This research evaluates the effectiveness of human capital development policies in Indonesia within the education and health sectors during the periods of 2015–2019 and 2020–2024. The analysis focuses on strategic programs implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Health by comparing planned targets with the realization of performance indicators as stated in the Strategic Plan (Renstra) documents. The study employs a qualitative evaluative approach supported by descriptive quantitative data derived from official planning and performance reports. The findings indicate that during the 2015–2019 period, programs emphasizing the expansion of basic education and health services were relatively effective in increasing participation rates and improving equitable access. In contrast, programs aimed at enhancing the quality of human resources, particularly teacher development and institutional capacity building, showed lower levels of effectiveness due to weak performance measurement systems and inconsistent data reporting. During the 2020–2024 period, the effectiveness of most education and health programs declined significantly as a result of external shocks caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, health programs with strong financial protection mechanisms, such as the National Health Insurance (JKN), demonstrated greater resilience compared to other programs. The study concludes that the effectiveness of human capital development policies is strongly influenced by the clarity of performance indicators, consistency in program implementation, institutional capacity, and the ability of policies to adapt to external disruptions.

Early marriage is a social phenomenon that still frequently occurs in Indonesia and gives rise to various problems, both from the perspective of state law and socio-religious aspects. From the standpoint of state regulations, early marriage is considered a violation of statutory provisions, particularly the Marriage Law, which stipulates a minimum legal age for marriage in order to protect children's rights. This practice results in various negative impacts, including increased health risks for mothers and children, disruption of educational attainment, economic instability within families, as well as high rates of divorce and domestic violence. From the perspective of Islamic law, early marriage is not absolutely prohibited; however, Islam strongly emphasizes the principles of public welfare (maṣlaḥah), physical and mental readiness, and responsibility in establishing a household. Therefore, Islamic legal solutions to early marriage as a violation of state regulations can be implemented through the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah approach, which aims to protect life, intellect, and lineage, as well as by supporting state regulations intended to safeguard the rights and welfare of children. Consequently, synergy between Islamic law and state law is essential in preventing early marriage and in creating a healthy and just family structure.

Psychological Impact and Manifestations of PTSD Due to Childhood Violence Trauma represent a complex intersection of developmental disruption and chronic emotional distress. Children exposed to such violence often internalize the trauma, leading to profound shifts in their mental health that manifest as persistent hypervigilance, emotional numbing, and intrusive memories that disrupt their daily functioning. Beyond immediate fear, these manifestations involve structural changes in the brain, such as an overactive amygdala and a reduced volume of the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, which impair a child's ability to regulate emotions and process information. Behaviorally, this often translates into externalizing symptoms like aggression and irritability, or internalizing reactions such as social withdrawal, dissociation, and "foreshortened future"—a belief that they will not live a long or normal life. If left unaddressed, these psychological scars can evolve into chronic anxiety, depression, and severe difficulties in forming healthy interpersonal relationships, creating a cycle of vulnerability that persists well into adulthood and impacts their overall quality of life.

Diabetes Mellitus often causes disorders in other organs, one of which is kidney disorders, commonly known as Diabetic Nephropathy. Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) is a chronic microvascular complication of Diabetes Mellitus, which is the main cause of end-stage kidney disease. Decreased hemoglobin (Hb) levels, or anemia, are very common clinical manifestations found in patients with this impaired kidney function. Pathophysiologically, the decrease in hemoglobin in DN patients is multifactorial, involving absolute or relative erythropoietin (EPO) deficiency due to damage to renal peritubular interstitial cells. As a result, there is a significant disruption of erythropoiesis, which can disrupt the process of red blood cell maturation in the hematopoiesis process. Monitoring hemoglobin levels is a crucial parameter because anemia in this DN population often appears earlier and is more severe than in non-diabetic chronic kidney disease patients. Therefore, early identification of fluctuations in hemoglobin levels is crucial in clinical management to prevent worsening of the systemic condition of patients with Diabetic Nephropathy. This study aims to review Hemoglobin levels in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients Based on Diabetic Nephropathy Stage in Anemia Screening. The method in this study used Descriptive Analytical with a sample of 47 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The sampling and research location were conducted at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital, Makassar. Hemoglobin measurements were measured using Sysmex Series XN-1000 with the Flowcytometry tool method. The results of the study found normal Hb levels (not anemic) in 25 respondents (53.20%), Mild Anemia in 6 respondents (12.80%), Moderate Anemia in 13 respondents (27.60%) and Severe Anemia in 3 respondents (6.40%). From these data, it is known that not all Diabetic Nephropathy patients in this study experienced Anemia.
