles and responsibilities of the leader, leadership traits and spirit can greatly help the running of an organization. Leadership training in general does not only aim to produce excellent leaders. It also provides education on organizational dynamics and how to run an organization efficiently. Leadership training that is held at the high school and college level are usually organized by the students themselves, the core of this training is activities organized by students and aimed at students. Leadership training can also be seen as a means to build a positive culture in educational organizations. It triggers active collaboration between staff and students, creating positive interactions within the educational organization. The leadership training takes the form of classroom-based training, workshops and seminars, online training, and mentoring and coaching.

In this study, the data that will be used as research objects are Regular Indonesian Language Education Students E 2020. This study aims to find out Indonesian language errors in WhatsApp group conversations for regular students E 2020. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique comes from screenshots of text from the WhatsApp group application for Indonesian Language and Literature Education Regular E 2020. The research method contains an explanation of the methods used by researchers in conducting research. In this section the researcher explains the scientific procedures carried out by the researcher to produce a conclusion. The method contains research approaches and methods, data sources/populations and samples, methods for selecting samples/determining data sources, instruments, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques. This section contains a description of the procedure and research steps according to the topic being studied. The results of this study are that there are many mistakes made by students in communicating in groups such as using incorrect spelling, using non-standard words and using forgotten punctuation marks.

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menjadikan manusia menjadi lebih baik, dengan cara mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang menekankan pada peningkatan kemampuan siswa untuk menjadi pribadi yang memiliki pemahaman yang luas dan mumpuni. Salah satu aspek yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman yaitu melalui membaca. “Banyak Baca, Banyak Tahu” merupakan salah satu slogan mengenai pentingnya membaca. Proses pembelajaran yang sukses harus menggunakan strategi yang relevan guna untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggiguna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa. Dalam proses penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan rasional yang disusun berdasarkan hasil observasi studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi yang baik dan relevan pada pembelajaran membaca lanjutan di kelas tinggi dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa.

By forming an entrepreneurship program that facilitates students, they will learn directly in the world of business by selling food products. it is also wrong to support the needs of the institution in the future. the purpose of conducting this research is to find out what efforts are made on the role of santri in the economic cycle of Islamic boarding schools. This study uses qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach. and the theoretical basis used as an analytical knife is the structural-functional theory put forward by Talcot Parson. data collection using interviews, observation and documentation

Observasi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Anak Luar Biasa (SLB) MI/SD. Adapun yang menjadi fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SLB Global Kids Centre Tebing Tinggi, hambatan apa yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SLB Global Kids Centre Tebing Tinggi, serta upaya guru dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Pada penulisan artikel ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang guru dan siswa di SLB Global Kids Centre Tebing Tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bagi Anak Luar Biasa (SLB) MI/SD menggunakan metode Program Pembelajaran Individual (PPI) yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa dan media pembelajaran untuk mempermudah anak dalam mempelajari materi. Kurikulum 2013 tidak dapat diterapkan sepenuhnya karena materi pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi anak. Berbagai upaya dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi hambatan terebut: misalnya menggunakan PPI, dan mempelajari berbagai metode terbaru yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk anak autis.  

Given the wage disparity and perceived injustice experienced by both permanent and contract workers, it is necessary to conduct a study on legal protection regarding wages for the well-being of laborers. Therefore, this research aims to examine the role of labor protection policies, including social security for workers, fair wages, and the protection of labor rights, in promoting labor welfare. This study utilizes a qualitative method, which involves describing data and organizing it into various sentences. Additionally, a descriptive method is employed, where data is derived from words, sentences, images, and information from various books, journals, and other scholarly works that serve as references for labor protection and worker well-being. The findings of the discussion indicate that labor protection in the form of social security, fair wages, and labor rights plays a significant role in improving labor welfare.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

The Mangongkal Holi tradition which is carried out at each event makes the writer interested in researching it because in its implementation there are symbols and behaviors/activities that are interconnected and have their own meaning. What is the importance of the Mangongkal Holi tradition for the Toba Batak people so that this tradition must be carried out. This study uses descriptive analysis with qualitative research, which emphasizes the perspectives, ways of life, tastes or expressions of emotions and beliefs from the people studied regarding the problems studied which are also data. In this study the authors used a descriptive research method with a qualitative method. Therefore, the research subjects were traditional leaders, families who carry out the Mangongkal Holi ceremony, and local residents in North Sumatra. And the object of this research is the symbolic meaning of the Mangongkal Holi ceremony for the Toba Batak people in North Sumatra. Purposive sampling technique used to take informants.

Membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel adalah tujuan dari tulisan ini. Hasil penelitian literatur ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Sistem Informasi; 2) Pengaruh Bisnis terhadap Sistem Informasi; dan 3) Pengaruh Teknologi terhadap Sistem Informasi.

Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems, namely Information Technology Sophistication, Management Participation and Knowledge of Accounting Managers, a study of financial management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Information Technology Sophistication affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; 2) Management Participation affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems; and 3) Knowledge of Accounting Managers affects the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems.

In a research or scientific article, previous research or relevant research is very important. Leading research or relevant research is useful for strengthening theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence inventory management, namely accounting information systems in the revenue cycle, expenditure cycle, and human resource cycle, a literature study on Accounting Information Systems. The purpose of this article is to develop a hypothesis of influence between variables that can be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) The accounting information system in the revenue cycle influences preparation management; 2) The accounting information system in the expenditure cycle affects inventory management; and 3) The accounting information system in the human resource cycle influences the preparatory management.  

This study examines the effect of the price and quality of used clothing on the purchasing decisions of used clothing among residents of Serang City. The study population consisted of 40 people, all genders, who bought Used Clothing products. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents from Serang City residents. Based on research, the buyer's decision on used clothing (Serang City Thrifting) has a positive and quite large impact on price and quality.

this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure, company growth and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing sector companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. The population in this study are all manufacturing sector companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange during the 2017-2021 observation period is 80 companies. The number of samples in this study were 16 companies with a total of 80 observations. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data obtained from the indonesian stock exchange website. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression and statistical t-test. The results of the study show that, capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. Company growth has a negative and insignificant effect on company value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dengan Surah An-Nisa Ayat 6 yang berkaitan dengan pembagian harta anak yatim. Ayat-ayat ini menyoroti pentingnya keadilan dalam membagi harta anak yatim dan memberikan pedoman bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian yang adil. Dalam masyarakat Muslim, perhatian terhadap anak yatim adalah salah satu prinsip utama dalam ajaran agama. Islam menggarisbawahi perlunya perlindungan dan keadilan terhadap anak yatim, termasuk dalam hal pembagian harta mereka. Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 dalam Al-Qur'an memberikan arahan kepada umat Islam mengenai bagaimana harus memperlakukan harta anak yatim dan mewariskannya secara adil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir al-Qur'an. Data yang digunakan adalah ayat-ayat mutasyabihat yang terdapat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6. Untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang makna ayat-ayat tersebut, berbagai tafsir dari para ulama terkemuka dikaji dan dibandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 adalah bahwa pembagian harta anak yatim harus dilakukan dengan adil, menjaga hak-hak anak yatim, dan menghindari penyalahgunaan kekuasaan. Ayat-ayat tersebut memberikan pedoman yang jelas bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian harta anak yatim, dengan memastikan bahwa mereka mendapatkan bagian yang adil dan tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan harta oleh pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan harta tersebut. Keadilan dalam pembagian harta anak yatim merupakan aspek penting dalam agama Islam. Hal ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang mendorong umat Muslim untuk bersikap adil dan berbuat baik terhadap anak yatim. Pembagian harta yang adil akan memberikan kepastian dan keamanan bagi anak yatim, serta memperkuat rasa keadilan dan persaudaraan dalam masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman terhadap takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6, khususnya dalam konteks pembagian harta anak yatim. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dalam praktik pembagian harta anak yatim, serta memberikan perlindungan dan perhatian yang layak terhadap mereka.

Reading is an activity carried out to find information obtained in writing. With that, reading is a process to think about how to understand the contents of the writing that is read. Reading skill is a top priority that must be mastered by students, especially in high grades, because reading with good skills will absorb the contents of the reading more easily. Students who cannot read will experience obstacles in learning activities. So, students must have the skills to read well. This study aims to find out what is included in reading skills in high school learning at the MI/SD level. Data collection techniques were carried out through qualitative methods based on literature study by collecting data from various sources, both written and unwritten, such as journals, books whether online or offline which can be considered as relevant and written according to the subject matter outlined by the author.

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.
