This study explores the significant role of digital trust and transparency in fostering customer loyalty in online banking services. As the financial sector increasingly shifts towards digital platforms, understanding the dynamics of customer retention becomes crucial for banking institutions. The research adopts a quantitative approach, using a survey questionnaire distributed to over 200 participants with experience in digital banking services. The findings reveal that both digital trust and transparency are pivotal in shaping customer loyalty. Specifically, digital transparency-in areas such as data security, privacy, and operational clarity-was found to have a stronger correlation with customer retention than trust alone. The study emphasizes that transparency not only boosts customer confidence but also strengthens long-term loyalty by reducing perceived risks and uncertainties. Additionally, the research highlights that customer engagement, driven by transparent communication and reliable services, plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between transparency and loyalty. The study further discusses the implications for banking institutions, suggesting that focusing on transparent practices, clear communication about security measures, and data usage can lead to enhanced customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Future research could investigate the impact of cultural differences on digital trust and transparency in banking, as well as explore the role of emerging technologies like blockchain in furthering transparency and trust in financial transactions.

This study explores human complexity and its impact on macroeconomic development. The main focus is on the buyer's mental variables, such as financial assumptions and courage, and how these elements influence business utilization and behavior. Information from measured studies and investigations shows that positive monetary assumptions will often strengthen financial movements, while vulnerabilities or negative assumptions can hinder monetary developments. The proposed strategy suggestions include clear correspondence to rebuild public confidence and appropriate monetary enhancement arrangements. By understanding these elements, this exploration provides further insight into the collaboration between shopper brain science and macroeconomics, which is important for planning compelling strategic systems in the face of advanced economies.

To compete with other stores, store owners need to design various strategies, one of which is understanding customer purchase patterns. This article examines the Squeezer algorithm and compares the performance of the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms in forming customer purchase association patterns that can be used as a reference for store owners in planning sales strategies. The data mining process was carried out using Association Rules and Clustering methods. A total of 1256 sales transaction data samples were analyzed to understand the association patterns produced by each method. Based on the test results with a minimum support of 0.2 and a confidence of 0.6, the Apriori algorithm produced 194 association rules with a total rule strength of 1.16. Meanwhile, the FP-Growth algorithm produced 52 association rules with the same total rule strength of 1.16. The Clustering Method resulted in 7 clusters with a similarity value of 0.06322. After comparison, the FP-Growth algorithm proved to have better performance in generating association rules compared to the Apriori algorithm.
