Teacher 4.0 is a concept of future educators created to explain the characteristics of educators who can handle various technologies with effective teaching in parallel with the transformation of Education 4.0. Readiness and acceptance of the use of various smart technologies, better known as Technology 4.0 experienced a large-scale shift in the national education system, especially in teaching and learning methods. This includes all levels from primer to higher education institutions. The transformation of 4.0 requires improvement in teachers' competency to enhance teaching and to ensure it is in line with the country’s objective in producing highly competitive, innovative educators and students in the era of 4.0. The need for a measurement tool is important due to the lack of research conducted to test the competence of Teacher 4.0. Thus, this study was conducted to measure the competence of Teacher 4.0 by creating a new instrument adapted from the DigCompEdu model. Appropriate constructs were validated and hypotheses were tested using PLS-SEM approach to evaluate the contribution of each construct towards Teacher 4.0 competency. The sample used in this study involves 274 among MARA teachers’ pre-university institutions across Malaysia. A total of three formative constructs were identified, namely teaching and learning, assessment and facilitating students' Technology 4.0 competence. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents using purposive sampling and the data obtained was analyzed using SEM-PLS software. The results of the analysis show that all constructs have passed sufficient convergent validity. Hypothesis verification analysis shows that all constructs have a positive contribution towards Teacher 4.0 competency. Overall, this study has created a new measurement instrument that can measure the competence of Teacher 4.0 and improvised the DigCompEdu model. Findings can be a reflection indicator for teachers to improve teaching methods and strategies in addition to developing existing competencies. The problems arising from this study can be indicators for educational institutions to ensure that the facilities and infrastructure required for Technology 4.0 can be expanded in line with their needs as an educational support tool.

Indonesian language instruction in elementary schools aims to improve students' oral and written communication. Indonesian serves as a primary tool for students to hone their language skills correctly and effectively. Reading skills in elementary school are divided into two phases: initial reading (lower grades) and further reading (upper grades). Initial reading skills influence students' readiness before entering the next learning stage. However, second-grade elementary school students often face difficulties in developing initial reading and writing skills. Factors such as socio-economic background, gender, and teaching methods used by teachers can affect the success of literacy programs. By considering these factors, we can improve students' literacy skills at the beginning level.

Mood or mood is an important part of a person's psychological well-being. Several studies show that physical exercise can positively influence mood. One of the factors that influences an athlete's mental and emotional readiness is mood. Mood Profile for Weightlifting athletes is an important factor that needs to be analyzed. This research aimed to determine the relationship between athletes' moods and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI Jatim Surabaya before PORPROV 2025. This qualitative research used mixed methods. Mixed methods is a research approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. A research method that uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The Total Sample Method is a sampling method with the number of samples equal to the population. The sample was taken using total sampling because the population was less than 100 and the entire population was used as the research sample (Masturoh & Anggita, 2018). The sample that can be used is the population sample taken from Provincial Weightlifting athletes (aged 13 - 23 years) totaling 8 people and is only limited so that they can be used as one training group by filling in a mood profile questionnaire and recording the snatch technique. Of the 8 respondents who took the snatch test, all appeared confident. However, when holding and doing the snatch, there is a feeling of doubt and anxiety about whether or not you can accept the weight of the snatch if it is already above. However, after doing the snatch test, he also felt happy by releasing endorphins in his body. The results of the before and after research show that the "Medium" category with the highest percentage is the anger indicator (AMR) of 71.43% and 42.86%, and the confused mood indicator (SSB) of 53.57% and 71%. Indicators with moderate percentages include full energy indicators (PNT) of 85.71% and 75%, self-assessment (PDR) of 80.36% and 80%, and depression (DPS) of 44.64% and 63%. The percentage of fatigue indicators (KLH) was 53.57% and 42.85% and tension indicators (KTG) were 57.14% and 50%. The conclusion of the research on the analysis of the relationship between athlete's mood and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI East Java, Surabaya is in the "Medium" condition. Negative mood conditions in the "Medium" category such as fatigue, anger, tension, confusion, and depression indicate that athletes are not feeling stressed mentally and physically. Meanwhile, positive mood conditions in the "Medium" category make athletes have a good mood, such as being full of energy and self-confidence. This is possible because the training portion is good and the conditions leading to PORPROV 2025 are still quite long. So there are still many athletes who experience good mood conditions so the presence of this athlete's mood also supports the athlete's successful performance both during training and during competitions.

Leadership style can be defined as a collection of a person's behavior that aims to change and influence the minds of other people so that they are willing to follow the instructions and directions given. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses a descriptive approach. The aim is to explain and describe information obtained from the field as data in research. The location of this research was at SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon, the research subject is the principal at SMKS St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon. The data analysis method used refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman, which consists of several steps as follows: 1). Data Collection: Researchers collect data through interviews, observation and documentation. 2). Data Reduction: Researchers carry out selection returning to the data that has been collected at the data analysis stage. 3). Data Presentation: The reduced data is presented by the researcher at this stage. 4). Drawing Conclusions: Before drawing conclusions, the researcher double-checks the data that has been collected. Leadership is the ability and readiness of an individual to influence, encourage, invite, guide, mobilize, and if necessary force others to act in achieving organizational goals. Situational leadership is a leadership approach in which the leader's behavior is adapted to the varying conditions and situations of each subordinate. Indicators that influence situational leadership include: (a) the telling dimension, where the leader gives clear instructions when assigning; (b) selling dimension, which involves two-way communication between leaders and subordinates; (c) participating dimension, which includes assigning tasks and responsibilities to subordinates and supporting leaders in carrying out these tasks; and (d) the delegation dimension, where the leader gives authority to subordinates to act independently. At St. Mary's Vocational School Nahanson Parapat, the situational approach adapts leader behavior to specific conditions and subordinate needs, with four main styles, namely telling, selling, participating, and delegating. Situational leadership has been implemented with examples of implementation by the Principal practicing a telling approach in exam preparation, using selling in discussing new teaching scheduling, and participating in Prakerin planning. However, the delegating style is less applied because the Principal tends to control all aspects of decisions and tasks. In practice, situational leadership at St. Nahanson Parapat faces several obstacles, including the school environment and staff characteristics, which influence the effectiveness of implementing this leadership style. These obstacles require special strategies to overcome them, so that situational leadership can be more effective and adapt to existing situations, so that organizational goals are achieved optimally.

This research explains the practice of fasting in the context of Islamic law, identifying the views of Islamic scholars and literature regarding fasting. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive insight into the practice of fasting and its relevance in Islamic teachings. The research method used is a qualitative approach by analyzing related texts and literature, such as the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, views of ulama, and previous research. The research results show that mutih fasting is a tradition that is still maintained by some Javanese people, especially before weddings. Even though it has no direct basis in Islamic law, mutih fasting is carried out with the aim of gaining inner peace and physical and spiritual readiness before marriage. The procedure for white fasting involves consuming only white foods and drinks, such as white rice and water, as well as increasing worship such as prayer, dhikr and supplication. However, the analytical views of Islamic scholars and law show that fasting is not recommended in Islamic teachings and is not included in the worship exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Although it is permissible if the intention is solely for Allah SWT, mutih fasting is more cultural than religious. The recommendation for Muslims is to carry out this tradition carefully and ensure that their intentions are truly for Allah SWT. In conclusion, fasting mutih before a wedding is a tradition that is more embedded in Javanese culture than Islamic religion. Although it is not prohibited, this practice should be carried out with clear intentions and does not conflict with Islamic teachings. Further research is needed to bring closer understanding between local culture and pure Islamic teachings.
