Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) remains a major public health concern in Indonesia. Active family involvement in both prevention and treatment is crucial; however, many families have yet to fulfill their health-related responsibilities effectively. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of health education through the IKAT TB (Tuberculosis Health Information) application on family health responsibilities in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary TB. A pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach was used. The sample consisted of 46 respondents selected through total sampling. The intervention involved providing education via the IKAT TB application, and data were collected using a family health responsibility questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed an increase in family health responsibility scores following the educational intervention. The Wilcoxon test produced a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference between pre- and post-intervention scores. The findings suggest that health education delivered through the IKAT TB application is effective in enhancing family engagement in TB prevention and treatment. Digital media platforms such as mobile applications offer accessible information and can strengthen family involvement in TB care.

Advertising not only serves as a promotional tool, but also reflects corporate social responsibility. This research aims to analyze the relationship between marketing strategy and the application of ethics in advertising, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Tokopedia's “Selalu Ada Selalu Bisa” campaign was used as the main case study to examine ethical communication practices in advertising. The results show that advertisements that emphasize honesty, transparency, and social empathy are able to build consumer trust, strengthen brand image, and increase loyalty. Conversely, misleading advertisements or exploitation of vulnerable groups can damage reputation and public trust. In the fast-paced digital era, a mix of formal regulation and self-regulation is important to maintain the ethics of marketing communications. This study concludes that ethics is not an obstacle to creativity, but rather a strategic foundation that strengthens business sustainability and long-term relationships with society.

This study conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis of one-tier board supervision mechanisms across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, examining the effectiveness of corporate governance frameworks in emerging market contexts. The research employs a doctrinal normative legal methodology, analyzing statutory instruments including Indonesia's Job Creation Law No. 6 of 2023, Malaysia's Companies Act 2016, and Singapore's Companies Act 1967. The introduction of Indonesia's Individual Limited Liability Company (PT Perseorangan) represents a significant paradigmatic shift from traditional two-tier governance structures, necessitating examination of supervisory adequacy within simplified corporate frameworks. The comparative analysis reveals fundamental disparities in regulatory sophistication, with Malaysia and Singapore demonstrating comprehensive fiduciary duty frameworks, mandatory company secretary requirements, and graduated enforcement mechanisms. In contrast, Indonesia's PT Perseorangan exhibits critical institutional deficiencies, including normative conflicts between statutory provisions, limited directorial responsibility regulation, and inadequate enforcement responsiveness. The findings demonstrate that effective one-tier governance systems require sophisticated institutional support mechanisms extending beyond regulatory simplification. Malaysia's stringent Section 213 fiduciary duty provisions and Singapore's technology-enabled enforcement approach provide robust oversight despite absent traditional supervisory boards. The research establishes that successful governance transitions require institutional preparation rather than mere regulatory amendment, with Indonesia's framework requiring substantial reform incorporating company secretary mandates, comprehensive fiduciary duty provisions, and graduated enforcement systems. These findings contribute to institutional theory literature by demonstrating context-dependent governance effectiveness and provide practical recommendations for enhancing corporate accountability in simplified governance structures within emerging market jurisdictions.

The role of teachers as facilitators, curriculum designers, and role models is central to effective implementation. This study provides implications for curriculum development policies, teacher training, and further research in applied classroom settings.

Profitability is a critical factor in ensuring a company’s sustainability. In the current business environment, companies are required to balance profit with non-financial aspects, namely social and environmental considerations. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of green accounting, environmental performance, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure on profitability, using firm size as a control variable. The research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 246 observations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that green accounting and firm size (as a control variable) have a significant negative effect on profitability. In contrast, environmental performance and CSR disclosure have a significant positive effect on profitability. These results imply that corporate management should strive to balance profit, social, and environmental aspects without neglecting cost efficiency. Furthermore, environmental performance and CSR disclosure can serve as key indicators in investment decision-making, as they provide favorable returns for shareholders.

This study examines criminal responsibility in the context of utility through LPKA policy, motivated by the increasing involvement of children in deviant behavior that requires a humanistic approach to rehabilitation. Using a legal-normative method with a legal and theoretical approach, the study analyzes the implementation of Jeremy Bentham's utilitarianism in the child rehabilitation system. The results indicate that LPKA has adopted the principle of utilitarianism through a paradigm shift from retributive to restorative, reflected in comprehensive rehabilitation programs encompassing education, skills training, and psychosocial support. However, optimal implementation is hindered by resource constraints and an inadequate evaluation system. The study recommends the development of a sustainable evaluation mechanism that includes long-term indicators to measure effectiveness in accordance with utilitarianism principles.

Indonesia and Malaysia, as neighboring countries, share deep historical, economic, and social ties, leading to significant migration flows between them. However, alongside legal migration, a considerable number of undocumented Indonesian migrants reside in Malaysia, often accompanied by their children, who are born without proper documentation. These undocumented children face severe barriers to education, as Malaysia’s legal framework, influenced by its reservation to Article 28 of the CRC, restricts access based on nationality and legal status. Despite both states being parties to the CRC, which mandates equal educational rights for all children without discrimination, Malaysia’s policies continue to exclude undocumented children from formal education. This study examines Malaysia’s legal stance, its contradiction with CRC obligations, and the impact on Indonesian children. Malaysia, as the host state, must take greater responsibility by ensuring non-discriminatory access to education and aligning its legal framework with its international commitments. The withdrawal of Malaysia’s reservation to Article 28 CRC and potential constitutional amendments are necessary steps toward fulfilling the right to education for all children within its territory.

In recent years, education has placed greater emphasis on academic achievement, often overlooking the importance of character and ethical development in students. However, instilling the value of adab (proper manners) before knowledge is essential as a foundational aspect of the learning process. Adab encompasses attitudes such as respect for teachers, honesty, responsibility, and politeness, which contribute to forming ethical individuals. This study aims to explore the significance of adab values in education as an effort to cultivate students' character and ethics from an early age. The research uses a literature review method by analyzing various sources from Islamic education and character education theories. The findings reveal that the integration of adab values can be achieved through teacher role modeling, fostering positive habits within the school environment, and embedding these values into learning materials. When consistently applied, these approaches create a conducive learning atmosphere and develop students who are not only intellectually capable but also morally upright. The study implies that a balanced approach to education, which emphasizes both knowledge and adab, should be instilled early in both school and family settings

The rapid development of technology and social media has given rise to new trends in marketing strategies, one of which is the use of Influencers as promotional media. Influencers are often utilized as intermediaries between brands and consumers due to their perceived ability to shape public opinion and influence purchasing decisions. However, various ethical issues have emerged in advertising practices involving Influencers, particularly concerning transparency, honesty, and social responsibility. Many Influencers promote products without disclosing that the content is paid advertising. Such practices can mislead consumers and damage the reputations of both the Influencer and the associated brand. Another critical issue is the promotion of products that do not align with the Influencer’s personal values, as well as the lack of protection for vulnerable groups, such as children. Therefore, the implementation of strict and comprehensive advertising ethics is essential. This study highlights the importance of digital ethics education for Influencers, the enforcement of clear regulations, and the active role of social media platforms in labeling sponsored content, in order to establish a healthy and responsible digital advertising ecosystem.

Domestic violence (KDRT) is a form of human rights violation that occurs in the domestic space and has a wide impact on the integrity of the family. The reform of the criminal law through Law No. 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code marks a more serious recognition of domestic violence as a criminal act. This article aims to examine the update of the criminal rules against domestic violence perpetrators in the new Criminal Code and examine it from the perspective of Islamic law. Using a normative juridical approach and comparative analysis, this study found that the new Criminal Code has adopted a more progressive approach to victim protection, including in criminal arrangements against perpetrators. On the other hand, Islamic law views domestic violence as a violation of the principles of justice, compassion, and moral responsibility in the family. Criminalization in Islam is preventive and corrective, and emphasizes a just solution, not merely repressive. Therefore, the reform of the national criminal law needs to be harmonized with Islamic values, in order to establish a penal system that is not only legally just, but also ethically and socially.

Public service in the Islamic perspective is a comprehensive concept, integrating religious principles with governance practices to achieve justice, efficiency, and public welfare. This concept is based on the Qur'an and Hadith, which emphasize values such as justice (*'Adl*), responsibility (accountability), consultation (*Shura*), and welfare (*Maslahah*). Public service in Islam is not only a transaction, but also has moral and spiritual aspects, where providing the best service is considered as worship and a form of obedience to Allah. The scope of public service in Islam includes various important sectors such as education, health, law, and socio-economic welfare. Islamic history, especially in the era of the Prophet Muhammad SAW and the Khulafaur Rasyidin, shows concrete examples of the application of these principles, such as the construction of mosques as centers of learning, the establishment of hospitals, and the management of Baitul Mal for the fair distribution of resources. In the modern context, especially in Indonesia, Islamic values have proven to play an important role in bureaucratic reform and improving the quality of public services. Despite facing obstacles such as lack of resources and integration between institutions, the application of Islamic principles in public services—as seen in Islamic hospitals and Islamic travel agents—shows the possibility of producing more just, humane, and quality services. Thus, the Islamic approach to public services provides an ethical framework that is flexible, responsive, and focused on the welfare of society.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the regulation and implementation of legal protection for lenders in cases of default based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services. This study also examines the form of legal responsibility of the platform organizer, as well as dispute resolution efforts that can be taken by lenders. The research method used is the normative legal method with a statutory regulatory approach and case studies. Data were obtained through literature studies and documentation of applicable legal provisions, as well as relevant documents and reports from PT. Crowde. The analysis was carried out qualitatively-descriptively to assess the suitability between field practices and applicable regulations. The results of the study indicate that POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 has not fully provided comprehensive legal protection for lenders in cases of default. Legal responsibility for default is still largely borne by the civil relationship between the borrower and the lender, without any concrete risk recovery mechanism from the organizer. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, increase platform transparency, and play an active role for the OJK and the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI) in supervising and following up on default cases.

This research seeks to explore how the Adiwiyata program is implemented in fostering students' religious character through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SMA Negeri 1 Tambakboyo. The research employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, focusing on exploring the direct experiences of teachers and students in carrying out the program. The data were obtained using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. The findings indicate that the Adiwiyata program not only contributes to raising environmental awareness but also plays a significant role in instilling character values such as responsibility, discipline, cooperation, and socio-ecological awareness. These values are internalized through reflective and participatory daily activities, such as classroom cleaning duties, waste management, composting, and energy-saving campaigns. All of these activities are carried out with active and structured involvement from teachers, the school principal, and the entire school community. Supporting factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, habituation of positive behaviors, and the integration of religious values into environmental activities. However, some challenges remain, such as the low initial understanding of new students and inconsistent behavior change. The implication of these findings is that environmental programs, when integrated with character education, can serve as effective media for building students’ moral and religious values in a contextual and sustainable manner, in line with national education goals and Islamic principles.

This study aims to analyze the suspected violation of advertising ethics by Almaz Fried Chicken through the claim “Saudi Chicken No.1 in Indonesia” on the Instagram platform. The claim was repeatedly published without valid supporting evidence, such as surveys, awards, or credible data sources. This research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method and content analysis technique on the visual and textual content of Almaz Fried Chicken’s official Instagram posts. The results show that the superlative claim does not comply with the Indonesian Advertising Ethics Code, which requires substantiation for superiority claims. Advertising visuals—such as color schemes, typography, and cultural symbols—were used to reinforce the impression of authenticity and superiority, but lacked verifiable basis. The study concludes that the claim used by Almaz Fried Chicken violates the principles of honesty, truthfulness, and responsibility in marketing communication, and potentially misleads consumers while creating unfair competition in the digital marketplace.

This research is motivated by the social problems of junior high school children in Panggul Village, Trenggalek, whose parents work as female migrant workers. The children show symptoms of lack of socialization, low self-confidence, and minimal emotional support from their mothers. This study aims to analyze the social competence and social responsibility of these children. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Informants consisted of 11 people, namely TKW husbands, substitute families, community leaders, and junior high school children. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that junior high school children in Panggul Village who are left by their parents as TKW have the ability to interact with family, friends, and the community, but tend to have less understanding of the social conditions around them due to their indifference and lack of self-confidence. They are closed, have minimal empathy due to lack of role models from parents, and only show concern for peers. Leadership from an Islamic perspective is not merely about power, but rather a great trust grounded in moral and spiritual values. This article aims to examine the concept of Islamic leadership through a literature review of the Qur'an, hadith, scholarly opinions, and previous research findings. This study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method. Data were obtained from various scholarly sources, particularly journal articles, academic books, and relevant documents discussing leadership in the Islamic context. A total of 25 scientific articles were collected through online databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. Of these, 15 articles were selected and analyzed in depth based on criteria of substance relevance, contextual significance, and academic credibility. The findings indicate that justice, trustworthiness, consultation (shura), honesty, firmness, and patience are fundamental principles of Islamic leadership. The exemplary leadership of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and the Rightly Guided Caliphs serves as an ideal model combining wisdom, compassion, and responsibility toward the community. These values remain relevant today as ethical foundations in addressing contemporary leadership challenges. Thus, Islamic leadership offers a comprehensive model that integrates professionalism and spirituality.

This community service activity aims to increase students' creativity and environmental awareness through making bracelets from recycled beads at SD Perumnas Muhammadiyah. The activity began with an observation of the school environment to obtain an initial picture as a basis for planning. Students were involved in direct practice, starting from introducing materials, compiling designs, to the bracelet production process. The results of the activity showed the creation of 32 bracelets with 6 design variations. Although the average selling price was only IDR 7,000, lower than similar case studies (IDR 15,000), the increase in participants' skills reached 85%, exceeding the comparative study by 80%. Participants' environmental awareness also increased by 90%, indicating the success of the program in instilling ecological values. This activity not only hones technical skills, but also forms an attitude of responsibility, cooperation, and concern for the environment. This program is expected to be an example of good practice in developing character education and creativity in elementary schools.
