The entry of foreign cultures into Indonesia is one of the impacts of the increasingly widespread globalization. These new cultures underwent a process of acculturation and, over time, began to dominate local cultures. If the original culture is not well preserved, there is a risk that it will be eroded and replaced by new influences that are present. In an effort to preserve Indonesia's cultural richness, the younger generation has a very important role in filtering and choosing what is useful and what is not. However, the presence of foreign cultures often makes people, especially the millennial generation, prioritize personal freedom over moral values. This results in many of them forgetting norms and traditions in order to satisfy individual desires. This research aims to research and explain the actions and responses of the younger generation to foreign cultures, as well as the impact caused by globalization due to the entry of new cultures, both positive and negative. The results of the discussion show that the influence of foreign culture has made many millennial generations begin to forget the original Indonesian culture and ignore the norms in society. Even so, there are still some generations who are trying hard to maintain these cultural values in their daily lives. This research is expected to provide benefits to the community and the millennial young generation, so that they are more aware of the importance of preserving and preserving Indonesia's indigenous culture.

This study aims to describe the reasons and experiences of Indonesian youth who choose to work abroad as a response to domestic employment conditions. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, four key informants who have worked abroad for two years were interviewed online. The results show that young people experience obstacles in obtaining decent work, such as a non-transparent recruitment system, the dominance of nepotism practices, low professional recognition, and limited space for development. The decision to work abroad is a form of resistance to an unfair social system, as well as an effort to build a better identity and future. These findings are analyzed using Ulrich Beck's risk society theory, which explains that individuals in the modern era face social risks due to the failure of the modernization system. This study recommends the need for reform of the employment system in Indonesia to be fairer, more inclusive, and pro-young generation.

Tolerance is one of the core character values that is crucial to instill from an early age, especially in multicultural societies like Indonesia. However, early childhood education (ECE) still tends to focus on cognitive and motoric aspects, while the integration of social values such as tolerance has not yet received adequate attention in the curriculum. This study aims to explore the potential of local wisdom-infused dance movements as an educational medium for instilling tolerance values in young children. The research employs a systematic literature review approach, analyzing previous studies relevant to three main variables: dance movements, local wisdom, and tolerance values in early childhood. The findings reveal that dance movements are not only beneficial for physical and aesthetic development but also serve as an effective expressive medium for fostering empathy, cooperation, and acceptance of differences. Integrating local wisdom values into dance activities can strengthen children's cultural identity and cultivate awareness of cultural diversity from an early age. Furthermore, emotional engagement and hands-on experiences in artistic activities have proven more effective in character building compared to conventional approaches. This study offers theoretical and practical contributions by formulating a local dance-based learning model explicitly aimed at reinforcing tolerance attitudes. The implications of these findings provide new directions for developing more contextual and culturally rooted ECE curricula, as well as enriching character education strategies that are engaging and meaningful for children. Thus, dance movements serve as a vital bridge in nurturing an inclusive, open-minded, and diversity-ready young generation.

Indonesian local culture, which is the heritage of the younger generation as a national identity, is now facing serious threats due to globalization and modernization. The young generation in this era of globalization tends to be indifferent and even abandon traditional cultural values and prefer foreign cultures that are considered cooler and more modern. This can certainly make the Indonesian nation an identity crisis. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the extent to which local culture began to be abandoned by the Indonesian people as a young generation. The research method used is a literature study. This method is done by analyzing various sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. Then, the results of this literature study review show that local culture has been degraded due to the dominance of global culture. Christian Religious Education (PAK) has an important role in shaping the character, morals, and spirituality of students. In the digital era, PAK faces new challenges and opportunities. The main challenge is the lack of teacher readiness in using technology and the negative influence of the digital world. However, the digital era also opens up great opportunities through interactive learning media and wider accessibility. This study uses a literature review method to analyze digital transformation in PAK. The results show that the integration of technology in PAK must be supported by teacher training, relevant curriculum development, and collaboration between schools, churches, and families. With an innovative and collaborative approach, PAK can continue to be relevant and effective in strengthening the faith and character of students amidst the flow of modernization. PAK teachers need to utilize technology to enrich the learning experience, while maintaining Christian values. Collaboration between teachers, churches, parents, and students is the key to optimizing the benefits of technology and minimizing its negative impacts. Thus, PAK in the digital era is able to form a young generation that is technologically literate and steadfast in the Christian faith.
