This study investigates the performance and sustainability of a hybrid solar-biomass drying system for agricultural products, focusing on its efficiency, environmental impact, and economic feasibility. The hybrid system combines solar energy and biomass combustion to create a continuous and reliable drying process. The key findings reveal that the hybrid system achieves over a 20% improvement in drying efficiency compared to solar-only and biomass-only dryers. This efficiency gain is attributed to the synergistic use of solar energy during the day and biomass energy during periods of low sunlight or at night, ensuring consistent drying conditions and reduced drying time. Additionally, the hybrid system significantly reduces CO₂ emissions, contributing to a more sustainable approach to agricultural processing. The environmental benefits of using renewable energy sources, as opposed to fossil fuels, align with the growing need for energy-efficient and eco-friendly agricultural technologies. Economic analysis suggests that the hybrid system is a cost-effective solution for small- to medium-scale farmers, particularly in rural areas where access to grid electricity is limited. The use of locally available biomass fuels further enhances the system’s sustainability and affordability. This study also discusses the practicality of implementing hybrid dryers in rural farming communities, emphasizing their potential to improve drying efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and boost economic opportunities for farmers. Future research should focus on optimizing system integration, expanding biomass fuel options, and exploring automation to enhance the performance and scalability of hybrid drying systems.

The Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standard (SDKI), Indonesian Nursing Outcome Standard (SLKI), and Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standard (SIKI) are standardized nursing documentation systems designed to improve the quality of nursing care. The training on the application of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI at PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar Hospital aims to enhance nurses' understanding and skills in systematically, accurately, and evidence-based nursing documentation. The training methods included lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice in applying SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI to real cases. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills after completing the training. The implementation of SDKI, SLKI, and SIKI is expected to enhance nursing documentation efficiency and improve the quality of nursing services in the hospital.

Ethereal is a band that plays post black metal music in the city of Padang. However, the lack of introduction in the form of visual media to the Ethereal band causes few underground music lovers to know the identity of the Ethereal band. This design is carried out in order to increase the existence of the post black metal genre in Padang city and optimize and provide consistency to the introduction of the Ethereal band's identity so that it can be better known and remembered by the target audience. This design uses the Design Thingking method, so it can be concluded that in this design a problem is sourced to an empathy, the need for solutions to existing problems, then keep testing for improvement. Therefore, a manual book was made as the main media to introduce the Ethereal band to the target audience. By using data analysis called SWOT (strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). and supported by various supporting media on the visual branding of the Ethereal band in the form of: Digital Catalog, Poster, Ticket, T-shirt, Tumblr, Emblem, and Sticker Pack.

Based on the results of the needs analysis in the learning process, a development of learning media is needed. This research aims to create this product to be more valid, practical and effective in improving students' mathematical understanding. This research and development uses the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate) development model. The subjects of this research were 30 students of class X Science 1 at SMA Methodist 7 Medan. The research results show that the Android-based learning media developed has obtained a very high level of validity, with an average percentage of 90.38% according to material experts, 87.77% according to media experts, then 90.90% according to lesson plan validators and results. Validation from experts on pre-test and post-test questions showed a percentage of 92.70% and 91.67%, respectively included in the "very valid" criteria. Positive responses were also found from teachers and students during small group and large group trials, with an average score of 96% from teachers, 94.4% from small groups, and 90.2% from large groups. This shows that this media is very practical to use in the learning process. Apart from that, the results of implementing this interactive learning media also show its effectiveness with the average percentage of responses to the effectiveness of learning media by students obtained at 92.23%. The classical learning completion level reached 96.67%, and the effectiveness questionnaire obtained an average percentage of 86.67%. The increase in students' mathematical understanding can be categorized as moderate improvement. Based on this research data, it can be concluded that the Android-based learning media that we have developed has met the criteria of being valid, practical and effective in improving students' mathematical understanding.

This article discusses efforts to improve gross motor skills in young children in the RA SABILAL MUHTADIN school environment. This research focuses on the implementation of a special program designed to stimulate gross motor development through structured play activities. Research methods include observation, intervention, and evaluation of children's progress over a certain period of time. The results show that this approach was successful in significantly improving children's gross motor skills, making a positive contribution to their physical development in a formal education environment.    

This study aims to explore the effect of applying differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model on learning outcomes of Pancasila and Civics Education (PPKn) in class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) with a double cycle design. The research participants consisted of 28 students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency consisting of various ability levels. Learning outcome data were collected through tests and observations. The results showed that the application of differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model can improve Civics learning outcomes in students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency. There were significant improvements in concept understanding, critical thinking skills, and learning motivation of learners after the application of this learning model. This finding shows that the use of differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model can be an effective alternative in improving Civics learning outcomes in students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency.  

This community service program focused on enhancing branding and digital marketing strategies for Salina Kitchen, a culinary business in Jakarta. The primary objectives were to optimize packaging sticker design and to boost engagement through the business's Instagram account. Conducted from September 23 to December 15, 2023, the program involved consumer surveys and SWOT analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in customer satisfaction with packaging design and digital marketing performance. Effective use of hashtags on Instagram expanded the reach to non-followers. The program successfully identified key strategies in branding and digital marketing that can be implemented to enhance the performance of culinary businesses.

The development of the times is so fast that the role of education becomes very important in helping students to have a high skilled side.  The use of project-based learning models is one way to help students think creatively. This learning model is often called project-based learning which is included in the independent curriculum. The project-based learning model is designed to facilitate the development of students' creativity skills through the application of real projects that are relevant to the learning material.  This research uses a qualitative method based on literature study. The data contained in this study comes from previous studies that have been documented in the form of journals and books.  The results showed that the application of project-based learning model was significantly able to improve students' creative thinking ability. Students showed improvement in the ability to formulate new ideas, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively. In addition, they developed positive attitudes towards learning, increased motivation, and experienced improvements in the understanding of learning concepts. This research contributes to understanding the use of project-based learning model, as an effective strategy to enhance students' creativity in educational contexts. The application of the findings in this study can help educators and policy makers    

Packaging design innovation is a crucial strategy in boosting product sales. Innovation is the practical development and improvement of an initial discovery into a technique that can be used. This research aims to enhance the sales of banana chips produced by the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya through packaging design innovation implemented by interns from WMK.The research methods encompassed interviews, observations, brainstorming, active participation, and documentation. The results indicate that the implemented packaging design innovation successfully increased the sales of Healthy Tasty Food Surabaya's banana chips, as evidenced by a surge in orders and sales.The packaging design innovation involved alterations in shape, color, and packaging material. The new packaging was designed to be more appealing and informative, incorporating bright colors and attractive graphics. Additionally, the new packaging was equipped with comprehensive product information, including nutritional content and expiration date.The positive impact of this packaging design innovation is evident in the increased number of orders and sales for the UMKM, as well as improved customer satisfaction and product image. This research provides a significant contribution to similar UMKMs by uncovering the potential for sales enhancement through the improvement of their product packaging design quality.

The study aims to analyze the impact of Suroboyo Bus transportation services on improving the satisfaction of the people of Surabaya. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with survey methods and cross-sectional design. The research was carried out on the Suroboyo Bus public transportation route Rajawali-Purabaya Terminal. This research uses a questionnaire-type instrument using the Likert scale. The number of samples used in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula and samples were obtained from as many as 400 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are instrumental testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and double linear regression testing. Instrumental testing results refer to valid and reliable instruments. The results of classic assumptions also showed normal-distributed data and variables X and Y have a linear relationship. The results of the hypothesis test with the F test obtained a P-value of 0,000, so there is a significant influence on the quality of public transport services Suroboyo Bus in general on the improvement of public satisfaction. The result of the analysis of dual linear regregation can be known that all free variables have a positive value coefficient. The determinant coefficent test results showed a large influence of service quality on public satisfactions is 77.49%.

This research aims to develop and modernize the employee payroll administration system at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau through the implementation of the Payroll System Website (SIMPEG). Previously, the process was conducted manually, leading to various challenges in the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data. In addressing these issues, we designed and implemented SIMPEG using the PHP programming language. The results include a significant improvement in the efficiency of the payroll process, minimizing human errors, and ensuring data accuracy. The use of SIMPEG also provides easy access and data management, making it an effective solution for modernizing employee administration at PDAM Batiwakkal Berau. It is expected that the findings of this research will contribute positively to enhancing performance and transparency in employee payroll data management.

Improving Students’ Writing Ability In The Procedure Text Using Duolingo Application At 8 Grade Students Of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Final Project, English Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts Education, Universitas PGRI Semarang. Supervisor I Dra. Maria Yosephin, M.Pd, Supervisor II: Dra. Siti Lestari, M.Pd. This study aims to 1) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text before they are taught using the Duolingo application. 2) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text skills after they are taught using the Duolingo application. 3) to explain the significant difference in students’ writing competence in procedure text taught before and after using Duolingo application. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research. An experimental design was applied in carrying out this study.  The researcher took two classes as samples: VIII A (experimental group) and VIII B (control group). The experimental group has been given treatment by duolingo application in procedure text. On the other hand, the control group was not assigned treatment at all. The population in this study was class VIII in the  academic year 2023/2024. This study indicated that using Duolingo Application in procedure text is an effective technique. The results of the pre-test mean scores in both classes were 66.34 for the experimental group and 66.94 for the control group. In addition, the mean post-test score of experimental group was 84.78, and the control group was 76.66. These findings were calculated using the t-test formula. The t-test > t-table, based on the test results. T-table 5% percentage is 1.670. the computation shows that 6.180 > 1.670. There is a significant difference in students using  the Duolingo application in procedure text for students of grade 8 of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Students are interested and excited when using Duolingo Application in the learning and teaching process with the goal of developing students’ writing skills. Based on the research findings, the researcher concludes that using Duolingo Application in procedure text can help students to develop and improve students writing skills.

This research is motivated by the fact that the teaching and learning process of the subject of faith and morality (akidah akhlak) still relies predominantly on print media such as textbooks and largely employs lecture-based teaching methods. The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To determine the difference in learning outcomes in faith and morality between students using video learning media and those using print media; 2) To assess the extent of the contribution of video learning media to the improvement of learning outcomes in faith and morality among students who study using print media. This research follows a quantitative approach, specifically a quasiexperimental design known as Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The results of the study indicate  that: 1) There is a difference in learning outcomes in faith and morality between students in the  experimental and control groups, with tvalue = 2.249 > ttable = 1.677 at a significance level of 0.05. 2)  The contribution of the learning model to students' learning outcomes in faith and morality is 54%, while the remaining 46% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Peanuts are a typical snack from the city of Bagansiapiapi, the basic ingredient of which is made from peanuts. The aim of this research is to carry out an in-depth analysis of the role of peanuts as a method used in an effort to create the best results in order to get quality improvement, for this research the author using research methods (qualitative methods). This research involves a survey of industrial practitioners who apply the hitting nut technique in the context of improving product quality. The research results show that hitting nuts has become a significant approach in quality improvement strategies. The author wants this research to provide in-depth insight into the potential of peanuts as a strategic tool to achieve quality improvement goals. The practical implications of this research may be useful for organizations to better understand the dynamics of hitting nuts and design more effective strategies in improving product quality. Not only that, the author wants to make an important contribution to the quality management literature and provide a basis for further research in the development of innovative quality strategies.  

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. The purpose of this study was to increase student learning independence in Civics subjects by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model in class X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a research design using the Kemmis & Taggart spiral model. The research was carried out in 3 cycles where each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through 4 stages of activity, namely planning, implementing actions, observing (observation), and reflecting. The success criterion set in the research is 60%. The results showed that in cycle I the level of student learning independence increased from the initial condition of an average value of 23% to 49% but had not yet reached the established success criteria. Cycle I then made improvements to continue in cycle II. After the repairs were made, there was an increase in cycle II which increased by 9% to 58% but also did not reach the specified success criteria. Improvements were made again in cycle II to be continued in cycle III. The results of the research cycle III increased by 11% to 69%, which means that the action was declared successful because it had achieved the specified success criteria.Keywords: Independent Learning, CTL Learning Model

Stunting is a condition where a person's height is shorter than the height of other people in general (of the same age). Stunted (short stature) or low height/length for age is used as an indicator of chronic malnutrition which describes the history of under-nutrition in toddlers over a long period of time. The design used in this research is a research design with a correlational/causal analytical method with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was 82 mothers of toddlers. The sampling technique used in this research was the Slovin formula. The total sample in this study was 82 mothers of toddlers. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between healthy latrines and the incidence of stunting among toddlers in Waehaong subdistrict, Nusaniwe subdistrict, Ambon City with a p value of 0.000. For the government, in this case, village officials, especially village heads, are expected to be able to facilitate and plan budget procurement for environmental sanitation improvements such as improving healthy latrine facilities and making efforts to improve residential environmental sanitation programs with healthy behavior. Health workers, especially sanitarian officers, can carry out their role as educators by providing education related to the health of the family environment in order to increase knowledge about maintaining and creating a healthy family environment. And can also provide education about healthy latrine facilities and strive to improve residential environmental sanitation programs with healthy behavior.

Apart from being designed to improve the implementation of the Independent Learning program in building a village, the main aim is to hone students' abilities in identifying, developing and empowering the potential of the village. One of them is the Agro Tourism Valley Kecubung which has just opened and requires strong branding to improve the image of the tourist attraction. Era Society 5.0. which is characterized by the integration of high technology and artificial intelligence. Creating new challenges and opportunities in the world of education. Rapid social changes, global demands, and technological developments are factors that influence the transformation of character education and Indonesian language learning. Character education is the process of forming students’ values, attitudes and morals as well as the formation of quality character. Qualitative methods are used to describe and explain phenomena or events in detail and carefully. The use of smart applications, data analysis, and digital platforms enriches students’ learning experiences, fosters creativity, and increases their understanding of Indonesian as an important medium of communication. In implementing character education and Indonesian language learning in the Society 5.0 era. Qualitative approaches are effective tools for understanding complex and dynamic contexts. Through content analysis, research can identify the weaknesses and strengths of the existing curriculum and provide recommendations for improvement. The results of this research can make a significant contribution to the design of more effective educational strategies and relevant to the needs of modern society.

Abstract Startups are designed to find the right business model to make the business survive. Startups have the possibility to succeed or fail. This is influenced by capabilities in digital transformation and business development in the technology sector. Indonesia has a low number and quality of digital talent and low entrepreneurship (3.1%). Pontianak has the least number of digital startups (0.74%). Every part in the digital ecosystem is very influential on the sustainability of digital startups. The digital ecosystem in Pontianak is the government, accelerators, universities, incubators, students/talent, communities, and digital startups. This research aims to help digital ecosystems overcome difficulties in collaborating for the development of digital startups in Pontianak. The research method is direct surveys and interviews with 6 local digital startups and startup stakeholders in Pontianak. Stakeholder analysis to determine respondents. The results of in-depth interviews were analyzed using design thinking and focus group discussion (FGD) methods. The results of the research are the main factor for overcoming difficulties in collaborative digital startup development in Pontianak: 1) digital ecosystem activation; and 2) digital-sociopreneurship development and competency improvement. The recommended startup development strategy aims to realize these two things.
